Septembre Chinois / Chinese September /

1. In September 2011, China launched its first aircraft carrier, to watch over the supply route of oil from the Middle East to China. Congratulations.
2. In September 2011, China launched its first space automatic laboratory (10m long) called "Heavenly palace" orbiting at 350 kms from the Earth, thanks to its launcher "Long Walk" (reference to Mao Tse Tong). Congratulations. In 2012, another laboratory will be launched, to be jointed to the first one, a technology still unknown to the China. Then Chinese astronauts will be able to visit this space station
3. In September, China revised its Constitution and separated the various powers of judicial, legislative, military and government, while clarifying the parallel powers of the media and of religions. Congratulations.
In September also, China lifted the censorship of media, authorized the gatherings on Tian Amen square and authorized the creation of new political parties representing the opinions of various political leaders unsatisfied of the log book of the Communist party (objectives or timetable to achieve actions). All these new political parties joined the Communist party in the CPPCC, where, as forecast by the Constitution prepared by Mao, are discussed the drafts of all legislation, before they are submitted to the vote of the legislative Assembly.
What? You have a question about item 3...? I said September but I forgot to say which year...? sorry, I can't remember when all these will happen... 2012? 2020? Keep posted...
