In Quebec, arrests were made for corruption between construction companies and clients ordering public contracts, like municipalities. American observers commented that to stop corruption Quebec should first accept bids from outside Quebec, and that unions should not be all powerful for the choice of the workers on construction sites...
1. If Quebec was able to survive these last years crisis better than other provinces, maybe the preference for Quebec companies did play a role...? I don't think this item is a priority to resolve the issue.
2. A construction company must be able to choose the workers who will make the project a success, including by training them and ny spirit, so they can become more performing with bonuses related to the money made. Are the all powerful unions in the best interest of the workers in the long term if the unions do not give the priority to the training and to the co-operation with the construction companies?
3. The construction companies in the whole Village must unfortunately satisfy the demands of the public agents to obtain contracts. Corruption of public agents is the number 1 the evil which eats the way out the Village. By oublic agents I mean the government, the administration, the police, all those paid with the tax payers money but wanting to get more money for the services rendered taking away public money for personel use. The revolutions in the Arab world in 2011 all had one thing in common: people fed up with the corruption of the leaders and their friends... I know of exemples of corruption of taking away public funds in Canada, the United States, in France, in Italie, in the Arab countries, in Russia, in China, in India, in Japon, etc... and within all political parties, right, left, centre. So in brief... in the whole Village.

A better distribution of the wealth in the Village requires four necessities:
- a severe condamnation of any kind of corruption, with frightening jail sentences and judges... you could not corrupt...
- the right to work for all,
- an important tax of the yearly revenues superior to a certain amount, no matter where these revenues are coming from, as well as of the revenues of the financial casinos, until they are closedney must be found and taken where it is trying to escape, not always by asking sacrifices to the less fortunate... I am not talking about taxing capital which is another subject, and could be subject to voluntary donations... ha ha ha...!
- the declaration of all transactions / gains not submitted to the taxes of the government, like selling narcotics, prostitution, money games and other black markets. Before looking for the little street vendor trying to make a living, why not first make legal any commerce generating plenty of money, like drugs, or prostitution, and closing the financial casinos to oblige the available cash to come back towards the investors and the people.
