Reine offshore du Canada / Offshore Queen of Canada

La justice canadienne doit trancher sous peu sur le fait que pour devenir canadien aujourd'hui, on doit jurer allégeance a la reine offshore du Canada, la reine d'Angleterre. Le gouvernement canadien défend ce serment en disant que pour devenir canadien on doit reconnaitre la constitution du Canada qui reconnait la reine d'Angleterre comme monarque héréditaire offshore.

Les plaignants disent refuser le symbole de la reine pour diverses raisons, y compris celle que les personnes nées canadiennes ne prêtent jamais ce serment...

En attendant un juge haut placé du Canada a déclaré qu'il analysait la position des plaignants.

Pourquoi ne pas tout simplement prêter serment au Canada et a la constitution du Canada? qui, en date de ce jour, inclut la monarchie héréditaire anglaise. Mais cela pourrait changer un jour.

Canadian justice should give a verdict soon regarding the fact that to become Canadian today one must swear allegiance to the offshore Queen of Canada, the Queen of England. The government of Canada defends this allegiance by saying that to become Canadian one must recognize the constitution of Canada which recognizes the queen of England as an offshore hereditary monarchy.
The plaintiffs say they refuse the allegiance to the Queen for various reasons, including the fact that all people born Canadian never pronounce this allegiance...
Meanwhile, a high ranked judge in Canada has confirmed that he was reviewing the grounds of the plaint.
Why not simply swear allegiance to Canada and its Constitution? which, as per today, includes the hereditary monarchy of England. But this could change one day.
