Charte de la laïcité / Secularism chart

Un centre communautaire au Québec avait été autorisé a s'agrandir. Mais les autorités municipales ont découvert que ce centre prévoyait d'autoriser des ceremonies religieuses ou parlerait un imam (Hamza Chaoui) qui a deja parlé devant des universités au Quebec et qui déclaré sur sa page Facebook que:
- la démocratie et l'islam sont incompatibles, car un jour on pourrait etre gouverné par un homosexuel, un mécréant ou un athée qui nie l'existence d'Allah.
- les femmes doivent être accompagnées par un tuteur lorsqu'elles sortent de leur domicile,
- les hommes doivent se laisser pousser la barbe.
Le gouvernement québécois et la municipalité ont annonce ce jour qu'ils n'autoriseraient pas les reunions religieuses dans ce centre communautaire.

Certains reprochent maintenant aux musulmans de mélanger la religion et l'administration publique, voir d'en profiter. Il serait temps d'ouvrir les yeux et les oreilles: dans sa version originale et dans une lecture intégriste, l'Islam est un tout, système politique et religion.
Et si les musulmans établis dans des démocraties ont développé un islam plus pacifique, fraternel et ouvert sur les autres, il leur reste a convaincre leurs frères de religion a commencer par les Salafistes d'Arabie Saoudite. Un sacre boulot... ou plutôt le treizième travail d'Hercule!

J ai recommandé dans ce blog depuis longtemps de faire signer par toutes les associations existantes ou futures (religieuses ou non), et par tout nouveau citoyen ou tout candidat a un permis de residence, une declaration ou charte qui reconnait explicitement par écrit:
- la laïcité, c'est a dire simplement la separation des religions et de l’état (pouvoir politique), et la suprématie des lois du pays sur toute autre loi ou usage (en particulier religieux comme la charia avec sa lapidation des adulteres et couper la main des voleurs).
Jesus a été le premier laïque, en disant: "Rendez a Cesar ce qui appartient a Cesar".
- l’égalité entre les hommes et les femmes, sans restriction aucune.
Mais on peut certainement accommoder une heure de piscine réservée aux femmes.
- l'interdiction en public du voile qui cache la bouche et le nez de la femme. Vous ne voulez pas communiquer, soit, restez chez vous.
Le voile sur la tete est bien sur autorisé (écharpe), ma grand-mere en portait toujours un quand elle sortait, tout comme Marie, la mère de Jésus.

Si une association ou un individu ne reconnait pas cette charte (comme l'imam ci-dessus), je recommande de lui offrir le billet aller simple pour le pays musulman de son choix, ou il pourra vivre ses croyances.
La paix intérieure de beaucoup de pays dans le Village est a ce prix, et on se demande ce qu'attendent les politiques pour faire établir cette charte?

A community center in Quebec was authorized to expand. But the municipal authorities then discovered that this center was going to authorize religious events when an Imam would be presiding and talking (Hamza Chaoui) who already talked in Universities in Quebec and who has declared on his Facebook page that:
- Democracy and Islam are not compatible, as one day we could be governed by a homosexual, a  non-Muslim or an atheist who denies the existence of Allah.
- Women must be accompanied by a tutor when going out of their home,
- Men must let their beard grow.
The Quebec government and the municipal authorities have announced today that they will not authorize these religious events in the community center.

Some people are now reproaching to the Muslims to mix religion and public administration, even to abuse it. It is about time to open your eyes and ears: in its original version and with an integrist reading, Islam is a whole, a political system and a religion.
And if the Muslims established in Democracies have developed an Islam more pacific, fraternal and open to others, they still have to convince their religious brothers, starting with the Salafists from Saudi Arabia. A hell of a job... or rather the 13th work of Hercules!

I have recommended in this blog for some time to ask all existing or future associations (religious or not), and any new citizen or anyone asking for a resident permit, a declaration or chart which recognize clearly in writing:
- Secularism, ie simply the separation of religions and the State (political power), and the supremacy of the laws of the country over any other law or usage (in particular religious laws like the Sharia with its stoning of adulterers and cutting the hand of the thieves), 
Jesus was the first secular when he said: "Give back to Cesar what belongs to Cesar".
- Equality between men and women, without any restriction. 
But certainly we can accept one hour of swimming pool reserved to the women.
- No wearing in public of a veil which hides the nose and the mouth of a woman. You do not want to communicate, why not, but then stay home. 
Of course a veil / scarf on the head is allowed, my grand mother was always wearing one when she was going out, and so did Mary the mother of Jesus.

If an association or an individual refuses to recognize this chart (like the Imam above), I recommend to offer a own way plane ticket for him to go and live in the Muslim country of his choice, where he will be able to live his beliefs.
Interior peace in many countries in the Village is at this price, and we can only wonder what are the politicians waiting for to establish this chart?
