Un immigre illegal en France, venant du Mali, a escaladé une facade de 4 étages a mains nues pour porter secours a un enfant suspendu a un balcon. Il a réussi a sauver l'enfant.
Le president de la France l'a reçu et lui a promis la nationalité française et un emploi avec les sapeurs pompiers français.
Bravo! a Mr Gossama et a tout le monde, y compris a l'enfant qui est resté suspendu a la force des poignets pendants quelques minutes...

Diplomacie cours élémentaire... / Diplomacy 101...

Dans ce blog, en date du 11 mars, j avais conclu que la Corée du Nord avait toujours eu les memes deux priorités depuis 60 ans, et que rien ne changerait...
1. Réunifier la Corée
2. Obtenir l arme atomique pour pouvoir traiter en égal avec les USA (qui avaient bombarde Hiroshima et Nagasaki), qu ils rendent toujours responsables pour la partition de la Corée (les russes et les Chinois avaient libéré le nord de la Corée de l'invasion japonaise, mais s’étaient arrêtés vers le milieu, quand les USA étaient venus empêcher le communisme de descendre plus bas dans la Corée...).

Kim Jong Um a finalement obtenu l'arme atomique, et il a alors proposé une réunion au président américain, d'égal à égal.
Il a également entamé en parallèle la réconciliation avec la Corée du Sud avec un meeting historique avec son président... sans la présence des USA...
Il a ensuite libéré les 3 otages américains (d'origine coréenne), dont il n'avait plus besoin maintenant avec la bombe atomique.
Et il a entamé le démantèlement du site de recherches nucléaires, en invitant les média (enfin... il a fait exploser... l'entrée des tunnels d'accès au site souterrain...?!!)

Les américains n'ont pas vraiment apprécié que les deux Corées fraternisent... hors leur presence... surtout leur égocentrique president americain.
Et alors que le président américain avait accepté la réunion en tête à tête avec le leader Nord coréen, voilà que son conseiller stratégique aux affaires étrangères retrousse sa moustache et parle de copier les résultats de la reunion avec le guide suprême libyen. Sauf que... la Libye cherchait a acheter ou a produire des armes chimiques, qu ils ont effectivement tout abandonné, mais que 6 ou 7 ans plus tard les USA et la CIA ont réussi à renverser le dictateur libyen...
Le leader égocentrique coréen n'a pas du tout apprécié de se faire comparer au dictateur libyen.. . Alors il a arrêté de parler avec le directeur de la CIA (ministre américain des affaires étrangères depuis un mois, pardon...). Et... le vice-president américain et l'ancien patron de la CIA en ont remis une couche en re-donnant l'exemple de la Libye pour base de la negotiation a venir...
Le président américain qui avait accepté la rencontre au feeling, reçoit alors lundi dernier le president de la Corée du sud... et se rend alors compte mais un peu tard que...
1 La réunion des deux Corees est en cours, sans les USA.
2 La Corée du Nord a pris ombrage de la référence libyenne...
3 La Corée du Nord a proposé à la Corée du Sud de la protéger, et donc lui propose de commencer un retrait, même partiel, des 22,000 soldats américains sur son sol.

La Corée du Nord va continuer de suivre son agenda:
- Réunifier la Corée, qui gardera l arme atomique et n'aura plus besoin de soldats américains sur son sol, le tout avec la bénédiction de la Chine...
- Et ignorer les États Unis tant que le promoteur immobilier new yorkais continuera de la diriger avec sa bande de généraux et de membres de la CIA.
Le leader Coréen n'a pas lancé de guerre des tweets... il a juste ignoré le president américain et sa solution de CIA a la libyenne...
Le president américain vient d'annoncer qu'il annulait sa participation a la reunion... mais que la Corée du Nord serait le grand perdant... et que les USA avaient la plus grosse puissance nucléaire... (ca me rappelle Pierre Richard dans "La Chèvre", quand il montre sa force a celui qui le méprise...). Il adore jouer au poker en public, regardez moi... tous les jours...
On sait... les USA sont le seul pays dans le Village qui a utilisé la bombe nucléaire, et imposent leurs désirs grace a l'internationalisation du dollar, mais sans aucune préoccupation désormais pour autre chose que les intérêts américains exclusivement, tels que vus par ce president. Mais c'est le Village et la Chine qui paient pour le deficit americain, non?... Oubliez le Village?... Mais pour combien de temps encore?...

On savait déjà que ce president américain aime faire confiance a son feeling et... a ses affaires dans l'immobilier dans le Village. Mais il n'a fait aucune des reformes structurelles dont ont besoin les USA. Les étudiants sont toujours surendettés dès leur sortie de l’Université; beaucoup de retraités continuent de travailler avec des petits boulots pour pouvoir survivre; les soins et les médicaments restent hors de portée de peut-être un tiers du pays; les écoles et les universités sont toujours a la merci de fusils automatiques en vente libre a moins de 500 dollars depuis la levee de leur interdiction par le president Bush Jr; les routes et les ponts vieillissent sans assez d'entretien; les trains a grande vitesse n'existent toujours pas,...
Quant a l'international... les accords commerciaux et sur l'immigration avec les deux seuls voisins (Canada et Mexique) sont toujours en attente; il a dénoncé les deux accords historiques signés par les USA et le reste du Village, sur le nucléaire en Iran et sur l'environnement dans le Village.
Et maintenant il vient de prendre une leçon de diplomatie du leader nord coréen, tout aussi égocentrique que lui, mais qui visiblement apprend plus vite...
Triste. Pour les USA. Et donc pour tout le Village.
Dans son dernier communiqué ce président américain a prié le bon Dieu qu'il n'ait pas a se servir de l'arme nucléaire contre la Corée du Nord.
Je me demande a quoi doivent prier en ce moment une majorité d’américains...?
Et si les media se mettaient d'accord pour nous offrir une semaine complete sans aucune mention des faits et gestes de ce president mythomane...? sauf s'il démissionnait s'entend...

On March 11, on this blog, I said that North Korea had always had the same two priorities over 60 years, and nothing would change...
1. Unify Korea
2. Get the nuclear bomb so he could treat face to face, equal to equal, with the USA (which had bombed Hiroshima and Nagasaki), which they held for responsible for the partition of Korea (both the Russian and the Chinese had freed the north of Korea from the Japanese invasion, but had stopped around the middle of the country, when the USA had come to prevent communism to spread further down in Korea...).

Kim Jong Um has finally got the nuclear bomb, and he he then proposed a meeting to American President, equal to equal.
He also in parallel started the reconciliation with South Korea with an historic meeting with its President,... without the presence of the USA...
He then liberated the three American hostages (from Korean origin), as he did not need them any more, with the atomic bomb.
And he started to dismantle the site of nuclear research, inviting the media to come and see (well... he exploded the entrance to the tunnels leading to the underground facility...?!!)

The Americans did not really appreciate that both Koreas were getting friendly... without them present... mainly their egocentric President.
And as the American President had accepted the meeting face to face with the North Korea leader, here comes his adviser for strategic foreign relations, who twisted his mustache and talks about copying the results with the Libyan Supreme Leader. Except that... Libya was trying to buy / develop chemical weapons, which they did abandon indeed, but 6 or 7 years later the USA and the CIA succeeded to topple the Libyan dictator...
The Korean egocentric leader did not like at all to be compared to the Libyan dictator... So he stopped talking to the director of the CIA (sorry, the minister of foreign affairs since a month ago...). And... the American Vice-President and the former director of the CIA added another coat by giving again the exemple of Libya as base for the negotiation to come...
The American President who had accepted the invitation to meet following his feeling, then received last Monday the President of South Korea... and then realized, a bit late that...
1 The reunion of Korea is in progress, without the USA.
2 North Korea did not like the comparison to Libya...
3 North Korea has proposed to South Korea to protect her, and so has proposed to them to start a downsizing, even symbolic, of the 22,000 American soldiers on their soil.

North Korea is going to keep their agenda: 
- Reunify Korea, which will keep the nuclear bomb and will not need the American soldiers on their soil, all that with the agreement of China... 
- And ignore the USA as long as the New York real estate developer will keep on managing it with his group of generals and members of the CIA.
The Koran leader did not restart the Twitter war... he just ignored the American President and its Libyan solution... 
The American President has just announced that he was cancelling his participation to the meeting... and that North Korea would be the big loser... and that the USA had the biggest nuclear bombs... (it reminds me of Pierre Richard in the film "The Goat", when he shows his strength to the one despising him publicly...)
We know... the USA are the only country in the Village which has used the atomic bomb, and they now impose their desires thanks to the internationalisation of the US dollar, but without any consideration for anything other the exclusive interests of the USA, as seen by this President. But the Village and China are paying for the American deficit, right?... Forget the Village?... But fr how much more time?...

We already knew that this American President likes to decide with his feeling and... his business interests in the Village. But he has made none of the structural reforms badly needed by the USA. The students are still overburdened with debt when they get out of universities; many retired people keep working with little jobs to survive; the health care an the drugs remain beyond reach for maybe a third of the country; the schools and universities are still under the threat of an attack by automatic rifles anyone can buy freely for less than 500 dollars since their interdiction was lifted by former President Bush Jr; roads and bridges are getting older without enough maintenance; the high speed rains don't exist yet...
As for the international... the commercial agreements and about immigration with his two only neighbors (Canada and Mexico) are still waiting; he has denounced the two historic agreements signed by the USA and the remaining of the Village, on the nuclear in Iran and on the Environnent in the Village. 
And now he was just taught a lesson on diplomacy from the North Korean Leader, as egocentric as him, but apparently learning faster... 
Sad. For the USA. And for the Village. 
In his last communication, this American President has prayed to God that he would not have to use nuclear power against North Korea.
I was just wondering what a majority of American people might be praying for right now...? 
What if all the media struck an agreement not to talk / react about any doing or saying of this mythomane American President...? unless he was quitting of course...
Let's wait for the American partial elections in November 2018.

Larmes et Espoir? / Tears and Hope?

LARMES
A date en 2018, plus d'élèves / étudiants ont été tués dans les écoles / universités aux USA que de militaires américains en service.
Mais l'interdiction de vendre des armes automatiques ou semi-automatiques aux USA qui avait été levée par le president Bush  Jr n'a toujours pas été remise en vigueur par ce president... ou le president precedent Mr Obama... Elle a pourtant sauvé des dizaines de jeunes en Australie...

ESPOIR?
Ce jour, le president de la NRA (Association des armes a feu aux USA) a déclaré que le problème était la culture de violence aux USA, et a dénoncé par exemple les films violents ou les jeux videos violents.
Incroyable revirement... inespéré... ils ne parlent plus de la seule responsabilité des dérangés mentaux, mais ils reconnaissent enfin une partie du problème...
Evidemment ce revirement de la NRA qui lâche la culture de la violence par les armes n'est du qu'a la pression publique... Bravo a tous ceux qui se sont levés publiquement aux USA pour dire leur ras le bol depuis l'attentat en Floride.
Plus de 20 ans pour reconnaître en face une partie du problème, en paroles publiques. Juste a temps pour les discours électoraux a l'approche des elections de Novembre pour une partie des deputes Americans...
Combien de temps encore, ou combien d’étudiants tues encore, pour obtenir des  propositions, ou mieux un vote pour des solutions concretes...?

As per today, in 2018, more students have been killed in schools / universities in the USA than American service men in action.
But the interdiction to sell automatic or semi-automatic fire arms which had been lifted by President Bush  Jr has still not been reinstated by this President... or the one before, Mr Obama...

HOPE?
This day, the President of the NRA (National rifle Association in the USA) has declare that the problem was the culture of violence in the USA, and for instance has denounced the violence in films or the video games.
Incredible reversal... unexpected... they are not talking anymore of  the only responsibility of the mentally disturbed, but they are finally recognizing part of the problem... 
Clearly this reversal of the NRA, which abandons the culture of violence with fire arms is only due to the public pressure... Bravo to all those who publicly raised in the USA to claim that they were fed up since the killings in Florida.
Over 20 years to finally recognize part of the problem, in a public speech. Just in time for the electoral speeches with the November elections closing in for part of the American Legislative Assembly...
How much more time, or how many ore kids killed, to get proposals, or better votes, for concrete solutions...?

Suite aux 60 civils palestiniens arabes tués par les militaires palestiniens / israéliens juifs, alors qu'ils tentaient de retourner sur la terre d'ou leurs parents avaient été expulsés avec plus d'un million de palestiniens arabes en 1948...

Un pays reconnait un état, pas un gouvernement... Alors oubliez le Hamas... 
Ou bien la France reconnait l’état palestinien arabe, frère jumeau d'Israel, tels que créés tous les deux il y a 70 ans par les Nations Unies... 
Ou bien il faut garder un seul état, Palestine / Israel (comme en 1917, il y a un siècle...?) avec plusieurs provinces autonomes, comme aux USA ou au Canada ou en Europe... et une présidence tournante pour l’État et pour la capitale Jerusalem. Mais cet état unique devra être multi confessionnel, démocratique et laïque, avec des accommodements religieux dans chaque province. Peut-être que meme la Jordanie pourrait ensuite se joindre, avec deux ou trois provinces?...
Le refus de choisir entre ces deux solutions par la France, l'Angleterre etc est une honte a tous les deputes français et anglais.

A country recognizes a State, not a government or a political party... So forget the Hamas... 
Either France recognizes the Arab Palestinian State, twin brother of Israel, as both created 70 years ago by the United Nations... 
Or else we should keep only one State, Palestine / Israel (like in 1917, a century ago...?), with a few autonomous provinces, like in the USA or in Canada or in Europe... and a revolving presidency for the State and for the capital Jerusalem. But this one State should be multi-religions, democratic and secular, with some religious specificities in each province. Maybe even Jordan could join later on with two or three provinces?...
The refusal to choose between these two solutions by France, England, etc is a shame for all the representatives in the Legislative Assemblies of France and England.

Jusque la tout va bien 2 / So far so good 2

Dans le cas des accords internationaux sur l’Environnement et sur l'Iran, le president américain aurait pu demander l'ouverture de nouvelles negotiations pour amender les accord existants avant leur échéance. Trop compliqué je suppose pour son esprit binaire impulsif.
Ce president américain est en fait animé par trois priorités:

1- Détruire tout ce qu'a fait le president Obama.
Incidemment... parmi la centaine de membres du cabinet du gouvernement américain aujourd'hui il y a... zero personne noire.

2. Donner sa version des faits tous les jours sur Twitter, mensonges compris.
Pour essayer de contre balancer les revelations des media et rassurer sa base. Et rallier une partie de l'opinion publique, pour essayer d'influencer la justice américaine.
Un seul journal d'une ville importante avait soutenu sa candidature (Las Vegas si ma mémoire est correcte...). Mais si les républicains avaient exigé que tout candidat de leur parti a la présidence des USA devait avoir sa carte du parti depuis au moins 2 ou 3 ans, ce president n'aurait pas pu se presenter comme leur candidat et il aurait du se presenter a son compte, comme un candidat indépendant solitaire... ce qu'il est en fait.

3. Moi. Moi et moi.
(quand pourra-t-on avoir une liste exhaustive des investissements de la famille Trump en Chine ou a l’étranger mais avec des entreprises chinoises... propriétés de l’état chinois pour la plupart...?!)

Mais...
- Les media américains, qu'il méprise, ne cesseront pas les revelations a son égard.
- Les elections de novembre pourraient faire perdre au parti républicain sa majorité a l’assemblée legislative (leur chef a l’assemblée legislative a déjà annoncé qu'il ne se représenterait pas).
- La justice américaine ne lâchera pas ses enquêtes a son égard, avec a l'horizon une destitution possible?
- La population des USA représente 5% de la population du Village, mais le plus gros deficit budgétaire dans le Village, payé indirectement par les autres pays.
- Les USA viennent de perdre leur crédibilité pour les traités internationaux (au dela de... 2 ans?).
- Un nouvel équilibre dans le Village est en train de se dessiner avec l'Europe, la Chine et la Russie. La "nouvelle route de la soie" du president chinois, lancée depuis 3 ans, reliera la France (Lyon) a la Chine (Xian) en traversant l'Europe et la Russie (un premier train est arrivé la semaine dernière en Belgique en provenance directe de Chine). Pas étonnant qu'un rapport américain vienne de fortement condamner cette initiative... mais... quand pourra-t-on avoir une liste exhaustive des investissements de la famille Trump en Chine ou a l’étranger mais avec des entreprises chinoises... propriétés de l’état chinois pour la plupart...?!

PS: l'Angleterre est une île... mais les USA aussi... (d'accord une presqu’île...), entourés par l'ocean pacifique et l'ocean atlantique... par deux voisins avec lesquels ils n'arrivent pas a s'entendre commercialement ou pour l'immigration (Canada et Mexique)... et par deux autres voisins pauvres qu'ils refusent d'aider (Cuba et Haiti).

"Jusque la, tout va bien" disait la personne qui était tombée d'une fenêtre au vingtième étage, en passant devant le troisième étage...

In the case of the international agreements on the Environment and on  Iran, the American President could have asked to open new negotiations to make an addendum to the existing agreements, before they expire. Trop complicated I guess for his binary impulsive mind.
This American President is in fact driven by three priorities:

1- Destroy everything the President Obama has done before him.
By the way... among the 100 hundred or so members of the American government today there are... zero black people.

2. Give his version of the facts everyday on  Twitter, lies included.
To try to counter balance the revelations of the media and reassure its base. And rally part of the public opinion to try influencing the American justice.
Only one newspaper of a big city had supported him as a candidate (Las Vegas if my memory is correct...). But if the Republicans had requested that any candidate from their party to the Presidential election must have been registered with the party for at least 2 or 3 years, this President could not have been candidate through them and would have had to present himself as a lonely independent candidate... whom he is in fact.

3. Me. Me, and me.
(when can we have an exhaustive list of the investments in China of the Trump family, or in other countries jointly with Chinese companies, state owned for most of them...?!)

But...
- The American media, which he hates, will not stop their revelations about him.
- The November 2018 elections could mean the Republican party will lose their majority at the Legislative Assembly (their leader has already announced that he would not seek re-election).
- The American judges are not going to drop the inquiries about him, with in the future a possible impeachment?
- The population of the USA represent 5% of the population in the Village, but the biggest budget deficit in the Village, paid for indirectly by the other countries.
- The USA have just lost their credibility for international treaties (over... 2 years?).
- A new equilibrium in the Village is in progress with Europe, China and Russia. The "new silk road" of the Chinese President, launched 3 years ago, will link France (Lyon) to China (Xian) after crossing Europe and Russia ( a first train arrived in Belgium last week, directly from China). Not surprisingly an American report has recently condemned this  initiative... but... when can we have an exhaustive list of the investments in China of the Trump family, or in other countries jointly with Chinese companies, state owned for most of them...?!

PS: England is an island... but the USA too... (alright almost an island...), surrounded by the the Pacific Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean... by two neighbors with which he cannot agree commercially or for immigration (Canada and Mexico)... and by two other neighbors, very poor, which he refuses to help (Cuba and Haiti).

"So far, so good" said the person who had fallen from a window on the 20th floor, as he was passing in front of the 3rd floor...

Chaque jour apporte une révélation sur les affaires en cours d’enquête concernant le president américain.
Tous les gouvernants dans le Village savent que pour détourner l'attention de problèmes personnels ou internes au pays, rien ne vaut une declaration de politique extérieure internationale.
Apres avoir retiré les USA de l'accord international sur l'environnement, le president américain vient de dénoncer l'accord international nucléaire avec l'Iran. Dans les deux cas, il a démontré que les USA (sous sa présidence) ne pouvaient plus être considérés comme un partenaire international fiable, et que, dans son système de réflexion binaire, il privilégiait la confrontation a la negotiation, et la lumière des projecteurs des media qui accompagne plus volontiers la confrontation.
Regardez la signature de ce president mégalomane impulsif binaire... on n'y voit que des angles et des hauts ou des bas... 0 ou 1... vous êtes pour moi ou contre moi...

Le reniement de ces deux accords internationaux est une gifle pour le Village, pour l'Europe et la France en particulier, et aura des consequences durables pour les USA... un pays qui depend pourtant du reste du Village pour payer son deficit budgétaire colossal, mais qui veut quand meme dicter ses quatre volontés au reste du Village...?!
Le reste du Village va sans doute accélérer la recherche d'un nouvel ordre mondial.
Le gendarme américain auto-proclamé (4.5 % de la population du Village) continue de s'imposer grace a sa supériorité militaire et au dollar US. A mon avis les deux vont être de plus en plus contestés, principalement par l'Europe et par la Chine.
Face a la Chine et a la Russie, l’intérêt du gouvernement des USA serait pourtant de s'allier avec l'Europe. Mais cette analyse est sans doute au delà de la logique binaire et impulsive de ce president.
Une fois un nouvel équilibre établi dans le Village (avec le Canada et la France)... le banquier américain (la Chine) pourra alors decider de tuer ou non le dollar US.
Et les USA devront alors choisir d'adopter le dollar canadien ou le peso mexicain...? ha ha ha!

Every day brings a new revelation about the various inquiries in progress against the President of the USA. 
All people in power in the Village know that, to take the media pressure off any personal problem or issue within the country, nothing beats a declaration on international policy.
After he backed off  from the international agreement on the Environment, he has just backed off from the international nuclear agreement with Iran. In both cases he has demonstrated that the USA (under his presidency) could not be considered as a reliable international partner, and that, in his binary thinking process, he was putting the priority on confrontation versus negotiation, and on the limelight of the media which give preference to a confrontation.
Look at the signature of this binary impulsive megalomane President... all we see are angles, highs and downs... 0 or 1... you are with me or against me...

The abandon of these two international agreements is a slap in the face of the Village, for Europe and for France in particular, and will have lasting consequences for the USA, a country which relies though on the rest of the Village to pay for its tremendous budget deficit, but which still wants to impose its views to the rest of the Village...?!
The other countries in the Village are probably going to accelerate their search of a new order in the Village. 
The USA (4.5% of the population of the Village) self proclaimed policeman of the Village keeps its power thanks to their military superiority and to the US dollar. In my opinion both are going to be now more and more challenged now, mainly by Europe and China.
To counter China and Russia, the American government should understand that their interest is an alliance with Europe. But this analysis is probably beyond the impulsive binary logic of this President.
Once a new equilibrium will be found in the Village (with Canada and France)... the American banker (China) will then be able to kill or not the US dollar. And the USA will then have to choose between the Canadian dollar and the Mexican Peso...? ha ha ha...!

* Scarabée dore / Golden beetle

Le scarabée doré était couché sur le dos.

J'avais nettoyé une plate-bande réservée aux fleurs en enlevant le gazon qui s'y était introduit. En triant le gazon de la terre dans les mottes, je l'ai vu, couché sur le dos, je n'avais jamais vu un scarabée doré... 

D'abord il n'a pas bougé, comme s'il était mort... J'ai attendu, il faut être patient avec la nature... 

Soudain il a essayé de se redresser, mais il n'avait rien pour s'agripper... après 3 efforts, il s'est calmé, pour... réfléchir a sa condition de scarabée doré dans mon jardin au printemps...
Alors je l'ai pris délicatement par les cotés, et je l'ai posé sur le gazon un peu plus loin.
Sur ses pattes bien sur, quelle question... 

Il a fait 2 ou 3 pas, m'a remercié, et s'est envolé dans le ciel bleu.

La nature est quand meme bien faite, et l'homme se doit de rétablir les situations qu'il a mises en danger... Il avait l'air content, et moi, c'est la première fois qu'un scarabée doré me remerciait...

PS: 
Aujourd'hui les français ont épuisé la "Terre" écologiquement pour l’année... A partir de demain ils prennent de la "Terre" de leurs enfants...

The golden beetle was laying on its back.

I had cleaned up a garden spot dedicated for flowers by removing the grass which had invaded the space. When sorting out the grass and the earth, I saw it, laying down on its back, I had never seen a golden beetle... At first it did not move, as if it was dead... I waited, you have to be patient with nature... 

Suddenly it tried to get up on its feet, but it did not have anything around to grasp on... after 3 tries, it calmed down, to... think about its condition of being a golden beetle in my garden in the spring...

So I took it very cautiously on its sides, and I laid it on the grass nearby. Of course on its feet, what king a question is this... It walked a couple of steps, thanked me, and took off in the blue sky. 

Nature is well done after all, mainly when man repairs the damages he has done. That beetle looked happy, and me, it was the first time that a golden beetle thanked me... 

PS: 
Today the French people have used all of the "Earth" they were entitled to, ecologically, for the year. Starting tomorrow they are using the "Earth" of their children...
