Suite a la taxe d'importation imposée par l'Europe aux motos Harley-Davidson, l'entreprise américaine a annonce qu'elle allait délocaliser la production des motos pour le marche européen.
Le Guide Supreme du Trumpistan, arroseur arrosé, va enfin comprendre... peut-être. Faut pas faire pipi dehors contre le vent...
En attendant une réponse plus ferme du Canada (blog du 17/06/2018), je continue d’éviter d'acheter la moindre nourriture en provenance du Trumpistan. Le Mexique, le Maroc, ou l'Espagne ont des legumes et fruits pleins de soleil, et c'est le meme soleil que celui qui brille en Floride ou en Californie.
Le reste du Village va devoir apprendre a se passer peu a peu du Trumpistan... c'est parti, grace a leur Guide Supreme...

Following the custom tax imposed by Europe to the Harley-Davidson moto-bikes, the American company has announced that it was going to produce outside of the USA the bikes to be sold on the European market.
The supreme leader of Trumpistan will have a taste of his own medicine and finally understand... maybe. Don't try to pee outside against the wind...
While a firmer answer from Canada is expected (see 17/06/2018 blog), I keep on avoiding to buy any food products from the Trumpistan. Mexico, Morocco, or Spain have fruits and vegetables full of sun, and it is the same sun which shines above Florida and California.
The rest of the Village will have to learn how to live without Trumpistan, little by little... it has started, thanks to their Supreme Leader...

Ouverture - Fermeture / Opening - Closing

OUVERTURE
Le pape Francois rend visite ce Jeudi au Conseil Mondial des Eglises chrétiennes pour leur 70 ans depuis leur creation. Les catholiques romains ne font pas officiellement partie de cette organisation, mais ont deux observateurs permanents qui ne prennent pas part aux deliberations et aux votes.
Bravo a Francois qui continue d'ouvrir les portes et fenêtres du Vatican, qui avaient été peu a peu refermées depuis leur ouverture initiale par Jean 23 et le concile de Vatican 2.
(j'applaudis d'autant plus que ma mere est catholique romaine, mon père Luthérien, et mon épouse anglicane...)
Il ne manque plus qu'un concile des évêques chrétiens catholiques romains a Jerusalem, organise par les franciscains, avec en observateurs les évêques de toutes les denominations chrétiennes, a commencer par les Orthodoxes, les Anglicans, les Luthériens et les Méthodistes... Alors la troisième prophétie de Fatima pourra se réaliser avec un renouveau chrétien dans le Village.

FERMETURE
Le Trumpistan (anciennement Etats Unis) s'attaque ouvertement depuis un an a l’équilibre du Village et se replie derriere ses oceans et ses frontières dans une manifestation d’égocentrisme jamais connue a ce jour.

- Le Trumpistan a lancé une guerre commerciale avec ses alliés et ennemis confondus, sous prétexte que l’équilibre mondial actuel est défavorable au commerce des USA.
Le guide supreme du Trumpistan ne se comporte pas comme le president des USA a mon avis, mais plus simplement comme un promoteur immobilier New-Yorkais mégalomane qui aime faire parler de lui chaque jour, et dont les capacités de négociation sont limitées car en fait il n'a confiance en personne autre que lui meme. Les psychologues pourront developer et vous en dire plus...
Le Trumpistan oublie que c'est le reste du Village qui paie pour leur deficit budgétaire..., mais ils insistent pour que leur 4.5% de la population du Village impose leurs priorités aux autres 7 milliards de personnes. Au nom de quel principe?...
Le banquier du Trumpistan, la Chine... a réagi officiellement cette semaine en disant que "ils appelaient les Etats Unis a être plus rationnel au sujet de la question des accords commerciaux et a cesser de nuire aux intérêts des autres pays et a eux meme" (Xinhuan). A mon avis le Trumpistan a tort de fâcher son banquier...

- Le Trumpistan continue de se retirer depuis un an de plusieurs instances / agréments internationaux:
UNESCO;
Accord de Paris sur le climat;
Accord nucléaire avec l'Iran;
Pacte mondial pour les migrations.
Sans oublier que les USA sont un des seuls pays du Village (avec Israel) qui ne reconnait pas le tribunal de justice des Nations Unies de La Haye.
Ajoutez-y le retrait cette semaine du Conseil des droits de l'Homme des Nations Unies, officiellement pour soutenir le gouvernement actuel d'extreme droite en Israel, mais peut-etre aussi pour ne pas avoir a répondre sur les derniers développement de leur politique migratoire (séparation des enfants de plus de 4 ans et de leurs parents entrés illégalement aux USA, et autres mesures a suivre?). D'ailleurs le Canada qui reçoit pres de 1000 immigrants illégaux par mois venus des USA depuis plus d'un an s'interroge sur la definition des Etats Unis comme "pays sur" dans leur accord migratoire...

L'isolement croissant du Trumpistan sur la scene politique mondiale désole tous leurs allies et amis de toujours dans le Village, ainsi que plusieurs personnalités dans leur pays, mais ravit en secret leurs ennemis...
Dans toute l'histoire du Village, je ne connais aucun president ou dictateur qui ait apporte le bonheur a ses citoyens ou au Village en poursuivant un rêve de suprématie mondiale egoiste ( et de creation d'hotels et de casinos a son nom...)

OPENING
The Pope Francis is visiting this Thursday the World Council of Christian Churches for the celebration of their 70 years of existence. The Roman Catholics are not part of this organisation, but have two permanent observers who are not taking part to the discussions and votes.
Bravo to Francis who keeps opening the doors and windows of the Vatican, which had been slowly closed again after their first openings by John 23 and the Vatican 2 council. 
(I even more applaud the meeting as my mother is Roman Catholic, my father is Lutheran and my wife is Anglican...)
All we need now is Council of the Roman Catholic Bishops in Jerusalem, organized by the Franciscans, with observers sent by all Christian denominations, starting with the Orthodoxes, the Anglicans, the Lutherans and the Methodists... Then the third prophecy of Fatima can become reality with a Christian renewal in the Village.

CLOSING
The Trumpistan (formerly USA) is openly attacking since a year the equilibrium of the Village and is retreating behind its oceans and its borders in a show of egomania never seen to this day.

- The Trumpistan has launched a commercial war against their allies and ennemies altogether, under the assumption that the world equilibrium is not in favor of the USA. 
The supreme guide of Trumpistan does not behave like the President of the USA in my opinion, but rather like a New York real estate power house who likes to have his name in the news everyday, and who has limited capacity of negotiation as he does not trust anybody but him. Psychologists can tell you more about it...
The Trumpistan is forgetting that it the rest of the Village which pays for their budget deficit..., but they insist that their 4.5% of the population in the Village impose their priorities to the other 7 billion people. In the name of which principle?...
The banker of the Trumpistan, China... has officially reacted this week, saying that "they were caling upon the USA to be more rational regarding the question of the commercial agreements and to stop acting against the interests of the other countries and their own interests" (Xinhuan). In my opinion the Trumpistan is wrong in getting their banker upset...

- The Trumpistan, since one year, keeps on getting out of international organisations / agreements: UNESCO
Paris treaty on the climate
Nuclear treaty with Iran
World treaty on migrations. 
And dont forget that the USA are one of the only country in the Village (with Israel) which still does not recognize the international Court of Justice of The Hague. 
Add this year the USA getting out of the Council for Human Rights at the United Nations, officially to take side with the actual government of Israel (extreme right), but in fact possibly also so they dont have to answer questions about the development of their immigration policy (separating kids over 4 years old from their parents entered illegally in the USA, or more to come?). As a matter of fact, Canada which has been welcoming close to 1,000 illegal immigrants per month for over a year now is wondering about the designation of the USA as a "safe country" in their migration agreement...

The Trumpistan is more and more isolated on the political world stage and their friends and allies of ever in the Village feel sorry for them, as well as many personalities in the USA. But their ennemies are secretly pleased...
In all the history of the Village, I do not know of any President or Dictator who brought happiness to his citizens or to the Village by pursuing a dream of selfish world supremacy (and of creating hotels and casinos with his name...)

** Canada & Trumpistan

Le president du Trumpistan raconte n'importe quoi...
En fait son pays exporte beaucoup plus d'acier vers le Canada qu'il n'en importe...
Et son pays exporte 1 milliard de dollars en produits agricoles / laitiers de plus qu il n'en importe du Canada.
Son gouvernement, et non les députes démocrates, ont decide de séparer les enfants (4 ans et plus) et les parents des immigrants illégaux, avec des centres de detention pour déjà plus de 2000 enfants. Désavoué par tous les législateurs américains. Alors... a quoi sert le congres américain...?

De mauvaise foi et relevant de la psychologie, visiblement ce president ne comprendra qu'une chose, en attendant que son banquier (la Chine) lui fasse entendre raison...
- Le Canada doit taxer a 25% les exportations d'électricité vers les USA (dont ils ont besoin pour faire de l'aluminium...), y compris sur les contrats déjà signes avec l'Est du Trumpistan, puisqu'il arrête a loisir les contrats internationaux en cours.
- Le Canada doit taxer a 25% TOUS les services rendus au Canada par les entreprises américaines.
- Le Canada doit marquer d'un petit drapeau américain TOUS les produits américains importés au Canada, déjà taxés ou non. Le consommateur fera son choix. Je fais déjà mes choix depuis une semaine, en refusant d'acheter tous les fruits / legumes / produits laitiers du Trumpistan,  il y a tout ce qu il faut au Quebec / Canada ou venant du Mexique ou du Maroc etc... y compris les fraises du Quebec, le homard canadien, le sirop d’érable québécois, ou les agrumes d'Espagne ou du Maroc.

The President of Trumpistan is saying anything... b**s**...
In fact, his country exports far more steel towards Canada than it imports from Canada...
And his country exports 1 billion dollars more farm products (agriculture / milk) than it imports from it.
His government, and not the Democrat legislators, have decided to separate the kids (4 years old and over) and the parents of the illegal immigrants, with some detention centres for already more than 2000 kids. All American legislators disagree. Then... what use is the American congress...?

Speaking in bad faith and a good subject for psychological studies, clearly this President will only understand one thing, while we wait for his banker (China) to bring him back to reason...
- Canada must tax at 25% the export of electricity towards the USA (which they need to make aluminium...), including on the contracts already signed with the East of Trumpistan, since he stops at will any current international contract.
- Canada must tax at 25% ALL the services rendered in Canada by the American companies.
- Canada must show a little American flag on all the American products imported into Canada, with an import tax or not. The consumer will choose. I already make my choices since last week, by refusing to buy any fruit / vegetable / dairy product from the Trumpistan, we have all we need in Quebec / Canada or coming from Mexico or Morocco... including Quebec strawberries, Canadian lobster, Canadian maple syrup, or oranges from Spain or Morocco.

Jihad / Golgotha

Un rappeur en France fait la promotion publiquement du Jihad (lutte armée de l'islamisme extrémiste)(T-shirt, paroles de rap) et a des paroles dans ses raps contre la laïcité et contre le christianisme, en parlant de "crucifier les laicards comme a Golgotha"...
Les français s'interrogent pour lui interdire de se produire sur la scene du Bataclan, ou le terrorisme islamiste avait assassiné des dizaines de personnes. Des familles des personnes assassinées se sont portées partie civile pour interdire sa prestation sur ce lieu.
Mais la vraie question va au-delà a mon avis, et devrait être l'interdiction ou non de la promotion publique du Jihad armé en France et en Europe, non? La liberté d'opinion a des limites.
Encore plus avec la liberation prévue cette année par la France d'une cinquantaine de personnes mises en prison pour participation a la lutte armée de Daesh en Irak - Syrie... et 300 autres l'an prochain.

Le Japon a interdit l'islam sur son territoire depuis longtemps, c'est vrai qu'ils s'y connaissent historiquement sur les consequences du fanatisme...
Et la Chine vient de rouvrir ce mois ci des camps de re-education / redressement de la pensée, qui avaient été fermés il y a deux ans, et qui sont rouverts maintenant pour les islamistes extrémistes partisans du Jihad armé.
La France également réfléchit toujours a des camps de re-education pour les islamistes extrémistes terroristes.
Réfléchissez, réfléchissez... encore combien de temps...? jusqu'au prochain assassinat terroriste?...
A mon avis, la solution ne pourra venir que de l'Arabie Saoudite quand elle condamnera le Jihad - expansion de la religion par les armes - et enlèvera le sabre de leur drapeau.

Lundi: "L'agriculture américaine"

In France, a rapper promotes publicly the Jihad (armed fight of the extremist Islamists)(T-shirt, words in the rap) and has words against secularism and the Christians, talking about "let's crucify the adepts of secularism like on the Golgotha"...
French people are wondering about forbidding him to come on stage at the Bataclan, where the Islamist terrorists had assassinated dozens of people. Some families of people assassinated have launch a judicial pursuit to forbid him to come on stage in this place.
But the real question goes far beyond in my opinion, and should be to forbid (or not) the public promotion of the armed Jihad in France and in Europe, no? Freedom of expression has limits.
Even more with France ready to free from the prison this year around 50 people condemned for having joined the armed fight of Daesh in Irak - Syria... and 300 more next year.

Japon has forbidden Islam on their territory for quite some time, it is true that they know quite a bit about fanaticism...
And China has just last month re-opened the re-education camps (to help make you think more straight...), camps which had been closed 2 years ago, and which are now re-opened for the Islamist extremists in favor of armed Jihad. 
France is also still in the middle of a thinking process regarding re-education camps for the terrorist Islamist extremists. 
Keep thinking, keep thinking... for how much longer...? until the next terrorist assassination?...
In my opinion, the solution will only come from Saudi Arabia when they will condemn the Jihad - extending the religion by the arms - and will take away from their flag the saber of the Jihad.

La politique du président du Trumpistan est en fait très facile a comprendre.
1- Il favorise les pays ou il pourra faire des affaires immobilières après sa présidence, avec le soutien des dirigeants, comme en Chine, en Russie, en Corée du Nord, en Arabie Saoudite, en Israel. Par contre rien a espérer pour faire des affaires immobilières juteuses en Europe, au Canada, en Afrique, en Amérique du Sud ou en Palestine...
2- Il veut détruire tout ce que son prédécesseur (le premier president noir american Mr Obama) a bâti. Vengeance d'un mégalomane, pas raciste, mais...
3- Il veut rendre les USA incontournables et donc affaiblir l'Europe (le reve aussi de la Russie), pour revenir a une domination bi-polaire du Village par les USA, et en face la Russie et la Chine.

Ce president mégalomane gère la politique internationale comme il gérait ses affaires de promoteur immobilier new yorkais, moitié a l’esbroufe et avec la méthode Coué, moitié avec des declarations de facade a l'improviste, sans trop réfléchir a l'avance. Digne d'un elephant dans un magasin de porcelaine...
Il pretend qu'il saura si le president nord coréen est sérieux dans la premiere minute de leur rencontre, grace a son intuition. Et il a indiqué qu'il n'avait pas besoin de se preparer pour cette reunion. C'est vrai que personne n'a jamais vu le moindre dossier sur son bureau...

Pendant ce temps la... dans le Trumpistan...
- un journaliste a qualifie hier la reunion du 12 Juin de reunion de deux dictateurs;
- un chef républicain a declare que ce president ne représentait pas son pays et que les alliés ne devaient pas désespérer;
- des deputes américains préparent un projet de loi pour limiter les pouvoirs du president en ce qui concerne les taxes douanières,
- et a la maison, son directeur de cabinet, un general, a qualifie de "misérables" les conditions de travail en general a la maison blanche.

Lors de la dernière reunion du G6+1, le president du Trumpistan est venu pour discuter des taxes douanières, et est reparti de manière très impolie avant les discussions sur l'environnement et autres sujets qu'il ne souhaitait pas discuter mais qui avaient ete mises a l'ordre du jour par le premier ministre invitant, du Canada. Excuse donnée: la reunion du 12 juin avec la Corée du nord. Alors que les réunions du G6+1 sont prévues depuis longtemps...
Il est également arrivé en retard bon dernier au petit déjeuner du Samedi matin, mégalomanie oblige.
Et il a propose de re-inviter la Russie aux reunions, pour mieux diviser l'Europe, et pour défaire ce qu'avait pousse son prédécesseur quand la Russie avait été exclue pour avoir envahie l'Ukraine et la Crimée.

Le president français a déjà declare que le G6 devait être prêt a prendre des decisions sans le president du Trumpistan. Bravo.
Et le premier ministre canadien, devant les méthodes de ce promoteur immobilier new yorkais, et son manque de politesse en quittant la reunion avant la discussion sur les autres sujets que les taxes douanières, a confirme que les canadiens étaient polis et patients, mais qu'ils ne se laisseraient pas abuser par le president du Trumpistan. Bravo.

Quand a l'accord qui va être trouvé (ou non) avec la Corée du Nord, le president de la Corée du Nord aura lui en tête trois priorités:
- la réunification de la Corée, une priorité depuis 60 ans pour son père et lui, depuis que les USA l'avaient empêchée pour faire barrage aux communistes du nord.
- une reunion face a face, d’égal a égal, avec le president du pays qui avait lance deux bombes nucléaires sur le Japon, une priorité depuis 60 ans pour son père et lui.
- Avec ce president du Trumpistan, tout accord a une durée de vie limitée, voir le traite nucléaire avec l'Iran. Et de toutes façons ce president devrait être parti dans deux ans et demi, pour s'occuper d'affaires immobilières en Chine, en Russie, a Ryad et a Jerusalem.

Vendredi prochain: "Jihad / Golgotha"...

The foreign policy of the president of Trumpistan is in fact easy to understand.
1- He favors the countries where he will be able to do business with real estate deals after his presidency, with the help of their leaders, lie in China, Russia, North Korea, Saudi Arabia or Israel. Nothing to expect in terms of easy real estate deals in Europe, Canada, Africa, South America or Palestine...
2- He wants to destroy everything his predecessor (the first black American President Mr Obama) has built. Vengeance of a megalomaniac, not a racist, but...
3- He wants to make the USA a must in the Village and therefore needs to weaken Europe (like Russia dreams of too), to come back to a bi-polar dominance of the Village by the USA, and across Russia and China.

This President, megalomaniac, conducts foreign policy like he was conducting his real estate New York deals, half bullying and with the Coue method, half with improvising quick drawn declarations, without much thinking in advance. Behaving like an elephant in a china store...
He claims he will know within the first minute if the North Korean President is serious, thanks to his intuition. And he already indicated that he did not needed to prepare himself for this meeting. In truth, nobody has ever seen any file on his desk...

Meanwhile in Trumpistan... 
- a newsman has yesterday qualified the June 12 meeting, "a meeting between two dictators"...
- a Republican leader has declared that this President did not represent the USA and that allied countries should not get desperate; 
- some American legislators are preparing a project of law reducing the power of the President to impose custom taxes.
- and at home, his office manager, a general, has qualified the working atmosphere in the White House  as "misérable".

At the last meeting of the G6+1, the President of Trumpistan came to discuss the custom taxes, and then left in a rue manner before he discussion on Environment an other subjects that he did not wish to discuss but that had been tabled by the inviting Prime Minister of Canada. Excuse given: the June 12 meeting with North Korea. While the meetings of the G6+1 were scheduled a long time ago...
He also showed up late (last one) at the breakfast on Saturday morning, megalomania...
And he proposed to re-invite Russia to the meetings, to better divise Europe, and to go back on what his predecessor had pushed for when Russia had been excluded for having invaded Ukraine and Crimea.

The French President has already declared that the G6 must be ready to make decisions without the President of Trumpistan. Bravo.
And the Canadian Prime Minister, in view of the methods of this New York real estate promoter and his rudeness when leaving the meeting before the discussion on the other subjects than the custom taxes, has confirmed that  the Canadians were polite and patient, but they would not accept being bullied by the President of Trumpistan. Bravo.

As for the agreement that will (or not) be reached with North Korea, the President of North Korea will, him, have three priorities in mind:
- the reunification of Korea, a priority for the last 60 years for his father and him, after the USA prevented the reunification of Korea to stop the communists from the North.
- a meeting face to face, between equals, with the President of the country that launched two nuclear bombs over Japan, a priority for the last 60 years for his father and him.
- Avec this President of Trumpistan, any international agreement has a limited life duration, see the agreement with Iran. And anyway, this President should be gone in two and half years, to take care of his real estate deals in China, in Russia, in Ryad and in Jerusalem.

Aux elections présidentielles américaines, trois quarts des électeurs n'ont pas vote pour des candidats classiques, et ont vote soit pour Bernie Sanders (un Robin des Bois moderne populiste qui mettait l'accent sur la redistribution vers les moins favorises et sur plus d'effort pour réduire les coûts de la sante et de l'education), soit pour Trump, un promoteur new-yorkais égocentrique mégalomane populiste, sans doute inscrit au parti républicain quelques jours avant de chercher son investiture, et qui mettait l'accent contre l'immigration illégale ou non qualifiée, pour un mur infranchissable entre le Mexique et les Etats Unis , et affichait clairement que sa seule priorité était les USA, oubliez les alliés d'hier, le Canada et l'Europe par exemple, mais qui écoutait par contre les puissants lobbies américains, les grosses fortunes américaines, ou la sirène des affaires immobilières internationales pour la famille Trump.

L'Europe n'a toujours pas apporté de solution a l'immigration illégale non contrôlée venant du sud ou du Moyen Orient, et n'a toujours pas uniformisé les conditions sociales et les taxations des particuliers et des entreprises dans toute l'Europe. Dans ces conditions, les électeurs qui ne voient pas arriver la prospérité annoncée comme objectif prioritaire dans la charte européenne, se rebellent et se détournent des partis politiques impuissants poussiéreux, et écoute les sirènes de ceux qui n'ont encore rien prouvé, même si certains aspects des programmes proposés ne leur conviennent pas vraiment ou échoueront.

L'Europe doit contrôler son immigration et doit uniformiser les conditions sociales et la taxation des particuliers et des entreprises.
Quant aux USA, la vision a long terme a souvent fait défaut a leurs dirigeants, et le soutien des alliés européens a souvent été une question d'opportunité. L’égocentrisme et les contre-vérités énoncées quotidiennement par ce president ne font que renforcer ces tendances et irritent les autres dirigeants du Village.
(par exemple il dit aujourd'hui que l'acier canadien est une menace pour la securité des Etats Unis car le materiel militaire américain achète de l'acier canadien... mais en fait les USA exportent plus d'acier vers le Canada qu'ils n'en importent du Canada...! Pourquoi les militaires américains n’achètent-ils pas l'acier américain...?)
Entre un Canada (adepte de la concertation...et poli a outrance parfois... je m'excuse de vous demander pardon...) et ce president américain, c'est le jour et la nuit!

A ce jour, et depuis 2000 ans, le nationalisme protectionniste et tous ceux qui ont essayé de dominer le Village avec une seule priorité "leur pays", ont fini par échouer, sur le long terme.
Le dollar américain et le deficit budgétaire américain est payé par le reste du Village, notamment la Chine, qui soutiennent donc l’économie et la politique intérieure ou extérieure américaine, et sa population qui ne représente pourtant que 4.5% du Village...
Un soutien pour combien de temps encore...?

During the American Presidential elections, three quarters of the electors did not vote for the standard candidates, and voted either for Bernie Sanders (a modern populist Robin Hood putting the priority on redistributing wealth to the less fortunate and more efforts on a cheaper health care and education), or for Trump, a New York real estate agent egocentric megalomaniac populist, probably registered at the Republican part a few days before he searched for their endorsement, and who was putting priority against illegal immigration or non qualified immigration, for a wall between Mexico and the USA, and was clearly saying that his only priority was the USA (forget yesterday's allies, Canada and Europe for instance), but he was listening to the powerful American lobbies, the big wealthy people or the interests of the real estate development projects at the international for the Trump family.

Europe has still not found a solution to the illegal immigration out of control coming in from the South or from the Middle East, and has still not uniformed the social rules and the taxes for individuals or businesses all across Europe. Under these conditions, the electors do not see coming the prosperity announced as a priority in the European Charter, and in rebellion stay away from the powerless and very dusty political parties, and listen to the sweet talk of those who have not proven anything yet, even if some aspects of their programs do not please them really, or will never work.

Europe must control its immigration and must uniformed the social conditions and the taxes for the individuals and the businesses.
As for the USA, the long term vision has often been lacking or a bit short, and their support of the European allied countries has often been a question of opportunity. The ego-centrism and the half lies spilled daily by this President are only reinforcing this analysis and are irritating the other country leaders in the Village.
(for example he said today that Canadian steel was a threat to the safety of the USA because American military equipment manufacturers purchase Canadian steel... but in fact the USA export more steel towards Canada than they import from Canada...! Why are the American military not buying American steel...?)
Between Canada (a country who prefers concertation... and very polite, sometimes to the extreme... I am sorry to ask for you to excuse me...) and this American President, it is day and night!

To-date, and for 2000 years, the protectionist nationalism and all those who have tried to dominate the Village with only one priority "my country" have failed, in the long term.
The American dollar and the American budget deficit are paid for by the rest of the Village, including China, which are therefore sustaining the American economy, their interior and international policies, and the American people, who though only represent 4.5% of the Village... 
Supporting for how much longer time...?
