La Nouvelle Zélande, un autre pays dont le chef de l’état est également la reine d'Angleterre... a par contre légalisé la prostitution.
Il faudrait ouvrir des maisons closes dans tout le Village, avec l'accord du conseil municipal concerné, pour augmenter le suivi medical et la sécurite des prostituées, faire payer une taxe de vente sur les services rendus, et couper l'herbe sous le pied des diverses mafias ou autres protecteurs et profiteurs.

Question aux journalistes de tous bords et de tous pays, et aux citoyens israeliens:
- L'extreme droite au Canada n'existe pas, ou pratiquement pas.
- L'extreme droite aux Etats Unis existe au moins depuis la guerre de Secession, et reprend du poil de la bete de temps en temps, comme le flirt actuel du Tea Parti Républicain, contre lequel les journalistes raisonnables et humoristes de gauche s'en donnent a cœur joie. - L'extreme droite en France et en Angleterre existe depuis la fin des colonies. Mais elle a révisé ses priorités au point d'être soutenue maintenant par environ 30% des votants. Les journalistes raisonnables et humoristes de gauche s'en donnent a cœur joie pour contenir et prévenir toute dérive supplémentaire.

Pourquoi les journalistes raisonnables et les humoristes de gauche israéliens sont-ils coupés du reste du monde?
Il est temps que les journalistes raisonnables et les humoristes de gauche dans tout le Village s'attaquent a l'extreme droite israélienne et assurent le succes de la gauche israélienne aux prochaines elections. Un gouvernement de gauche en Israel (parti politique de Shimon Perez) est le seul espoir d'une solution de paix sur la terre d'Israel et de Palestine.
Les Etats Unis et l'Europe pourront mettre a la raison les musulmans violents autour de l’état d'Israel, mais seuls les Israéliens peuvent d'abord ramener a la raison leur gouvernement. Et pousser pour une levee de l'embargo sur Gaza et une reconnaissance de l’état jumeau de Palestine, sans conditions.
En attendant bien sur la solution pronostiquée sur ce blog a plusieurs reprises déjà, soit un seul état laïc avec trois ou quatre provinces semi-autonomes, une présidence tournante, et Jerusalem pour capitale... solution a venir rapidement d'ici seulement quelques siècles...

But the Israeli extreme right has no solution to offer for the return of the 1.5 millions Palestinians who lived there for centuries in peace with the Jews before they were expelled in 1948. The Israeli extreme right has taken hostage the government, and the demonstrations in their favor are picking up.
Why are the Israeli reasonable newsmen and leftist humorists cut from the rest of the world?
It is about time that the reasonable newsmen and the leftist humorists in the whole Village attack the Israeli extreme right and path the way for the success of the Israeli left political party at the next elections. A leftist government in Israel (political party of Shimon Perez) is the only hope for a possible peace on the earth of Israel and Palestine.
The USA and Europe will be able to bring to reason the violent Muslims around the State of Israel, but only Israeli citizens can first bring their government to its sense. And push for lifting of the embargo on the Gaza territories and a recognition of the twin State of Palestine without any conditions.
Until then, the solution called for many times on this blog, ie a single secular state with three semi-autonomous provinces, a rotating presidency, and Jerusalem for capital... solution to come shortly, within a few centuries...

Israel et les combattants de la bande de Gaza (Hamas et/ou Islamic Jihad et/ou mercenaires d'Iran ou du nouveau Califat Irak-Syrie) sont engagés dans une guerre qui aurait du être évitée depuis longtemps.
Les 1.5 millions de Palestiniens expulsés d'Israel en 1948 ne peuvent pas être gardés a vie dans des conditions non-humanitaires, sur une terre du Village qui compte le plus d'habitants au km2. Donc vous pouvez etre surs que tout missile tuera des innocents.
Israel a le droit de se defendre bien sur, mais pas de tuer des femmes et des enfants en connaissance de cause. Bombarder des appartements dans lesquels vous savez que vivent des femmes et des enfants n'est pas acceptable de la part de l'armée d'Israel, s'ils veulent être appelés un pays occidental democratique. Ce n'est pas acceptable non plus des combattants de la bande de Gaza, meme si ils pretendaient se battre pour l'etablissement de leur pays, suite a la decision de 1947 des Nations Unies. Donc la solution ne peut pas venir des armes ou d'une treve. La seule solution viable a long terme pour la paix est connue de tous:
1- Israel doit lever l'embargo vieux de 10 ans sur la bande de Gaza, mais doit continuer a inspecter toutes les marchandises qui arivent par terre, air ou mer, pour empecher les armes de rentrer.
2- Israel doit abandonner son reve de Grand Israel et reconnaitre l'etat de Palestine sans aucune condition.
Le reste suivra, avec l'aide des Etats Unis et de l'Europe.
3- Se sachant en danger dans le coeur des palestiniens face aux combattants (Sunnites) du nouveau califat Syrie - Irak, (qui disposent de beaucoup de cash grace a la revente sur le marche noir du petrole des usines qu'ils controlent maintenant... et qui s'en servent pour aider les populations et payer les soldats...), le Hamas (Shiites) a même accepté en debut de mois de faire partie du gouvernement officiel de la Palestine avec le Fatah. Au lieu de rompre les discussions de paix, Israel aurait du les poursuivre et aurait pu obtenir la reconnaissance des deux etats, si ce point est vraiment leur priorité?
4- Si les Etats Unis ont pu mettre des sanctions economiques contre la Russie pour le conflit en Ukraine, alors les Etats Unis devraient arreter toute aide economique a Israel et son armee tant que les conditions ci-dessus n'ont ete remplies?
Alors... les Etats Unis et l'Europe aideront Israel a arreter et juger tout palestinien qui utiliserait la violence. Ou tout combattant / terroriste d'un des pays musulmans aux frontieres d'Israel... regardez une carte...
En attendant, si le gouvernement d'Israel n'arrete pas tres rapidement ses frappes dans une zone surpeuplée, l'autorité palestinienne du Fatah n'aura plus d'autre choix que de deposer une plainte contre Israel au tribunal international de Justice des Nations Unies de La Haye, sous quelques jours, sous peine de se voir preferer le Hamas aux prochaines elections, voir de se faire deborder tous les deux par par le nouveau Califat en Syrie - Irak.

It is as well not acceptable from the fighters from the Gaza territories, even if they were claiming to be fighting for the establishment of their country, as per the 1947 decision of the United Nations. So the solution cannot be given by weapons or a cease fire. The only long lasting solution for peace is known from all:
1- Israel must lift the 10 year old embargo on Gaza territories, but must keep checking all incoming goods by land, air or sea, to prevent weapons to come in.
2- Israel must abandon its dream of the Great Israel and recognize a State of Palestine without any conditions. The rest will follow, with the help of the USA and Europe.
3- Realizing that they (Hamas - Shiites) were in danger in the heart of the Palestinians in front of the fighters (Sunnites) of the new Califat of Syria - Irak (who have a lot of cash thanks to the sale on the black market of the oil they control... and who use this cash for helping the people and paying the fighters...), Hamas even acccepted earlier this month to join the Palestinian government with the fatah. Instead of breaking the peace negotiations, Israel should have continue the negotiations and whould have obtained the recognition of both States, if this point is really their priority?
4- If the USA can put economic sanctions on Russia for the Ukraine conflict, then the USA should stop any economic aid to Israel and its army until both conditions above are met.
Then... the USA and Europe will stand for Israel and help them arrest and judge any Palestinian still using violence. Or any other fighter / terrorist from a Muslim country on the border of Israel... look at a map...
Meanwhile, if the government of Israel does not stop its missiles in a surpopulated area, the Palestinian authority Fatah will have no other choice than to lodge a complaint against Israel at the International Court of Justice of The Hague, of the United Nations, within days, or else they will take the chance of having palestinians vote for Hamas at the next elections, or for the new Califat of Syria - Irak...

La semaine dernière, avant le debut des hostilités dans la bande de Gaza entre Israel et le Hamas et/ou le Jihad Islamique palestinien, le gouvernement égyptien a propose un pacte de non-agression entre Israel et le Hamas. Israel a refuse les conditions posées par le Hamas. Quelles étaient ces conditions? Nous avons le droit de savoir, non?...
Après plus d'une centaine de morts palestiniens, dont 80% de civils comprenant des femmes et des enfants, l'Egypte est en train de proposer a nouveau un pacte de non-agression entre le Hamas et Israel.
Trop tard pour les femmes et les enfants palestiniens tués sans aucune consideration pour leurs vies.
La reconnaissance par Israel de l’état de Palestine, sans aucune condition, et donc l'abandon du rêve du Grand Israel par l'extreme droite, sont des pré-requisites absolus pour la paix au Moyen Orient et pour qu’Israël retrouve un soutien de l'Europe et des Etats Unis.

Ce qui obligera le Canada a faire la meme chose sous peu... sous peine de voir se croiser aux postes frontières les Américains qui viendront chercher au Canada les médicaments dont ils ont besoin (generiques et moins chers), et les Canadiens qui iront chercher de la marijuana (a ramener dans les cadres de vélo et autres cachettes amusantes, comme porter un masque a l'effigie de Justin Trudeau!).
Ca me rappelle les jeunes français et les jeunes belges qui se croisaient aux postes frontières il y a 40 ans tous les Vendredi et Samedi soirs, sous le regard bienveillant des douaniers.
Pour quelle raison? Bon d'accord les belges ont plus de bières, et elles sont bonnes... mais en fait c’était tout simplement parce que les jeunes filles belges plaisaient aux jeunes français, et vice-versa! C’était une autre époque...

Colorado and Washington are the first two States which have legalized the selling of marijuana, for your pleasure (or medical purpose of course...). Bravo, might as well let the governments get the taxes on these sales and undercut the mafia.
Still to be done is the selling of all the narcotics, but must be sold in government stores, with mandatory medical check-up and follow-up.
And since there are no custom officers or borders between the various States of the USA, it is only a question of time before all the States make it legal to sell marijuana.
Which will force Canada to do the same thing shortly... or else we will see at the border lines both ways, the Americans coming to Canada to buy cheaper the medication they need (generic and cheaper), and the Canadians who will go and get some marijuana (to bring back in the bikes frames or other funny hiding places,, like wearing a mask looking like Justin Trudeau!)
Reminds me of the young Frenchmen and the young Belgians passing each other at the border 40 years ago every Friday and Saturday nights, under the friendly watch of the custom officers.
Why for? Well, Belgium has more beers to taste, and they are good!... but in fact it was simply because the Belgian young ladies were a hit for the young French young men, and vice versa! Other times...

Interpretations

Je pensais que écrire quelque chose permettait d'etre plus clair...
- Les musulmans terroristes sunnites ou shiites interprètent le Coran et oublient que les religions du Livre (Juifs et Chrétiens) sont protégées par le Coran, pour autant que leurs membres reconnaissent l'autorité de l’état, pardon... du Calife en place. Leur assassinats de prêtres ou moines, ou leurs incendies d'églises sont donc une interpretation abusive du Coran, et au mieux une tentative de communication par certains petits chefs pour pouvoir s'auto-proclamer Calife... mais n'est pas Iznogoud qui veut...
En fait, attendons que les réserves de pétrole dans les pays musulmans tombent a zéro, le butin potentiel deviendra moins intéressant, et les guerres pourraient cesser... On s'en reparle dans un siècle...
- Le gouvernement japonais a décidé qu'il allait re-interpreter la clause de leur constitution qui leur interdit de faire la guerre. Ils veulent autoriser leur armée a venir en aide aux pays amis... contre... une agression chinoise, sans la nommer...
En fait, ils se rendent compte que les Etats Unis envoient maintenant a leurs amis de plus en plus des conseiller militaires ou des drones, mais pas de soldats. Ce qui irrite visiblement l'instinct guerrier de leurs militaires. Et la prochaine étape japonaise sera sans doute de demander l'autorisation de posséder l'arme nucléaire, pour se défendre bien sur... suite a une experience désastreuse il y a 70 ans...
- Je vais ouvrir un CID, Centre d'Interpretation des Documents. Exclusivement pour les constitutions, les traités d'armes nucléaires, et les livres sacres des diverses religions. Et je commencerais tout simplement par leur demander ou est la page de leur document qui dit que la paix est l'objectif prioritaire du Village...
Je ne devrais pas chomer, pour des siècles et des siècles...

- The Sunnites and Shiites Muslim terrorists interpret the Koran and forget that the religions of the Book (Jews and Christians) are protected by the Koran, in as much as their people recognize the authority of the State, sorry... of the Calif in place. So their murder of priests or monks, or their burning of churches are not compatible with the Koran, but merely a communication stunt by some little chiefs so they can proclaim themselves Calif... but is not Iznogoud anyone...
In fact, let's wait until the oil reserves in the Muslim countries dry out, the potential loot will become less interesting, and the wars might stop... Let's discuss again in one century...
- The Japanese government has decided to re-interpret the paragraph in their constitution which forbids them to go to war. They want to authorize their army to go and help firendly countries... against... a Chinese aggression, without calling it by name...
In fact, they are realizing that the USA now send more and more military advisors and drones, but no more soldiers. Which obviously irritates the war instinct of their military. And the next Japanese step will probably be to ask for authorization to get nuclear weapons, for their defense of course... following a disastrous experience 70 years ago...
- I am going to open a CID, Centre of Interpretation of Documents. Exclusively for Constitutions, nuclear weapons treaties, and religious holy books of all religions. And I will start simply by asking them to show me where is the page in the document that calls for putting peace as the priority for the Village...
I should not be out of work... for centuries and centuries... I meant for ever and ever...

Trois jeunes civils israéliens ont été enlevés il y a 2 semaines alors qu'ils faisaient du stop. Le premier ministre du gouvernement israélien a declare que le Hamas était responsable, et qu'il serait puni, encore un peu plus d'huile sur le feu... Et on oublie l’enquête de police et les juges indépendants du pouvoir comme dans toute démocratie occidentale, dommage...
Pendant leur recherche, les militaires israéliens ont arrêté plus de 300 personnes (dont une majorité de ceux qu'ils venaient de relâcher dans le cadre de la reprise des negotiations de paix avec le gouvernement palestinien), et tué 5 personnes dont un jeune civil palestinien. C'est un progrès par rapport aux 1,000 Palestiniens tués lors de la recherche du soldat israélien dans la bande de Gaza, mais quand meme...
Résultat: les trois jeunes israéliens ont été retrouves assassines dans un terrain vague, leurs corps recouverts de pierres, tout un message de leurs assassins... pour une nouvelle prochaine guerre des pierres...
Quelques jours plus tard, un jeune civil palestinien a été enlevé alors qu'il faisait du stop, et apparemment brûlé et tué. La revanche ne fait pas de doute.
(mise a jour 140707 11am: la police israélienne a arrêté les assassins su jeune palestinien et les a remis a la justice... Les polices palestinienne et israélienne coopèrent pour trouver et arrêter les assassins des trois jeunes israéliens. Bravo!
Le père de l'un des trois israéliens assassinés et le père du jeune palestinien assassine ont fait passer le meme message a quelques jours d'intervalle: ces assassinats de jeunes garcons innocents, qu'ils soient juifs, musulmans, israéliens ou palestiniens ne sont pas acceptables, sont une honte pour ceux qui les ont commis, et ils ont appelé a arrêter le cycle de vengeance. Shalom, Salam...
Je propose de nommer ces deux pères dans les gouvernements israéliens et palestiniens au ministère de la paix.
Je sais... le ministère n'existe pas, raison de plus pour le créer, non?...

While lokking for the abducted people, the Israeli military arrested more than 300 people (including most of those just released as part of a deal to relaunch the peace process with the Palestinian government), and killed 5 people including a young Palestinian civilian.
It is better than the 1,000 Palestinian killed while looking for the Israeli soldier in the Gaza territory, but still...
End result: the three young Israelis have been found assassinated in a field, with their bodies covered by stones, quite a message by the killers... for a new war of the stones to come...
A few days later, a young Palestinian civilian was abducted while hitchhiking, and apparently burned and killed. Revenge no doubt.

Drones

Depuis environ 2-3 ans, pres de 2,000 personnes ont ete tuees par des drones americains operant dans des endroits hostiles (au Pakistan, Irak, etc...).
C'est a peu pres le meme nombre de civils qui ont ete tues par l'attentat terroriste du 11 Septembre a New York.
Que vont faire les Etats Unis lorsque des drones manipulés par des terroristes islamistes Soudanais, Iraniens ou Syriens vont commencer a survoler des villes americaines...?
