Il y a plusieurs années les USA ont refusé que la Chine se joigne a la station spatiale a laquelle participaient déjà l'Europe et la Russie entre autres. Bravo me direz vous...?

Les chinois ont donc lancé et assemblé leur propre station spatiale, en plusieurs lancements au cours des dernières années. Elle est fin prête depuis hier, avec 3 astronautes qui y resident, pour des périodes de 6 mois. Et avec une premiere scientifique a bord, une horloge atomique froide, pour mieux mesurer le temps.

Au cours des deux dernières années la Chine a également posé une station sur la face cachée de la Lune et fait atterrir une station sur Mars. 

La Russie va devoir choisir entre la station spatiale américaine et la station chinoise. A votre avis...

FINANCES

Les USA auraient réussi a réduire leur deficit budgétaire, qui passerait en gros de 98% du PIB a 95%? Je suppose que dans le PIB on a inclus les super benefices des compagnies pétrolières cette année... ca aide a descendre le pourcentage...

Seuls pays avec un plus gros deficit que les USA... le Japon (plus de 200%!), et Grèce, Italie, et Portugal. 

Juste derrière les USA... la France et le Royaume Uni, aussi a 95% plus ou moins.

Et la Chine me direz vous? 20% de deficit budgétaire par rapport au PIB... 

J'ai cru comprendre que la Chine est également le plus gros acheteur des bons américains pour financer leur deficit... jusqu'à maintenant.

A few years ago the USA refused that China joined their Spatial station, which had already the participation of Europe and Russia. Bravo you say...?

So the Chinese have launched and assembled their own space station, with a dozen launches over the past years. It is finally fully ready since yesterday, with 3 resident space inhabitants, for 6 months periods. And with a scientific world first on board, a cold atomic clock, to better measure time.

During the past 3 years, China has also landed a station on the dark side of the Moon, and another station on Mars. 

Russia is going to have to make a choice between the American space station and the Chinese one. In your opinion...

FINANCES

The USA apparently reduced their budget deficit from around 98% of the GDP to 95%? I guess that in the GDP are included the super benefits made by the petroleum companies this year... it helps lower the percentage...

Only countries with a bigger budget deficit than the USA are... Japan (more than 200%!), and Greece, Italy and Portugal. 

Just behind the USA come... France and United Kingdom, also around 95%.

And what about China do you say? 20% of budget deficit compared to the GDP... 

I understand that China is also the bigger buyer of American bonds to pay for the American budget deficit... until now.

Journee nationale pour l'Ukraine. Félicitations... et condoléances.

- Les 2 provinces de l'Est sont disputées par la Russie? J'ai recommandé un référendum dès le premier jour de l'invasion. Maintenant...?

- Les américains avaient promis de ne pas installer d'armes près de la frontière russe lors du démantèlement de l'URSS. Après tout les USA avaient bien refusé les missiles russes a Cuba, non? et les Russes les avaient retirés... Mais bon les américains ne sont plus a un accord ou une promesse reniée près, écrite ou verbale.

La Russie se dit prête a négocier... vu que Putin réalise maintenant que son armée a raté l'invasion de l'Ukraine, meme si ils ont pu realiser la prise de la majorité des deux provinces de l'est et la destruction du bataillon ukrainien Azov a la croix gammée, basé a Mariupol... mais a quel prix, pour les deux peuples.

Le president ukrainien refuse de négocier, aidé par les américains déjà lors de son élection il y a 3 ans, et fort des armes livrées et promises (un autre 3 milliards de dollards a venir sous peu) par les américains... qui vantent déjà leur efficacité auprès des autres pays... missiles anti chars et anti avions... c'est bon pour les ventes.

Ce president ukrainien, maitre de la communication grace a son passé récent d'humoriste a la télé,  apprend la réalité politique depuis qu'il a changé de métier. Il apprend vite, et il a du courage, mais refuser publiquement, après 6 mois de guerre, d'avoir comme "priorité la paix" dans son pays montre qu'il a encore beaucoup a apprendre, et qu'il écoute trop les Etats Unis, qui eux n'ont plus de vraie politique étrangère a long terne depuis Henry Kissinger et Cyrus Vance.

Dommage pour le peuple ukrainien et les soldats ukrainiens qui méritent un cessez le feu et une paix immediate, avec des negotiations a 3 (Ukraine, Russie, USA) qui pourraient durer, pourquoi pas....

On ne négocie qu'avec ses ennemis a dit in politicien renommé dans le passé. 

Et chaque jour qui passe augmente le nombre de personnes tuées et la douleur de leurs familles, des deux cotés.

National day for Ukraine. Congratulations... and condolences.

- The 2 eastern provinces are claimed by Russia? I have recommended a referendum from the first day of the invasion. Now...?

- When the USSR was dismantled, the Americans had promised not to install weapons near the Russian border. After all, the USA had refused any Russian missile in Cuba, no? and Russia had removed them... Oh well, the Americans are not especially known to respect their agreements or promises, written or verbal.

Russia now says they are ready to negotiate... since Putin now realizes that his army failed in invading Ukraine, even if they were able to take most of the 2 eastern provinces and to destroy the Azov battalion with the svastika on their flag, in Marioupol... but at what price for both populations.

The Ukrainian president refuses to negotiate, helped by the Americans, already for his election 3 years ago, and feeling strong with the weapons already delivered and those promised (another 3 billions dollars to come shortly) by the USA... who are already promoting their weapons to other countries.. missiles against tanks and planes... good for the sales.

This Ukrainian president, master of communication thanks to his recent past job as a standup comedian on TV, is learning the reality of politics. He is learning quickly, and is very courageous, but refusing, after 6 months of war, to put "peace as a priority" for his country shows he still has a lot to learn, and he is listening too much to the USA, who dont have anymore a true long term foreign policy since Henry Kissinger and Cyrus Vance.

I feel sorry for the Ukrainian people and their soldiers, who deserve an immediate cease fire and peace with negotiations by the three parties (Ukraine, Russia, USA) which could last for quite some time, why not....

You only negotiate with your ennemies, said a well known and seasoned politician in the past. 

And each passing day raises the number of people killed and the sorrow of their families, on both sides.

Alors ca valait bien une visite, non?... pour contrer le gouvernement chinois qui veulent renforcer les relations économiques avec Taiwan et intégrer a terme leurs 2 economies...

Apparently Nancy Pelosi has shares in the Taiwan company which make the computer chips in Taiwan which supplies more than half of the world... 

So it was worth a visit. no?... to counter the Chinese government which wants to reinforce the economic ties with Taiwan and integrate both economies within some time...

En 1979, les Etats-Unis ont, dans le Communiqué conjoint sino-américain sur l'établissement des relations diplomatiques avec la Chine, confirmé un engagement par écrit: "Les Etats-Unis d'Amérique reconnaissent le gouvernement de la République populaire de Chine comme l'unique gouvernement légal de la Chine. Dans ce contexte, le peuple des Etats-Unis maintiendra des relations culturelles, commerciales et d'autres relations non officielles avec la population de Taiwan"

Cette declaration était le fruit des negotiations et des vues a long terme des secrétaires d état Henry Kissinger et Cyrus Vance.

Depuis... les américains n'ont plus de politique étrangère, autre que "Les États Unis d'abord" y compris et surtout pour... les ventes d'armes. Et ils n'hesitent plus a renier les traités, accords, ou poignées de main de leurs prédécesseurs. Ou a entretenir des relations ambiguës ou les mots s'effacent devant les préoccupations commerciales et militaires.

Je rappellerai que il ne peut y avoir de peuple heureux, de démocratie, de commerce equitable et de relations politiques harmonieuse sans la paix. La paix est la condition prioritaire pour établir le bonheur des peuples. Et tout ce qui ne donne pas la priorité a la paix en faveur d'autres priorités et intérêts ne devrait pas être  retenu.

Rien qu en 2022, les États Unis ont choisi...

1. de ne plus reconnaître le pacte verbal qu'ils avaient conclu avec la Russie, lors du démantèlement de l'URSS, en promettant de ne pas installer d'armes dans les anciens pays de l'URSS, dont l'Ukraine.

Rien n'avait été mis par écrit bien sur car incompatible avec les statuts de l Otan. Mais ce pacte verbal était de nature a calmer l'Ours russe et Putin, chef du KGB depuis des siècles (ou moins, d'accord...!). Ce pacte verbal a été confirmé par plusieurs diplomates français qui ont assiste aux reunions. 

Le vieux président (80 ans) des États Unis devrait s'en souvenir, il avait 37 ans a l'époque... 

Putin a vu rouge et a decide d'aneantir le bataillon ukrainien Azov avec son drapeau a croix gammée, qui tuait les russophiles ukrainiens dans les provinces l'est (15,000 morts en 7 ans des deux cotes). Et puis ce bataillon a été incorporé a l armée ukrainienne... la goutte d'eau de trop... quand on pense aux 20 millions de mort russes (et ukrainiens!) contre l envahisseur nazi...

Comme écrit dans ce blog au premier jour de la guerre en Ukraine, la paix en Ukraine passe par un referendum dans les provinces russophiles de l'est (suite au decoupage de l URSS par des russes d'origine ukrainienne...) et par une acceptation d'une Ukraine démilitarisée, sans materiel militaire américain.

2. de trahir leur accord de 1979 avec la Chine avec une visite "officielle" de la vieille dame (82 ans) qui dirige la chambre des représentants des États Unis et aimerait laisser son nom a l'histoire (elle a échoué a deux reprises pour la destitution de Trump), en soutenant clairement la volonté d'independance de Taiwan. Pas vraiment une relation culturelle entre les deux peuples a mon avis... a moins que les USA ne considèrent leurs ventes d'armes a Taiwan comme des "relations commerciales"... ce qu'elles sont en partie...

La Chine a toujours dit qu'elle attendrait le temps qu il faudra pour le retour de Taiwan a la mere patrie, sans solution militaire. Pourquoi ne pas laisser le temps au Temps...?

Je resume...

- Les États Unis ne sont déjà pas un pays... puisque leurs citoyens n'ont pas tous les mêmes droits, décidés au niveau de chaque état suite a une Cour supreme retrograde (voir blog precedent)

- Les États Unis n'ont pas de politique étrangère, et ont largement démontré qu'ils ne sont pas fiables dans leurs engagements internationaux a moyen terme (oubliez le long terme). Priorité sera toujours donnée par eux a leurs intérêts commerciaux, en premier les ventes d'armement militaire.

- Les États Unis ne savent plus négocier depuis les années 1980s... ils ne voient la solution a tout différend international que comme militaire... ou avec des sanctions commerciales. Oubliez la paix, et le Temps, et les priorités et sensibilités des autres parties.

J'ai recommandé dans ce blog depuis des années la création d'un ministère de la paix dans tous les pays, ministère different du ministère des armées... pour bien montrer que la paix est une priorité absolue.

A quand un ministère de la paix aux États Unis?

In 1979, the USA, in their joint press release with China about establishing diplomatic relations with China, confirmed in writing their commitment: "The United States of America recognize the government of the people republic of China as the only legal government of China. In this context, the people of the United States will maintain cultural relations, commercial relations, and other non official relations with the population of Taiwan"

This declaration was the result of negotiations and long term vision of two secretary of State, Henry Kissinger and Cyrus Vance.

Since then... the Americans do not have a real foreign policy, other than "USA first" including and mainly for... sales of military weapons. And they dont hesitate anymore not to respect treaties, agreements or hands shaken by their predecessors. Or they will play with ambiguous relations where words  disappear in front of commercial and military priorities.

I will remind you that without peace, you cannot make people happy, there is no democracy, no fair commerce and no harmonious foreign relations. Peace is the first priority to establish the happiness of people. And anything which does not give priority to peace versus other priorities and interests should not be pursued.

Just this year in 2022, the USA have chosen to...

1. not respect anymore the verbal agreement they had with Russia, when USSR was dismantled, agreeing that no military weapons would be installed in the former USSR countries, including Ukraine.

Nothing had been put in writing of course as not compatible with the statutes of NATO. But this verbal agreement was good enough to calm down the Russian Bear and Putin, head of the KGB for centuries (or bit less, OK...!). This verbal agreement has been confirmed by many French diplomats who were present at the meetings

The old President (80 years old) of the USA should remember all that, he was 37 in those days... 

Putin saw red and decided to destroy the Ukrainian battalion Azov with its swastika flag, which was killing Russian friendly Ukrainians in the eastern provinces of Ukraine (15,000 people dead over 7 years, from both sides). And then this battalion was incorporated to the Ukrainian army... one drop of water too many... when you think about the 20 millions Russian (and Ukrainian!) killed fighting the Nazis...

As I wrote on this blog on the first day of the war in Ukraine, peace in Ukraine will need a referendum in the Russian friendly eastern provinces (following the choice of borders when dismantling the USSR by some Russian originally from Ukraine) and by accepting a Ukraine without any American military weapons.

2. betray their 1979 agreement with China with an "official" visit of the old lady (82 years old) who is the Speaker of the USA House of representatives, and who would like to leave her name to History (she did not succeed twice when trying to destitute Trump), by supporting publicly the independent movement in Taiwan. Not really a cultural relation between two nations in my opinion... unless the USA consider their sales of weapons to Taiwan as a "commercial relation"... which is partly true...

China has always said that they would wait whatever time necessary to see Taiwan return to the main land China, without a military solution. Why not give some time to Time...?

In resume...

- The USA are first of all not a country... since their citizens do not have all the same rights, decided by each State following a decision of their retrograde Supreme Court (see previous blog)

- The USA do not have a foreign policy, and have by now demonstrated that they are not reliable in their international agreements in the middle term (forget long term). They will always give priority to their commercial interests, first of all their sales of military weapons.

- The USA do not know how to negotiate since the 1980s... they only see a military solution or commercial sanctions to any foreign issue. Forget peace, and Time, and priorities and sensibility of the other parties.

For years I have recommended in this blog the creation of a Minister of Peace in all countries, minister different from the minister of the armed forces... to show that peace is an absolute priority

When will the USA have a Minister of Peace?

220626 USA pays? démocratie? USA country? democracy?

Cour Suprême des États Unis en 1892 (ou bien hier...?)

La cour supreme des États Unis d'Amerique vient de rendre deux decisions en une semaine... 

Elle s'en tient a une interpretation littérale de la constitution des USA, vieille de près de 250 ans. Interpretation conservatrice... aveugle...? contre la volonté de plus des trois quarts des américains... vous avez dit démocratie...???

1. Faute de police nationale a l époque, la Constitution avait declare que les citoyens pouvaient être armes pour se défendre. Les armes a l époque étaient l'arc avec fleches, le revolver a 6 coups et le fusil a une balle. Mais la Cour supreme a decide que les armes pouvaient être aujourd'hui une mitraillette automatique militaire par exemple, et que vous pouvez porter vos armes en public. Et que les États n'avaient pas juridiction a limiter ce droit constitutionnel... Pourquoi pas alors un char, un lance roquette ou un avion de chasse...?

2. Les droits des femmes sur la decision, le planning ou le contrôle des naissances, et de leur corps, n'etant pas spécifiquement inscrits dans la constitution élaborée par... des hommes males blancs chrétiens il y a 250 ans (sans doute propriétaires également d'esclaves noirs a la maison ou dans les champs...) ces droits de la femme "ne peuvent donc pas être défendus au titre de la constitution puisque ils ne sont pas inscrits dans ce document" vieux de 250 ans... Et les femmes les moins riches seront les plus affectées. La Cour a decie que chaque Etat  pourrait decidier sur le sujet... Au fait, les droits des esclaves noirs et des communautés LGBT ne sont également pas inscrits dans cette constitution... Et meme si des femmes trouveront l'argent pour se rendre dans un autre état ou pays pour avorter, elles pourraient être dénoncées et condamnées... a de la prison...? Vous êtes prévenu(e)s... attachez vos ceintures...

Les elections de Novembre 2022 pour remplacer une partie des deputes et sénateurs américains vont donc se jouer sur ces deux sujets de société... l interdiction des armes automatiques (et un meilleur contrôle des armes a feu), et le droit a l'avortement, sous certaines conditions peut-être, mais avec des droits minima. La démocratie américaine doit se réveiller et prouver qu'elle existe encore, car il est clair pour tous maintenant que les États Unis ne sont PAS un pays, avec les memes droits et devoirs pour tous leurs citoyens... mais peut-être et au mieux une démocratie avec une constitution vieille de 250 ans... A confirmer en novembre 2022. Quant a l utilité d'une cour supreme qui refuse toute interpretation moderne d'une constitution vieille de 250 ans... je vous laisse juge.

Comme recommandé dans ce blog depuis des années, il est grand temps que les États Unis révisent officiellement leur constitution, avec ces deux sujets ci-dessus (et l'esclavage, et la peine de mort entre autres), et merci surtout d'y ajouter la suppression du college des grands électeurs au profit d une election présidentielle au suffrage universel, college et constitution qui ont permis a Trump d être élu malgré 3 millions de voix de moins, et qui ont quelque part contribue a l'interpretation et a la possibilité de l'invasion du Capitole le 6 janvier.

Sans cette revision de la constitution, les États Unis ne devraient plus être considérés comme une démocratie, en plus de ne pas être un pays.

In the USA the Supreme court rendered two decisions this past week... 

It is sticking to a very literal interpretation of the USA constitution, which is 250 years old. Conservative interpretation... blind...? against the will of more than three quarters of the citizens... did you say democracy...???

1. Because in those times they had no national police, the Constitution had declared that all citizens could possess weapons to defend themselves. In those times, the weapons were bow and arrows, the colt and one shot gun. But the Supreme Court decided that today the weapons could be a military automatic shotgun AK15 for instance and that you could wear it in public... And that no State had the right to limit this constitutional right...Why not then a tank, a rocket launcher or a fighter jet...?

2. Women's rights regarding the decision, the planning or the control of births, and of their bodies, was not specifically written in the constitution prepared by... white Christian men 250 years ago (probably also owners of black slaves at home or in their farms...). Therefore these rights "cannot be defended in the name of the constitution as they are not written in this document", 250 years old... And the poorer women will be impacted the most. The Court said that each State's legislators should legislate on the matter... By the way, the rights of the black slaves and of the LGBT people are also not written in this constitution... And even if some women will find the money to travel to another state or country to have an abortion, they could be condemned to a jail sentence after being reported...? You have been warned... fasten your seat belts...

November 2022 American elections to replace around a third of the representatives or senators are therefore going to be marked by these two items... forbidding automatic weapons (and better controlling access to fire arms), and the right to abortion, under certain conditions maybe, but with some minimum rights. American democracy must wake up and prove that it still exists, as it is clear by now that the USA is NOT a country, with the same rights and obligations for all their citizens... but maybe, at the most, a democracy with a 250 years old constitution... To be confirmed in November 2022. As for the usefulness of a Supreme Court which refuses any modern interpretation of a 250 years old constitution... you decide.

As recommended in this blog for years now, it is about time that the USA revise their Constitution, with the two above subjects (and slavery, and death penalty among others), and please... cancel the Great Electoral college and elect the President with a universal vote (one citizen equals one vote). This electoral college and this constitution have allowed Trump to be elected although he was behind by more than 3 millions votes and have contributed somewhat to the interpretation and the possibility of the January invasion of the Capitol.

Without this revision of their Constitution, the USA should not be considered any more as a democracy, on top of not being a country.

In Texas, 18 kids in an elementary school (all between 7 and 10) were killed today by an 18 year old boy from the same school. Again... happened already in 2012 very similar... and every month since then... Just in 2022, in the USA, more than 200 mass killings already happened, including many in schools. Only in the USA said a USA senator today, trying to wake up his fellow senators......

In 2012, President Obama made the fight against these mass killings his priority. And... nothing happened... Worst... a few months ago in Texas, young 18 year old people were authorized to buy and carry guns, concealed or openly, in public...

All the USA legislative representatives, and the USA Senators, and even more the governments, and the Presidents of the USA for the last 20 years or more, are all accountable for all these deaths, for zero action and non assistance to vulnerable persons in danger. Republicans talk about putting more armed police or armed teachers in schools... and Democrats are unable to learn from other countries which have stopped this disease.

The government of the USA and all the legislators are in the hands of the organisations and people selling weapons, at home or abroad... starting with the USA military weapons producers, including selling military automatic weapons without any control to the public. The Republican party is hiding beneath a Constitution amendment which allows every one to carry guns to protect himself... but when their constitution was written, the only weapons were bow and arrow, hand guns and simple rifles... and it was the wild west more than 200 years ago...

The foreign policy of the USA is guided by the sale of weapons to all countries, starting with Ukraine, Taiwan, etc... under the excuse and the cover of defending democracy. USA makes lots of money and keep employment high thanks to the sale of weapons which will kill people far away from their borders. Sleep in peace Americans...

But all of your kids killed because you are unable to take action and learn from the other countries... Can you sleep Americans...?

Next elections in November should show an even more divided USA regarding kids... ie gun control and abortion.

Au Texas, 18 enfants d'une école élémentaire (tous entre 7 et 10 ans) ont été assassines ce jour par un garcon de 18 ans de leur école. De nouveau... c'etait arrive déjà en 2012 cas similaire... et tous les mois depuis... Rien qu'en 2022, aux USA, plus de 200 tueries de masse se sont produites, y compris plusieurs dans des écoles. Seulement aux USA a dit un sénateur américain, qui essayait de réveiller ses collègues sénateurs......

En 2012, le president Obama avait donne sa priorité au combat contre ces tueries de masse. Et... il ne s'est rien passe... Pire... il y a quelques mois, au Texas, les jeunes de 18 ans ont été authorises a acheter et porter des armes de poing, ouvertement ou dissimulées, en public...

Tous les deputes américains, et les sénateurs, et encore plus les gouvernements, et les presidents des USA depuis plus de 20 ans, sont tous responsables pour ces morts, pour le manque d'action et la non assistance a personne vulnerable en danger. Les républicains parlent de mettre plus de police armée ou d'armer les professeurs dans les écoles... et les démocrates sont incapables d'apprendre les lessons des autres pays qui ont arrêté ces massacres.

Le gouvernement des USA et tous les législateurs sont dans les mains des organisations et des gens qui vendent des armes, au pays ou a l étranger... a commencer par les producteurs américains d'armes militaires, qui vont les vendre sans contrôle au grand public. Le parti républicain se cache derriere un amendement de la constitution qui permet a toute personne de porter une arme pour se défendre... mais quand la constitution a été écrite, les seules armes étaient l'arc et les flèches, le revolver et le fusil... et c'etait l'Ouest sauvage il y a 200 ans...

La politique étrangère des USA est dictée par ;a vente d'armes a tous les pays, a commencer par l'Ukraine, Taiwan, etc... sous l'excuse et le prétexte de défendre les démocraties. Les USA gagnent beaucoup d'argent et gardent un taux de chomage bas grace a la vente d'armes qui vont tuer des gens loin de leurs frontières. Dormez en paix les américains...

Mais tous vos enfants tues parce que vous êtes incapables d'agir et d'apprendre des autres pays... Vous pouvez dormir les américains...?

Les prochaines elections en novembre vont montrer une pays encore plus divise a propos des enfants... cad le contrôle des armes a feu et le droit a l'abortion.

Ukraine 8 Azov

Durant la deuxième guerre mondiale, la Russie a eu 20 millions de morts dans sa lutte contre les nazis. Alors quand les russes voient un drapeau nazi... ils voient rouge...! Ils célèbrent leur victoire contre les nazis debut mai tous les ans, et la memoire des 20 millions de morts russes.

Un regiment de l armée ukrainienne (Bataillon Azov) ne cache pas ses origines d'extreme droite et supériorité raciste blanche, voir leur drapeau ci-dessus. D'ailleurs le Congres américain en 2014 a interdit tout support a ce groupe. Ils sont originaires et basés a Marioupol... et ont été a la pointe des combats dans les deux provinces contestées de l est de l'Ukraine.

Vous comprenez mieux maintenant pourquoi l'armée russe veut anéantir ce regiment ukrainien  pro-nazi qui résiste a Marioupol... et qui vient meme de refuser une offre de reddition. L'objectif russe est d'aneantir ce regiment pro nazi d'ici la celebration debut mai de la victoire russe contre les nazis.

Comme déjà offert dans ce blog au debut de l'invasion russe en Ukraine, la solution de ce conflit aurait du être depuis le début... et reste... une Ukraine démilitarisée et un referendum dans les deux provinces contestées.

During WW2 Russia had 20 millions people killed in their fight against the Nazis. So when Russians see a Nazi flag... they see red...! They celebrate their victory against the Nazis at the beginning of May, every year, and the memory of the 20 millions Russians killed.

A regiment of the Ukrainian army (Bataillon Azov) does not hide its extreme right origins and white supremacists, see their flag above. By the way the American Congress in 2014 did forbid any support to this group. They originated and are based at Marioupol... and have been at the front of the war in the two Ukrainian Eastern provinces.

Now you understand better why the Russian army wants to destroy this Ukrainian pro-nazi regiment, which is still resisting in Marioupol... and has even just refused an offer of reddition. The Russian objective is to destroy this regiment pro nazi before the celebration beginning of may of the Russian victory against the Nazis.

As already offered in this blog at the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the solution for this war should have been from the beginning... and remains... a demilitarised Ukraine and a referendum in the two eastern provinces.

La Russie avait mis en garde tout pays contre une aide  militaire a l Ukraine, et avait officiellement mis leur force nucléaire en état d'alerte... message pour les USA... nous avons des missiles hypersoniques qui volent a 5 fois la vitesse du son, ne peuvent pas être arrêtes et sont difficilement détectables, et vous pas encore... Donc pas de problème pour atteindre la cote ouest des Etats Unis depuis la pointe est de la Russie.

Les USA avaient d'ailleurs refusé de livrer des avions de combat a l armée ukrainienne. Mais...

Les Etas Unis viennent de livrer 12 lanceurs de drones suicides a l armée ukrainienne. Pas de nouvelles encore pour une livraison de drones suicides, mais bon... Ces lanceurs sont de taille d un lance rocket normal, mais la precision des drones est excellente, après avoir été programmes. Nul doute que l'Ukraine va trouver un moyen de se procurer des drones suicides américains... par des voies détournées... ou via une société américaine qui sera ensuite condamnée "officiellement" par le gouvernement américain...

Oubliez le virus... bienvenue a la 3ème guerre mondiale. Mais pas de panique... vous n'aurez pas le temps de vous abriter si un missile nucléaire vient vers vous...

Russia had warned all countries not to help militarily Ukraine, and had officially put their nuclear forces in alert... message for the USA... we have hypersonic missiles which can fly at 5 times the speed of sound, cannot be stopped and are very difficult to detect, and you dont have any yet... So no problem to reach the west coast of the USA from the eastern part of Russia.

And the USA did refuse to deliver fighting jets to the Ukrainian army. But...

The USA have just deliver 12 launchers of suicide drones to the Ukrainian army. No news yet regarding the delivery of suicide drones, but you know... These launchers are the same size as a regular rocket launcher, and the accuracy of these drones is excellent, after you program them. No doubt that Ukraine will find a way to get some American suicide drones... thru back ways... or thru an American company which will then be "officially" condemned by the American government...

Forget the virus... welcome to World War 3... But no panic... you will not have time to run for cover if a nuclear missile is heading your way...

The President of the USA has asked publicly today to judge Putin as a war criminal... Please stop talking about international justice sir...

There is just one problem with your call... the United States are one of the few countries which do not recognize the jurisdiction of the United Nations Court of Justice in The Hague...! And of course with all the wars having implicated the USA since 1986... the USA will never get back on their withdrawal... as new cases could be open when no prescription...

"After the court ruled that the United States's covert war against Nicaragua was in violation of international law (Nicaragua v. United States), the United States withdrew from compulsory jurisdiction in 1986 to accept the court's jurisdiction only on a discretionary basis."

The 7 countries not recognising the International Court of Justice of the United Nations (and its decisions), are, among over 190 countries in the Village... USA, Russia, China, Israel, Qatar, Iraq and Libya. Quite a club, no?...!

Mind you... the President of the 15 judges is currently, until 2024... an American judge... Joan Donoghue...!

Fortunately Ukraine has already asked last week the International Court of justice to inquire on war crimes activities by President Putin and his army and the Court has accepted to take care of the case, even if it is clear that their decisions will not be a constraint to Russia or his President.

So Mr Biden, you want to lead the Western world...? please start by recognizing the International Court of Justice immediately. Or just stop talking to us about international justice... the American view ("me - first") on world justice does not and will not interest the world... western or not, until you correct the USA withdrawal.

Il y a un problème avec votre declaration... les Etats Unis sont un des seuls pays qui ne reconnaît pas la jurisdiction de la Cout de Justice des Nations Unies a La Haye...! Et bien sur avec toutes els guerres dans lesquelles les Etats Unis ont été impliqués depuis 1986... les Etats Unis ne vont jamais revenir sur leur retrait... car de nouveaux cas pourraient être ouverts sans prescription...

Le Conseil de Sécurité des Nations Unies devrait convoquer la Russie et l'Ukraine a une séance de negotiations pour terminer cette invasion. Si les Russes refusent de venir, il faut exclure la Russie du Conseil de sécurité.

1. De toutes façons, comme demandé sur ce blog depuis des années, il faut enlever le doit de veto aux 5 pays du Conseil de sécurité (Russie, USA, Chine, France et UK). Et voter les resolutions aux trois quarts des voix du Conseil de sécurité élargi (5 membres permanent plus 10 invites pour 2 ans je pense).

2. Il faut également obliger les USA a reconnaître la Cour internationale de Justice des Nations Unies de La Haye... Sinon, les exclure du Conseil de sécurité des Nations Unies. 

3. Et il faut transférer le siege de Nations Unies en dehors des 5 pays du Conseil de sécurité... je propose Montreal, Canada, ce sera plus près du lieu de la prochaine guerre... dans le cercle arctique.. entre la Russie, les USA, le Canada et la Chine...

The Security Council of the United Nations should ask Russia and Ukraine to come for an immediate negotiation and end the invasion. If Russia refuses to come, it should be excluded from the Security Council.

1. Anyway, as asked for in this blog for years, the right of veto should be abandoned for the 5 countries of the Security Council (Russia, USA, China, France and UK). And they should vote resolutions with three quarters of the votes of the enlarged Security Council (5 permanent members plus 10 guest countries for 2 years I think).

2. The USA should also be obliged to adhere to the United Nations International Court of Justice in The Hague... Otherwise, exclude them from the Security Council of the United Nations. 

3. And the United Nations should be moved from New York - USA to a country not part of the 5 permanent nations in the Security Council... Again I propose Montreal, Canada, it will be closer to the next war... in the Arctic circle... between Russia, the USA, Canada and China...

Ukraine 4 et l'Histoire / Ukraine 4 and History

Les citoyens russes vont payer très cher la folie de leur president avec des conditions économiques désastreuses a venir. Et il pourrait bien faire les frais de leur mécontentement lors de la prochaine election russe...

Le president russe, ancien patron du KGB devenu parano, n'a jamais accepte le démantèlement de l'ex URSS, et le decoupage en particulier de l'Ukraine, qui aurait pu se faire quelques kms plus a l'Ouest, c'est vrai... Pourquoi ne pas organiser un referendum sous contrôle des Nations Unies dans les regions frontalières contestées dans le Village?

Les negotiations de paix en cours doivent se dérouler en presence d'un négociateur. Je pense a un français... il a été question de l'ancien president Sarkozy... pourquoi pas...

Quant aux leçons de cette guerre qui n'aurait jamais du exister...

1. Quand on a eu déjà 14,000 personnes tuées dans un conflit frontalier , les regions contestées devraient être soumises a un referendum sous contrôle des Nations Unies. Trop de decoupage de pays au 20ème siècle se sont avérés une catastrophe... Et un referendum en Alsace aurait pu éviter une ou deux guerres mondiales?...

2. La dernière guerre qui a été déclarée par une femme leader remonte a... je ne me souviens meme plus... il est temps d'elire des femmes a la tête des pays dans le Village... des vraies femmes bien sur soucieuses de leurs enfants... pas des amazones assoiffées de pouvoir et de gloire bien sur...

3. Il est temps d'enlever les 5 droits de veto au conseil de sécurité des Nations Unies, et de créer un ministère de la paix, distinct des ministères de la guerre ou de la defense, dans tous les pays du Village, deux demandes de ce blog depuis des années maintenant.

4. Les Etats Unis ont clairement indiqué et démontré que leur seule priorité est leur intérêt. Et leur appel a plus de démocratie cache trop souvent des intérêts commerciaux et militaires. D'ailleurs la qualification meme de démocratie pour les Etats Unis me parait sujette a discussion au vu des évènements passés et présents et d'une constitution qui a fait son temps et doit être amendée... Quand a l'efficacité de leurs sanctions, elle repose sur la primauté du dollar US et la main mise de la finance sur l'économie dans le Village... Alors plutôt que la fuite en avant actuelle vers des crypto monnaies souvent refuges des trafiquants en tout genre... il est temps que le Village se dote d'une monnaie d'échange commune hors contrôle d'un seul grand pays comme les USA, la Russie ou la Chine.

Bon... je vais attendre demain pour résoudre les autres problèmes dans le Village...

Russian citizens are going to pay a high price for the foolishness of their President with some disastrous economic conditions. And he might pay the price when the next Russian election comes...

The Russian President, former boss of the KGB who has become parano, has never accepted the dismantling of the former USSR, and in particular the frontiers given to Ukraine, which could have been done a few miles more west I guess... Why not organize a referendum under the control of the United Nations in the borde areas contested in the Village?

The current peace negotiations should be held in presence of a negotiator. I am thinking about a Frenchman... the name of the former President Sarkozy has been advanced... why not...

As for the lessons of this war which should never have been...

1. When you already have 14,000 people killed in a border war, the contested areas should be submitted to a referendum organised by the United Nations. Too many new borders in the 20th century have proven catastrophic... And a referendum in Alsace might have avoided one or two world wars?...

2. The last war which was declared by a woman leader happened in... I cant remember... time to elect women at the head of countries in the Village... real women of course, weary about their children... not amazones thirsting for power and glory...

3. It is about time to cancel the 5 veto rights at the Security council of the United Nations, and to create a Minister of Peace, separate from the ministers of war or defense, in all the countries of the Village, two requests made in this blog for years now.

4. The USA have clearly indicated and demonstrated that their only priority is their interest. And their call for more democracy too often hides commercial and military interests. Mind you,  calling even the USA a democracy seems to me to be subject to discussion in view of past and present events and of a Constitution outdated and which should be updated... As for the efficiency of their sanctions, it rests on the primacy of the US dollar and the domination of the economy by the finance in the Village... So, instead of the present blind throwing into the crypto currencies often harbouring all kinds of illegal dealers... it is about time that the Village gets an exchange currency out of the control of a single key country like the USA, Russia or China.

Right... I will now wait tomorrow to solve the other problems in the Village...

Ukraine 3 negotiation

Le president russe a réussi en quelques jours a prendre de force les deux territoires ukrainiens contestés a l'Est, et une grande ville au sud qui pourrait bien, sous peu, lui permettre de faire une jonction terrestre entre la Crimée et ces deux territoires conquis par la force.

Par contre le president russe a échoué dans son pari de prendre la capitale Kiev en quelques jours, et de renverser le gouvernement, et il me semble qu'il n y arrivera jamais s'il s'en tient a sa declaration qu'il ne visera pas de cibles civiles.

Donc... le temps est venu de lancer des negotiations, avec un armistice des des deux cotes, un retrait des forces militaires russes du territoire de l'Ukraine a l'exception des territoires envahis a l'Est, dont la population pourrait être soumise a referendum? 

La majorité des guerres se termine par des negotiations... les habitants de Kiev et tous les civils ukrainiens méritent un armistice au plus tot, et le gouvernement ukrainien pourrait accepter une declaration par laquelle il s'engage a ne pas deposer une demande d'appartenance a l'Otan pour les 10 prochaines années...? (d'ici la, le president Russe profitera de sa retraite en Suisse...)

Le président russe serait bien inspiré de terminer cette invasion avec une "demi-victoire"... au nom de son "souci de la population civile des frères ukrainiens...". La grogne contre cette invasion monte dans son propre pays.

Faites passer ce blog a l'Ukraine, la Russie, la France et les Nations Unies...

The Russian President managed to take over by force, in a few days, the two Ukrainian territories in dispute in the East of Ukraine, and a big city in the South which might well, shortly, allow him to have a junction by land between these two territories and Crimea.

On the other hand, the Russian President failed to take over the capital city Kiev in a few days, and to topple the government, and it looks to me like he won't succeed, if he stays true to his declaration not to bomb civil targets.

So... time has come to launch negotiations, with a stop to the military actions on both sides, and the Russian military getting out of Ukraine, with the exception of the two occupied eastern territories, where the population could be offered a référendum? 

Most wars end up with negotiations... the inhabitants of  Kiev and all the Ukrainian civilians desserve an immediate stop to the military actions, and the Ukrainian government could accept a declaration whereby they would agree not to join NATO for the next 10 years...? (by then... the Russian President will enjoy retirement in Switzerland...)

The Russian President would be well advised to stop this invasion with "half a victory"... in the name of his "concern for his civilian Ukrainian brothers...". Unrest in his own country is mounting, against this invasion.

Ukraine 2 France Macron

Le president russe vient de declarer qu'il était prêt a rencontrer les autorités ukrainiennes en Biélorussie, a condition que les ukrainiens déposent les armes.

Le president ukrainien avait declare la veille de l'attaque russe qu'il avait essaye de contacter le president russe., sans y arriver. Il n'y a que les montagnes qui ne se rencontrent pas... meme si ce president ukrainien, un comédien de profession il y a encore 3 ans, n'avait toujours pas demandé a l'armee ukrainienne de se preparer au combat deux jours avant le debut de l'invasion, malgré les avertissements journaliers du president américain depuis plus de deux semaines.

Le president Français a essaye d'eviter la guerre avec des rencontres de dernière minute, grace notamment a une certaine relation avec le president russe, mais sans résultat. Je pense que le president Français pourrait proposer une reunion immediate des deux parties en Biélorussie, avec une trêve des combats pour 48h, et une proposition qu'il se joigne a leur reunion...

A faire passer d'urgence au president Français...

Note: Le plan B pour arrêter la guerre sinon sera le depart du president Ukrainian, avec l'aide des USA, et la Russie installera un nouveau president par interim, un ukrainien pro-russe... avec des elections a suivre bien sur...!

The Russian President has just declared that he is ready to meet with the Ukrainian authorities, under the condition that the Ukrainian army surrenders.

The Ukrainian President declared days before the Russian attack that he had tried to talk to the Russian President, but to no avail. Only mountains do not meet... even if this Ukrainian President, a comedian by profession still 3 years ago, had still not asked his army to get ready for the attack two days before the invasion, against the daily warnings for two weeks of the American President.

The French President did try to avoid the war with some last minutes meetings, thanks in part to a special relationship to the Russian President, but without any result. I think that the French President could propose an immediate meeting between the two parties, in Belorussia, with a stop to all fighting for 48h. and a proposal that he could join the meeting...

Please convey urgently to the French President...
