Le Trumpistan a décidé que l'OMC (WTO) - Organisation Mondiale du Commerce - devait être arrêtée, car elle s'impliquait trop dans les politiques commerciales des pays... Il faut dire que la pression monte contre lrs droits de douane imposés par le Trumpistan a la Chine et a l'Europe.
Le Trumpistan ne reconnait pas non plus le Tribunal International des Nations Unies a La Haye.
Je ne pense pas qu il reste maintenant un seul traité ou une seule organisation inter-pays du Village dont ferait encore partie le Trumpistan... Au moins cela a le mérite d’être clair.

Quand a la personnalité sulfureuse et fort-en-gueule de ce president du Trumpistan (qui a décidé de gagner du temps en allant jusqu’à la Cour Supreme pour refuser de communiquer ses données financières personnelles), les démocrates devraient insister que l'article prioritaire pour sa destitution reste son refus de communiquer les documents réclamés par la commission parlementaire et son refus de laisser témoigner les membres de son cabinet convoqués par la commission.

As for the big mouth and controversial personality of the President of Trumpistan (who has decided to look for time by going all the way to the Supreme Court to avoid publishing his personal finances), the Democrats should give the priority for the impeaching of this President to his refusal to communicate the documents requested by the judiciary commission of the Legislative Assembly and his refusal to let members of his cabinet go and testify as called for by the commission.

*** Changements en vue Algerie & Trumpistan / Changes in sight for Algeria & Trumpistan

Les 3 choses dont nous pouvons être sur dans nos vies sont notre naissance, notre mort et... le changement dans nos vies. Et pourtant le changement va faire peur a une majorité de personnes.
En Algérie, le peuple était descendu dans la rue en debut d’année pour demander le depart du president actuel et de sa clique. Mais en fait le pouvoir est aux mains des militaires, qui empochent sans doute aussi au passage des commissions sur les ventes de pétrole de l’Algérie. Alors le changement a été orchestré par les militaires... D'abord le president a annonce qu'il ne se présenterait pas aux elections présidentielles prévues le 12 Décembre 2019. Le peuple dans la rue s'est calme... pas pour longtemps... les 5 candidats a la présidence retenus par les militaires ont été... cinq personnes du parti au pouvoir, donc tous contrôlés par les militaires.
Alors le peuple vient de redescendre dans la rue pour boycotter les elections et demander d'ouvrir les candidatures. Sans doute trop tard pour l'election du 12 Décembre.
En refusant le changement demandé par le peuple et en refusant de tirer les lessons du ras le bol de la population, les militaires ont pris le risque de plonger le pays dans le chaos.
Un mot pour les militaires au pouvoir: messieurs, vous vous êtes assez enrichis a date, alors laissez la place et ouvrez la liste des candidats avant qu'il ne soit trop tard... pour l’Algérie.
Et a ce jour vous avez fait preuve de retenue en ne comptant aucun blessé ou mort dans les manifestations. Bravo...
Au Trumpistan, le pays est plus divisé qu il ne l'a jamais été peut-être depuis la guerre de Secession. Cela est le seul fait de leur president, avec sa personnalité et ses valeurs pour le moins controversés et ses méthodes... que je ne qualifierai pas...
Le rapport de l'enquête parlementaire sur sa destitution a été rendu Jeudi dernier. Sa culpabilité a été démontrée au delà de tout soupcon: il a bien bafoué la Constitution américaine, en mettant ses intérêts personnels (re-election en 2020... sans doute pour retarder sa condamnation sur plusieurs dossiers judiciaires dont il est l'objet) au-dessus des intérêts du pays, et il a fait preuve d'obstruction de justice en refusant de livrer les documents demandes par l’assemblée legislative et en refusant que les personnes de son entourage appelées a témoigner se rendent a la convocation.
A mon avis, la preuve est faite que la république bananière du Trumpistan mérite bien son surnom, non?
La decision et le vote final sur sa destitution va revenir au Sénat américain, contrôlé par le Républicains, parti dont se réclame ce president.
Chaque sénateur américain devra donc choisir sous peu, en son âme et conscience (pour ceux qui en ont bien sur...) entre deux choix, et devra en rendre compte aux électeurs américains par la suite:
1 - Appliquer la constitution américaine et destituer le president du Trumpistan.
Redonner au parti républicain sa liberté de pensée et d'action.
Redonner aux Etats Unis leur place a la tête des démocraties occidentales.
Note: Je rappelle aux sénateurs républicains que ce president du Trumpistan ne s’était jamais présenté a une election publique avant son election en 2016, en tant que républicain ou en tant que démocrate. En se présentant a l'investiture républicaine pour la présidentielle, contre des candidats républicains déjà élus a différents postes publics, il a pris en otage le parti républicain grace a son discours populiste a droite de l’échiquier politique (a droite de la droite...). La logique aurait voulu que ce president se présente comme candidat indépendant en 2016, mais les électeurs du parti républicain en ont décidé autrement en 2016, et puis son opposante avait trop de mauvaises herbes dans son jardin et n'aurait pas du humilier le president russe publiquement quelques mois avant l'election...
2 - Decider, contre les avis de la majorité des juristes, que les actions commises ne sont pas assez graves pour cautionner la destitution du president ou que après tout (3 semaines après qu il ait été informé d'une dénonciation anonyme au FBI...) il a finalement octroyé l'aide militaire votée par le Congrès a l'Ukraine.
Et diviser les Etats Unis comme jamais depuis plus d'un siècle.
Dans ce cas, les électeurs américains rendront leur verdict en novembre 2020, sachant que d'ici la ce president aura les mains encore libres pour voler l'election.
Note: Je rappelle que le president américain n'est toujours pas élu au suffrage universel comme dans toutes les autres républiques démocratiques occidentales (mais au travers de "grands électeurs" comme en Chine), et que le gouvernement américain est nommé par le libre arbitre du president alors que dans les autres démocraties occidentales (républiques ou royautés) le gouvernement est issu (a 90%) de la majorité a l’assemblée legislative (le gouvernement serait donc démocrate au Trumpistan), avec un premier ministre a sa tête. La meme majorité qui rédige les lois est en charge de les appliquer).
A mon avis il serait grand temps de changer la constitution américaine sur les deux points ci-dessus... et pourquoi ne pas y ajouter deux clauses: interdiction de vente des armes automatiques (ou semi), comme en Australie, et un droit a la santé raisonnable pour tout citoyen.
J'ai dit changement...?...!!! aye... ca va prendre du temps...

In Algeria, people demonstrated at the beginning of this year to ask for the departure of their president and his cronies. But in fact, the power is also controlled by the military, who probably get a percentage on all the sales of petrol by Algeria. So the changes were orchestrated by the military... First the president announced that he would not seek re-election when they would be held, on December 12 2019. People in the street calmed down... not for long... the 5 candidates to the presidential election retained by the military are... five members of the party in power, so all controlled by the military.
So the people went back to the streets to demonstrate and to ask for a boycott of the presidential election until the candidates could be more diversified. Probably too late for the December 12 election.
By refusing the changes requested by the people in the streets et by refusing to listen to the people exasperation, the military have taken the risk to put the country in chaos.
One word for the military in power: gentlemen, you have made enough money to-date, so let the changes come and open the list of the candidates before it is too late... for Algeria.
And as of today you have done a good job of not having a single dead or hurt people in the demonstration, Bravo...
In Trumpistan, the country is more divided than it has ever been since the Secession War. And all because of this president personality and values which are... contested to say the least, and because of his methods, which I will not qualify...
The report of the inquiry about his potential impeachment was published last Thursday. He was found culprit without the shade of a doubt: he did mocked the American Constitution, by putting his personal interests (re-election in 2020... probably to delay his condemnation in a few judicial affairs) above the interests of his country, and he did obstruct justice by refusing to deliver the documents requested by the Legislative Assembly and by refusing to let people around him go and gave their testimony as asked for by the Legislative Assembly.
In my opinion, we know now that the banana republic of Trumpistan deserves its nickname, no?
The decision and the final vote to impeach this president are going to be cast by the American Senate, where the Republican party has the majority, party which this president claims is his party.
Each American senator will be able soon to choose, in his heart and conscience (for those who have them of course...) between two choices, and will have to be accountable then to his electors:
1 - Apply the American constitution and impeach the president of Trumpistan.
Give back to the Republican party his freedom of thoughts and action.
Put back the United States at the lead of the western democracies.
Note: I will remind the Republican senators that this president of Trumpistan was never elected to a public job before his election in 2016, as a Republican or as a democrat. By asking for the Republican nomination for the presidential election, against some candidates elected then at various public positions, he has hijacked the Republican party thanks to his populist speeches, on the right of the political spectrum (on the right of the right...). Logic would have recommended that he runs for the presidential election as an independent candidate in 2016, but the electors of the Republican decided otherwise, and then his opponent had too many weeds in her garden and should never have humiliated publicly the president of Russia, a few months before the election...
2 - Decide, against the opinion of the majority of lawyers, that the actions committed are not bad enough to warrant an impeachment of this president, or that after all (3 weeks after he was tipped that a whistle blower had tipped the FBI...) he did give the military aid voted by the Legislative Assembly to Ukraine.
And divide the United States as never before since over a century.
In this case, the American electors will give their verdict in November 2020, knowing that in the mean time this president will feel free to steal the election again.
Note: May I remind you that the American president is still not elected by a vote - one person equals one vote - as it is done in all the other western democratic republics (but through "big electors", like in China), and that the American government is nominated by the president alone while in the other western democracies (republics or kingdoms) the government is issued (at 90%) from the majority at the Legislative Assembly (the government of Trumpistan would then be chosen from the Democrat party), with a prime minister heading the government. The same majority writes the laws, and applies them.
It is about time in my opinion to change the American constitution on the two points mentionned above... and why not add then two other items: forbid the sale of automatic (and semi) firearms, like in Australia, and an affordable right to a good Health for all citizens.
Did I say change...?...!!! aye... it is going to take some time...

Le president français a peut-être enfin compris que le president du Trumpistan ne cherche qu'une chose: redonner aux Etats Unis l’hégémonie du Village, en détruisant l'Europe...
Donc le president du Trumpistan soutient le Brexit et Boris Johnson, soutient la Turquie qui n'a rien a faire dans L’OTAN (l'Atlantique est bien loin de la Turquie, mais son dictateur accepte les bases militaires américaines...) et ne veut pas d'une Europe qui se passerait des Etats Unis car... comme le Trumpistan veut se retirer du Moyen Orient, il faut bien qu'il vende quand meme et pose ses armes quelque part, donc en Europe de l'Est (Pologne et pays de la mer Baltique) et en Asie au Japon et en Corée du Sud.
Finalement le general De Gaulle avait raison... qui refusait L’OTAN et l’hégémonie des Etats Unis, et pensait que la Grande Bretagne serait toujours un.pion docile pour les USA dans leurs différends avec l'Europe.
Alors quand le president français Macron a declare la semaine dernière que L’OTAN était une organisation dépassée que n'arrangeait pas les vues a court terme d'un president du Trumpistan a la conduite imprévisible pour ne pas dire erratique, il cherchait a lancer une réflexion sur quels devraient être les reels objectifs de L’OTAN pour l'Europe, pas pour les Etats Unis...
Mais le president du Trumpistan n'a pas apprécié la remarque sur sa conduite par le president français, alors... il promet une taxe de 100% éventuellement sur les produits de luxe français en représailles a la taxe française sur les entreprises de l'Internet qui ne paient aucune taxe dans les pays ou elles font leur chiffre d'affaires grace a des montages financiers, comme Apple qui met au chaud aux îles Caimans chaque année des dizaines de milliards, sans payer de taxe dans les pays européens... ou aux USA!
L'Europe est en train d'examiner une taxe sur les géants du web (américains ou non), similaire a celle déjà mise en place par la France, et l'Organisation mondiale du commerce également, au nom d'une justice fiscale évidente.

The French president might have finally understood that the president of Trumpistan has only one priority: give back to the USA its hegemony in the Village, by demolishing Europe...
So... the president of Trumpistan applauds the Brexit and Boris Johnson, takes side with Turkey which has no business being in the NATO (the Atlantic ocean is far away from Turkey, but its dictator accepts the American military bases on his territory...) and does not want of a Europe which would not need the USA because... as Trumpistan wants to get out of the Middle East, and so they still need to sell and put their weapons somewhere, so in Eastern Europe (Poland and Baltic sea countries) and in Asia, Japan and South Korea.
After all, the General De Gaulle was right... when he refused NATO and the hegemony of the USA, and thought that Great Britain would always be yes-country for the USA when in disagreement with Europe.
So when last week the French president Macron declared that NATO was an obsolete organisation, not helped by the short term vision and sometimes erratic actions of the president of Trumpistan, he was trying to launch a brainstorm about what should be the real objectives of NATO for Europe, not for the USA...
But the president of Trumpistan did not appreciate the remark about his conduct by the French president, so... he is promising a tariff of up to 100% eventually on all French luxury imports in response to the French taxe on the Internet companies which do not pay any taxes in the country where they make business thanks to some financial organisation like Apple which puts aside in the Caiman islands every year dozens of millions of dollars without paying any tax in the countries where they sold their products, European countries... or the USA!
Europe is now looking at at a taxe on the Internet giants (American or not), similar to the one already in effect in France, and so does the World Commerce Organization, in the name of an obvious fiscal equity.
Being the shooting target of the president of Trumpistan and of the Turkish dictator who was requesting a condemnation of the Kurds militia by all the NATO countries (and of course did not get it, on the contrary), and in light of the present political mess in Great Britain, will Europe finally take its security in hands?... or wait for the departure of the president of Trumpistan?...

Le president français a peut-être enfin compris que le president du Trumpistan ne cherche qu'une chose: redonner aux Etats Unis l’hégémonie du Village, en détruisant l'Europe...
Donc le president du Trumpistan soutient le Brexit et Boris Johnson, soutient la Turquie qui n'a rien a faire dans L’OTAN (l'Atlantique est bien loin de la Turquie, mais son dictateur accepte les bases militaires américaines...) et ne veut pas d'une Europe qui se passerait des Etats Unis car... comme le Trumpistan veut se retirer du Moyen Orient, il faut bien qu'il vende quand meme et pose ses armes quelque part, donc en Europe de l'Est (Pologne et pays de la mer Baltique) et en Asie au Japon et en Corée du Sud.
Finalement le general De Gaulle avait raison... qui refusait L’OTAN et l’hégémonie des Etats Unis, et pensait que la Grande Bretagne serait toujours un.pion docile pour les USA dans leurs différends avec l'Europe.
Alors quand le president français Macron a declare la semaine dernière que L’OTAN était une organisation dépassée que n'arrangeait pas les vues a court terme d'un president du Trumpistan a la conduite imprévisible pour ne pas dire erratique, il cherchait a lancer une réflexion sur quels devraient être les reels objectifs de L’OTAN pour l'Europe, pas pour les Etats Unis...
Mais le president du Trumpistan n'a pas apprécié la remarque sur sa conduite par le president français, alors... il promet une taxe de 100% éventuellement sur les produits de luxe français en représailles a la taxe française sur les entreprises de l'Internet qui ne paient aucune taxe dans les pays ou elles font leur chiffre d'affaires grace a des montages financiers, comme Apple qui met au chaud aux îles Caimans chaque année des dizaines de milliards, sans payer de taxe dans les pays européens... ou aux USA!
L'Europe est en train d'examiner une taxe sur les géants du web (américains ou non), similaire a celle déjà mise en place par la France, et l'Organisation mondiale du commerce également, au nom d'une justice fiscale évidente.

Le president chinois demande que les droits de douane déjà imposés aux produits chinois entrant au Trumpistan soient levés.

L'indice de la production chinoise continue de rester a 6% par an et la Chine signe des contrats d'aide aux pays de la route de la soie, cad une majorité de pays en Asie et en Europe! comme la Grèce ou l'Espagne qui viennent de recevoir la 5G... gratuitement... Je vous rappelle que la 5G chinoise permet non seulement a l'Internet d'aller plus vite mais surtout permet de connecter ou de commander a distance tous les équipements que vous souhaitez, y compris industriels, ce qui donne aux exportateurs industriels chinois une avance non négligeable sur leurs concurrents mondiaux y compris ceux du Trumpistan.
Au Trumpistan les investissements ont ralenti et plusieurs categories d'exportateurs souffrent des droits de douane imposes par la Chine, qui trouve facilement d'autre produits concurrentiels dans le Village. Comme les homards du Maine ou les produits agricoles. Le president a meme du donner une aide exceptionnelle de 18 milliards de dollars aux agriculteurs américains... un comble pour un pays capitaliste non socialiste... qui pourrait bien être attaque a l'Organisation Mondiale du Commerce.
Et le president du Trumpistan vient d'adoucir les droits de douanes sur des dizaines de produits importés de Chine, car il s'est enfin rendu compte que cela ne faisait qu'augmenter le coût de la vie au Trumpistan... surtout a la veille de Noel.

A mom extreme droite, le Trumpistan, qui continue d'utiliser les méthodes de negotiation des développeurs New Yorkais pour des hotels et des casinos, rien d'industriel la... et cela contre son banquier principal, la Chine. Il fallait re-équilibrer les échanges commerciaux entre la Chine et le Trumpistan? Bien sur, mais avec les anciens alliés, une vision politique a long terme et un professionnalisme politique inconnu de ce president du Trumpistan.
A ma gauche la Chine, qui trouve d'autres marchés pour leurs exportations tout en prêtant sans intérêt a qui veut bien les recevoir ses dollars US dont elle se débarrasse lentement mais surement.
Quand a la defense des droits et des libertés dans le Village, je te tiens - tu me tiens pr la barbichette...

Alors la Chine a répondu dès le lendemain en publiant une analyse des droits bafoués au Trumpistan pour les femmes et les minorités, notamment en matière de protection de la santé.
Je serais prêt a parier que la Chine travaille en ce moment sur deux rapports, l'un concernant les droits et libertés des noirs au Trumpistan, et le second concernant la Constitution américaine et son interpretation par le president du Trumpistan au vu de la procedure de destitution lancée contre lui. Mais bon, pour ce second rapport, ils vont certainement demander l'approbation de leur nouvel ami russe, Mr Putin, qui n'a toujours pas apprécié que le president du Trumpistan a donne 450 millions de dollars d'aide militaire a l'Ukraine pour lutter contre la Russie... aye... mais bon, c'est vrai que le president du Trumpistan a du mal a garder un collaborateur en moyenne plus de deux ans.

Not on the same wave length... but the stock markets in the Village like it (including in Trumpistan and in China) and spread the news that both delegations keep talking...

The Chinese production index keeps around 6% per year and China has signed contracts to help other countries on the Silk Road, ie... a majority of countries in Asia and Europe! like Greece and Spain which have just received the 5G... for free... I am ready to bet that China is presently working on two reports, one on the rights and liberties of the black people in Trumpistan, and another one on the American Constitution and its interpretation by the president of Trumpistan in light of the Destitution inquiry in progress.
