Noel / Christmas

Noel était une fete populaire bien avant la naissance de Jesus, pour la nuit la plus longue de l’année... La rumeur veut meme que la naissance de Jesus a été célébrée a cette date pour mieux se cacher dans les célébrations païennes et éviter les persecutions. Cela me parait très probable.
Le père noel est une invention plus tardive, mais qu'importe... aujourd'hui dans tout le village, Noel est devenu la fete de l'amour et de la paix... sans doute sous l'influence des Chrétiens au fil des siècles. De toutes façons, fêter l'amour et la paix, c'est une bonne nouvelle, non?
Meme les chinois se mettent peu a peu a cette période de Noël (voir l'image ci-dessus).
Alors, quelles que soient vos raisons pour célébrer l'amour et la paix... JOYEUX NOEL a tous dans le Village!

Noel (Christmas) was a popular festivity far before the birth of Jesus, for the longest night of the year.... Rumor has it even that the birth of Jesus was celebrated on this same day in order to hide better among the secular celebrations and avoid persecution. More than probable in my opinion.
The Santa Claus is a later invention, but who cares... today in the Village, Noel has become the celebration of love and peace... probably under the influence of Christians along the centuries. At any rate, celebrating love and peace, that is good news, right?
Even the Chinese people are starting to celebrate Noël (see the picture above).
So, whatever your reason to celebrate love and peace... MERRY CHRISTMAS to all in the Village!

Noel est la fête des enfants parait-il...?

Un père et sa fille de 7 ans venus du Guatemala sont rentrés illégalement au Trumpistan debut décembre, et ont été immédiatement arrêtés. Normal. 24 h plus tard, la petite fille meurt, après des vomissements, et malgré un transport a l’hôpital américain le plus proche qui n'a pas pu la sauver. Elle n'avait rien mangé ou bu depuis plusieurs jours, et est morte de déshydratation. Apparemment de l'eau et un examen medical n'auraient pas été prodigués dès l'arrivée?...
Qu'en pense la statue de liberté a New York?
Feliz navidad...?
Je serais d'avis que la France reprenne son cadeau... d'ailleurs elle en aurait bien besoin elle aussi...

Et au Yemen, le petit pays au sud de l'Arabie Saoudite, plus de 80,000 enfants ont été tués depuis le début des bombardements par l’armée Saoudienne, seulement parce qu'ils étaient de l'autre branche de l'Islam, enfin leurs parents... Et Islam veut dire "paix"...

Alors oubliez mon souhait de Joyeux Noel comme prévu dans le titre de ce blog...
Et souhaitons plutôt une bonne santé, paix et un meilleur avenir a tous les enfants du Village.

Apparently Christmas is a celebration for kids...?

A father and his 7 year old little girl coming from Guatemala entered illegally in the Trumpistan early December, and were arrested. Normal. Twenty four hours later the little girl died after vomiting, and although she was rushed to the nearest hospital where she could not be saved. She had not eating or drunk anything for days and she died from dehydration. Apparently water and a medical exam were not given upon their arrival?... 
What does the statue of Liberty in New York think about this?
Feliz navidad...?
I would recommend that France takes back its gift... by the way it could use it too...

And in Yemen, the little country south of Saudi Arabia, over 80,000 kids have been killed since the beginning of the bombings by the Saudi army, only because they were from the other branch of Islam, well let's say their parents were... And Islam means "peace"...

So forget my wish in the title of this blog...
And let's rather wish a good health, peace and a better future to all the children in the Village.

Revolution vs VOTE...

1. Le gouvernement du Canada va donner une commande de 1 milliard de dollars a Siemens pour un train qui va relier des villes du Quebec et de l'Ontario. Et Siemens va faire l'ingénierie en Allemagne et la construction en Californie... alors que le Quebec a une entreprise de taille mondiale spécialisée dans les transports Bombardier. Le premier ministre du Quebec demande au gouvernement canadien de rajouter une clause comme par exemple un minimum de 25% de la commande doit être faite au Quebec / Canada. Je suis d'accord.
Le gouvernement canadien a répondu que les accords avec l'Europe interdisaient au gouvernement de mentionner une telle reference. Par contre si une entreprise privée avait pris une participation dans la nouvelle société, la clause aurait pu être introduite... Une erreur du gouvernement canadien...!
Un contenu local est exige par les chinois, ou les indiens, ou d'autres pays... comme le Trumpistan (aka USA), qui exige 65% de contenu local!
Alors si le peuple québécois et canadien veut un minimum de prestations locales, il va devoir descendre dans la rue...? et dénoncer l'accord avec l'Europe...? ou changer de gouvernement au Canada, pour les punir de leur naïveté...?
Le president du Trumpistan lui refuse de nommer des juges au tribunal de l OMC (organisation mondiale du commerce), bloquant ainsi le fonctionnement de l'institution... il fallait y penser...!

2. Le gouvernement du Quebec juste élu, et plus de deux tiers de la population québécoise (sondage recent) veulent renforcer la laïcité au Quebec et interdire le port de signes religieux pour les personnes en position d’autorité publique, donc entre autres... les juges, les policiers, les professeurs en école publique. Je suis d'accord.
Apparemment si un appel était posé, la réponse des juges canadiens serait par contre difficile a prévoir... Si les juges allaient contre la volonté du peuple, faudra-t-il que le peuple descende dans la rue pour être entendu..?
(Rien a voir avec le port de signes religieux dans les espaces publics, qui reste autorisé bien sur comme la kippa, le foulard islamique sur la tête qui ne cache pas le visage, ou la croix sur la poitrine. Par contre je serais pour l'interdiction du niquab dans les espaces publics, pour aider l'Islam fondamentaliste a évoluer envers les femmes musulmanes)

Les revolutions dans plusieurs pays se sont produites lorsque les gouvernants ne respectaient pas la volonté et les attentes de la majorité du peuple. Y compris au Trumpistan en 2016 quand les électeurs américains ont signifié leur ras le bol des politiciens américains de tout bord... Et y compris pour la révolution des gilets jaunes en France en Décembre 2018 contre un president qui a 24% de support dans le pays.
Alors... revolution ou... aux urnes!
Attendez vous a voir quatre candidats principaux aux prochaines elections canadiennes ou au Trumpistan (comme en France déjà)... un a l'extreme droite, un a droite, un a gauche, et un a l extreme gauche...
Rendez vous en 2019 pour le Canada et en 2020 pour le Trumpistan.
Le peuple a toujours raison...

Ne ratez pas le 19 Décembre: "Joyeux Noel"...

1. The Canadian government is going to give a purchase order of 1 billion dollars to Siemens for a new train between cities of Quebec and Ontario. And Siemens is going to do the engineering in Germany and the construction in California... while Quebec has a world class company specialized in transportation, Bombardier. The Prime Minister of Quebec is asking the Canadian government to add a clause like for instance a minimum of 25% of the order must be done in Quebec / Canada. I agree.
The Canadian government has answered that the recent agreement with Europe was forbidding the government to mention such an obligation. On the other hand, if a private company had taken a participation in the new train, the requirement could have been introduced... A mistake from the Canadian government...!
A local content is mandatory for orders in China, or India, or other countries... like Trumpistan (aka USA), which requests 65% of local production!
So if the people in Québec and Canada want a minimum of local production, they are going to have to get down in the street...? and denounce the agreement with Europe..? or change the Canadian government, to punish of their naivety...?
As for the President of Trumpistan, he refuses to name judges to the tribunal of the World Commerce Organisation, which means the organisation cannot convene and judge... one had to think of that...!

2. The Quebec government recently elected, and more than two thirds of the quebec population (recent poll) want to reinforce secularism in Quebec and forbid wearing a religious sign for the people in position of authority in the public service, including... judges, police, teachers in public schools. I agree.
Apparently, if someone was challenging this measure, the answer of the Canadian judges could go either way, hard to forecast... If the judges were deciding against the will of the people, will it be necessary for the people to go down in th street to be heard..?
(Nothing to do with wearing a religious sign in public, which remains authorized of course, like kippa, islam scarf around the head not hiding the face, or a cross on the chest. On the other hand, I would not favor authorizing the niqab (hidding the face) in the public spaces, to help fundamentalist Islam to change their view of Muslim women)

Revolutions in many countries have happened when the government was not respecting the will and the expectations of the majority of people. Including in Trumpistan in 2016 when the American citizens showed they were fed up with the regular established political parties of all sides... And included with the revolution of the yellow jackets in France in December 2018 against a President who has the support of only 24% of the country.
So... revolution or... go and vote!
Expect that the next elections in Trumpistan or Canada will see four major candidates (like already in France)..one candidate on the extreme right, one on the right, one on the left, and one on the extreme left...
See you in 2019 for Canada and in 2020 for Trumpistan.
The citizens are always right...

Mr 18% Macron

En 2017, le premier tour de l election présidentielle française a donné les résultats suivants, en pourcentage des inscrits:
- Emmanuel Macron        18    %   (En Marche - ?)
- Marine Le Pen               16    %   (Front National - extreme droite)
- Francois Fillon              15,1 %   (Républicains - droite)
- Jean-Luc Mélanchon     14,8  %  (France insoumise - gauche)
- Benoit Hamon                4,82 %  (Socialistes - gauche)

Le president Emmanuel Macron a donc été élu par 18% des français inscrits sur les listes électorales, sans le support d'aucun parti politique classique. Ce qui équivaut a 24% des votes exprimes.
Les français n'avaient plus confiance dans les partis politiques classiques. Tout comme les américains en élisant le president Trump...
Sauf que Trump s'est fait élire d'abord par le parti républicain, en jouant sur le nationalisme blanc et le refus des immigres... et il garde donc son électorat de plus de 40% des inscrits.
Ensuite l'election de Trump ou de Macron a du beaucoup au refus par leur concitoyens de leur opposant principal: Hillary Clinton au Trumpistan, Marine Le Pen en France. Pas du tout pour les memes raisons, mais très mal aimées quand même.

Le rassemblement (En marche) du president français a été créé un an avant l'election présidentielle, avec le support de quelques milliardaires, des financiers et des medias français. L'objectif était de se préparer pour la prochaine election dans 4 ans...
La cote de popularité du president est aujourd’hui de... 24%... soir le meme pourcentage qu il avait recueilli a son election.
Le president gouverne donc avec l'accord de 24% des français.
Il n'a aucune experience de president, de premier ministre, de sénateur, ou meme de depute représentant législatif... ou d'homme d'affaires entrepreneur, comme le president du Trumpistan... son experience se resume a être associe gérant de la banque Rothschild, trois années au parti socialiste et un an comme ministre de l’économie.
Et... il n'a intégré aucun des poids lourds de la politique française dans son cercle... le seul prêt a l'aider, Francois Bayrou, s'est retrouve les pieds pris dans le tapis des le lendemain de l'election présidentielle avec une affaire mineure, comme le candidat Fillon.
Le premier ministre choisi... un maire républicain de la ville du Havre... (malgre les 3 annees du president au parti socialiste, aucun socialiste n'avait accepte le poste). Cela fait au total toujours très peu d'experience politique. Et le parti qu il a créé n'ose pas ouvrir la bouche au parlement... plus de la moitie d entre eux ne connaissait pas également la politique avant leur election.
Et pour couronner le tout, son ministre de l intérieur decide il y a deux mois de démissionner pour se consacrer a la mairie de la deuxième ville de France, Lyon.

La France est le pays le plus taxe dans le Village... alors l'augmentation des taxes sur l essence, sur le gaz et sur les retraites a été la goutte d'eau qui a fait déborder le vase.
Il y a l'objectif a long terme, et il y a... l’échéancier pour le réaliser, qui doit tenir compte des réalités de la vie des citoyens, surtout les moins favorisés.
Laisser la colère s'exprimer dans la rue, a Paris et en provinces, est une honte pour la république française.

La solution?
Retrouver la confiance des francais... et se donner comme objectif de faire passer la France a la deuxième ou troisième place du classement des pays les plus taxés dans le Village!
Comment?
1. Le pansement sur la jambe de bois serait de nommer Francois Bayrou premier ministre. Cela durerait ce que cela durerait... Et il devrait refuser le job...
2. La seule solution au problème de déconnexion des réalités de ce président est une dissolution de l'assemblée legislative. Et un premier ministre qui sera choisi parmi la nouvelle majorité a cette assemblée.
Du courage monsieur le president... et n’écoutez plus ceux qui a qui vous devez tout et qui se cachent derrière vous... mais écoutez le peuple...

In 2017, the first Sunday of the Presidential election gave the following results, in percentage of the registered voters:
- Emmanuel Macron        18    %   (En Marche - ?)
- Marine Le Pen               16    %   (Front National - extreme right)
- Francois Fillon              15,1 %   (Républicains - right)
- Jean-Luc Mélanchon     14,8  %  (France insoumise - left)
- Benoit Hamon                4,82 %  (Socialistes - left)

So... the President Emmanuel Macron was elected by 18% of the Frenchmen registered to vote, without the support of any traditional party. This translates into 24% of the expressed votes.
The Frenchmen did not trust anymore the traditional parties. Just like the Americans elected President Trump...
Except that Trump got first elected by the Republican parti, thanks to the white nationalists and the refusal of the immigrants... and so he keeps his base of over 40% of the registered voters.
And the election of Trump and Macron was also due to the refusal of the voters of their principal opponent: Hillary Clinton in the Trumpistan, Marine Le Pen in France. Not for the same reasons, but still both strongly disliked.

The group (En marche) of the French President was created one year before his election with the support of a few billionaires, of the financial elite and of the French media. The objective was to get ready for the next election in 4 years...
The people still trusting him are today at ... 24%... ie the same percentage he got when elected.
So the President is governing with the agreement of 24% of the Frenchmen.
He has no experience in terms of President, of Prime Minister, of Senator. or even as a representative at the Legislative Assembly... or as a self-entrepreneur / businessman like the President of Trumpistan... his experience is all about being a associated manager of the bank Rothschild, and three years with the socialist party, and one year as a minister of economy.
And... he did not integrate in his circle any of the heavy weights of the political parties... the only one ready to help him, Francois Bayrou, caught his feet in the carpet right after the election, for a minor affair, like the candidate Fillon.
The Prime Minister chosen... a Republican (right) mayor of the city of Le Havre... (although the President was 3 years at the socialist party, no socialist accepted the job). In the end, still not a lot of experience in governing. And the parti he created does not dare open their mouth at the Assembly... More than half of them did not know politics before their election.
And to end it up, his interior minister quit two months ago to return as a mayor of the second city in France, Lyons.

France is the country most taxed in the Village... so raising taxes on gaz and retired pensioners was the drop of water which overflew the vase.
One thing is the long term  objective, and another thing is... the schedule to get there, which must integrate the realities of the citizens, starting with less rich.
Letting the anger express itself in the streets of Paris and other cities is a shame for the French democracy.

The solution?
Get the trust of the Frenchmen back... and choose the objective to get France to the second or third most taxed country in the Village! 
How?
1. A band-aid on a wooden leg could be to name Francois Bayrou Prime Minister. This would last only for a while... And he should refuse the job...
2. The only solution to the problem of this President being disconnected from the realities, is to dissolve the Legislative Assembly. And to choose a Prime Minister among the new majority at this Assembly. 
Be courageous Mr President... and stop listening to those who made you and are hiding behind your back... but listen to the people...

Moyen Age / Middle Ages

Un curé catholique en France a été condamné a trois ans de prison par un tribunal correctionnel, pour actes de pédophilie contre un mineur. Et son évêque a été condamné a 6 mois de prison avec sursis pour non dénonciation. Très bien.
Pendant ce temps Rome a decide de créer des commissions d’enquête dans certains pays a propos des dénonciations d'actes pedophiles, pour mieux cerner la vérité... Inutile...
Pourquoi pas des duels judiciaires comme au Moyen Age (voir photo) pour savoir qui a raison....?

A mon avis il n'y a pas de commission a créer dans l'Eglise de Rome... il suffit simplement de:
- demander a tous les fidèles de porter plainte pour actes pedophiles directement auprès des tribunaux de leurs pays, avec copie de la plainte a l évêque supérieur du prêtre en question, et au pape Francois a Rome.
- de demander a l’évêque de rencontrer chaque victime individuellement.
- permettre immédiatement a tous les prêtres de se marier, s'ils le désirent. La décision d'exiger le célibat des prêtres a été prise au Moyen Age... dix siècles après la mort de Jésus...

In France a Catholic priest has been condemned to three years in prison by a tribunal for pedophile acts against a minor. And his bishop was condemned to 6 months in jail with a suspended sentence for non denunciation. Very good.
Meanwhile Rome has decided to create inquiry commissions in many countries about these accusations of pedophilia, to better search for the truth... Useless...
Why not judiciary duels like in the Middle Ages (see pictures) to find out who is lying....?

In my opinion there is no need to create any commission in the Roman Church... Simply need to:
- ask all parishioners to sue for pedophilia acts directly with civil tribunals in their country, with a copy of the complaint to the bishop overseeing this priest and a copy to Pope Francis in Rome.
- ask in parallel the bishop to meet individually with each complainer.
- allow immediately all priests to get married, if they want to. The decision to require celibate from the priests was taken in the Middles Ages... ten centuries after the death of Jesus...
