L'Europe a été créée pour mettre fin aux guerres entre pays européens. Et ça marche...
Regardez la cérémonie d'hier à Verdun... Même si j'aurais préféré que les jeunes ne courent pas entre les tombes... juste rester autour, se mettre à genoux, puis sortir en chantant l'Hymne européen?

Par contre les politiques, les financiers et les commerçants sont incapables de donner à l'Europe des règles communes simples...
Comme impôts et taxes pour les entreprises uniformisées,  entre 20 et 25% par exemple, et basées sur le nombre d'employés. .. Plus vous avez d'employés,  plus vous méritez la limite basse. Je sais, l'Irlande et le Luxembourg auraient des problèmes. ..
Comme une taxe sur les ventes uniformisée,  entre 10 et 15% par exemple,
Comme une taxe sur le litre d'essence uniformisee...
Comme la fermeture des casinos financiers, ou une taxe de 50% sur tout bénéfice dans une revente sous 3 mois...
En fait devant l'incapacité des hommes à assurer des règles communes, et à l'occasion de la fête des mères,  je propose de donner la Terre aux mères,  elles sauront mieux protéger leurs enfants des guerres et des inégalités que 99% des hommes que nous avons connu a ce jour!

Europe has been created to stop wars between European countries. And it works... 
Watch last Sunday's ceremony in Verdun... Even if I would have preferred that the young people do not run on the graves... better just staying around them, kneeling down... then leaving and singing the hymn to Europe? ... Oh well...

On the other hand, the politics, the finance people and the business people are unable to give to Europe some simple common rules...
Like common taxes for the businesses, between 20 and 25% for instance, and based on the number of employees... The more you have employees, the closest you are to the lower limit. I know, Ireland and Luxembourg would have big problems. ..
Like a common sales tax, between 10 and 15% for instance,
Like a common tax on fuel and gas...
Like closing the financial casinos, or a 50% tax on any gain made with a resale before 3 months...
In fact, viewing the inability of men to insure common rules, and with the celebration last Sunday of Mother's day, I propose to give the Earth to our mothers, they will know better how to protect their children from wars and from inégalités, better than 99% of the men we have known to-date!

Seulement aux Etats Unis...? Only in the USA...?

Dans plusieurs pays européens, Donald Trump et Bernie Sanders se seraient presentes a la course a la présidence en candidats indépendants, ou après avoir créé leur propre parti politique, vu que leur programme est tres different des programmes connus des partis qu'ils cherchent a représenter, et vu que ni l'un ni l'autre n'a reçu un sou des riches supporters qui soutiennent habituellement ces candidats, tout un exploit pour ces deux candidats.

Donald Trump serait un candidat "populiste extreme droite", a droite du parti républicain.
Bernie Sanders serait un candidat "socialiste" a gauche du parti démocrate.
Et ils présenteraient un programme très different des candidats officiels des partis Républicain et Démocrate, a priori Ted Cruz et le couple Hillary / Bill Clinton.
Donald Trump dépenserait son propre argent, et aurait pointe du doigt le parti républicain officiel, en le déclarant déconnecté des réalités et du peuple...

Bernie Sanders aurait ramasse des fonds de ses supporters, un billet de 20 dollars a la fois, et aurait montre du doigt le parti démocrate en le déclarant déconnecté des réalités et du peuple...
La conclusion coule de source, non?
Les adversaires de Donald Trump et de Bernie Sanders ont raison, ils ne représentent pas les partis dont ils recherchent l'investiture... une revolution par en dedans...
Les citoyens américains ne font plus confiance a leurs partis républicain et démocrate, leurs rois et reines, leurs "amis" trop riches.

Au moins les citoyens des américains auraient pu avoir a choisir entre quatre candidats, entre leurs quatre programmes, en choisissant deux pour le vote final deux semaines plus tard. J'entends les citoyens, avec un vote par personne, comme dans les démocraties de la vieille Europe, pas avec le meme système de vote via un second college comme cet autre grand pays: la Chine.

En attendant, nous assistons en 2016 a un spectacle dans lequel deux candidats sont a couteaux tires avec la direction du parti qu'ils cherchent a représenter... seulement aux Etats Unis...?

In many countries I know in Europe, Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders would have run for the presidency of their country as independent candidates, or after having organised their own political party, since their program is quite different from the ones liked by the parties they are trying to represent, and since none of them received a penny from the usual rich supporters of these two parties, quite an achievement for both.

Donald Trump would be labelled as "far right populist", on the right of the Republican party.
Bernie Sanders would be labelled as "socialist", on the left side of the Democratic party.
And they would ran, with a very different program, against the official candidates of the Republican and of the Democratic parties, presumably Ted Cruz and the couple Hillary / Bill Clinton.

Donald Trump would have spent his own money, and would have fingered out the old Republican party as out of touch with reality and the needs of people...
Bernie Sanders would have collected money from his fans, one banknote at a time, and would have fingered out the old Democratic party as out of touch with reality and the needs of the people. 

The conclusion is pretty obvious, no? The adversaries of Donald Trump and of Bernie Sanders are right, they do not represent the parties they are trying to win the nomination of... a revolution from the inside...
The American citizens have lost confidence in the Republican and the Democratic parties, their kings and queens, and their too rich cronies.

At least the citizens of the USA could have chosen between the four candidates, between their four programs, leaving the two who arrived first for the final vote 2 weeks later. I mean the citizens, with one person equal one vote, like in the democracies of the old Europe, not with the same voting system with an intermediary college as another big country we know: China.
I cannot decide which of USA and China will be the first one to move away from their present election system and go for a democratic system with no intermediate college and two rounds of voting... for the President as well as for the legislative assembly!

Until then, we are looking in 2016 at a show where two candidates are openly at war with the establishment of the party they want to represent... only in the USA...?

Apple & Mao

Le president chinois a dit fin 2015 que le president de Google était plus puissant que le president des USA. Il a raison, mais bon, ce n'est pas trop difficile..., vu que le president des USA ne peut gouverner, coincé entre une assemblée legislative qui désavoue son gouvernement et une constitution qui a oublie de preciser que le gouvernement devrait être choisi parmi la majorité de l’assemblée legislative, comme dans tous les pays de la vieille Europe...

En représailles je suppose, depuis cette sortie, les medias américains nous font remarquer que le president chinois se comporte de plus en plus de manière autoritaire, comme un de ses prédécesseurs, Chairman Mao.
Tout faux... comparer quelqu'un a Mao en Chine c'est un honneur! comme le témoignent la file de plusieurs kms tous les matins a 7h pour visiter le mausolée de Mao sur la place Tien Amen.

Alors la bataille a change de sujet... Il parait que depuis l’été dernier les autorités chinoises interrogent les sociétés américaines pour s'assurer que les outils informatiques importés ne menacent pas la sécurité de la Chine... Ha ha ha...!
On comprend mieux pourquoi Apple a fait semblant de refuser publiquement de donner la clef de ses outils informatiques a la justice américaine... en fait sans doute pour mieux rassurer les autorités chinoises que les outils informatiques Apple étaient inviolables... meme aux USA.
Sauf que ensuite le gouvernement américain a annonce qu'ils avaient réussi a rentrer dans les outils Apple grace a l'aide d'un pirate.
A votre avis, les pirates chinois sont moins forts que les pirates américains...?
Il n'y a pas qu'en mer de Chine que la temperature monte...

The President of China said at the end of 2015 that the President of Google was more powerful than the President of the USA. He is right, but that is not very difficult... since the President of the USA cannot govern, stuck between his Legislative Assembly which does not agree with anything his government proposes, and his Constitution which forgot to specify that the government should be chosen among the majority at the Legislative Assembly, like in all the countries of the Old Europe...

TIt for tat I guess, since this declaration, the American media are telling us that the President of China is behaving more and more like one of his predecessor, Chairman Mao. All wrong... comparing someone to Mao in China is an honour! as demonstrated by the queue of a few kms every morning at 7am to visit the mausoleum of Chairman Mao, on Tien Amen square.

Then the battle changed field... Apparently since last summer, the Chinese authority are interrogating the American technology companies to make sure the electronic devices imported do not pose a threat to the security of China.. Ha ha ha...!
I understand better why Apple made it look publicly that they were refusing to give the code of their devices to the American government... in fact probably to reassure the Chinese government that their devices could not be broken into, by anyone, even in the USA!
Except that then... the American government announced that they had managed to break the codes of Apple thanks to a pirate.
In your opinion, the Chinese pirates are less smart than the American pirates...?
It is going warmer, not just in the Sea of China...

Les bus londoniens vont afficher pendant 2 mois un slogan en langue arabe ("Sobhan Allah" = Gloire  à Dieu). La publicité est payée par un fonds musulman qui aide les refugiés de Syrie entre autres, de toutes confessions apparemment, et qui voulait ainsi rappeler a tous les musulmans que pendant le ramadan (mois de Juin), les musulmans sont appelés a partager leurs richesses.
Pourtant à Noel, la commission de surveillance des publicités dans les cinémas londoniens avait refusé une publicité de l'Eglise anglicane, apparemment anodine ("Pray" = Priez...). Et pourtant la reine d'Angleterre est le chef de l'Eglise Anglicane...
Le nouveau maire de Londres depuis cette fin de semaine, un pakistanais musulman, très ouvert, va avoir du pain sur la planche...
Ma question:
Pourquoi les autorités anglaises n'ont-elles pas demandé que la publicité soit redigée en langue anglaise... "Glory to God"? avec éventuellement la traduction en arabe a coté, en charactères plus petits; tout comme le drapeau de toute puissance étrangère ne peut être plus grand ou placé plus haut que le drapeau du pays ou il est affiché.
Dans la charte du Commonwealth, qui regroupe des dizaines de pays dans le Village, la reine d'angleterre est la tête du Commomwealth et ses deux priorités sont de promouvoir la communauté économique et... la langue anglaise.
Y compris à Londres je suppose...?

The London buses are going to spot an ad in the Arabic language for the next 2 months ("Sobhan Allah" = Glory to God). The advertisement was paid for by a Muslim Fund which helps the refugees from Syria for instance, of all religions apparently, and which wanted to remind all Muslims that during the month of Ramadan (June 2016), Muslims re called to share their wealth.
Mind you, at Christmas, the Commission regulating the advertisements in the movie theatres of Londo had refused an advertisement of the Anglican Church, apparently not very shocking ("Pray"). And mind you, the Queen of England is the head of the Anglican Church...
The new mayor of London since this week end is a Muslim from Pakistan, very open, looks like he will have a few things to deal with?
My question: 
Why did the English authorities not ask for the advertisement to be written in English... "Glory to God"... eventually with the translation in Arabic next to it, in smaller characters, just like the flag of any foreign country cannot be bigger or placed higher than the flag of the country where it is being displayed.
In the chart of the Commonwealth, which regroups dozens of countries in the Village, the Queen of England is its head, and her two priorities are the economic community and... spreading the English language. 
Including in London I guess...?

USA - Mexico mur / Wall

Aux Etats Unis, Donald Trump a toujours du mal a convaincre les tenors du parti republican a le soutenir. Il faut dire que lui et Bernie Sanders du cote démocrate ont fait campagne contre les anciens de leur parti politique. La reaction est donc comprehensible, il faut qu'ils aillent maintenant jusqu'au bout. Et le fait que les milliardaires qui soutiennent d'habitude financièrement le candidat républicain menacent de ne pas soutenir Donald Trump pourrait être en fait simplement le constat que Donald Trump ne veut pas de leur argent... a ce jour il a tout payé de sa poche!

Par contre, bonnes nouvelles cote politique étrangère pour Donald Trump: le Mexique aurait (sous toutes reserves...) accepté de payer pour le mur qu il veut construire entre le Mexique et les Etats Unis, mais pour la frontière originale... voir la carte ci-dessus...

In the USA, Donald Trump still has a hard time to convince the big names of the Republican party to support him. Mind you, him and Bernie Sanders on the Democrat side, have campaigned against the old timers of their political party. So the reaction is quite understandable. And the fact that the billionaires who normally support financially the Republican candidate are threatening not to support him could simply be hiding the fact that Donald Trump does not want their money... to-date he has paid for everything from his own pocket!

On the other hand, good news for Donald Trump regarding his foreign policy: Mexico apparently agreed to pay for the wall Donald Trump wants to build between Mexico and the USA... but only if built on the original border... see map above.

Pas de travaux pratiques / No practicals

Les ecoles primaires francaises vont utiliser l'exemple du chanteur francais Claude Francois pour mettre en garde les ecoliers contre les dangers d'electrocution en presence d'eau. Le chanteur était décédé dans sa baignoire alors qu'il touchait un element electrique (lampe ou seche cheveux, selon les versions).
Ce serait dommage de s'arreter en si bon chemin...
Je propose de parler des dangers de la drogue en citant les vedettes de la chanson et du spectacle qui sont mortes suite a une consommation de drogues diverses, a commencer par Elvis Presley et Michael Jackson?
Et bien sur en France, il faudrait parler de Felix Faure, president des francais au siecle dernier, et qui etait mort dans les bras d'une prostituée. Mais bon, il faudra bien se preparer aux questions des ecoliers et des ecolieres...
Pour tous les avertissements ci-dessus, pas question de travaux pratiques bien sur...

The French primary schools are going to use the example of the French singer Claude Francois to warn the children against the danger of electrocution in presence of water. The singer died in his bathtub when he touched an electrical component (lamp or hair dryer, depending of the version).
Why stop at this example?... I propose to talk about the dangers of drugs by naming the singers and stars of show business who died of such uses, like Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson?
And of course in France, we will have to talk about Felix Faure, President of France last century, who died in the arms of a prostitute. But well... better prepare the answers to the questions of the children...
For all above warnings, of course practicals are out of question...
