Incapable? / Not capable?

Quelle que soit votre opinion sur les sujets politiques qui divisent le Trumpistan, il me semble que trois choses y sont claires.

1. Le port des armes a feu devrait être interdit par le maires dans les manifestations, y compris pour tout contre manifestant. Arrestation immediate.

2. Les manifestations devraient être interdites la nuit, après 8 pm par exemple. Mieux vaudrait une manifestation monstre de jour par semaine, le samedi ou dimanche, que des petites manifestations tous les jours. Ces manifestations devraient demander une mesure simple pour résoudre le problème qu'ils dénoncent. Je propose de demander une embauche obligatoire de 50% de gens de minorités non blanches dans tous les  services de police.

3. Dans environ 2 mois les américains vont élire un président et decider de leur avenir et de l'image des Etats Unis dans le Village. Je leur rappelle que leur president actuel n'a montré aucune des qualités attendues d'un president des Etats Unis, comme entre autres:

3a- Gérer une crise sanitaire en écoutant l'avis de ses experts médicaux, sans leur mettre de pression, et en donnant a l'echelon national des consignes claires supportant les recommendations des experts 

3b- Ménager et écouter les différentes opinions politiques dans le pays au lieu d'accuser et de traiter tous les non républicains (plus de 50% du pays) comme des ennemis non patriotes. C'est une des differences clé entre une dictature et une démocratie...

3c- Ne pas qualifier les manifestants anti-racistes de bandits ou de vauriens, et ne pas avoir avancé une seule proposition pour faire avancer le sujet du racisme latent anti noir dans la police, ou dans la population blanche républicaine. Au contraire...

3d- Ne pas mettre de l'huile sur le feu chaque matin depuis 4 ans avec des tweets journaliers souvent truffés de fausses affirmations, pour pouvoir mieux se poser ensuite en chef pompier en vue de sa re-election. Quel autre chef d’état s'adresse a ses concitoyens CHAQUE JOUR depuis 4 ans...? Encore la marque d'une dictature ou l'on recherche le lavage de cerveau et le matraquage par la communication...

Plus ce president encourage les contre manifestations organisées par ses supporters pour combattre le mouvement anti-raciste, plus il y a d'échauffourées avec des coups de feu tirés par ses partisans ou non! de manière anonyme, mais cela l'arrange et lui permet de menacer d'envoyer la garde nationale pour mettre au pas les "voyous anti-racistes". 

3e- Ne pas traiter les politiques de son pays ET les dirigeants des autres pays comme il a traité les personnes avec qui il a fait affaire depuis plus de 40 ans dans le monde de la promotion immobilière a New York ou ailleurs: entre autres... intimidation; abus de pouvoir ou de position dominante; preference pour les autres dictateurs du Village; aucun sens de la negotiation et des benefices a long terme pour les deux parties; mensonges et fausses affirmations journalières (un mensonge proclamé chaque jour finira bien par ressembler a une vérité?...); barrage d'avocats; et des operations financières a la limite de la légalité ou en dessous (avec possible corruption grace a ses immeubles presents ou futurs)

3f. Rallier autour de lui les dirigeants des démocraties occidentales.

Mais comme vient de le dire le president Obama, ce president actuel a été et restera incapable de se hisser au niveau des attentes du peuple pour un president des Etats Unis. Je suis d'accord que les attentes sont au-dessus des capacités de ce président narcissique, bouffon, pompier incendiaire et manipulateur, avec une seule priorité, sa re-election! Une re-election pour deux raisons: augmenter sa fortune personnelle, et mieux combattre avec ses avocats d'hier, d'aujourd'hui ou de demain, les nombreuses actions en justice engagées contre lui.

PS: Compte tenu de l'impact des actions de ce président sur ses voisins, le Canada et le Mexique, je suggère un vote consultatif début novembre dans ces deux pays...

Whatever your opinion on the political subject which divise the Trumpistan, three things seem obvious to me.

1. Having a firearm should be forbidden by the mayors in the demonstrations, including for the opponents demonstrating. Immediate arrest.

2. Demonstrations should be forbidden at night, like after 8 pm for instance. Better have a major demonstration in daylight every week, like on Saturday or Sunday, than little demonstrations everyday. These demonstrations should ask for a simple measure to solve the issue they are raising. I propose to ask that 50% of the police hired be chosen among the minorities, non white population.

3. In about 2 months the Americans are going to chose a President and decide their future and the image of the USA in the Village. May I remind them that their current President has shown none of the qualities expected from a President of the United States:

3a- Manage a sanitary crisis and listen to the advice of the medical authorities, without putting any pressure on them, and giving at the national level some clear requirements supporting the advice of the experts 

3b- Manage and listen to the various political opinions in the country instead of accusing and treating all non Republicans (more than 50% of the country) as unpatriotic ennemies. It is a key difference between dictatorship and democracy...

3c- Do not qualify the people demonstrating against racism as "thugs and extremists", while not having proposed a single measure to help fight the racism sleeping in the police forces or in the Republican white population. On the contrary...

3d- Do not throw oil on the fire every morning for the last 4 years with daily tweets often full of lies, and then claim to be a chief fireman to help his re-election. Which other leader of a country speaks to his country men and women EVERYDAY, for 4 years...? Again the sign of a dictatorship where you are looking for a brain wash and pressure via communication...

The more this President supports the counter manifestations of his fans to fight the Black Lives Matter demonstrations, the more there are confrontations and hurts and shots fired by his fans or not! anonymously, but that suits him and allows him to speak about sending the national guard to take care of these "anti-racism thugs". 

3e- Do not treat the politicians of his country AND the leaders of all other countries like he has treated the people he was dealing with during his 40 years of real estate deals in New York or somewhere else... intimidation; abuse of power or of dominant position; marked preference for the other dictators in the Village; no sense of negotiation and of the long term benefits for both parties; daily lies and erroneous affirmations (a lie proclaimed everyday will eventually look like a truth?...); lawyers by the dozens; and financial deals on the verge of legality or below (with potential corruption thanks to his present or future buildings).

3f. Rallying around him the leaders of the western democracies.

But as just pointed out by the President Obama, this current President has been and will forever be unable to lift himself to the level of expectations from his country men and women for a President of the United States. I agree that the expectations are above the capacity of this President narcissistic, buffoon, incendiary firefighter and manipulator, with only one priority, his re-election! a re-election for two reasons: increase his personnel wealth and better fight with his lawyers of yesterday, today or tomorrow, the numerous court actions launched against him.

PS: In view of the impact of the actions of this President on his two neighbouring countries, Canada and Mexico, I suggest to hold early November a vote in these two countries, for consultation only...

4 mois maximum / 4 months at the most

Un homme de 33 ans avait attrapé le virus COVID19 en Avril a Hong Kong. Il avait été soigné et guéri. 

Il vient de re-attraper le virus, suite a un voyage en Espagne.

L’immunité que donnerait le virus une fois guéri grace aux anti-corps développés existerait donc au plus pour 4 mois...? on oublie un an ou deux de protection...

A 33 year old man had caught the virus COVID19 in April in Hong Kong. He had been treated successfully and released.

He just caught again the virus following a trip to Spain.

The immunity gained from the virus thanks to the anti-bodies once virus was treated successfully seems to be of a very short life, 4 months at the most...? forget a year or two...

Israel

Le president du Trumpistan a annoncé un accord entre Israel et les Emirats Arabes Unis pour établir des relations diplomatiques. Une annonce conjointe par les presidents d'Israel et des Etats Arabes Unis m'aurait paru plus appropriée... mais c'est vrai que le president du Trumpistan est a la recherche de coups médiatiques pour aider sa re-election debut novembre, et que nous ne saurons sans doute jamais ce que le Trumpistan a promis aux Emirats Arabes Unis en échange de leur aide... Je rappelle que les casinos sont interdits pour les musulmans, mais pas les hotels de luxe bien sur.

Apres la tentative par le Trumpistan d'acheter le peuple palestinien avec une promesse de milliards de dollars d’investissements qui n'avait été soutenue par aucun pays arabe, je voudrais dire bravo a cet accord... mais... toujours pas de reconnaissance par Israel d'un état palestinien, au contraire, ils ont simplement accepte de reporter leur plan d'annexer plus de territoire palestinien. La paix au Moyen Orient passe par une solution permanente pour le peuple palestinien, dont 1.5 millions de ressortissants ont été évacués de force a l extérieur de l état d'Israel en 1948. La seule reconnaissance qui importe est la reconnaissance par Israel des droits des palestiniens a vivre en paix sur leur terre ancestrale, les memes droits que les Israéliens. Mais le gouvernement actuel d'Israel a une seule priorité, a peine cachée, la reunification des terres des royaumes de Judée et d'Israel, au mépris des droits des habitants de ces terres qui ne seraient pas juifs. Le gendre du president du Trumpistan semble être d'accord, mais meme le bon Dieu ne serait pas d'accord.

Il n y a que deux options a mon avis, et une seule solution:

1. 2 pays - La reconnaissance immediate d'un état palestinien, sans conditions, avec ensuite une negotiation sur les frontières, la sécurité intérieure et extérieure. La question de la capitale peut être résolue a mon avis en demandant a la Palestine d'opter par exemple pour Hebron, la ville du tombeau des patriarches, et confiant la gestion et la sécurité de la mosquée de Jerusalem aux autorités musulmanes.

2. 1 pays - Ma recommendation... Accepter le retour des 1.5 millions de palestiniens expulsés en 1948 et leur reconnaître les memes droits et devoirs que tout autre citoyen, quelle que soit sa religion, juive, chrétienne, musulmane. Avec un decoupage en provinces, comme au Canada ou aux Etats Unis d’Amérique, et des droits accordes a chaque province sur divers sujets, y compris éventuellement religieux. Je recommanderais que la Jordanie soit incluse dans ce regroupement de provinces en un seul pays.

Mais pour mettre en oeuvre l'une de ces deux options, oubliez les USA ou l'ONU, il n'y a qu'une solution: l'election par le peuple israélien actuel d'un gouvernement non dominé par l'extreme droite religieuse. Le peuple israélien a son destin et sa paix entre ses mains, a chaque election.

The President of Trumpistan has announced an agreement between Israel and the United Arab Emirates to establish diplomatic relations. A joint announcement by the presidents of Israel and the UAE would have seem more appropriate to me... but of course the President of Trumpistan is looking for media glory to help his re-election beginning of November, and we will probably never know what he promised to the UAE in exchange of their help... Please note that casinos are forbidden in Muslim countries, but not the luxury hotels of course.

After the attempt by the Trumpistan to buy the Palestinian people with a promise of billions of dollars in vestments, which had not be supported by any Arab countries, I would like to say bravo to this agreement, but... still no recognition by Israel of a Palestinian state, on the contrary, they simply accepted to delay their plan to annex more Palestinian land. Peace in the Middle East needs a permanent solution for the Palestinian people, who saw 1.5 millions of Palestinians expelled by force from the State of Israel in 1948. The only recognition that matters is the recognition by Israel of the right of the Palestinian people to live in peace on the land of their ancestors, the same rights as the Jews from Israel. But this present government of Israel has only one priority, not even hidden, to reunite the lands of the kingdoms of Judea and Israel, without any concern for the rights of the inhabitants of these lands who would not be Jewish. The son in law of the President of Trumpistan seems to agree, but even God would not agree.

In my opinion there are only 2 options, and one solution:

1. 2 countries - The immediate recognition of a Palestinian state without any preconditions. then a negotiation for the borders, the inland security and the out land security. The question of the capital city could be resolved in my opinion, by asking Palestine to choose for instance Hebron, the city of the tomb of the Patriarchs, and by letting Muslims manage the security around the Jerusalem mosque.

2. 1 country - My recommendation... Accept the return of the 1.5 millions of Palestinians expelled in 1948 and recognize that they have the same rights and obligations as any other citizen, whatever their religion is, Jewish, Christian, Muslim. With many provinces like in Canada or the USA, and some rights given to each province regarding some areas, including eventually some religious considerations. In this case I recommend to Add Jordan to this gathering of provinces into one single country.

But to put in practice any of these 2 options, forget the USA or th United Nations, there is only one solution: the voting by the current Israeli people of a government not dominated by the religious extreme right. The Israeli people have their destiny and their peace in their hands.

Hong Kong

L'accord entre la Grande Bretagne et la Chine pour Hong Kong stipulait deux choses clairement:

A. La Chine reconnait deux systèmes mais un seul pays, la Chine "Un pays, deux systèmes" (Les USA ou les Nations Unies n'ont pas été consultées ou parties prenantes de cet accord...)

B. La loi sur la sécurité serait promulguée ultérieurement, par les autorités de Hong Kong.

Les pays occidentaux ont fait une erreur en 2020, s'ajoutant aux deux erreurs initiales dans l'accord...

1. Lorsque des dizaines de manifestants ont commence a apparaître avec un drapeau réclamant l'independence de Hong Kong, ils ont fait une erreur grossière, comparable a agiter un drapeau rouge devant un taureau, et ils ont contredit l'accord initial "Un pays deux systèmes"... Les pays occidentaux auraient du dénoncer immédiatement cet appel a l’indépendance comme contraire a l'accord, et publiquement le désavouer. Tout en demandant a la Chine de garantir des elections libres bien sur. La Chine restera toujours intransigeante sur l'unité de leur pays.

Les corps consulaires des pays occidentaux (surtout les USA bien sur) auraient du protester auprès de la Chine et recommander aux citoyens de Hong Kong de se battre pour des elections libres... au  lieu de se réjouir de voir des manifestations a Hong Kong avec des drapeaux réclamant l’indépendance, car cela alimentait le sentiment anti-chinois recherché par le president du Trumpistan pour essayer de se faire re-élire en novembre.

2. Et au fait, pourquoi l'accord original n'a-t-il pas couvert le droit de tout citoyen a se presenter aux election législatives sans censure du gouvernement de Hong Kong... en copiant les dispositions en cours en Angleterre par exemple? un erreur grossière... Le risque était pourtant connu non?

3. L'accord ne contenait pas de dispositions sur la sécurité des citoyens de Hong Kong et laissait le soin aux "autorités futures" de promulguer cette loi... ce qu'elles ont fait...! Le risque était pourtant connu non?

Ajoutez a cela l'isolement volontaire des USA depuis 3 ans et vous comprendrez que la Chine a décidé de profiter de l'occasion pour resserrer les boulons.

Dommage,... a défaut d'avoir assuré des dispositions pour des elections libres dans l'accord initial, la seule solution restait de se battre pour ces elections libres, et pas pour une indépendance illusoire et contraire a l'accord.

Prochaine étape, la fermeture des échanges internet entre la Chine et les USA... les USA ne veulent pas que les Chinois puissent avoir accès aux habitudes de leurs citoyens via Huawei, TikTok ou Wechat, pour mieux cerner les besoins et diriger les offres?... comme le font les GAFA américaines...!

Eh bien attendez vous a ce que  la Chine va sans doute rapidement s'assurer que les USA n'ont pas accès aux habitudes de leurs citoyens en réduisant encore plus l'impact des GAFA en Chine.

AliBaba, TikTok, Wechat et Huawei vont se réjouir et envahissent déjà l'Asie et l'Afrique sous peu. Derriere ces têtes de lance chinoises bien sur les entreprises commerciale chinoises vont pouvoir offrir des produits mieux adaptes et a des prix imbattables au reste du monde.

Oubliez "Good morning America - Bonjour les USA"?... NiHao China...?

PS: Les Chinois apprennent vite... ils ont decide que le succès de New York et Manhattan réside dans leurs ponts... alors ils construisent un pont qui va relier de manière permanente Hong Kong a la Chine continentale...

The agreement for Hong Kong between the UK and China was very clear about 2 things:

A. China recognizes two systems but a single country, China "One country, two systems" (The USA or the United Nations were not part of this agreement...)

B. Security law would be issued later on, by the Hong Kong authorities.

The western countries did a mistake in 2020, which added to two short comings in the initial agreement...

1. When dozen of demonstrators started to appear with a flag asking for independence for Hong Kong, they made a gross mistake, a bit like waving a red flag in front of a bull, and they were denying the original agreement "One country two systems"... The Western countries should have immediately denounced this call for independence as contrary to the agreement, and should have publicly disagreed. While still asking China to make sure the elections would be free of course. China will never negotiate about the unity of their country.

The consulates of the Western countries (mainly the USA of course) should have complained to China about the freedom of the elections and should have recommended to the citizens of Hong Kong to fight for free elections... instead of rejoicing to see demonstrations in Hong Kong with flags calling for independence, as this was feeding the anti-China feelings looked for by the President of Trumpistan to try getting re-elected in November.

2. By the way, how come the original agreement did not cover the right of any citizen to get elected at the Legislative assembly without any censure of the Hong Kong government... by copying for instance the rules in effect in England? gross mistake... The risk was known though, no?

3. The agreement did not include any paragraph about the security of the Hong Kong citizens, and was letting the "future authorities" issue this law... which is what they did...! The risk was known though, no?

Add now the self imposed isolation of the USA over the last 3 years and you can understand why China decided to this was the moment to tighten the bolts.

A shame... having failed to impose free elections in the original agreement, the only solution remained to fight for these free elections, and not for a imaginary independence, contrary to the original agreement.

Next step, the closing of Internet exchanges between China and the USA... the USA dont want China to have access to the habits of their citizens via Huawei, TikTok or Wechat, to better analyse the needs and direct the offers?... as the American GAFA are doing...!

Well, expect that China will probably quickly insure that the USA have no access to the habits of their citizens by reducing even more the GAFA in China.

AliBaba, TikTok, Wechat and Huawei are going to celebrate and are already invading Asia and soon Africa. Behind these front Chinese companies of course the commercial Chinese companies will be able to offer products better tailored to the needs and at best prices to the rest of the world

Forget "Good morning America"?... NiHao China...?

PS: Chinese learn quick... they have decided that the success of New York and Manhattan lies with their bridges... so they are building a bridge to tie Hong Kong permanently to continental China...
