 Prison ou goudron et plumes? Jail or Tar and feathers?

Le president du Trumpistan a annonce hier après midi que les forces spéciales des Etats Unis avait eu raison du calife auto-proclame de Isis - Daesh, qui se serait suicidé avant d’être fait prisonnier.
Le president du Trumpistan s'est ensuite rendu au match de baseball entre Washington et New York, pensant recevoir un hommage de la foule. Mais lorsque la foule a été informée par l'annonceur que le president du Trumpistan était présent dans les tribunes... la foule a repris en chœur "Lock him up"...: Mettez le en prison... Un chant que les partisans de ce president avaient utilise contre sa candidate démocrate Hillary Clinton.
Le nœud se resserre autour de ce president, avec un bras de fer engagé avec le congrès représentant le peuple américain, qui a lancé une enquête pour le destituer de son poste, pour abus de pouvoir en infraction a la constitution américaine. L’enquête pourrait rendre ses résultats sous 2 mois... Plus de 51% des américains maintenant soutiennent la destitution du president du Trumpistan.
A mon avis le choix pourrait être entre la prison ou le goudron et les plumes... ou les deux?
Mais bon, laissons la justice suivre son cours.

The President of Trumpistan has announced yesterday afternoon that the special forces of the USA had gotten the self proclaimed Calife of Isis - Daesh, who apparently committed suicide rather being made prisoner.
The President of Trumpistan then went to the baseball game between Washington and New York, thinking he would get an ovation from the crowd. But when the crowd learned from the public announcer that the President of Trumpistan was present among the spectators,... the crowd started chanting "Lock him up"... A song that was used by the fans of this President against the Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.
It is getting tight around the neck of this President, with a fight against the American Congress representing the people , which has launched an inquiry to destitute this President, for abuse of power in contempt of the American Constitution
The inquiry should be over within 2 months... More than 51% of Americans now are in favor of the destitution of the President of Trumpistan.
In my opinion the choice could be between jail or tar and feathers.. or both?
But wait, let's Justice give its verdict.

GOUVERNEMENT
1- Dans toute démocratie, le gouvernement doit être issu de la majorité a l'assemblée legislative, et doit lui rendre compte et être remplacé si désavoué par la majorité des parlementaires. Ceux qui font les lois sont charges de les appliquer...
Les Etats Unis ne sont donc pas une démocratie, avec ou sans le president du Trumpistan. Ils doivent réviser leur constitution et se doter d'un premier ministre... Impossible apparemment. Ah bon, alors on fait quoi?

2. Canada - élections législatives.
Les elections sont dans 2 semaines. Deux débats télévisés sur les trois prévus ont déjà eu lieu. Et le vote anticipé est déjà ouvert... Mais aucun parti n'a déposé son programme, et son budget...! (a part peut-être le parti vert?). Aucun programme n'a été envoyé aux électeurs. Pas très démocratique tout cela a mon avis... Pour s’inscrire aux listes d'election, le depot d'un programme et d un budget devrait être obligatoire.
Le premier ministre actuel (parti liberal) gouverne avec une majorité et en fait un peu ce qu il veut, parfois en navigant a vue... L'attente est que le parti liberal ou le parti conservateur va devoir former un gouvernement minoritaire... le choix pour former un gouvernement sera donc pour le vainqueur de s'associer avec le parti écologique, le bloc québécois ou le nouveau parti démocrate. Aucun des candidats au poste de premier ministre ne s'impose par son experience et les promesses tenues, et aucun programme n'a été publié... Alors on fait quoi?...

3. Les gouvernements octroient ici ou là des subventions ou des exemptions de taxes a certaines sociétés ou a certains secteurs de l’Économie. Et les presidents et dirigeants de ces sociétés continuent de recevoir des bonus indécents. Il faudrait supprimer tout bonus a toute société qui reçoit une aide de l’état et de l'argent des contribuables, non? Mais les politiques sont soumis au lobbying de ces sociétés... Alors on fait quoi?...

REFERENDUM
4- Élire des représentants pour préparer des lois c'est bien, mais quand le programme du parti pour lequel vous votez propose 5 sujets avec lesquels vous êtes d'accord et un dernier sujet avec lequel vous n’êtes pas d'accord... alors on fait quoi?... Le peuple doit garder le dernier mot, pas les manœuvres politiques et les lobbies...
Avec l'envahissement de l'informatique, il faut recourir aux referendums informatisés et sécurisés pour tout changement important dans nos vies en particulier sur les sujets de société et de culture. Comme le font déjà les Suisses tous les 3 ou 4 mois. Mais bien sur tous les politiciens au pouvoir sont contre, car cela réduirait leur pouvoir... alors on fait quoi?...

ECOLOGIE - PAS DE TERRE DE RECHANGE
Les pays occidentaux y compris le Canada et les USA, doivent passer deux lois immédiatement:

5- Interdiction d'exporter les déchets produits dans le pays. Vous devez les traiter a l’intérieur de vos frontières. Mesure obligatoire et passible de lourdes peines sous 5 ans (amendes et prison).

6- Obligation aux commerçants de reprendre les contenants en verre qu'ils ont vendu. Mesure obligatoire et passible de lourdes peines sous 5 ans (amendes et prison).

Ne vous en faites pas pour ces deux mesures, les technologies existent, et les entrepreneurs occidentaux sauteront sur ces occasions. Éventuellement au bout des 5 ans vous pouvez donner un ou 2 ans d'extension.
A ma connaissance les gouvernements et les assemblées législatives du Canada et des USA n'ont toujours rien décidé. Alors... on fait quoi?

GOVERNMENT
1- In any democracy the government must be issued from the majority at the Legislative Assembly, is accountable to it, and must be replaced if decided so by its majority. Those who make the laws are in charge of applying them...
The USA then are not a democracy, with or without the President of Trumpistan. They must revise their constitution and get a Prime Minister... Impossible apparently... So what shall we do?

2. Canada - Legislative elections. 
The elections are in two weeks. Two televised debates out of the three scheduled have already taken place. And the anticipated vote is already open... But no political party has submitted a program, or a budget...! (maybe except the Green party?). No program has been sent to the voters. All that is not very democratic in my  opinion... To register on the voting lists, issuing your program and a budget should be mandatory.
The existing Prime Minister (Liberal party) governs with the majority of the votes and does whatever he wants, sometimes with sort notice... Expectation is that the Liberal party or the Conservative party will have to form a minority government... so they will have to choose to get together with the Green party, the bloc Québécois or the New Democrat party. 
None of the potential Prime ministers has really an edge in terms of experience and realized promises, and no program has been published... So what shall we do?

3. Governments here or there will give tax breaks or subsidies to this or that company or economic sector. And the Presidents and top managers of these companies keep getting large indecent bonus. 
No bonus should be received by any manager of a company which receives some help from the government and the tax payers money. no? But the politicians are pressured by the lobbying of these companies... So what shall we do?...

REFERENDUM
4- Electing representatives to prepare and vote the laws, that is nice, but hen the program of the party you are voting for offers 5 proposals you agree with and a last proposal you disagree with... So what shall we do?... 
People mut have the final decision, not the political games and the lobbies...
With the computers invading our lives, we must consider electronic and secure voting for any major change in our lives, more particularly on the society and cultural items. As the Swiss people are already doing, every 3 or 4 months. But of course all the politicians in power are against it, as this would reduce their power... So what shall we do?....

ECOLOGY - NO SPARE EARTH
Western countries including Canada and USA, must immediately vote two laws:

5- No waste can be exported to another country. You must treat them inside your borders. This should be mandatory within 5 years and then punished by heavy fines and prison.

6- Obligation to any store to collect back all glass containers they have sold. This should be mandatory within 5 years and then punished by heavy fines and prison.

Don't worry about these two measures, technology exist, and western entrepreneurs will jump on the occasion. Eventually after 5 years you can always grant an extension of 1 or 2 years.
To my knowledge, the governments and the Legislative assemblies of Canada and the USA have not decided anything yet. So what shall we do?...

Grande muraille verte / Great green wall

Depuis 2007, une douzaine de pays africains ont decide construire une barrière verte à la limite du Sahara pour stopper l’avancée du desert, en plantant des arbres sur un corridor de 7,600 kms de long et 15 km de large.

(Wikipedia) Une couverture forestière apporte de nombreux éléments positifs pour la population :

• une protection des champs et des villages contre le vent et l'érosion. Le mur végétal constitue un filtre à poussière qui limite l'inhalation de poussières par les populations et donc les maladies qui en découlent,
• un apport d'éléments nutritifs dans un sol presque mort ; les feuilles mortes créent une litière qui protège et régénère les sols des champs lorsque celles-ci y tombent et les arbres aident également le sol à augmenter sa capacité à garder l'eau.
• une augmentation de l'humidité et de la pluviométrie locale grâce à l'évapotranspiration des arbres plantés.
• une réserve de fourrage de qualité pour le bétail car l'herbe pousse mieux à l'ombre des arbres.

• a protection of the fields and villages against wind and erosion. The green wall becomes a filter which will limits the breathing of dust by people and therefore the sickness resulting of it
• bringing some nutrients to the ground, almost dead presently ; the dead leaves will create a bed which will protect and regenerate the ground of the fiels, and the trees roots will also help the ground to retain more water.
• increasing the humidity and the local rain fall thanks to the "sweating of the planted trees.
• a reserve of cattle feed as grass will grow better in the shade of the trees.
