Le rapport Mueller a été remis au ministre de la Justice du Trumpistan Vendredi dernier après midi. Celui ci a livre son jugement sous 48 heures... en affirmant que il n y avait rien dans le rapport qui permettait d'affirmer qu il y avait eu collusion entre la Russie et l organisation Trump pour aider sa campagne présidentielle.
La majorité des gens attendent quand meme de pouvoir se faire une idée par eux memes, et réclament la publication de ce rapport.
Mais bon, supposons quelques secondes que le ministre de la Justice ait raison.
Le president du Trumpistan peut se féliciter de cette victoire.
Et se consacrer maintenant a la defense des enquêtes en cours contre lui, lancées en justice ou en cours d’enquête par les comités de l’assemblée legislative, sur les sujets suivants:
- Super pack ayant soutenu la campagne de Trump
- Financement des celebrations pour son inauguration
- Le paiement des avocats de Trump
- Prêt de la Banque d'Allemagne a l organisation Trump
- Polices d'assurance des l organisation Trump
et...
- Obstruction de justice et corruption
- Intelligence entre Trump et la Russie pendant son mandat de president.
- Autorisation récente pour sa fille et son gendre d’accéder a tous les secrets d’état
- Declarations d’impôts de Trump depuis des années, qu il refuse toujours de publier
- Contrats d'operations immobilières de l organisation Trump
- La Fondation Trump en general

Par contre pas d’enquête en cours officiellement a ce jour pour d'autres faits pour le moins curieux, comme
- Financement illegal de sa campagne en payant une actrice porno et une vedette de Playboy pour leur silence pendant sa campagne présidentielle
- Chef de cabinet changé tous les 6 mois ou moins
- Il accuse la presse libre américaine d être "l'ennemi de la population"
- Plusieurs accusations d'abus sexuels, non vérifiées.
- Il a mis 2,000 enfants d’Amérique latine en prison ou les a séparé  de leurs parents, situation non encore résolue ce jour pour des centaines d entre eux

Disons enfin qu'il n'a pas particulièrement brillé non plus dans les cas suivants:
- Il a refuse l analyse de ses services secrets sur les objectifs et réalisations en cours de la Corée du Nord ou de l Iran
- Il a refuse d'admettre le rapport sur le changement climatique
--* Il a retire les USA de l'accord de Paris sur le changement climatique
- * Il a retire les USA de l'accord avec l\Iran sur le contrôle de leur développement nucléaire
* Dans les deux cas precedents, il a retire sa confiance aux allies europeens, et a mine la credibilite des USA pour les futurs accords internationaux
- Il a appelé les pays d'Afrique des pays de m...
- Il a insulte le sénateur républicain veteran John McCain
- Il a essaye de refuser l entree d'une majorité des musulmans du Village dans le Trumpistan

Et... relisez ce qui a été écrit dans ce blog a propos de ce dictateur bouffon en 2019 et 2918.
En quelques mots, a mon avis un bien triste personage pour la présidence du pays le plus puissant dans le Village. En 2016 les américains pouvaient dire qu ils ne le connaissaient pas vraiment... et le choix entre lui et Madame Clinton avaient pousse quelques millions d entre eux a ne pas aller voter (je les comprends).
En 2020... les américains n'auront pas  d'excuses, et la convention démocrate va être cruciale.

The Moeller report was given to the American Minister of Justice this past Friday afternoon. The Minister gave his resume and assessment within 48 hours... saying that there was nothing in the report allowing to say that there had been collusion between Russia and the Trump organisation to help his presidential campaign.
Most people are waiting now though to read the report by themselves and are asking for the publication of this report.
But wait, let's suppose for a few seconds that the Minister of Justice s right.
The President of Trumpistan can be happy with this victory.
And can now devote all his strength to defend himself against the inquiries in progress against himself, inquiries ordered by the Justice or by the Legislative Assembly, on the following subjects:
- Super pack having helped the Trump campaign
- Financing of his inauguration celebrations
- Payment of his lawyers
- Loan from the Deutsch bank to the Trump organization
- Insurance policies of the Trump organisation
and...
- Obstruction of justice and corruption
- Intelligence between Trump and Russia during his mandate of president.
- Recent authorization to top secret defense material for his daughter and his son in law
- Tax returns for years, that he still refuses to publish
- Real estate contracts made by the Trump organization
- The Trump Foundation in general

On the other hand, no official inquiry yet to-date for other intriguing events, like
- Illegal financing of his campaign by paying a porno star and a Playboy centerfold for their silence during his presidential campaign.
- Change of his Chief of staff every 6 months or less
- He accused on many occasions the free media to be " the enemy of the people"
- Many accusations of sexual misconducts, not verified.
- He put in jail 2,000 kids from Latin America or he separated them from their parents, situation not yet resolved as per today for hundreds of them.

Let's finally say that he also was not very much bright in some other occasions:
- He refused the analysis of his Intelligence services on the objectives and actions of North Korea or Iran
- He refused to admit the report on climate change
--* He withdrawn the USA from the Paris agreement on climate change
- * He withdrew the USA from the agreement with Iran about the control of their nuclear development
* In both above cases, he took away the confidence and trust in his European allies, undermining the credibility of any future agreement signed by the USA
- He called the African countries "Sh..t hole countries".
- He insulted the Republican senator war veteran John McCain
- He tried to refuse the entry in Trumpistan of a majority of Muslims from the Village

And... read again what has been written in this blog in 2019 and 2918 about this dictator buffoon.
In a few words, in my opinion, a very poor person for the presidency of the country the most powerful in the Village. In 2016 the Americans could say that they did not know him very well... and the choice of Mrs Clinton had pushed millions of voters not to go and vote (I can understand).
In 2020... the Americans will not have any excuses, and the Democratic convention is going to be critical.

Pendant ce temps... le dictateur turc, Erdogan, nostalgique de l'Empire Ottoman écroulé, et quelques mois avant une election locale, vient de dire a ses concitoyens que l'assassinat de 50 musulmans dans une mosquée en NZ fait partie d'un complot mondial contre les musulmans et la Turquie... ben voyons...! Et... il a ajoute que les gens en NZ qui sont contre l'Islam seraient écrasés tout comme l'empire Ottoman avait écrasée les soldats de NZ a la bataille de Gallipoli dans la premiere guerre mondiale... Et... il a ajoute que si la NZ ne rétablissait pas la peine de mort pour l'assassin, alors la Turquie s'en chargerait!... N'en jetez plus, la cour est pleine...!
J'aurais trois commentaires:
- Le fou volant Erdogan a oublie de mentionner que l'empire Ottoman vaincu a été démantelé après la premiere guerre mondiale...! pas vraiment une victoire, non...?!
- Le dictateur malade Erdogan vient de signer la fin definitive d'une possibilité pour la Turquie de rentrer dans l'Union Européenne.
- Relisez mon blog ci-dessous sur la Tolerance.

On peut comprendre que avec des exemples comme... le dictateur turc Erdogan (supporté par le Trumpistan pour des raisons stratégiques, aussi récemment que le mois dernier - qui se ressemble s'assemble... voir photo ci-dessus!);
comme... l'Arabie Saoudite (sabre sur leur drapeau, meurtre du journaliste américain, droits de la femme);
comme... l'Iran (voir le blog de la semaine dernière sur la femme condamnée a 38 ans de prison et 148 coups de fouet);
et comme... les Islamistes radicaux (Isis) qui parlent dans les media européens pour dénoncer l’incompatibilité entre la démocratie et l'Islam... il peut être parfois difficile pour certains dans le Village d'avoir 100% confiance dans les dirigeants musulmans des pays du Moyen Orient et de Perse.
La non violence et la paix de l'Islam viendront, j'en suis convaincu, mais... pourront seulement venir des musulmans exiles dans les pays laïques, pays pour la plupart avec un passé de valeurs chrétiennes. Voir Averroes en Espagne dans le blog ci-dessous.

Meanwhile... the dictator of Turkey, Erdogan, still dreaming of the past Ottoman empire, and a few months before a local election, just told his fellow citizens that the killing of 50 Muslims in a mosque in NZ was part of a world plot against Muslims and Turkey...! And... he added that the NZ people against Islam would be crushed just like the Ottoman empire had killed NZ soldiers at the battle of Gallipoli in the first world war. And... he added that if NZ did not re-establish the death penalty for the killer, then Turkey would take care of it!... Woww... enough...
I'll have three comments:
- The foolish Erdogan forgot to mention that the vanquished Ottoman empire was dismantled after the first world war...! not much of a victory, right...?!
- The crazy dictator Erdogan just signed the definitive end of the possibility for Turkey to integrate the European Union.
- Read again my blog below on tolerance. 

You can understand that, with examples like... the Turkish dictator Erdogan (supported by the Trumpistan for strategic reasons, even as recently as last month - birds of a feather flock together... see pic above!); 
like... Saudi Arabia (saber on their flag, killing the American newsman, rights of the women); 
like... Iran (see blog of last week on the lady condemned to 38 year in jail and 148 lashes); 
and like... the radical Islamists (Isis) saying in the media of all European countries that democracy has no place in Islam... it is sometimes difficult for some people in the Village to trust 100% the Muslim governments in the Middle East and Persia. 
The non violence and peace in Islam will come, I am sure about that, but... they can only come from the Muslims exiled in secular countries, countries mostly with a background of Christian values. See Averroes in Spain in the blog below.

Un philosophe, juge et scientifique musulman né en Andalousie qui prônait que la philosophie était permissible et nécessaire à l’Islam.

Je propose d’arrêter d’ajouter une journée par an pour l’islamophobie, et une journée pour l’antisémitisme (les arabes sont aussi des sémites), et une journée pour la persécution des chrétiens et de leurs lieux de culte par les extrémistes musulmans ou les imbéciles en Europe, et une journée pour la défense des libertés des gens a orientation sexuelle différente, et une autre journée pour…

Cela suffit. Je propose UNE SEULE JOURNÉE par an pour souligner la TOLÉRANCE envers les autres humains, tous les autres, quels que soient tout ce que vous pourrez imaginer qui nous rend différends. Et je vous rappelle qu'il n'y a qu'une race, la race humaine.

Et si la TOLERANCE et la PAIX sont des priorités pour la majorité des gens dans le Village, comment se fait-il qu’on n’a toujours pas, dans aucun pays du Village, ces deux ministères, un ministère de la PAIX. et un ministère de la TOLERANCE ?!?...

Une avocate iranienne a été condamnée ce jour a 38 ans de prison et 148 coups de fouet pour avoir défendu le droit des femmes iraniennes a ne pas porter de voile sur le visage ou sur la tête, Et les coups de fouets en fait pour s’être présentée au tribunal sans voile.
Elle avait reçu il y a 2 ans le prix Sakharov pour la liberté d'expression.

Il faut exiger que tous les pays du Village rompent immédiatement toute relation diplomatique avec l'Iran tant que cette avocate ne sera pas libérée .

An Iranian lawyer woman was condemned today at 38 years in prison and 148 lashes for having defended the right of women not to wear a veil on the face or on the head. And the lashes were for having come to the tribunal without a veil on her head.
2 years ago she had received the Sakharov prize for defending freedom of expression.

We must ask all countries in the Village to immediately severe any diplomatic relation with Iran until this lawyer is released from prison.

Les femmes délivrées des mains de ISIS (dans leur dernier bastion en cours de destruction), ont célébré leur liberté retrouvée en brûlant le voile qui leur était imposé sur le visage (burka ou nikab). Bravo.

Bien entendu, je ne parle pas de l’écharpe sur les cheveux autour du visage qui laisse le visage découvert (hijab). 

Ma grand mere allait a l’église tous les matins et ne sortait jamais dans la rue sans une écharpe sur la tête. Et Marie, la mère de Jesus, non plus...

Par contre je suis d'accord que cette meme écharpe ne devrait pas être portée par un membre de l’administration publique en état d’autorité dans l'exercice de ses fonctions (police, juge, école, hôpital,...)

Of course I am not talking about the scarf above the hair around the face which leaves the face uncovered. 

My grandmother was going to the church every morning and was never going out in the street without a scarf on her head. And Mary, the mother of Jesus, neither...

On the other hand I agree that this scarf should not be worn by the members of the public administration in their work position if this position has any authority (police, judge, school, hospital,...)

Le premier ministre du Canada vient de voir 3 membres importants de son entourage démissionner...:
Son conseiller special et grand ami, la ministre de la justice, et la ministre du Trésor. Ca fait beaucoup, le tout sur fond de pressions qui "auraient" été appliquées par le cabinet du premier ministre sur... le ministre de la justice pour ne pas donner une peine trop lourde a la société SNC Lavalin (ingénierie et turnkey au Canada et dans le Village).
Sauf que...

1- Le ministre de la Justice au Canada est également procureur general...! ERREUR grossière d;organisation...! Ce n'est pas le cas d'ailleurs en Angleterre ou en France, dans le vieille Europe.
Le procureur general doit rester indépendant du gouvernement bien sur. Mais le ministre de la justice fait partie du gouvernement, et peut essayer de voir quelles solutions sont disponibles pour un problème donné dans le cadre d'un mandat de gouvernement.
Donc des membres du cabinet du premier ministre auraient parlé a la ministre de la justice en tant que membre du gouvernement,,, alors que celle-ci a choisi de réagir comme un procureur general...!
Il faut séparer les postes de MINISTRE DE LA JUSTICE et de PROCUREUR GENERAL au Canada. On n'est pas au Trumpistan quand même...

2. Je devine (sans fondement bien sur...) que la même ministre de la justice / procureur general aurait bien été averti de la venue imminente de la vice présidente de Huawei a Vancouver, et avait réagi en tant que procureur general et non pas en tant que ministre de la justice... Elle a decide que la vice présidente devait être arrêtée et a gardé le silence... mais... en tant que ministre elle aurait du en parler au premier ministre pour le laisser decider par exemple... de dire a son ministre des affaires étrangères qu il devrait alerter les autorités chinoises au fait que si la vice présidente de Huawei posait le pied au Canada, elle serait arrêtée, a la demande internationale du Trumpistan.... Le ministre de la Justice, partie du gouvernement, pouvait glisser cet avertissement au ministre des affaires étrangères et au premier ministre mais... pas le procureur general. Un autre melange de genres a régler d'urgence. Surtout si la ministre de la justice a eu vent de l’arrivée de la vice présidente de Huawei via les servies du gouvernement!
Je suppose que le premier ministre n'avait pas apprécié le silence de son ministre de la justice a son égard (pas le procureur general) et que sa nomination a un autre poste quelques jours plus tard n'était peut-être pas fortuite?...

3. SNC Lavalin a payé plusieurs millions de dollars a des intermédiaires en Arabie Saoudite... pour conclure un gros contrat... et une condamnation a ce sujet risque d empêcher SNC de pouvoir soumissionner sur tout contrat public au Canada pendant 10 ans...
Mais pourquoi pénaliser les 6,000 employés de la société?... Il faudrait condamner a la prison les individus mis en cause, et condamner la société a une forte amende.

The Prime Minister of Canada has lost 3 important members of his cabinet...:
His special counsel and friend, the Minister of Justice, and the Minister of Treasury. That's a lot, and all that with the background of "pressures" which would have been put by the cabinet of the {rime Minister upon ... the Minister of Justice asking not to penalize too harshly the company SNC Lavalin (engineering and turnkey in Canada and in the Village).
But...

1- The Minister of Justice in Canada is also attorney general...! BIG MISTAKE in terms of organisation...! Which is not the case by the way in England or France, in the old Europe. 
The attorney general must remain independent of the government of course. But the Minister of Justice is part of the government, and can see what solutions are available for a given issue in the frame of his mandate from the government. 
So... members of the Prime minister office apparently talked to the Minister of Justice, member of the government... while she chose to react as the general attorney...!
Both positions must be SEPARATE: MINISTER OF JUSTICE and ATTORNEY GENERAL in Canada. Come on, we are not in Trumpistan after all...

2. I guess (without any proof of course..) that this same Minister of Justice was warned in advance of the imminent arrival of the vice president of Huawei in Vancouver, and reacted as a attorney general and not as a Minister of Justice... She decided that the vice president would be arrested, and kept silent... but... as also the Minister of Justice she should have warned the Prime Minister to let him decide for example... to tell his Minister of Foreign Affairs that he should warn the Chinese authorities that if the vice president of Huawei landed in Canada, she would be arrested, at the international request of Trumpistan.... The Minister of Justice, part of the government, could have given this warning to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, but not... the attorney general. Another mixed up of functions to be sorted out urgently. Mainly if the Minister of Justice got news of the arrival of the vice president of Huawei thanks to information from the gouvernement!
I guess that the Prime Minister did not appreciate the silence of his Minister of Justice towards him (not the attorney general) and that her nomination to another position a few days later might not have been innocent?...

3. SNC Lavalin paid millions of dollars under the table to some intermediaries in Saudi Arabia... to get a big contract... and a condemnation for that might prevent them to be able to enter bids on public tenders for 10 years...
But why penalize the 6,000 employees of the company?... We should put in jail the people having participate to the bribery, and make the company pay a big fine.

29 parents d’Amérique centrale sont revenus a la frontière entre le Mexique et le Trumpistan pour demander qu'on leur rende leurs enfants...
Ils ont 27 enfants encore prisonniers au Trumpistan, qui leur ont été enlevés lorsqu’ils ont essaye de pénétrer illégalement au Trumpistan.
Le plus jeune a 5 ans. Celui qui a été séparé depuis le plus longtemps a été séparé de ses parents depuis 14 mois.
Ces enfants sont détenus ou ont été confiés a des familles d'accueil, avec certains confiés a des membres de leur propre famille déjà au Trumpistan.
Les officiers a la frontière leur ont répondu qu ils ne pouvaient les recevoir pour entendre leur plainte car ils ont un quota d’étrangers qu'ils peuvent recevoir par jour et ce quota avait été atteint.
En fait... ces parents demandent leur reunification avec leurs enfants... au Trumpistan... Je suis d'accord!

29 parents from Central America came back to the border between Mexico and the Trumpistan to ask that their kids be given back to them...
They have 27 kids still detained in Trumpistan, who were taken away from them when they tried to penetrate illegally into Trumpistan.
The youngest is 5 years old. The kid separated from  his parents for the longest time has been separated for over 14 months.
These kids are detained, or have been given to the care of foster families, with some given to members of their family already in Trumpistan.
The border officers have told them that they could not see them to receive their plaint as they have a maximum of people they can receive per day and their quota was over.
In fact... these parents are asking for their reunification with their kids... in Trumpistan... I agree!
