(Suite au discours mardi dernier du président des Etats Unis Mr Obama, je vous livre mes commentaires a propos de ce qu'il a dit... ou omis de dire... sur la constitution, l'éducation, le monde de la finance, l'Europe, la Chine, la paix, le Village, etc...)

Le Président Obama a dit qu'il fallait réformer les impôts des Etats Unis,

- pour qu'ils soient plus favorables aux entreprises qui créent des emplois aux Etats Unis,

- pour qu'aucune compagnie ne trouve d’intérêt a produire a l'étranger,

- pour que les déductions d’impôts aux compagnies pétrolières soient remplacées par des aides aux énergies renouvelables propres,
- pour que les millionaires ne soient pas imposés avec un taux plus faible que leurs secrétaires et employés (moins de 15% pour les millionaires actuellement contre 25% pour l’américain moyen - il a proposé 30% pour les millionaires...).
Bravo.
Il a également dit que les banques ne pouvaient plus spéculer avec l'argent remis par les particuliers ou les entreprises depuis 2011. Bravo.

Mais... il a omis de parler des casinos financiers ou s'échange plus d'argent que sur les bourses d'actions d'entreprises... Compte-t-il faire revenir ces milliards pariés par les spéculateurs vers les investissements productifs? ou est-il prisonnier des lobbies des casinos financiers a Washington?

La solution est simple, et donnée sur ce blog depuis plus d'un an: il faut FERMER les casinos financiers, et en attendant, taxer immédiatement leurs profits au taux préférentiel de 95%... D'ailleurs... la taxe sur les transactions financières que compte appliquer la France (pas ma solution préférée) pourrait inciter les casinos financiers a sortir de France, et la France pourrait devenir le premier pays a décider de fermer les casinos financiers (les 2 ou 3 qui seront restés...!) et a découvrir le transfert de liquidités vers les actions francaises et les investissements et une certaine qualité de vie sans les casinos financiers...!

The President of the USA Mr Obama said that the taxes code must be changed, to,

- make it more advantageous for the businesses that create jobs in the USA,

- to make sure that businesses will find no interest in producing goods in foreign countries,

- to cancel the tax advantages to the oil companies and replace them by helps to the new renewable clean energies,

- to make sure the tax rate applicable to billionaires is at least as high as the rate paid by their secretaries and employees (less then 15% actually for billlionaires versus 25% for other averrage Americans...). Congratulations. He also said that, since 2011, the banks cannot speculate anymore with the cash handed over by their clients, businesses or the people. Congratulations.

But... he forgot to talk about the financial casinos who bet more money than the value of all the businesses shares on the stock marke... Is he going to divert this betting money of the financial casinos towards productive investments and businesses shares? or is he prisonner of the financial casinos in Washington? The solution is simple, and already given opn this blog over the last 12 months: he must CLOSE the financial casinos, and in the mean time, tax immediately all their profits with a rate of 95%...

By the way... the tax on all financial operations that France wants to put in practice (not my preferred solution) could incite the financial casinos to get out of France, and France could become the first country to decide on closing the financial casinos (the 2 or 3 which would not have already left...!) and to discover the transfer of cash towards the French shares and investments and a certain quality of life without the financial casinos...!

USA 3 Chinois ou macramé? / Chinese or macrame?

Le président des Etats Unis a déclaré que l'éducation et la recherche étaient une priorité, et en parlé pendant près de 10 minutes. Il a donné l'example de l'armée et de l'espace pour rappeler que lorsque les Américains décident quelque chose et se mettent ensemble, rien n'est impossible. Je suis tout a fait d'accord que, plus que toute autre nation, les Américains ont cette capacité unique a pouvoir réaliser un objectif rapidement avec succès. Mais... il faut noter que: 

- chaque Etat des Etats Unis n'a pas sa propre armée, elle n'existe qu'au niveau national. 

- chaque Etat n'a pas son programme d'exploration de l'espace, il n'existe qu'au niveau national. 

- le président des Etats Unis a cité l'Allemagne et la Chine comme deux pays que les Etats Unis doivent dépasser en termes de recherche et éducation. Dans ces pays, l'éducation et la recherche sont dirigées au niveau national. 

Je suis d'accord avec le président Obama que le gouvernement ne devrait pas s'occuper d'items qui peuvent être supervisés par les gens et les entreprises, souvent plus efficacement. Mais... si l'éducation et la recherche sont aujourd'hui une priorité pour les Etats Unis, alors elles doivent devenir une priorité nationale, et le président des Etats Unis et le congrès américain devraient avoir le pouvoir de déclarer qu'a dater de ce jour tous les enfants doivent etre scolarisés jusqu'a 18 ans, au lieu d'avoir a entendre le président des Etats Unis "recommender" a chacun des 52 Etats de l'Union d'adopter cette mesure...!

Pour aider les enfants qui déménagent en cours de scolarité, il serait également approprié que le programme éducatif de chaque niveau de classe soit commun a tous les Etats.

Pour aider la mobilité des employés et travailleurs, il faudrait peut-étre un diplome unique en fin de lycée, reconnu par tous les Etats? Aujourd'hui, chacun des 52 Etats décide seul:

- s'il faut apprendre aux enfants que la vie dérive d'un processus évolutif ou que tout a été créé en 6 jours a partir de rien (nuits comprises?), 

- des options offertes au choix des enfants entrant au lycée (deux options par élève), comme (cas véridiques...) informatique, langue étrangère, piano, recettes de cuisine ou macramé...! Alors... vous preferez apprendre le Chinois ou le macramé...?

The President of the United States declared education and research a priority, and spoke about them for close to 10 minutes.

He gave the example of the military and of the space adventure to remind all that when Americans decide something and get together, nothing becomes impossible.

I fully agree that, above all countries, the Americans have this unique capacity to adress an objective and make it succesful quickly. But please note that:

- each State of the United States does not run its own military program, it is run at the

national level.

- each State does not run its own space program, it is run at the national level.

- Germany and China were cited by the President as two major countries the USA must overcome in terms of research and education. These two countries run education and research at the national level.

I agree with the President Obama, that the government should not be taking care of something that the people and private businesses can do, often better. But... if education and research are today the priority for the United States, then they must become a national priority, and the President of the United States and the American Congress should have the authority to declare that starting now all children must be kept in school until 18 years old, instead of only hearing the President of the United States "recommending" that each of the 52 States adopt this measure...! 

Having one single education progam for each grade across the United States will also help students moving from one state to another. Having one single common recognized diploma of end of college by all the States might also help the mobility of the employees and workers? Today, each of the 52 States is left to decide: 

  - if children should be taught that life is an evolution process or that all things were created in 6 days from scratch (nights not included?), 

  - the options children can choose from when entering college, like computer, a first foreign language, piano, kitchen recipes or macrame...! So... will you learn Chinese or macrame...?

USA 2 Chine / China

Suite au discours Mardi dernier du Président des Etats Unis Mr Obama, je vous livre mes commentaires a propos de ce qu'il a dit... ou omis de dire... sur la constitution, l'éducation, le monde de la finance, l'Europe, la Chine, la paix, le Village, etc...

Le Président des Etats Unis a dit a plusieurs reprises: "envoyez moi telle ou telle loi a signer, et je la signerais immédiatement". Il a également dit qu'il recommandait aux 52 Etats de l'Union de faire ceci ou cela en terme d'éducation. 

Qui est en charge...? Pourquoi a-t-il besoin de la télévision et de l'opinion publique pour gouverner...? Le Président et le gouvernement qu'il a choisi sont démocrates, mais l'assemblée législative est républicaine. En France on appelle ce cas la "co-habitation", et le gouvernement a su la gérer. 

Sauf que... aux Etats Unis, le gouvernement est nommé par le Président, alors qu'en France, en Allemagne, et dans la majorité des pays de la vieille Europe, le gouvernement est issu de l'Assemblée législative, assurant une meilleure cohérence entre le vote des lois et leur application. Le blocage depuis 7 mois (et pour l'année 2012 a venir...) des décisions gouvernementales aux Etats Unis prouve que la 'cohabitation' est impossible avec leur Constitution actuelle. 

La Constitution américaine doit être révisée pour régler cet enlisement, qui d'ailleurs pourrait se prolonger plusieurs années si le Président et le Congrès restent issus de deux partis différents après les élections de Novembre 2012.

La course est lancée... qui des Etats Unis ou de la Chine révisera sa Constitution le premier, pour assurer une assemblée législative, un gouvernement et un Président démocratiquement élus, et un système gouvernemental indépendant d'un blocage partisan. 

Je recommande entre autres d'élire le Président au suffrage universel a deux tours, sans grands électeurs intermédiaires. Je parle a la Chine... et aux Etats Unis. 

En parlant de la Chine, le gouvernement serait également bien inspiré d'autoriser les dissidents a créer un nouveau parti politique (au-delà des 6 partis officiels existants), et encore plus inspiré d'utiliser le CPPCC aux fins pour lesquelles il a été créé par Mao Tse Tung, au lieu de le soumettre au dictât d'un seul parti, contre ses objectifs initiaux.

Following Tuesday evening speech of the President of the USA, Mr Obama, I am offering my comments about what he said ...or omitted to say... about the constitution, the education, the finance world, Europe, China, peace, the Village, etc...

On many occasions, the President of the United States said: " send me this or that bill and I will sign it immediately". He also said that he recommended to the 52 States of the Union to do this or that for Education issues. 

Who is in charge...? Why does he need television and the public opinion to govern...? The President and the government he appointed are democrat, but the legislative Assembly is republican. In France they call this case "co-habitation", and the French government managed the situation. Except that... in the United States, the government is named by the President, while in France, Germany and a majority of the countries in the old Europe (without a royal head), the government is issued from the legislative Assembly, insuring a better co-herence between the vote of the laws and their application. For over 7 months all government decisions have been blocked (will be the same all year in 2012) in the United States , proving that the 'cohabitation' is impossible with the existing Constitution. 

The American Constitution must be revised to solve this dead end, which by the way could last many more years if the President and the Congress remain issued from two different political parties after the November 2012 elections.

The race is on... between the United States and China: which country will be the first to revise its constitution, to insure a democratic election of the legislative assembly, the government and the President and a functioning of the government without a blockage due to political considerations. I recommend, among others, to elect the President with an election "one man/woman = one vote", with two turns, and without any intermediary great electors. I am talking about China... and the United States. 

Talking about China, its government would be well inspired to autorise the dissident opinions to create a new political party (over the existing 6 political partis), and even more inspired to use the CPPCC for the purpose it was created, by Mao Tse Tung, instead of keeping it under the dictât of one party alone against its initial objectives.

** Pauvreté dans les Amériques / Poverty in the Americas

Le niveau de pauvreté est a son plus bas en Amérique du sud depuis 20 ans: entre 1990 et 2010, le niveau de pauvreté est tombé de 48.4% a 31.4%. Soit... seulement 180 millions de personnes qui vivent toujours sous le seuil de pauvreté en Amerique du Sud... seulement... 

Bien sur, les Etats Unis pourraient sans doute aider si ils n'étaient pas aussi occupés si loin de leurs frontières... mais... en 2010, le pourcentage d'enfants Américains vivant sous le seuil de pauvreté a grimpé pour dépasser les 20%. 

Donc plus de 10 millions d'enfants aux Etats Unis vivent sous le seuil de pauvreté... seulement... 

Je recommande de taxer les gains des casinos financiers américains a hauteur de 95% et de distribuer la nouvelle richesse aux enfants, des deux Amériques. 

Poverty in Latin America is at its lowest level for 20 years: from 1990 to 2010, the rate of poverty fell from 48.4% to 31.4%. So... only around 180 million people currently still live in poverty in South America... only... 

Of course, the United States could eventually help if they were not so busy far far away... but... in 2010 the percentage of American children living under the level of poverty has gone up to reach 20%. So more than 10 millions children in the USA live under the level of poverty... only...

Une semaine et une fin de semaine pleines de nouvelles...
- Un porte-avion américain a traversé le détroit d'Ormuz que l'Iran menace de fermer. On respire... Est-ce qu'il a le droit de ressortir...?

- Un candidat a l'élection présidentielle française (Mr Hollande) a resservi les idées maitresses du programme de la gauche des dernières 50 années en promettant la justice sociale et fiscale. On respire... Est-ce qu'il va quand même publier son programme avant l'élection?

- La France a vu sa notation de credit dégradée de AAA a AA+ par l'agence américaine Standard and Poor, mais deux jours plus tard la France a emprunté des milliards a un taux largement inférieur a celui accordé a la fin 2011. Il a bien fallu que les casinos recyclent l'argent gagné sur la chute de l'Euro au dernier trimestre 2011. On respire... Mais qui note les agences Américaines de crédit?

- Un candidat a l'élection présidentielle américaine (Mr Romney) a promis de rendre publique sa déclaration d’impôts, avant l'élection. Apparemment ce milliardaire spécialisé dans le rachat - démantèlement des sociétés ne paye qu'environ 15% d'impots, mais après le don de 10% de son revenu a l'église mormone. On respire...

- Le chef de file du Bloc Québecois (parti souhaitant un Québec indépendant du Canada), Mr Duceppe, grand battu aux dernières élections fédérales avec la majorité des élus de son parti, a annoncé qu'il se retirait de la vie politique. On respire... Il va sans doute toucher sa retraite, payée par le fonds de pension des députés canadiens, fonds qui rapporte 10% d'intéret par an (par loi votée par les députés...), et fonds ou les députés versent 10% et les citoyens canadiens 90%...

- Deux autres partis francophones au Québec ont décidé de se rejoindre, et d'abandonner la poursuite de l'indépendance du Quebec comme un objectif du nouveau parti. On respire...

- La température a Montréal était comprise entre -24 et -15 deg C la semaine dernière.
Ce dimanche elle est remontée au-dessus de -7 deg C, et pour toute la semaine a venir apparemment. On respire...

- An American aircraft carrier has crossed the straight of Ormuz that Iran threatens to close. Sleep tight... Is the aircraft carrier allowed to get out...?

- A candidate to the French presidential election (Mr Hollande) has re-used the main ideas of the program of the left wing for the last 50 years by promising a fairer social justice and financial justice. Sleep tight... But will he publish his program before the election?

- France had its credit notation reviewed from AAA to AA+ by the American credit notation agency Standard and Poor, but two days later France borrowed billions at a rate far less than the one it obtained at the end of 2011... The financial casinos had to recycle somewhere the money they won by betting on the fall of the Euro during the last trimester of 2011. Sleep tight... He will probably get his retirement pay, paid by the pension fund of the Canadian deputies, fund which pays 10% of interest by year (by law, voted by the Canadian deputies...), and fund for which the deputies pay 10% and the Canadian citizens 90%...

- Two other political parties in Quebec have decided to join forces, and to abandon the independence of Quebec as an item on their program. Sleep tight...

- The temperature in Montréal was between -24 and -15 deg C all last week. This Sunday it went up to - 7 deg C, and for all the week to come apparently. Sleep tight...

.La chose que la plupart des gens dans le Village craignent le plus est... le changement.
La chose dont nous pouvons être sur qu'elle nous arrivera plusieurs fois dans notre vie

* Mariage en Israel / Wedding in Israel

Si vous tombez amoureux d'une jeune femme juive et que vous soyez un palestinien
non-juif vivant dans les territoires palestiniens, vous ne serez authorisé a venir vivre avec
elle en Israel qu'après votre 35 ème anniversaire... 

En attendant, mariés ou non, vous devrez rester vivre dans les territoires palestiniens (votre femme elle peut continuer de vivre en Israel). De plus, vous ne serez jamais admissible a la citoyenneté israélienne, de par la loi israélienne...
L'Association pour les droits de l'Homme en Israel est catastrophée...
Israel voudrait être un état Juif et une démocratie... désolé, mais a mon avis, aucun pays dans le Village n'a démontré qu'il pouvait être une démocratie et un état religieux, que ce soit l'Arabie Saoudite ou Israel...
Je propose que les Nations Unies retirent le droit de vote aux pays qui refuseraient de signer une nouvelle charte, mentionnant le droit a l'éducation obligatoire, a l'eau potable, a l'égalité des hommes et des femmes en droits - devoirs - opportunités - place dans la société, a la paix, a la musique et a la diversité religieuse.
Et si Dieu veut toujours qu’Israël montre le chemin au Village, il faudrait qu'elle leur renvoie un rappel d'urgence...

If you fall in love with a young Jewish woman and you are a non-Jewish Palestinian living in the Palestinian territories, you will only be allowed to live with her in Israel after you turn 35 years old... Until then, married or not, you must stay and live in the Palestinian territories (but your wife can keep living separately in Israel). Furthermore, you will also never be allowed to become an Israeli citizen, by the Israelian law. The Association for the Human rights in Israel is devastated...

Israel would like to be a Jewish state and a democracy... sorry, but, in my opinion, no country in the Village has shown it can be a democracy and a religious state, whether it is called Saudi Arabia or Israel...

I propose that the United Nations take away the right of vote of all countries which would refuse to sign a new chart, mentionning the right to education, to potable water, to equality of women and men in terms of rights -duties -opportunities - place in the society, to peace, to music and to religious diversity.

And if God still wants Israel to show the way, she should send them a reminder urgently...

** Ahmed, Gilles... inch'Allah

Ahmed aimait son métier de cordonnier dans un souk en Syrie. 

L'odeur du cuir lui était agréable et si familière... tout comme la soupe que son épouse préparait le soir, avec des herbes et des épices que seuls les souks du Moyen Orient peuvent vous proposer. 

Au travail il aimait bien aussi son verre de thé bien chaud fourni matin et aprés midi par le petit Rachid, qui faisait le tour des échopes de sa rue pour gagner quelques sous. 

A chaque visite, Rachid et Ahmed plaisantaient et se redonnaient courage et énergie avec toujours le même salut: "Un jour ca va aller mieux, tu verras... inch'Allah".

Gilles aimait son métier de journaliste francais dans les zones de conflits du Village. 

Le contact des populations opprimées et les arguments avancés par les uns et les autres le  fascinaient. Et nous retransmettre ces vérités dont il était le témoin lui donnait l'énergie de continuer...

Le soir il adorait retrouver son épouse dans leur maison en France avec leurs deux bébés, ou cette semaine, dans leur chambre dans un hotel de Syrie.
Ahmed et Gilles prennent maintenant le thé ensemble au Paradis, tués par des armes non identifiées, au milieu d'une guerre civile Syrienne entretenue par un Président accroché a son pouvoir et a ses richesses avec l'aide de sa minorité religieuse (moins de 10% de la population).
Reposez en paix Ahmed et Gilles, et toutes nos condoléances a vos familles, surtout vos enfants.
Et toi Rachid, tu as raison... un jour ca va aller mieux, inch'Allah... mais peut-être pas tout de suite, désolé...

Ahmed loved his job, repairing shoes in one of the souks in Syria. 

The smell of leather was familiar and pleasant. Just like the soup his wife prepared every night, with herbs and spices that only Middle East souks can propose. At his work, he loved also his warm tea brought to him every morning and afternoon by the little Rachid, who was serving all the small shops in the street to earn some change. 

At each visit, Rachid and Ahmed joked and gave each other courage and energy with always the same greeting: "One day, it is going to be better, you'll see... inch'Allah".

Gilles loved his job as a French newsman covering conflict areas in the Village. 

The contact with oppressed people and the arguments proposed by each party fascinated him, and relaying these truths to us was giving him the energy to keep going... 

In the evening he loved to be with his wife in their house in France with their two babies, or this week in their hotel room somewhere in Syria.

Ahmed and Gilles are now having tea together in Paradise, killed by non-identified weapons, in the middle of a civil war in Syria, kept alive by a President hanging on power and cash with the help of his religious minority (less than 10% of the population). 

Rest in peace Ahmed and Gilles, and all our condolences to your families, mainly your children. 

And you Rachid, you are right... one day it will get better, inch'Allah... but maybe not right away... sorry... 

Haiti Clinton

2 ans après le tremblement de terre qui a ravagé l'ile de Haiti, on a du mal a voir les effets des milliards de dollars promis par tous les pays du Village. 

Il faut dire que les Etats Unis avaient vite fait comprendre au Village que l'ile était leur chasse gardée, car trop près de leurs cotes pour laisser s'implanter des Chinois, des Francais, des pays musulmans, ou autres pays ne soutenant pas forcement les intérêts américains dans le Village. Une exception avait été accordée aux Canadiens, qui ont pu aider a la reconstruction, avec l'avantage aussi de parler Francais...

Les Etats Unis avaient nommé l'ancien Président Clinton en charge des efforts de reconstruction et de liaison pour toutes les aides. Mr Clinton a-t-il finalement réussi a faire dédouaner la recycleuse de béton bloquée pendant 8 mois par les douanes haitiennes car personne ne voulait leur verser le dessous de table coutumier...? Pourquoi n'a-t-il pas publié un état des progrès des investissements réalisés a date? 

Je soupconne que plusieurs pays n'ont pas envoyé l'argent promis devant le manque de coordination sérieuse, ou l'inexperience des personnes mises en charge. Le tsunami de Janvier 2011 au Japon n'a sans doute pas arrangé l'aide a Haiti... on donne ou on prête plus facilement aux riches... 

Mais pour sa décharge, Mr Clinton a été très occupé depuis le tremblement de terre a Haiti, avec le mariage de sa fille, lui trouver un boulot, limiter la pression médiatique contre les maladresses de son épouse, engranger quelques dollars de plus en donnant des conférences, et préparer la candidature de son épouse a la présidence des Etats Unis dans 4 ans. On ne peut pas être partout... 

Mais les enfants d'Haiti eux attendent, et ne se souviendront pas du nom de Mr Clinton. Sauf si... il se décidait après deux ans, a se consacrer a temps plein au poste ou il a été nommé, en allant habiter a Haiti, et en donnant tous les gains de ses conférences depuis 2 ans a la cause des enfants d'Haiti, juste pour les loger décemment et leur fournir de l'eau potable et des conditions sanitaires améliorées. Chiche Mr Clinton...?

Two years after the earthquake which devastated the island of Haiti, one can barely see the effects of the billions of dollars promised by all the countries of the Village. Of course the United States had made it clear to the Village that this island was their chasse gardée, as too close to the coast of the United States to let some countries set foot there, like the Chinese, the French, muslim countries or other countries not clearly in favor of the United States interests in the Village. One exception was made for Canada, which had also the advantage of speaking French...

The United States had named the former President Clinton in charge of the efforts of reconstruction and to liaise with all the helps. Did Mr Clinton finally succeeded in having the concrete recycling machine clear the Haitians customs, after 8 months of holding because nobody wanted to pay a bribe to the Haitian custom officers, as always done in the past...? Why didn't he publish a status on the progress of the investments realized to-date? 

I guess that many countries did not send the money promised, in front of the lack of serious and credible coordination, or the the lack of experience of the people in charge. The January 2011 tsunami in Japan might also have not helped Haiti... rich people get a loan or a gift more oeasily than poor people... 

But to his credit, Mr Clinton has been very busy since the Haiti earthquake, with the wedding of his daughter, helping her find a job, help relieve the pressure from the media against the "oops" of his wife, getting a few more dollars with conferences, and prepare his wife's shot at the Presidency election in 4 years. You can't be everywhere... But the children of Haiti are still waiting and will not remember the name of Mr Clinton. Unless... he decides after 2 years to work full time on the job he was given, by going to live in Haiti, and by giving all the proceedings of his conferences to the children of Haiti, just for a decent lodging, for potable water and for better health conditions. Are you game Mr Clinton...?

Quant au possible roi américain Santorum ou au possible roi américain Romney, ils ne sont pas d'Orient... mais même s'ils l'étaient, je ne suis pas sur que le bébé Jésus voudrait les voir trop près de son berceau...

a bit more good will would not hurt...

As for the possible American king Santorum or king Romney, they are not from Orient...
but even if they were, I am not sure baby Jesus would want to see any of them too close

* Prédictions nouvelle année 2012 / 2012 New year predictions

Pendant l'année 2012, je m'attends a lire ces titres dans les media...

 - Un manifestant qui campait devant un casino financier a New York accepte de siéger au conseil d'administration de ce casino, mais seulement après que le casino ait ajouté un logement de fonction a sa proposition initiale... 

 - Vladimir Poutine est élu démocratiquement Président de la Russie, au second tour, avec une majorité de 51% des voix... Il choisit comme premier ministre... 

 - Le gouvernement américain est relocalisé a Hawai, en attendant 2013 (ou plus tard), que la majorité au Congrès et le gouvernement (choisi par le Président) soient issus du mème parti politique. 

 - 20,000 personnes en Asie du sud-est recoivent l'accès a l'eau potable et a des soins de santé basiques. Deux milliards de personnes dans le Village se réjouissent avec eux, et attendent leur tour avec patience...

 - Le gouvernement Chinois autorise les dissidents Chinois a créer un parti politique "Révolution du Lotus", qui rentre au CPPCC et participe a l'élaboration des propositions de lois présentées au vote du parlement Chinois. 

 - Tel Aviv est touchée par des missiles iraniens au petit matin, quelques heures après la destruction en pleine nuit d'une centrale nucléaire iranienne par un avion furtif "Stealth" basé en Israel. 

 - Les gouvernements de la Chine, du Japon, de l'Inde et de la Russie signent un traité de coopération militaire, technique et commercial, et proposent un smic mensuel de 300 Euros dans leurs pays. 

 - Des religieux de plusieurs religions du Village et des représentants de différents pays aux Nations Unies demandent a leur hiérarchie (dans une lettre co-signée, préparée par des Franciscains) de mettre la paix comme seule priorité dans le Village, et de condamner publiquement toute violence dans le Village, surtout si commises au nom d'une religion. 

In 2012, I expect to read the following in the media... 

 - A demonstrator camping in front of a New York financial casino finally accepts to be part of the casino board of administrators, but only after they added an apartment to their initial proposal... 

- Vladimir Putin is elected democratically President of Russia, after a second round of elections, with a majority of 51%... He nominates for prime minister... 

 - The American government relocates in Hawai, until 2013 (or later), waiting for the majority in Congress and the government (selected by the President) to be issued from the same political party. 

 - 20,000 people in South East Asia receive access to potable water and to basic health care. Two billions people in the Village rejoice with them, and wait for their turn...

 - Tel Aviv is hit by Iranian missiles in the early morning, a few hours after an Iranian nuclear plant was bombed by a "Stealth" plane, based in Israel. 

 - The governments of China, Japan, India and Russia sign a treaty of cooperation in the fields of military, technology and commerce, and propose a common monthly minimum salary of 300 Euros in their countries. 

 - Some clergy of many religions in the Village and representatives of many countries at the United Nations (in a co-signed letter, prepared by the Franciscans) ask their hierarchy to put peace as the only priority in the Village, and to condemn publicly any violence in the Village, mainly when committed in the name of a religion.

Quel évenement majeur a le plus marqué l'année 2011 a votre avis?

1. L'accident nucléaire au Japon dans une centrale construite en face d'une faille séismique majeure... On a eu chaud... mais on en a pour 20 ans a s'en remettre...

2. Les manifestations des gens du Village dans la rue contre la distribution des richesses et/ou la corruption dans leur pays (Tunisie, Libye, Egypte, Russie, Etats Unis, etc...). Y compris le vol des richesses produites dans les pays par les casinos financiers, New York et Londres aux premières loges... Après la trève hivernale, le printemps 2012 sera chaud...

3. Les inondations, tremblements de terre, et autres catastrophes "naturelles", et le réchauffement du Village, avec 2011 l'année la plus chaude depuis un siècle... Et ca devrait encore se réchauffer...

4. Le retrait du dernier soldat Américain d'Irak. Au fait, quelles étaient les conditions de "victoire"...? L'Afghanistan aura moins de chance, leur sous-sol regorge de matières premières, et il va bien falloir protéger les industriels occidentaux qui vont recevoir des contrats d'exploitation...

5. Les fluctuations du dollar américain contre l'Euro, le manque de fluctuations du dollar américain contre le Yuan chinois, et le gel depuis le mois de Juin de toutes les décisions importantes entre un président américain (et son gouvernement) démocrates et un congrès republicain... Espérons qu'en 2012 les casinos financiers seront fermés et la constitution américaine révisée...

PS: Je n'ai pas listé l'endettement de l'Europe, de l'Angleterre (une ile en face de l'Europe) ou des Etats Unis, et les manipulations des agences "indépendantes" de notation de crédit a la solde des casinos financiers, car le feuilleton n'a fait que commencer et le pire est sans doute a venir... pour les casinos financiers aux Etats Unis et en Angleterre...

I propose...

1. The nuclear accident in Japan in a nuclear plant built right in front of a major seismic fault... That was a close call... and it will take 20 years to get over it...

2. The demonstrations in the streets of the Village against the distribution of the wealth and/or the corruption in many countries (Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Russia, United States, etc...). Including the theft of the wealth in many countries by the financial casinos, New York and Londres in the front row... After the winter break, the spring of 2012 will be hot...

3. The floods, earthquakes and other "natural" catastrophes, and the global warming of the Village, with 2011 having been the hottest on record for a century. And it will get warmer...

4. The last American soldier pulled out of Irak. By the way, what were the conditions for a victory?Afghanistan will not be as lucky, as they have a lot of mineral resources under ground, and all the occidental companies which will control the mining are going to need some protection...

5     The up and downs of the US dollar against the Euro, the lack of ups and downs of the US dollar against the Chinese Yuan, and the stalemate since June 2011 for all major decisions between a Democrat American President (and Government) and a Republican Congress... Let's hope that in 2012 the financial casinos will be closed and the American Constitution revised...

PS: I did not list the debt of Europe, of England (an island across Europe) or of the United States, and the manipulations by "independent" credit notation agencies on the payroll of financial casinos... as the sitcom has only started and the worse is no doubt to come... for the financial casinos in the USA and in England...
