Le bon Dieu s'est trompé de pays? God got the wrong country?

Le President du Trumpistan a déclaré que les patrons de la CIA et des agences de renseignement du Trumpistan devaient retourner a l’école car ils ne comprenaient rien aux menaces étrangères.
En effet ces agences de renseignements viennent de remettre un rapport conjoint au Congres ou ils soulignent que:
- L'Iran continue de respecter l'accord international par lequel ils s'engageaient a ne pas developer d'arme nucléaire.
- La Corée du Nord ne renoncera jamais a l'arme atomique, et joue au plus rusé avec le Trumpistan.
Deux analyses a l'opposé des convictions et de la politique étrangère du president du Trumpistan.

Il y a quelques mois, il avait déjà recommandé au patron de la banque fédérale du Trumpistan de retourner a l’école en disant que ses convictions personnelles a lui (le president du Trumpistan) valaient bien mieux que les decisions du directeur de la banque fédérale du Trumpistan... un vrai bouffon égocentriste...

Au vu des événements hebdomadaires, voire journaliers, liés a ce president, je pense que la seule chose qui retient le Trumpistan de devenir une dictature est le contrôle que le Congres et surtout le parti qui l'a élu doivent / devraient...maintenir sur le président, de par leur Constitution.
Une autre solution serait de le remplacer par un candidat moins bouffon et respectant plus l'experience de ses conseillers.
Mais... ou sont ses conseillers...? Les personnalités républicaines qui ont refusé de servir dans son administration ne se comptent plus. Et son avocat et sa porte parole mentent comme ils respirent, a son image.
Au fait, sa porte parole, qui vient de declarer hier que "Dieu avait choisi Trump pour etre president des USA"... est la fille d'un pasteur évangélique, mais... on n'a visiblement pas le meme bon Dieu...

J'oubliais... hier le president du Trumpistan a twitté que la meilleure preuve que le réchauffement de la planète était un mensonge, était la grande vague de froid subie par le centre du Trumpistan en ce moment (-30 deg C plus le facteur vent). Il a conclu: "Il est ou le réchauffement? on en aurait besoin..."

A mon avis, si Dieu a choisi ce president, alors il s'est tout simplement trompé de pays... il a du confondre les USA et la Corée du nord...

The President of Trumpistan has declared that the bosses of the CIA and of the intelligence agencies of Trumpistan should go back to school because they did not had a clue about the threats from foreign countries. Effectively, these agencies gave a joint report to the Congress where they were underlining that:
- Iran keeps respecting its international agreement of not pursuing nuclear weapons.
- North Korea will never renounce to obtaining nuclear weapons and is buying time with Trumpistan.
Two analyses completely opposed to the convictions and the foreign policy of the President of Trumpistan.

A few months ago he had recommended that the boss of the Federal Bank goes back to school and said that his gut convictions were far more better that the decisions of the boss of the federal bank... a rel ego centrist buffoon...

In light of weekly events, say daily, relative to this President, I think that the only thing preventing Trumpistan from becoming a dictatorship is the control that the Congress, and mainly the  party which elected him as their candidate, should / must exercise on the President, as outlined by their Constitution.
Another solution would be to replace him by a candidate less buffoon and respecting the advice of his advisers.
But... where are his advisers...? Numerous / countless personalities of the Republican party have refused to join his administration. And his lawyer and his spoke person are lying as easily as they breath, just like him.
By the way, his spoke person, who just declared yesterday that "God has chosen Trump to govern the USA"... is the daughter of an Evangelical renown pastor, but clearly we do not believe in the same God...

I forgot... yesterday, the President of Trumpistan twitted that the best proof that global warming of the Earth was a fluke, is that there is a very cold weather in the middle of the Trumpistan right now (-30 deg C plus the wind chill...). He concluded: "So where is the warming of the Earth? we could use it..."

In my opinion, if God chose this President, then he simply put it in the wrong country... and he mixed up USA and North Korea...

Au Trumpistan,
Le president bouffon s'est vu refuser son show annuel de Janvier au Congres par la majorité démocrate (état de la nation), tant qu il n aura pas débloqué la paie de tous les agents du gouvernement, qu il a bloquée depuis plus d un mois - des contrôleurs aériens commencent a se porter malades en attendant leur paie, reportez votre voyage par avion au Trumpistan si vous pouvez...
Pas terrible comme négociateur le twitteur en chef ... (voir blog ci-dessous).
La majorité démocrate continue d exiger (avec raison) qu il débloque d'abord la paie des agents du gouvernement avant de parler de son mur avec le Mexique, mur qu ils ne veulent pas de toutes facons.
Et... son meilleur ami et officieux conseiller depuis des années vient d être mis en examen ce Vendredi dans l’enquête sur la collusion entre Trump et la Russie pendant la campagne électorale. L’étau se resserre autour du twitteur en chef du Trumpistan...
SAMEDI derniere nouvelle!:
Fidèle a son habitude, des qu une mauvaise nouvelle le touche sur l’enquête de sa collusion avec Russie, le president du Trumpistan a repris le devant de la scene immédiatement pour que les journalistes parlent d autre chose... en annonçant qu il signait un budget pour le gouvernement jusqu au 15 février... sans contrepartie de fonds pour son mur avec le Mexique... une premiere défaite cinglante contre la volonté de la majorité démocrate du Congres.

En Chine pendant ce temps la,
Le directeur d une école primaire, lassé de voir ses élèves passer leur temps libre devant leur tablette, a décide de les faire bouger... A voir...

In Trumpistan, 
The president buffoon has seen his annual show in January cancelled by the Democrat majority in the Congress (state of the Union), as long as he has not released the payment of all government agents, which he has stopped since over a month now - some air traffic controllers are starting to call in sick as they are waiting for their salary, delay your air trip to Trumpistan if you can... 
Not so good as a negotiator the Twittor in chief ... (see blog below).
The Democrat majority is insisting (rightly so) that he first releases the payment of all government agents before they talk about his wall with Mexico, which they do not want anyway.
And... his best friend and non official advisor for years has just been arrested this Friday, in relation with the inquiry about collusion between Russia and him during the electoral campaign. 
The rope is getting tighter around the neck of the President of  Trumpistan...
SATURDAY latest: 
As usual for him, as soon as a bad news hit him about the inquiry about his collusion with Russia, the President of Trumpistan has thrown himself on the forefront of the stage immediately so the media will talk about something else... and he announced that he was putting an end to the government shutdown until February 15... without any funds for his wall with Mexico... a first tremendous defeat against the will of the Democrat majority in the Congress.

Meanwhile in China,
The school principal of a primary school, tired of seeing his students always spending their free time on their tablets. has decided to move them... Must watch...

Qui commande? Who is in charge?

Le president du Trumpistan a declare qu il n'approuverait pas un budget pour payer le gouvernement et les agents publics  tant que le Congres ne lui donnerait pas pres de 6 milliards de dollars pour bâtir une partie du mur avec le Mexique qu il a promis aux américains. Et il a continue en disant qu il était prêt a attendre plusieurs mois...

Une minute...

1- D'abord, c'est quoi ce pays ou chaque année avant Noel des discussions de marchand de tapis ont lieu pour payer les agents administratifs (800,000 personnes non payées depuis mi-Décembre...) ... Dans toutes les autres democracies du Village, le budget pour le gouvernement et les agents publics de l administration est voté pour toute l année.
Le Trumpistan montre de plus en plus qu il est loin d’être une démocratie ou le peuple a le pouvoir et donne les priorités.
Il est grand temps d'amender leur constitution, en y incluant, entre autres, l'interdiction des armes semi-automatiques, l'election présidentielle au suffrage universel (sans grands électeurs... comme en Chine), le droit a la santé pour tous, le droit a l'education pour tous, un budget annuel pour les services publics, et la taxation des gains des casinos financiers.

2- Le president du Trumpistan avait promis que le Mexique paierait pour le mur. Les démocrates ont raison de refuser de lui donner de l'argent des taxes payees par les citoyens et entreprises américaines. Qu'est ce qu il attend pour demander aux mexicains de le construire, avec leurs matériaux (briques, acier) bien moins chers qu'au Trumpistan, et leurs ouvriers bien sur...
Mais je suppose qu ils commenceraient par le mur montré sur la photo ci-dessus... je plaisante... quoi que...

3- La majorité démocrate a été élue en novembre 2019, deux ans après le president en novembre 2017, elle reflète donc les priorités du peuple americain aujourd'hui, et les promesses d un candidat bouffon sont devenues caduques. Dans une démocratie, le peuple gouverne, donc le president du Trumpistan doit cesser de jouer a la roulette russe (avec ou sans l'aide de Poutine) avec son pays et ses citoyens, en particulier les employés des service publics, et les personnes les plus défavorisées. Hier comme aujourd'hui, les priorités des bergers sont plus importantes que l'or, l'encens et les tweets de supposés rois mages...

En quelques mots... le president du Trumpistan doit obéir a l’assemblée legislative de son pays et non le contraire... et cesser de twitter pour se rendre intéressant.
Les démocrates doivent tenir bon et imposer les priorités exprimées par ceux qui les ont élus.

The President of Trumpistan has declared that he would not approve a budget to pay government and public agencies employees as long as the Congress would not give him close to 6 billions de dollars to build the wall with Mexico he promised to the Americans. And he kept saying that he was ready to wait for months...

Wait a minute...

1- First, what is this country when every year before Christmas carpet salesmen discussions happen to pay the administrative agents (800,000 people not paid since mid December...) 
In all other democracies in the Village, the budget for the government and the administrative agents is approved for the whole year. 
Trumpistan shows more and more than it is far from being a democracy where the people decide the priorities. 
It is about time to amend their constitution, and to include, among others, forbidding the sales of semi-automatic firearms, having a presidential election with one man equals one vote (no great electors... like in China), right for good health for all, right for education for all, a yearly budget for administrative agents, and taxing gains made in financial casinos.

2- The President of Trumpistan did promise that Mexico would pay for the wall. The Democrats are right to refuse to give him money collected from American tax payers and businesses. What is he waiting for to ask the Mexicans to build that wall, with their materials (bricks, steel) far cheaper than in  Trumpistan, and their workers of course... 
But I guess they would start by building the wall shown on the picture above... I am joking... although...

3- The Democrat majority was elected in November 2019, two years after the presidential election in November 2017, so it reflects better the priorities of the American people as per today, and the promises of a buffoon President are now worthless. In a democracy, the people govern, so the President of Trumpistan must stop playing Russian roulette (with or without Mr Poutine's help) with his country and its citizens, mainly the public services agents and the less fortunate people. Yesterday like today, the priorities of the shepherds are far more important than the gold, incense and tweets of so-called wise men / kings... 

In a few words... the President of Trumpistan must obey the Legislative Assembly of his country, and not the contrary... and stop tweeting to make himself look important.
The Democrats must hold their position and impose the priorities expressed by those who elected them.

** Predictions 2019

Pour la nouvelle année 2019, je vois venir des événements importants...

1- Au Canada, le Sénat va continuer a servir... a rien.
Et les Conservateurs risquent de reprendre le pouvoir avec des propositions sur l'immigration et l’énergie proches des positions du president du Trumpistan.

2- L'Europe va rajouter a sa constitution un paragraphe pour l'harmonisation fiscale, un paragraphe pour l'harmonisation des protections sociales et de santé, et un paragraphe pour une immigration responsable et contrôlée. Dans la constitution actuelle, il y a bien les objectifs de paix et de développement économique, mais avec des applications détaillées seulement pour le commerce et la finance...!

3- La reine d'Angleterre va abandonner la tête de l'Eglise Anglicane pour que la Grande Bretagne devienne enfin un état laïque, et va recommander d'organiser deux referendums: un en Irlande du nord pour la reunion avec la république d'Irlande, puis un au Royaume uni pour le Brexit.

4- L'Arabie Saoudite va demander quelques armes nucléaires,"prêtées" par les USA, tout comme pour Israel. En contre partie l'Arabie Saoudite va reconnaître Israel, mais pas la Palestine.
Le Kurdistan va demander son indépendance... alors que le prix du pétrole va continuer de glisser... et le Moyen Orient pourrait alors vraiment s'enflammer.

5- Le pape Francois va déménager a Bethlehem... sans la Curie et les cardinaux... et le Vatican deviendra le plus grand musée du Village. Les évêques se rassembleront tous les 4 ans a Bethlehem, ou au moins les presidents des conferences épiscopales de chaque pays..

6- La Chine va continuer a être l'atelier et le banquier du Village, et a developer son économie interne en parallèle avec la route de la soie et les trains a grande vitesse. Elle va également continuer a lentement se délester de ses reserves en dollars américains.

7- Lassé par le contrôle de son assemblée legislative sous majorité démocrate depuis le 1 janvier 2019, et par les désistements sans fin dans son gouvernement, le president du Trumpistan (anciennement "Etats Unis") va laisser la conduite des affaires nationales et internationales a son vice-president en lui laissant le soin de régler en priorité les affaires intérieures courantes, comme le racisme, le contrôle des armes a feu, les 10,000 ponts routiers qui menacent de s’écrouler, la couverture santé de dizaines de millions de concitoyens, et les casinos financiers qui ne font qu'augmenter le fossé entre les riches et les moins riches.
Le President va s'exiler avec sa famille sur une île privée (avec golf) dans le Village, d'ou il pourra relancer le développement de ses casinos et immeubles de luxe dans les capitales de tous les pays qu'il a soutenu depuis deux ans et qui lui sont redevables, a savoir Israel, Arabie Saoudite, Russie, Corée du Nord. Peut-être meme la Chine...
Et les pays du Village vont continuer a s'organiser pour se méfier d'un Trumpistan qui dénonce accord après accord dans le Village, sans meme un préavis pour ses alliés.

8- Dans le Village, des centaines de milliers de mères et de femmes vont pleurer leurs enfants et leurs maris (civils tués dans les guerres, victimes innocentes d'attaques terroristes aveugles, collégiens américains tués par des armes automatiques en vente libre, victimes d'opium overdose - 4,000 rien qu'au Canada en 2018,...).
Et des dizaines de millions de personnes vont toujours attendre un toit et de l'eau courante.

For the New Year, I see coming some important events...

1- In Canada, the Senate will keep on going... nowhere and doing nothing. 
And the Conservative party could win the elections with some proposals on immigration and energy closer to those of the president of Trumpistan.

2- Europe will add to its constitution a paragraph to harmonize fiscal rules, a paragraph to harmonize social and health protections and a paragraph for an immigration responsible and controlled. In the existing constitution, there are of course the objectives of peace and economic development, but with detailed applications only for commerce and finance...!

3- The Queen of England will quit being the head of the Anglican Church, letting England become finally a secular country, and will recommend that two referendum be organised: one in Northern Ireland for the reunion with the Republic of Ireland, and then after, one for the Brexit.

4- Saudi Arabia will ask for a few nuclear weapons, on loan from the USA, just like for Israel. In exchange, Saudi Arabia will recognize Israel, but not Palestine.

Kurdistan will ask for their independence... while the price of petrol will continue its slide down... and the Middle East could really get on fire.

5- Pope Francis will move to Bethlehem... without the Cardinals,... and the Vatican will become the biggest museum in the Village. The bishops will gather in Bethlehem every 4 years, or at least the presidents of the each country's episcopal conference.

6- China will continue to be the workshop and the banker of the Village, and to develop its internal economy in parallel with the silk road and the high speed trains. It will also keeps to slowly  get rid of its reserves in US dollars.

7- Tired of the control of his legislative assembly under a Democrat majority since January 1, and following the non stop "quit" in his government, the President of Trumpistan (aka USA) will let his Vice-President take care of national and international affairs, letting him take care of internal issues like racism, firearms control, the 10,000 road bridges threatening to collapse, and the financial casinos which only make the divide greater and greater between the rich and the less fortunate.
The President and his family will get away and move in a private island in the Village, from where he will be able to develop again his casinos and luxury high rises in the capitals of the all the countries he has helped over the last 2 years and which owe him... like Israel, Saudi Arabia, Russia, North Korea. Maybe even China...?
And the countries in the Village will keep getting organised to mistrust a Trumpistan which keeps denouncing one agreement after another, without even a warning to its allies.

8- In the Village, hundreds of thousands of mothers and women will mourn their children and husbands (civilians killed in wars, innocent victims of terrorist attacks, USA college kids killed by automatic firearms still sold on the open market, victims of opium overdose - 4,000 in Canada alone in 2018,...), 
And hundreds of millions of people will still be waiting for a roof and for potable water.
