12 jours pour Noel. 

En ce premier jour, je souhaite de l'eau potable pour chacun dans le Village, a un coût minimum, avec zero retro-paiement des compagnies d'eau aux politiques et administrations...

12 days for Christmas. 

On the first day of Christmas, I will wish for potable water for everyone in the Village, at affordable cost, with zero kick back from the water companies to the political establishment and the administration. 

Rois mages en Décembre / Wise men in December

A la fin de la semaine dernière, les Chinois ont envoyé aux Etats Unis des personnalités de haut rang, civiles et militaires, pour aborder les sujets militaires. Il n y a rien de tel que de se parler face a face pour se comprendre un petit peu mieux. Cela pourrait être le plus cadeau aux gens du Village en ce mois spécial de Décembre.

Peut-être vous et votre media préféré n’en avaient pas entendu parler ? Pas de quoi s’en faire, personne également n’avait entendu parler de trois rois mages, et sages, il y a deux mille ans.

Espérons que parmi ces hauts gradés Américains et Chinois, il y a quelques sages, de preference… au moins un de chaque coté.

At the end of last week, China government and military have sent a few high ranked people to the USA to discuss military matters. There is nothing like talking face to face to understand each other a bit better. It could be the best gift to the Village for this special month of December.

Maybe you and your favourite news media did not hear about it? Don't worry, nobody also heard about three wise men 2000 years ago.

Let's just hope that among all those high ranked USA and Chinese military, there are some wise men, preferably… at least one on each side. 

Palestine

Dans les 5 derniers jours, le Brésil et l Argentine ont reconnu officiellement un Etat de Palestine, dans les limites territoriales de 1967 (frontières de 1949). Israël a commente que ces mesures pourraient impacter les négociations de paix. Quelles négociations...?

Tous les Palestiniens seraient ravis d’apprendre la reconnaissance de la Palestine par tous les pays du Village pour Noel 2010 ou le 1 Janvier 2011. 

Ensuite, en 2011, la Palestine et Israël peuvent finaliser leur agrément de paix et leurs frontières, jusqu'à la prochaine fois.

In the last 5 days, Brazil and Argentina have officially recognized a State of Palestine, in the territorial limits of 1967 (1949 borders). Uruguay will follow suit in 2011. Israel has commented that these measures might impact the peace negotiations. What negotiations...?

All the Palestinians would sure welcome recognition of Palestine by all the countries of the Village for Christmas 2010 or for January 1, 2011. 

Then in 2011, Palestine and Israel can finalise the peace agreement and the borders, until next time. 

Cadeau d'adieu / Goodbye gift

La Secrétaire d'Etat des Etats Unis a annoncé ce jour qu’elle ne se présenterait pas a la course a la Présidence des Etats Unis, ou a toute autre poste politique, a la fin de son poste actuel, et qu’elle retournerait a son métier d’avocat. Félicitations, elle sera beaucoup plus heureuse et en paix avec elle-même. Maintenant, si elle va rester une peu plus longtemps a son poste, le meilleur cadeau de départ qu’elle pourrait faire pour la paix au Village serait d’obtenir un accord de paix entre Israël et la Palestine, avec les deux pays entamant une ère de coopération pacifique en 2011. Il n’y a peut-être qu’elle pour y arriver… s’il vous plait…

The American Secretary of State has announced today that she will not compete for the position of President of the United States, or for any other political position, after her present job of Secretary of State, and that she will return to her lawyer job. Congratulations... she will be far happier and at peace with herself. Now, if she will stay a bit longer on the job, the best go-away gift she could get for the peace of the Village would be to obtain a peace agreement between Israel and Palestine, with both countries starting a peaceful cohabitation in 2011. Maybe only her could do it… please…

Le site internet WilkiLeaks a de nouveau publié des documents confidentiels du département d Etat Américain.

1. Les coupables ne sont pas les medias mais ceux qui, dans le Département d Etat Américain, ne respectent pas la clause de confidentialité de leur charge. Il serait temps que le Département d Etat nettoie ses rangs et établisse des contrôles et punitions plus stricts.

2. Qui est en charge du Département d'Etat? Madame Hillary Clinton? ce pourrait être loin d une coïncidence... 

Serait il possible que les fuites soient organisées par des personnes qui veulent montrer qu’elle n’a pas la confiance de quelques conseillers seniors, mécontents de son manque d’expérience et de son leadership, ou manque de…? 

a mon avis il est temps de changer la secrétaire d’Etat Monsieur le Président.

The WilkiLeaks internet site has again disclosed confidential documents from the American State department.

1. The culprits are not the media but those in the American administration who are breaking the confidentiality of their charge. It is time the American Administration, starting with the State department, cleans up their ranks and establishes stricter controls and punishments.

2. Who is in charge of the State department? Mrs Hillary Clinton? so it could be far from a coincidence... 

Could the leaks be organised by insiders who want to show that she has little respect from some senior advisors, not happy with her lack of experience and her leadership or lack of? 

In my opinion, time to change your Secretary of State, Mister President. 

Vilains garcons / Naughty boys

1. Les Etats Unis et l’OTAN se sont mis d’accord pour que l’OTAN contrôle dorénavant l’aide militaire a l’Afghanistan jusqu’en 2014, et toute assistance après cette date. Bravo. Chaque fois que les Etats Unis ont cherché l’agrément de l'Europe avec un objectif justifié, tout le monde y gagne au Village.

2. Les Etats Unis se sont plaints que apparemment le gouvernement Chinois, ou quelqu’un avec leur support, a dirigé tout le trafic Internet au travers de filtres Chinois pendant plus de 15 minutes ce mois-ci, et ils se sont plaints que cela comprenait les informations échangées par le Département Américain de la Défense et autres dossiers gouvernementaux. Ah ah… plusieurs pays au Village ont demandé aux Etats Unis depuis plusieurs années de ne plus contrôler tout seul l’Internet, mais de créer un directoire avec la participation d'autres pays. Mais les Etats Unis ont inventé et mis en place l'Internet (pour des connections militaires en premier), et ont toujours refusé a ce jour.

Cette année, la première attaque sur Internet d'un gouvernement contre les intérêts nationaux d’un autre pays a été faite contre les installations nucléaires de l'Iran, par… j’ai entendu dire les Etats Unis ou Israël ou les deux. Quel que soit le motif de l’attaque, cela a montré que de telles attaques étaient possibles. 

Maintenant la Chine aurait fait de l’espionnage sur Internet… oh les vilains garcons… 

Bien sur les Etats Unis n’ont jamais fait un tel espionnage depuis 20 ans… !?!

1. The USA and NATO have agreed that NATO will now control military help to Afghanistan until 2014, and manage further assistance after this date. Well done. Every time the USA seeks the concurrence of Europe with a justified objective, everybody wins in the Village.

2. The USA are complaining that apparently China government, or someone with its back-up, directed all Internet traffic through Chinese filters for more than 15 minutes this month, and they complained that this included information from the USA Defence department and other government matters. Well... many countries in the Village have complained for years that the Internet should not be controlled only by the USA, but by some kind of board including other countries. But the USA having invented and put in place Internet (for military connections first), they have not agreed to this date. This year, the first government attack against another one national interest was launched against Iran nuclear facilities, by... I heard the USA or Israel, or both. No matter the motive of the attack, it showed to all that such attacks were possible. 

Now it seems that China would have done some spying on the Internet... naughty boys... 

Of course I am sure that the USA never did such spying over the last 20 years...!?!

Les Etats Unis ont offert à Israël quelques bombardiers « invisibles » si ils acceptent de geler les colonisations dans les territoires occupés, sauf Jérusalem, pour une période de 77 jours et demi, ou quelque chose comme ca.

Pourquoi les USA offriraient-ils quelques bombardiers invisibles a Israël, alors qu’aucun avion Israélien n’a été abattu depuis pas mal de temps et un bombardier invisible pourrait sans doute traverser le ciel d’Israël avant que vous n’ayez terminé la lecture de cet article ? Pour bombarder l’Irak ? Il n’y a plus rien a bombarder en Irak, si il y a jamais eu quelque chose.

Un autre pays… ? Je réfléchis…

The USA have offered to Israel a few “invisible” stealth bombers if they will freeze the colonisation in the occupied territories, except Jerusalem, for 77 days and half... or something like that.
Why would the USA offer a few “invisible” bombers to Israel, when no Israeli plane has been shot down for quite some time and a stealth bomber could fly across Israel territory probably quicker than you could read this article?
To bomb Irak? There is nothing else to be bombed in Irak, or never was apparently.
Another country…? Let me think…
