Laissez mois vous résumer les deux accords de la semaine dernière.

- L'accord avec la Grèce demande aux Grecs de commencer a faire payer des taxes a leurs milliardaires et a leurs îles touristiques, jusque la exemptés... Zeus seul sait pourquoi
L'accord demande également au gouvernement grec de privatiser plusieurs secteurs pour un total esperé de plus de 50 milliards, qui serviront a rembourser une partie de la dette envers la banque européene.
Evidemment, cette privatisation veut dire ques des millions de fonctionnaires (ceux qui sont descendus dans la rue la semaine derniere) vont passer dans le secteur privé et vont devoir s'adapter: plus de productivité, et des conditions de retraite plus en ligne avec les conditions en Allemagne.
Et si l'augmentation de la TVA me parait quand meme un peu trop elevee, par contre la surveillance des banquiers europeens etait due depuis longtemps, non?

- L'accord entre l'Iran et les puissances mondiales (USA. Angleterre, France, Russie, Chine) demande a l'Iran de se debarasser des deux tiers de ses stocks et capacités nucleaires, et d'accepter une verification transparente.
Et d'attendre au moins 8 ans avant de penser renegotier tout ou partie de cet accord, soit la durée de deux mandats présidentiels américains.
En échange, depuis Mercredi dernier, les industriels americains peuvent commencer a signer des contrats avec l'Iran, contrats qu'ils avaient preparé dans le même temps qu'ils accusaient les entreprises européenes d'essayer de prendre pied en Iran...!
Mais l'Iran n'est pas Haiti... et les entreprises européenes sont sans doute deja en Iran, dans une course aux contrats.
Quant à la Russie, elle n'avait pas attendu... et avait deja signé un accord au printemps avec l'Iran pour leur fournir un systeme de defense anti-aerien sophistiqué, qui rendra toute attaque aerienne des USA ou d'Israel d'autant plus difficile.
Quant a Israel et a l'Arabie Saoudite,... elles n'ont pas apprecie que l'on donne une chance a leur arch-ennemi de tenir une place plus importante et plus raisonable dans le concert international des pays importants.

Let me resume both agreements reached last week.

- The agreement with Greece asks the Greeks to start collecting taxes from their billionaires and from their islands, which were quasi exempted still today, God knows why. Or maybe Zeus knows...
The agreement also asks the Greek government to privatize many administrations for a total which should reach over 50 billions, to be used to reimburse the Greek debt towards the European bank.
Of course this privatization means that millions of public service personnel (the ones who took to the streets last week) are going to work for private companies: more productivity, and retirement conditions more in line with the conditions in Germany.
And if the raise of  the sales tax appears a bit too high for me, on the other hand the close surveillance of the European bankers was overdue, no?

- The agreement between Iran and some world power countries (USA. England, France, Russia, China) asks Iran to get rid of two thirds of their nuclear storage and nuclear capacities, and to accept a transparent verification.
And to wait at least eight years before thinking renegotiating all of part of this agreement, i.e. the duration of the mandate for two American presidents.
In exchange, since last Wednesday, American businesses can start signing contracts with Iran, contracts which were prepared at the same time as they were accusing the Europeans to try setting foot in Iran...!
But Iran is not Haiti... and European businesses are probably already there, in a race for contracts.
As for Russia, it had not waited... and it had already signed in the spring an agreement with Iran to supply them a sophisticated system of air defense, which will make an attack by the USA or Israel so much more difficult.
As for Israel and Saudi Arabia,... they did not appreciate the fact that their arch-enemy was given a more important and reasonable place in the international concert of the world power countries.

Dernier jour / Last day?

Le président des Etats Unis, Mr Obama, avait trois priorités lorsqu'il a été réélu il y a 3 ans:
- Assurer un minimum de couverture médicale a tous les américains, quelle que soit leur fortune,
- Engager l'Iran dans la voie d'une desescalade nucléaire militaire.
- Faire reconnaître par Israel leur frère jumeau: la Palestine.
A ce jour, le président a réussi a mettre en place ses deux premières priorités.
Il peut oublier la troisième. Et le refus de ce gouvernement israélien, aux mains de l'extreme droite israélienne, de reconnaître leur frère jumeau de 1947, la Palestine, sera un jour reconnu comme une erreur Historique, que eux et ceux qui les ont élu ne pourront que regretter a court terme ou moyen terme.
Si j'étais le président Obama, je ferais une declaration solennelle (le dernier jour de son mandat?), pour reconnaître l'etat de Palestine officiellement au nom du gouvernement américain.
Et il laisserait a son successeur et au congres américain la liberté d’entériner son choix, ou de persévérer dans l'erreur Historique.

The President of the USA, Mr Obama, had three priorities when he was re-elected three years ago:
- Insure a minimum health coverage for all Americans, no matter how rich they are.
- Engage Iran on the path of getting away from military nuclear activities
- Have Israel recognize their twin brother: Palestine.
To this day, the President has succeeded in putting in place his first two priorities.
He can forget the third one. And the refuse of this Israeli government, in the hands of the Israeli extreme right, to recognize their 1947 twin brother, Palestine, will one day be recognized as a historical mistake, that they and those who elected them could regret in the short or middle term.
If I was President Obama, I would make a solemnel declaration (on the last day of his mandate?) to recognize the State of Palestine officially in the name of the American government. And he would leave it up to his successor and to the American Congress to validate his choice, or to persevere in their Historical mistake.

Musique, rose et chocolat / Music, rose and chocolate

La Grèce a exonéré de taxes ses milliardaires depuis des décennies, et elle continue de le faire. Elle a quand même été acceptée dans l'Europe et l'Euro sans que des contreparties soient demandées ou vérifiées. Qui a été en charge du dossier de l'admission de la Grèce dans l'Europe? A mettre à la porte...
Et pourquoi des aides financières monumentales ont-elles été accordées à la Grèce année après année sans contreparties ou vérifications? Encore un administrateur de Bruxelles à mettre à la porte...
Avec ou sans la Grèce, l'Europe et l'Euro continueront de vivre, n'en deplaise aux journalistes qui souhaiteraient voir l'Euro laisser sa place au dollar americain. Mais trop tard, les Chinois ne s'y trompent pas, et signent déja des contrats en Euros.

Mais le probleme de l'Europe n'est pas la Grèce...
Je me suis toujours demandé pourquoi les bureaucrates européens ne peuvent pas comprendre que si l'Europe a une monnaie unique, l'Euro, alors les règles financières et sociales en Europe doivent être uniformisees, pas trop difficile à comprendre, non?...
Donc...
1.Il faut une taxation europeene uniformisée pour les entreprises et les particuliers, avec des seuils mini et maxi pour commencer, entre lesquels pourront choisir les gouvernements nationaux.
Par exemple entre 20 et 25% pour les entreprises, mais avec en plus une minoration pour les entreprises qui emploient le plus de travailleurs.  Moins un pour cent si vous employez plus de 10 personnes, moins 2% si vous employez plus de 100 personnes, etc...
2, Il faut des conditions de départ à la retraite uniformisées en Europe, pour le service public et le service privé, dans tous les pays.
Comme départ a taux plein après un minimum de 40 à 45 ans de cotisation, et une minoration de 3 ou 4% par année non cotisée? Et calcul du montant sur la moyene des dernières 10 années de travail. Pas sur les 6 derniers mois comme dans l'administration francaise actuellement...
3. Et il faut un système de santé minimum pour tous les citoyens européens.

J'allais oublier...
Il faudra également rendre gratuits en Europe: les cours de musique pour les enfants, une rose pour chaque femme le jour de son anniversaire, et une tablette de chocolat noir par personne par mois. Ou par semaine.

Greece exonerated of all taxes his billionaires for dozens of years, still to-date. Greece was still accepted in Europe and in the Euro, without any conditions, or they were never checked. Who was in charge of the file of the admission of Greece in Europe? To be fired...
And why were monumental financial helps given to Greece year after year without any conditions or without any verification? Another administrator in Brussels to fire...
With or without Greece, Europe and the Euro will continue to live, sorry for the newmen who would like to see the Euro let the room to the US dollar. But too late, the Chinese are no fool, and they are already signing contracts in Euros.

But the problem of Europe is not Greece... 
I have always wondered why the European bureaucrats cannot understand that if Euro has a single currency, then the financial and social rules must be uniformed, not too hard to understand, no...?
So...
1. Europe must have a uniform taxation of businesses and individuals, with mini and maxi values between which each government can choose. 
For example between 20 and 25% for the businesses, but also on top a decrease for the businesses which employ the more workers. Minus one per cent if you employ 10 people, minus 2% if you employ more than 100 people, etc...
2, Europe must have standard conditions to take retirement, for public or private services, in all the countries. 
Like taking retirement with full pay after a minimum of  40 to 45 years of payments, and a decrease of 3 or 4% by year missing? And calculating over the average of the last 10 years. Not over the last 6 months like in the French administration actually...
3. And Europe needs a standard minimum Health system for all its citizens.

I almost forgot...
Europe should also make free of charge: music lessons for the children, a rose for each woman on her birthday, and a bar of black chocolate per person per month. Or per week.

Imagine

Le mois dernier en France, a la fin de l’année scolaire, une petite ville de Corse a voulu faire chanter a sa kermesse la chanson de John Lennon "Imagine" dans plusieurs langues, y compris en arabe, par plusieurs enfants du village.
Mais... plusieurs parents se sont opposes farouchement au projet... et le maire a du abandonner son idée...
Je vous explique..
La chanson de John Lennon est très belle, et parle de paix, de bonheur, etc... très bien, sauf... pour quatre mots:
"and no religion too" ("imagine there is no religion too"...)
("et imaginez également qu'il n'y a pas de religion")...
Pour John Lennon, le bonheur sur terre passerait donc par la disparition ou l'absence des religions...?
Il a tort sur ce point...
Le bonheur sur terre a besoin de nourrir l’âme, a besoin des religions et des philosophes, de religions qui mettront la paix comme leur priorité, qui reconnaîtront la laïcité, et qui accepteront dans toutes les religions la séparation des pouvoirs religieux et du pouvoir législatif d'un pays, ce qui n'est toujours pas le cas pour les extrémistes des tribus sémites au Moyen Orient.
Le bonheur sur terre passera forcément par l'adaptation des religions a la laïcité, la vraie, celle qui reconnait le bon Dieu mais laisse a chacun le soin de trouver son chemin.
N'en déplaise aux athées qui avancent masqués et aimeraient se servir de la laïcité pour anéantir le bon Dieu. Sauf que, mauvaise nouvelle pour eux... le bon Dieu a horreur du vide...

Et au fait, je comprend mieux pourquoi c'est un extrémiste religieux qui a assassiné John Lennon a New York, pour ces quatre petits mots a mon avis (un extrémiste religieux... chrétien!)
Si au lieu de rabaisser les religions, John Lennon avait élevé la laïcité et le bon Dieu, qui sait, la face du monde en aurait peut-être été changée...?
Peut-être aurait-il du demander a Paul d'écrire cette dernière chanson avec lui...
Je peux rêver...  ou imaginer...

Last month in France, at the end of the school year, a small town in Corsica wanted, at its annual fair, to have kids sing John Lennon's song "Imagine" in many languages, including in Arabic. 
But... many parents were dead against this project... and the mayor had to cancel his idea...
Let me explain...
John Lennon's song is very nice, talks about peace, happiness, etc... very well, except... for four little words:
"and no religion too" ("imagine there is no religion too"...)
For John Lennon, happiness on earth is to be achieved with the disappearance or the absence of religions...?
On this item, he is wrong...
Happiness on earth needs to feed the soul, needs religions and philosophers, religions which will put forward peace as their priority, which will recognize secularism, and which will accept in all religions the separation of the religious power and of the legislative power in a country, which is still not the case for the extremists of the Semite tribes in the Middle East. Happiness on earth requires the adaptation of the religions to secularism. the true one, which recognizes God but let everyone finds his way to find him  or her.
Sorry, too bad for the atheists who are advancing masked and would like to use secularism to get rid of God. Except, that bad news for them... God hates emptiness...

And by the way, I understand better why it was a religious extremist who assassinated John Lennon in New York, for these four little words in my opinion (and a... Christian extremist!). 
If, instead of taking the religions down, John Lennon had raised secularism and God, who knows, the face of the world could be different today...?
Maybe he should have asked Paul to write this last song with him...?
Let me dream... or imagine...

Cuillères a café ou couteau? Teaspoons or knife?

Le gouvernement français réunit cette semaine autour d'une grande table des dizaines de responsables musulmans français pour débattre des questions qui intéressent le deuxième culte religieux en France, après les catholiques de Rome.
Tous les deux sont quand même largement devancés par ceux qui ont abandonné tout espoir dans les religions pour se tourner exclusivement vers les philosophes, ou la musique, le sport, le café du coin (en face de l'église) ou un réseau social sur internet.

On va donc débattre autour de cette grande table de la formation des imams, de l’accommodation des coutumes religieuses musulmanes, des nouvelles mosquées, de la lutte contre le racisme, etc ...
Je resume: on va parler des petites cuillères a café, mais... on ne parlera pas du couteau pointu qui coupe: la religion musulmane et ses textes sacrés sont-ils compatibles avec les démocraties occidentales et la laïcité...?
Tant que les occidentaux n'oseront pas aborder ouvertement avec l'Islam la question de la séparation du pouvoir religieux et du gouvernement, comme dans une démocratie occidentale, les malentendus continueront d'exister, des deux cotés: les monsieur-et-madame-tout-le-monde continueront d'avoir peur, et des musulmans français pourront rêver en secret d'un émir a la tête de la France avec application de la charia, et... on n'avancera pas.
Et dans la vie, quand on n'avance pas, on recule...

La laïcité est la fondation de la paix en Occident, et le bon Dieu n'a qu'une priorité pour nous: la paix, et Il ou Elle, condamne toute violence.
Il est grand temps de faire admettre ces deux priorités (laïcité et paix sans violence) aux tribus Sémites du Moyen Orient et en Perse, Sunnites, Juifs et Chiites réunis.

The French government has called this week around a big table dozens of French Muslim leaders to debate of the questions of interest for the second religion in France, after the Roman Catholics. Both of these religions though are well behind those who have abandoned any hope and quit on all religions to turn exclusively towards philosophers, or music, or sport, or the nearest pub (across the Church) or a social network on internet.

So they are going to debate around this big table about training of the imams, accommodating usages of the Muslim religion, new mosques, fighting racism, etc ...
Let me summarize: they are going to talk about teaspoons, but... they are not going to talk about the sharp knife which cuts: are the Muslim religion and its holy scriptures compatible with the Western democracies and secularism...?
As long as the Western countries will not dare talking openly with Islam about the separation of the religious power and of the government, like in a western democracy, the misunderstandings will continue to exist on both sides: the everyday Joe and his wife will keep being afraid, and some French Muslims will keep dreaming in secret of an Emir governing France with enforcement of the sharia, and... we will make no progress.
And in life, when you are not going forward, you are going backwards...

Secularism is the foundation of peace in the Western world, and God only has one priority for us: peace, and He, or She, condemns any violence.
It is about time that these two priorities (secularism and peace without violence) be admitted by the Semite tribes in the Middle East and in Persia, Sunnites, Jews and Shiites altogether.

Legal?

Plusieurs commentateurs américains se sont emus du fait que le president des Etats Unis ait pu, l'an dernier, prendre sur lui le droit de faire assassiner un citoyen américain, musulman, qui vivait au Yemen et dirigeait depuis ce pays un réseau terroriste. L'assassinat a été autorisé par le president américain, et conduit par un drone américain dans un pays étranger,
Ces commentateurs se demandent si cet assassinat est bien legal?...

Je leur recommande d'ajouter a leur question quelques autres questions:
- Est-il légal pour les Etats Unis de faire assassiner un homme ou une femme non américaine dans un pays étranger parce que leurs services secrets ont estimés que cette personne était un terroriste?
- Est-il moral pour les Etats Unis de larguer des bombes jour après jour au Moyen Orient sans accepter le moindre réfugié de cette région, laissant a l'Europe le soin de recueillir ceux qui réussissent à fuire au péril de leur vie?
- Quand les Etats Unis vont-ils reconnaître la cour internationale de justice de La Haye, établie par les Nations Unies, et reconnue par la majorité des pays dans le Village?
- Quand les Etats Unis vont-ils dépenser un pour cent de leur budget anti-terroriste pour éduquer les citoyens musulmans américains en particulier sur la laïcité, et les musulmans en general? à commencer par les dirigeants d'Arabie Saoudite bien sur...
- Et... quand les Etats Unis vont-ils reconnaître l’état de Palestine, comme 135 pays déjà dans le Village... comme vient de le faire l'an dernier la Suède, et comme s'apprête à le faire ce mois ci le pape Francois?

Many newsmen in the USA are wondering how come the President of the USA could take upon himself to ask for the assassination of an American citizen, Muslim, living in Yemen from where he was managing a terrorist organisation. The killing was authorized by the president of the USAand conducted by an American drone in a foreign country,
These newsmen are wondering if this killing is really legal?...

I would recommend to them to ask themselves a few more questions:
- Is it legal for the USA to order the killing and execute a foreign man or woman in a foreign country because its secrete services have decided that he / she was a terrorist?
- Is it moral for the USA to drop bombs day after day in the Middle East without accepting any refugee from this area of the Village, leaving it up to Europe to welcome those who managed to escape and stay alive?
- When are the USA going to recognize the International Court of Justice of The Hague, established by the United Nations and recognized by most of the countries in the Village?
- When are the USA going spend one percent of their anti-terrorist budget to educate the American Muslims in particular about secularism, and all Muslims in general? starting with the leaders of Saudi Arabia of course...
- And.. when are the USA going to recognize the Palestinian State, like more than 135 countries in the Village... like Sweden last year, and like Pope Francis is getting ready to do it this month?

Apple vend 400 dollars une montre qui lui coûte moins de 90 dollars a fabriquer. Cela laisse une marge de 300% pour la commercialisation dans chaque pays, et pour les benefices transférés dans les îles Crocodiles.
Pas etonnant que la concurrence peut vendre des montres aussi performantes bien moins cheres.
Les deux differences entre Apple et ses concurrents?
- Apple profite de son image de marque pour engranger plus de benefices, tant mieux pour eux tant que cela peut durer...
- Apple ne paie pas d'impots locaux, ses concurrents oui... tant pis pour les 20% d'americains qui vivent en dessous du seuil de pauvreté.

J'ai fait mon choix:
Je garde ma montre a 30 dollars qui me donne l'heure, me réveille et me suffit pour arbitrer des matches de rugby. Je continue d'utiliser ma tablette portable pour me connecter au monde Internet sous l’œil bienveillant de la NSA,.
Et avec l'argent economisé j'ai offert a mon épouse une soirée au Surcouf, un restaurant francais de Montreal, et j'ai donné un billet de 10 dollars a un jeune homme sans boulot qui tendait la main a un feu rouge.
De toutes facons toutes les montres vous le confirmeront, il y a 24 heures dans une journee (nuit comprise), valable pour tout le monde, a nous d'utiliser le temps et l'argent selon nos priorités.

Apple sells for 400 dollars a watch which costs less than 90 dollars to produce. This leave a margin of 300% for the commercialization in each country and for the benefits, transferred into the Crocodile islands.
Not surprising that the competition can sell similar watches, as performing, for far less money.
What are the differences between Apple and its main competitors?
- Apple takes profit of its image to get more benefits, why not for them, as long as they can... 
- Apple does not pay local taxes, its competitors do... too bad for the 20% of Americans who live under the threshold of poverty.

I made up my mind:
I keep my 30 dollars watch, which gives me the time. wakes me up, and is enough to referee my rugby games. I keep using my tablet more than portable to connect to the Internet world under the welcoming eye of the NSA.
And with the money I saved, I offered to my wife an evening at the Surcouf, a French restaurant in Montreal, and I gave a 10 dollars bill to a young man without a job asking for help at a red light.
Anyway, all watches will confirm to you that there are 24 hours in a day (including night time), same thing for everybody, up to us to use time and money according to our priorities.
