Migrants

Les immigrés sont en train d' envahir l'Europe.
Ils viennent surtout de deux regions dans le Village: le Moyen Orient, et l'Afrique.
Si un bateau a été conçu pour prendre 100 passagers, ce serait dangereux and non sécuritaire d'accepter plus de 100 personnes, dangereux pour les 100 passagers a bord et pour les passagers en plus.
Il en va de meme pour tous les pays dans le Village, vous ne devriez accepter que le nombre de passagers que vous pouvez accommoder en toute sécurité et a qui vous pouvez procurer une vie décente.

En Europe, l'Allemagne et l'Angleterre ont une économie forte et peuvent accepter plus de passagers, et ils doivent le faire. Mais il leur revient de decider combien de passagers supplémentaires ils vont accepter. Comme c' est le cas au Canada et aux Etats Unis...
Mais tous les autres pays européens se battent pour leur survie, donc... ils ne peuvent pas accepter plus de passagers.
Il est temps pour l'Europe de faire face aux réalités, et:
1 - Avancer avec plus d'integration en Europe, et... sécuriser les frontières de l'Europe.
Si des immigres se retrouvent aux portes de l'Europe, dans les villes frontières, l'Allemagne et l'Angleterre (et tous les pays Européens bien sur) doivent dire combien d'immigres ils sont prêts a recevoir, avec priorité a ceux qui ont demande un visa dans leur pays d'origine.
Les immigres non acceptes devraient être renvoyés immédiatement dans leur pays d'origine. Comme l'ont toujours fait le Canada et les Etats Unis.
Il vaut mieux ne pas accepter d'immigres a qui vous ne pouvez pas garantir un minimum de paix et une vie digne
Et il faut condamner lourdement les passeurs qui promettent d'amener les immigres en Europe contre de l'argent (prison et amendes).
2 - Agir pour plus de paix et moins de guerre dans ces pays.
Au moins cela encouragera le tourisme, et l'argent non dépensé en armes pourra être investi pour developer le pays.
3 - Combattre la corruption dans tous les pays.
Et encourager les investissements dans le pays ou l'argent a été produit, avec une taxe sur l'argent qui sera sorti du pays pour se réfugier dans des paradis fiscaux. Et encourager la transformation des ressources naturelles dans leur pays d'origine, pour créer de la valeur ajoutée localement.
4 - Demander officiellement a l'Arabie Saoudite et au Qatar d'accepter tous les immigres musulmans Sunnites qui essayent de fuir les guerres au Moyen Orient.
Si ces deux pays Sunnites riches, qui importent déjà des millions d'immigrés d'Asie, ne sont pas intéressés par le bonheur de leurs frères musulmans, alors... j'ai bien peur que la Terre ne va pas tourner rond encore bien longtemps...

Migrants are invading Europe.
They are coming mostly from two areas of the Village: Middle East and Africa.
If a ship is designed for 100 passengers, it is dangerous and unsafe to accept more than 100 people, dangerous for the 100 people on board, and for the extra passengers.
Same for countries in the Village, you should only accept the number of passengers that you can accommodate safely and to whom you can give a decent life.

In Europe, Germany and England have a stronger economy and can accept more passengers, and they should. But only they can decide how many more they will accept. Like Canada and the USA...
But all other European countries are fighting for their survival already, so... they cannot accept more passengers.
It is time for Europe to face reality, and
1 - Go forward with the integration of Europe, and secure the borders of Europe. 
If immigrants make their way to European border cities, Germany and England (and all European countries of course) should be asked how many migrants can they accept, with priority to those who asked for a visa in their home country.
Those not accepted should be sent back to their country of origin. Like Canada and USA have always do.
Better not to accept migrants to whom you cannot guarantee a minimum of peace and dignified life.
And better condemn strongly (cash and jail) the people taking money from the migrants to bring them to Europe.
2 - Act for more peace, and less war in these countries. 
If nothing else, it will encourage tourism, and the money not spent on weapons can be better spent for the development of the country 
3 - Fight corruption in all countries.
And encourage investments in the country where the money was made, with a hefty tax on transfer of cash out of the country towards fiscal paradises.  And encourage transformation of the natural resources in their country of origin, for added value locally. 
4 - Ask officially Saudi Arabia and Qatar to accept all Islam Sunnite migrants trying to escape war in the Middle East. 
If these two rich Sunnite leading countries, already importing millions of Asian workers, are not interested in the happiness of their brothers in Islam, then... I am afraid that the world is not going to go round for much longer time...

USA Grèce - Greece

L'ancien president des Etats Unis, Jimmy Carter, a déclaré que les Etats Unis étaient devenus une oligarchie.
Il faisait allusion au fait que les Presidents des Etats Unis sont de plus en plus issus d'une famille dominante (Bush ou Clinton) avec leurs allies inconditionnels ou sont compromis avec des dons de plusieurs millions de dollars faits par des riches familles qui vont les contrôler sur des sujets comme le port d'armes, l'avortement ou le soutien inconditionnel a un grand Israel.
Et on pourrait meme voir un jour un candidat richissime comme Donald Trump l'emporter, grace a son argent.
Le premier a utiliser le terme d'oligarchie serait Aristote, un philosophe grec, qui l'a utilise pour dénoncer le pouvoir des familles riches dans la Grèce d'alors.

Quelle difference entre la Grèce et les Etats Unis aujourd'hui?
- Les deux pays vivent a credit, sur le dos qui de l'Europe, qui du monde entier.
Mais...
- Les riches familles grecques ont réussi a se faire exonérer d’impôts jusqu’à cette année, et sont maintenant en train de quitter leur pays avec leurs fortunes. Et le gouvernement est issu de la majorité des deputes a l’assemblée legislative, deputes élus par les citoyens.
- Aux Etats Unis les riches familles paient moins d’impôts que dans une majorite d'autres pays et certainement moins que l’américain moyen, mais elles ne sont pas prêtes a quitter le pays, au contraire.
Et le gouvernement est nommé par le president, ce qui a lié les pieds et les mains de ce gouvernement depuis quatre ans, depuis que la majorité des deputes élus au Congres est contre ses politiques.

Bonne chance aux Etats Unis tant qu'ils ne reformeront pas leurs taxes et leur mode de nomination / élection du gouvernement.
La Grèce elle, devrait s'en sortir.

Former American President Jimmy Carter said that the USA have become an oligarchy. He was referring to the fact that the Presidents of the USa are more and more controlled by a dominat family (Bush or Clinton) with their allies, or are compromised with the millions of dollars given to them by a few richest families who are then going to control them on subjects like bearing arms, abortion or blind support of the Great Israel.
And we could even see one day a billionaire President like Donald Trump win the election thanks to his money.
The first one to use the term of oligarchy was apparently Aristotle, a Greek philosopher, who used it to denounce the power of the rich families in Greece at the time.

What are the differences today between Greece and the USA?
- Both countries live on credit, one to the expense of Europe, the other one to the expense of the world. 
But...
- The rich Greek families managed not to pay any taxes until this year, and are now starting to leave their country with their money. And the government is issued from the majority at the Legislative Assembly, its members being elected by the citizens.
- In the USA, the rich families pay less taxes than than in a majority of other countries, and certainly than the average American, but they are not ready to leave the country, on the contrary.
And the government is nominated by the President, who has his hands and feet tied since four years ago when the majority in his Congress was against his politics.

Good luck to the USA as long as they will not reform their tax system and the election mode of their government. 
As for Greece, it should make it.

Le 6 Aout 1945, l'armée américaine lancait la premiere bome atomique jamais utilisée sur le Village, A Hiroshima, au Japon, a 8h 15 du matin.
80,000 morts immédiats, en majorité des civils qui se rendaient a leur travail ou a l'ecole.
Et encore 80,000 morts sans doute dans les mois qui suivirent.
Et le 9 Août 1945 l'armée américaine lançait la deuxième et dernière bombe (a ce jour) jamais lancée sur le Village, a Nagasaki, au Japon, vers 10h 45 du matin. Encore 40 a 80,000 morts.
Au total plus de 200,000 morts, en majorité des civils innocents, soit 70 soixante dix fois le nombre de civils américains innocents assassinés le 11 Septembre 2001 (3,000).
Et 200,000 civils assassinés pour envoyer un message au gouvernement japonais qui refusait de capituler.
Le message fut bien recu, et le gouvernement japonais capitula quelques jours plus tard.
La morale de l'histoire pour les américains et le reste du village: si vous lancez une bombe atomique, vous ferez capituler votre ennemi.
Bien entendu vous lancerez votre bombe pour une cause juste... ben voyons...

Plusieurs pays ont depuis développé obtenu l'arme nucléaire au nez et a la barbe des américains et des Nations Unies: la France, la Grande Bretagne, la Russie, et la Chine. Et aux dernières nouvelles l'Inde, le Pakistan et la Corée du Nord, plus a priori un depot américain en Israel a mon avis. Plus des declarations non équivoques par l'Iran et l'Arabie Saoudite.
Tout cela est la preuve que la paix dans le Village n'a jamais été la priorité des américains ou des Nations Unies, et que l'appel de Francois d'Assise il y a 800 ans n'a toujours pas été entendu.
J'oubliais... cinq pays ont également accepté que l’armée américaine stationne des ogives nucléaires et des lanceurs, sur leur territoire, dans une base américaine: la Belgique, l'Italie, l'Allemagne, la Hollande, et... la Suisse? non... le Luxembourg? non...
La Turquie! avec plus de 60 bombes...
Comment on dit en turc: je te tiens par la barbichette, on ne rit plus...?!

Bien sur le president Obama est le premier president américain a montrer clairement qu'il veut croire a des solutions pacifiques a tout prix et donner la priorité a la diplomatie. Bravo.
Mais a quand la suppression du "ministère des armées" dans tous les pays, pour le remplacer par un "ministère de la Paix"?. Et le chef des armées répondra au Ministre de la Paix. Au moins les objectifs seraient plus clairs, non?

Plusieurs pays ont signé un accord comme quoi ils n'utiliseraient jamais l'arme nucléaire les premiers. Comme la Chine. Mais pas les Etats Unis et Israel...
Vous me direz que si vous décidez de l'utiliser, peu importe ce que vous aurez signé... je suis d'accord. Mais en signant un tel accord vous envoyez quand meme un message clair au reste du Village, non? en espérant qu'ils le suivront. Qu'attendent les Etats Unis et Israel pour signer une telle declaration?

Les militaires américains avaient surnommé la premiere bombe atomique, pour Hiroshima: "petit garcon".
Et la deuxième bombe, pour Nagasaki: "gros monsieur".
Petits garcons et gros messieurs? je vois...
Mais je suppose qu'il ne cherchaient pas a faire reference aux politiques américains, et aux mangeurs journaliers de hamburgers (avec fromage en plastique) dans leurs restaurations rapides?

On August 6, 1945, the American army dropped the first atomic bomb ever used in the Village, at Hiroshima, in Japan, at 8h 15 am. 
80,000 deaths immediately, mostly civilians going to work or to school. 
And another 80,000 deaths probably in the months to follow.
And on August 9, 1945, the American army dropped the second and last bomb (to-date) ever used in the Village, at Nagasaki, in Japan, around 10h 45 am. Another 40 to 80,000 deaths.
In total over 200,000 deaths, mostly innocent civilian, seventy times the number of innocent American civilians assassinated on September 11, 2001 (3,000).
And 200,000 civilians assassinated to send a message to the Japanese government which was refusing to capitulate. 
The message was well received, and the Japanese government did capitulate a few days later.
The morale of the story for the Americans and the rest of the Village: if you drop an atomic bomb, you will force your enemy to capitulate. Of course you will drop your bomb only for a noble and just objective... of course...

Many countries have since developed nuclear weapons under the eyes of the Americans and of the United Nations: France, Great Britain, Russia, and China. And furthermore apparently India, Pakistan and North Korea, plus in my opinion an American storage in Israel. And more recently clear declarations by Iran and Saudi Arabia.
All this is proof that Peace in the Village has never been the priority for the USA or for the United Nations, and the call from Francis of Assisi 800 years ago has never been heard. 
I almost forgot... five other countries have also accepted that the USA army puts on their territory, in an American military base, some nuclear bombs and their launchers: Belgium, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, and... Switzerland? no... Luxembourg? no...
Turkey! with more than 60 American bombs...
How do you say in Turkish language: I am holding you by your goatee, stop laughing at me...?!

Of course the President Obama is the first American President to show clearly the priority on diplomacy and pacific solutions. Bravo.
But how about getting rid of the "Ministry of the Armies", in all the countries, and replacing it by a "Ministry of Peace"? And the chief of staff of the armies would answer to the Minister of Peace. At least the objectives would be clear, no?

Many countries have signed an agreement under which they will not be the first one to drop an atomic bomb. Like China. But not the USA...
Mind you, you could say that if one decides to use it, one will probably not care what they signed... I agree. But by signing such an agreement, you would send a clear message to the rest of the Village, no? hoping they will follow. What are the USA and Israel waiting for to sign such an agreement?

The American Military had nicknamed the first nuclear bomb, for Hiroshima: "Little Boy".
And the second bomb, for Nagasaki: "Fat Man".
Little boys, and fat men? I see...
But I suppose that they were not trying to refer to the American politicians, and to the daily eaters of their fast food hamburgers (with plastic cheese)?

Attaque Internet chinoise / Chinese cyber attack

Les chinois auraient volé au gouvernement americain, via Internet, toutes les coordonnees de leurs espions et autres membres de l'administration. Environ 20 millions de personnes. Ca fait beaucoup d'espions,...! Je plaisante.
Les americains cherchent une reponse "adaptée", pour parait-il eviter une guerre ouverte sur Internet.
Parmi les mesures envisagees, une plainte auprès d'un tribunal.
Ah bon... sauf que...
- Les USA ne reconnaissent pas la cour de justice des Nations Unies de LaHaye. Et une plainte auprès du tribunal de Pekin ou de Shangai ne donnerait rien, a mon avis... et il faudrait trouver un avocat qui accepte de defendre le dossier...
- La Chine déposerait sans doute dans la seconde qui suit une plainte contre la NSA, cosignée par plus de 150 pays...

Apparently the Chinese have stolen to the American government, via Internet, all the coordinates of their spies and other administration personnel. About 20 millions people. That's a lot of spies...! I am kidding.
The Americans are looking for an "appropriate" response apparently, to avoid escalating and an open war on Internet.
Amid the measures being considered, taking the Chinese to court.
I see... except that...
- The USA do not recognize the United Nations Court of Justice of The Hague. Lodging a complaint in the Justice court of Beijing or of Shangai will not work, in my opinion... and they would have to find a lawyer who accepts to defend their case...
- In the following seconds, China would probably take the American NSA to court. And have their complaint cosigned by more than 150 countries...

Kurdistan

La population kurde est estimée a 40 millions de personnes dans le Village, réparties environ pour entre leur ancien pays a cheval sur la Turquie et l'Irak, etune diaspora surtout concentrée a Istanbul en Turquie.
Le traite de Sevres en 1920 a établi un Kurdistan (et une Arménie) indépendantes. Mais les poussées guerrières des turcs conduisaient a renegotier le traite en 1923 a Lausanne et faisaient disparaître l'etat du Kurdistan avec l'accord des puissances occidentales qui avaient abdique toute raison.
L'Irak a reconnu depuis des dizaines d’années une province autonome du Kurdistan.
La Turquie a également une province nommée Kurdistan, mais sans reel pouvoir.

A la pointe du combat contre le nouveau Califat barbare de Syrie et d'Irak, les soldats kurdes tiennent bon dans plusieurs regions, avec l'intention évidente de redemander la reconnaissance de leur Kurdistan, a cheval sur la Syrie et l’Irak.
La semaine dernière, le Califat de Syrie et d'Irak a mis le feu aux poudres en attaquant sur le territoire turc. Aussitôt la Turquie, qui n'attendait que ca, a répliqué en bombardant des positions du Califat, et... en bombardant tant qu'a faire des positions kurdes dans le nord du pays, alors que le PKK avait unilatéralement décréte et respecte une trêve depuis plus d'un an!! Dans la foulée, ils ont autorisé les Américains a utiliser leurs bases militaires pour se ravitailler. Contre le Califat... ou contre l'Iran bien sur... Attendez-vous a ce que le territoire turc soit la cible désormais des Salafistes et des Shiites, et des Kurdes... vacances s'abstenir...

Ajoutez que les Kurdes sont de descendance ancestrale perse / iranienne...
Et qu'un haut diplomate américain avait declare il y a quelques années que le Kurdistan existerait sans nul doute vers 2030.
Par contre les USA considèrent toujours le PKK comme une organisation terroriste! meme si leurs actions armées n'ont pour but que d'attirer l'attention du monde qui les a laisse tomber, et de retrouver le pays qui leur avait été accorde pendant trois ans.

Les USA avaient choisi de privilégier pendant très longtemps l'Arabie Saoudite et ses Salafistes moyen-ageux. Ils viennent de choisir l'Iran avec un accord pour environ 10 ans.
Un jour les USA finiront par ouvrir les yeux et par soutenir un Kurdistan indépendant qui seul pourrait mettre un peu de raison entre les Shiites d'Iran et de Syrie, les Salafistes d'Arabie Saoudite et du nouveau Califat, et la Turquie d'un president mégalomane calculateur.
Mais bon, patience... avec le president Obama, les USA sont passés du tout-en-guerre aux efforts diplomatiques. Il faut leur donner le temps d'ajuster leurs lunettes de soleil... mais dans 5 ans seulement, car le prochain president américain sera sans doute républicain...

PS: Quand a la Syrie... ou bien vous soutenez le fils Assad et vous lui livrez des armes et l'aidez a combattre le nouveau Califat, ou bien... vous auriez du le remplacer depuis au moins un an, mais ca va être impossible maintenant d'organiser des elections en pleine guerre et avec le soutien de l'Iran au fils Assad.

The Kurd population is estimated at 40 millions people in the Village, in their ancient country siting on Turkey and Irak territories, and in a diaspora mostly concentrated in Istanbul in Turkey.
The treaty of Sevres in 1920 established an independent Kurdistan (and Armenia). But the war pushes of Turkey led to the renegotiation and to the treaty of Lausanne in 1923 and made Kurdistan disappear from the maps with the agreement of the Western power houses which had abdicated all reason.
Irak has recognized for dozens of year an autonomous province of Kurdistan.
Turkey also has a province called Kurdistan, but without any real power.

On the foremost lines of the fight against the new Caliphate barbaric of Syria  and Irak, the Kurd soldiers are holding well in many areas, with the obvious intent to reclaim the recognition of their Kurdistan, siting on Syria and Irak soil.
Last week, the Caliphate of Syria and Irak got the fire going by attacking on Turkey soil. Right away Turkey which was waiting for such an event, bombed some positions of the Caliphate, and... bombed, might as well, some Kurd positions in the north of the country, while the PKK had declared and respected a truce for over a year!! Without waiting, the Turkish government also authorized the Americans to use their military bases to refuel their planes. Against the Caliphate... or against Iran of course... Expect the Turkish territory to be now the target of attacks by the Salafists and the Shiites, and the Kurds... forget vacation there...

Let's add that the Kurds' ancestors come from Persia / Iran... 
And that a high diplomat from the USA did say a few years ago that Kurdistan would no doubt exist by 2030.
On the other hand the USA still consider the PKK as a terrorist organisation! even if their military actions are only trying to attract the attention of the world which let them down, and to get again the independent which they were granted for a period of three years.

The USA chose for a long time to put a priority on their relations with Saudi Arabia and their Middle Age Salafistes. They have now chosen Iran with an agreement good for around 10 years.
One day the USA will open their eyes and will support an independent Kurdistan, which alone could stand and bring some reason between the Shiites from Iran and Syria, the Salafistes of Saudi Arabia and of the new Caliphate of Syria and Irak, and Turkey with its calculating  megalomane President.
But, patience... with the President Obama, the USA went from a war-only policy to diplomatic efforts. Give them time to adjust their sunglasses... but in 5 years only, as the next President of the USA should be Republican...

PS: As for Syria... either you support the son Assad and you give him weapons and help him fight the new Caliphate, or... you should have replaced him since at least one year, but now it is impossible to organize elections in the middle of a war and with the support of Iran to the son Assad.

Une reine offshore en exil...? qui ne vit au pays que une a deux semaines par an...?

David et Goliath / David and Goliath

L'assemblée législative israelienne vient de voter une loi qui condamne a 20 ans de prison toute personne arrétée pour avoir lancé un caillou avec intention de faire mal. Si l'intention de faire mal n'est pas prouvée, alors la sentence sera réduite a 10 ans, sans que le juge ait besoin de prouver quoi que ce soit.

J'aurais deux questions:
1. Quelle pourrait être l'intention d'un lanceur de caillou s'il ne cherche pas a faire mal?
2. Est-ce que la loi sera rétroactive?
Auquel cas, et comme l'armée israélienne détruit les maisons des familles de ceux qui ont été condamnés, la famille et les descendants de David devraient vite quitter Israel.

Note: Je parle du David qui avait battu le géant Goliath en lui lancant un caillou au beau milieu de la figure, avec l'intention de lui faire mal, et qui est reconnu comme un prophète par l'Islam, et comme le roi du royaume d'Israel, également reconnu par les textes anciens sacrés musulmans.

The Israeli legislative assembly has voted a law which condemns to 20 years in jail anyone arrested for throwing a stone with intent to harm. If the intent to harm cannot be proven, then the judge can condemns to 10 years in jail without having to prove anything.

I have two questions:
1. What could be the intent of anyone throwing a stone if he does not mean to hurt?
2. Will the law be retroactive?
In which case, and since the Israeli army destroys the houses of those condamned, the family and the heirs of  David should quickly leave Israel.

Note: I am talking about the David who had beaten the giant Goliath by throwing a stone straight into his face, with the intent to hurt him, and who is recognized as a prophet by Islam, and the King of the kingdom of Israel, also recognized by the old Muslim holy texts.
