Il faut dire que Bill Clinton a continué a recevoir les politiciens étrangers chaque année pour une réunion ou ils examinaient le statut du monde... en général à l'occasion d'une réunion générale des Nations Unies.

Non seulement il minait l'autorité du président en exercice, Mr Obama, mais en plus son épouse était bien sur invitée a ces réunions...
Au vu des dernières revelations, les dons étrangers, et l'effacement de la moitie de ses emails professionnels et personnels confondus la veille de la demande de la commission sur Benghazi, la dynastie Clinton a du plomb dans l'aile.
Se donner comme priorité l'amélioration du niveau de vie des américains moyens avec de l'argent d'Arabie Saoudite et de Russie, cela ne fait pas trop sérieux...

Madame Clinton vient de démissionner cette semaine du poste d'administrateur du fonds Clinton.
Trop tard... Je suppose qu'elle ne va pas rendre l'argent reçu de l'extérieur des Etats Unis...?
Les républicains se poussent maintenant au portillon pour donner le coup de grace à la dynastie Clinton.
Et les candidatures à l'investiture du parti démocratique vont bientôt surgir et se multiplier.
Je pense que ni madame Clinton ni l'autre fils Bush (trop au centre pour une majorité de républicains) ne seront investis par leur parti respectif. Les dynasties Clinton et Bush ont vévu.

I think that neither Madam Clinton nor the other Bush son (too much in the center for a majority of Republicans) will receive the nomination of their respective party.

Et en face il y a les millions de prières pour la paix dans les églises, les temples, les mosquées et les synagogues, prières pour qu'un ministre de la paix se lève et calme tout le monde dans le Village.
Mettez dans le même bol un peu d'Israel, un peu d'Isis - Califat de Syrie et d'Iraq, d'Arabie Saoudite, d'Iran, de Syrie, d'Iraq, de Yemen, et tant qu'a faire un peu d'Egypte et de Liban; secouez bien. Maintenant rajoutez un peu, ou beaucoup, d'armes américaines, russes et francaises

La course aux armes est lancée au Moyen Orient et va doper les économies américaines, russes et francaises.
Il parait également que les alliances sont en train de se reformer au Moyen Orient...?!?
Excusez moi, mais les parties en présence sont toujours les mêmes: d'un coté les militaires et les armes (pour se défendre seulement bien sur), de l'autre coté les civils, qui cherchent à gagner leur vie et élever leur famille.
Dans toutes les guerres à ce jour, les populations civiles ont perdu et ont perdu le plus de vies.
Pour empêcher ou arrêter un feu, il faut supprimer le combustible, les matières combustibles, les allumettes... ou l'air.

La vierge Clinton / Virgin Clinton

Madame Hillary Clinton a déclaré sa candidature a l'investiture du parti démocrate pour l'élection présidentielle de 2016. A la non-surprise générale.
Elle va certainement gagner l'investiture démocrate, mais perdre l'election présidentielle.
- Aucun autre candidat pour l'investiture démocrate ne s'est déclaré. A mon avis aucun autre candidat sérieux ne se déclarera d'ailleurs, pour deux raisons:
* Comment lutter contre les milliards déjà amassés par ses supporters, y compris l'Arabie Saoudite? Quoique la moitie de ses supporters sur Twitter (3 millions) sont visiblement des boites aux lettres sans autre tweet que leur inscription...
* L'Amérique a viré a droite toute depuis la re-election d'un président qu'elle juge trop socialiste et trop noir... Les espoirs de l'emporter à nouveau pour un candidat démocrate sont minimes, pour ne pas dire nuls. Sauf à devoir affronter un candidat républicain trop à droite, du Tea party par exemple.
- Son cheval de bataille avant 2008 était le reforme de la couverture santé pour les américains. Elle n'a abouti a rien, et il a fallu le président Obama et un changement de stratégie pour faire passer cette réforme. Zéro sur vingt pour Madame Clinton.
- En poste pendant quatre ans comme secrétaire d'état du gouvernement (ministre des affaires étrangères), son bilan a été de... zéro sur vingt.
* Aucun progrès sur la paix entre Israel et les Palestiniens, au contraire, avec des milliers de colonisations illégales condamnées par la communauté internationale.
* Aucune avancée avec la Chine, l'Iran ou la Russie. Sans doute en partie parce que ces pays ne sont pas spécialement ouverts a des contacts avec les politiques du sexe féminin. Mais cela ne changera pas si elle devenait présidente...?
* Des demandes aux ambassadeurs européens de collecter toutes les informations personnelles possibles sur les politiques européens (famille, maîtresse, etc...) au point qu’après elle n'avait plus remis les pieds en Europe...
* Ajoutons le manque de communication avec les voisins de toujours, le Canada et le Mexique, et l'indifférence envers l'Amérique du Sud.
* Finissons avec son fiasco sur la sécurité des américains au Consulat de Benghazi en Lybie. Fiasco couvert par le parti démocrate, qui se répercutera donc sur tout candidat démocrate.
Immédiatement après la mort des américains dans l'attaque du consulat, la commission d'enquête avait annoncée qu'elle n'interrogerait pas la secrétaire d'état Madame Clinton car celle-ci n'était "visiblement pas impliquée"... ben voyons... du Putin a la sauce américaine...! Et trois ans plus tard, la même commission demande soudain a recevoir tous les emails de madame Clinton. Manque de bol, sur 60,000 Emails envoyés / reçus pendant ces quatre années, elle venait d'effacer la veille au soir la moitie d’entre eux, soit 30,000, car considérés comme emails personnels par son avocat personnel...! A mon avis, inutile de perdre son temps a lire les 30,000 emails non détruits.
Indépendamment du manque de chance de la commission (a un jour près...), je note que Madame Clinton a donc envoyé / reçu autant d'emails personnels que pour son boulot. Elle a donc travaillé a mi-temps? Et elle devrait rendre la moitié de son salaire? et abandonner la moitié de sa retraite?
10% d'emails personnels ne m'aurait pas surpris. Mais 50%...
Et bien sur se pose la question de savoir pourquoi le ministre des affaires étrangères américain avait enfreint les lois de son pays et avait utilisé un serveur personnel à la maison, pour tous ses emails professionnels en tant que ministre des affaires étrangères des Etats Unis, quand le reste du gouvernement utilisait les serveurs du gouvernement, mieux protégés des attaques ou espionnages étrangers.
A mon avis, la candidature de Madame Clinton est morte avant d'être née...
- Elle espère bien sur un support des femmes en sa faveur, sauf qu'un support comme l'Arabie Saoudite ne plaide pas vraiment pour une prise de position ferme vis a vis d'un pays ou les femmes ne peuvent toujours pas conduire, ou se presenter a des postes de responsabilité.
Condolea Rice, du coté républicain, aurait à mon avis sans doute plus de chances d'être élue.
Madame Clinton a placé sa candidature sous le signe du renouveau, de la défense de la classe moyenne. Et ne me parlez pas de mon passé ou de mes résultats... Je repars a zéro.

- Her prime objective before 2008 was the reform of the health coverage for Americans. She complety failed, and it took President Obama and a change of strategy to win this reform. Zero out of twenty for Mrs Clinton.
- During the four years she was Secretary of State (Minister of Foreign Affairs), her legacy was... zero out of twenty.
No progress on Peace between Israel and the Palestinians, on the contrary, with thousands of illegal settlements condemned by the international community.
No inward agreement with China, Iran or Russia. Probably partly because these countries are not specially open tot contact with political women. But that should not change with her President, right?
She asked the European Ambassadors to collect personal information on all European politicians (family, lovers,...) to the point that she never set foot again in Europe after that...
Let's add the lack of communications with the neighbors of yesterday and tomorrow, Canada and Mexico, and a lack of interest for South America.
Let's conclude with the fiasco on the safety of the Americans in the Consulate of Benghazi in Libya.
Fiasco covered by the Democrat party, and which will come back to haunt any Democratic candidate.
Immediately after the death of the American people in the attack of the Consulate, the Inquiry Commission announced that they would not ask Mrs Clinton the Secretary of State to appear as a witness as "clearly she was not implicated"... Of course!... talk about Putin ways the American way... And three years later this same Commission suddenly asked to review all her emails. But they were out of luck as from the 60,000 Email sent / received during these four years, she had just erased the evening before half of them, ie 30,000, as they were considered as personnel by her personal lawyer...! In my opinion, no point losing your time to read the 30,000 emails not erased.
Aside the lack of luck of the Inquiry Commission (so close, within a day...), I note that Mrs Clinton has therefore sent / received as many personal emails than professional ones. Les élections présidentielles 2016 aux USA sont lancées.
Si vous êtes républicains, et ne refuseriez pas de recevoir 20 millions de dollars ou plus pour votre campagne, vous devrez d'abord passer le test et convaincre le lobby pro-Israel mené par le milliardaire du casino de Venise a Las Vegas.

Par contre, si vous espérez être celui qui va bénéficier de cette manne du casino, vous devez exprimer publiquement votre soutien inconditionnel a tout ce que dit et fait le gouvernement israélien aujourd'hui, je traduis: a la réalisation du Grand Israel.

Enfin... La situation au Moyen Orient va s'éclaircir... prenez une carte s'il vous plait!
Hier, pour la première fois, une coalition de pays sunnites dirigée par l'Arabie Saoudite a bombardé un pays au Moyen Orient, avec seulement une assistance tactique des Etats Unis.
Ils ont bombardé la capitale du Yemen, que son président a déjà abandonnée d'ailleurs.
Le Yémen est situé pile en face de l'Arabie Saoudite. Son gouvernement est sunnite, mais les insurgés qui ont peu a peu reconquis le pays sont chiites, soutenus par l'Iran.
Déjà depuis deux ans, l'Iran soutenait le gouvernement chiite en Syrie et son tyran le fils Assad, par le biais de milices iraniennes, y compris la presence de généraux iraniens pour aider officiellement l’armée syrienne. - Les Etats Unis, le Canada et les Allies bombardent depuis des mois la Syrie et l'Irak pour combattre le Califat de Syrie et d'Irak, et supportent donc les Kurdes... et les milices Shiites...
Ajoutez a tout cela que dans les deux dernières semaines vous avez entendu que les négociations avec l'Iran sur les armes nucléaires sont une priorité pour les Etats Unis.
Et la semaine dernière, pour la premiere fois, le secrétaire d’état américain a reconnu qu'il allait falloir discuter avec le fils Assad, coupable de plus de 100,000 morts dans son pays... Il est clair que cette declaration a plu a l'Iran. Mais pas a l'Arabie Saoudite.
D'ailleurs quelques jours plus tard, le president américain a essaye de rattraper le coup, en disant solennellement que l'Arabie Saoudite, malgré ses faiblesses vis a vis des droits de l'homme, restait un allié des Etats Unis. Cause toujours...
Mais pour ne pas déplaire a l'Iran je suppose, les américains n'ont soumis qu'un support tactique modéré a l'Arabie Saoudite. Je le note, a certainement pensé le nouveau roi d'Arabie Saoudite, intronisé le mois dernier.
Les consequences de tout ce souk depuis quelques semaines:
1. La Chine et la Russie doivent bien rigoler...! Si l'Arabie Saoudite reste un allié des Etats Unis, alors les américains ne peuvent plus ouvrir la bouche sur les droits de l'homme envers aucun autre pays!
2. L'Iran et l'Arabie Saoudite ont compris maintenant, grace au premier ministre israélien et au chef des républicains américains, que le president américain n'est pas Maitre chez lui.
Comme déjà écrit dans ce blog, les Républicains et leur allie le premier ministre israélien ont-ils commis un acte de trahison envers les Etats Unis? L'Histoire jugera.
Et les presidents chinois et russes ont du également le noter...

En laissant la situation pourrir entre le gouvernement et l’assemblée legislative, pour des raisons de politique intérieure et d'elections a venir, les politiques américains ont détruit l’autorité de leur gouvernement. Et le premier ministre d'Israel a commencé a scier la branche sur laquelle il était assis.
4. Si l'Arabie Saoudite et les pays sunnites sortent victorieux au Yemen, attendez vous a ce qu'ils s'attaquent aux fils Assad et aux milices chiites en Syrie, en les bombardant au meme titre que le Califat de Syrie et d'Iraq. Une erreur de tir est si vite arrivée a haute altitude... Et l'Arabie Saoudite reste l'objectif et l'ennemi numéro un de ce Califat.

Yesterday, for the first time ever, a coalition of Sunnite countries led by Saudi Arabia has bombed a country in the Middle East, with only a tactic assistance from the USA.
They have bombed the capital of Yemen, the President has already left the city by the way.
Yemen is situated right across Saudi Arabia, a few miles away. Its government is Sunnite, but the militias which are gaining ground in the country are Shiites, helped by Iran.
For over two years now, Iran has been supporting the Shiite government in Syria and its tyrant, the son Assad, with Iranian militia, including the presence of Iranian generals, officially to help the Syrian government, but I will let you guess what help these generals might have brought to the militia, officially fighting the Califat of Syria and Irak...
Iran support officially its militia in Irak and in Syria, which are fighting the Califat of Syria and Irak. But let's make simpler, against all the Sunnites in these two countries...
They have added Yemen now to their territorial conquests.
Except that...
- Yemen is right across Saudi Arabia, a few meters away... Major strategic mistake by Iran. It's a bit as if Russia or China was setting up in Cuba...
- The USA, Canada and Allied forces have been bombing for months Syria and Irak to fight the Califat of Syria and Irak, and so they support the Kurds... and the Shiite militia...
Add to all that that along the two weeks you have heard that the negotiations with Iran regarding nuclear weapons are a priority for the USA.
And last week, for the first time, the American Secretary of State has acknowledged that they were going to have to discuss with the son Assad, the same one responsible for the death of over 100,000 citizens... Clearly, this declaration was welcome by Iran. But not by Saudi Arabia.
By the way, a few days later, the President of the USA tried to soften the stance, saying solemnly that Saudi Arabia. although a bit weak on human rights violation, remained an ally of the USA. Keep talking...
But so they would not anger Iran I guess, the Americans only offered a moderate tactical suport to Saudi Arabia. I'll take note of that, must have thought the king of Saudi Arabia, in place since only a month.
The consequences of all that souk over the last few weeks:
1. China and Russia must be laughing their heads off...! If Saudi Arabia remains an ally of the USA, then the Americans cannot open their mouth anymore regarding human rights violations of any other country!
2. Iran and Saudi Arabia have now realized, thanks to the Prime Minister of Israel and the American Republicans, that the American President was not the boss in his own country.
As already written in this blog, have the American Republicans and their ally the Prime Minister of Israel committed an act of treason against the USA? History will tell.
And the Presidents of Russia and China must have taken note...
3. Since his re-election 3 years ago, the American President is practicing the policy of the peaceful extended hand instead of the guns to your head and canons, preferred by this government of Israel and the American Republicans. And the two priorities of the American President were clearly Peace between Israel and Palestine, and a treaty of non proliferation of nuclear weapons with Iran. I agree.
The Prime Minister of Israel and the American Republicans have just cut his hands, not to say his head.
Read this blog again, for the last years: it is about time that the USA revise their Constitution and that the government be named not by the President, but by a Prime Minister issued from the majority of the Legislative Assembly, like in the old Europe.
By letting the situation get worse between the government and the Legislative Assembly, for interior political reasons, the American politicians have destroyed the authority of their government. And the Prime Minister of Israel has started to saw the branch he was sitting on.
4. If Saudi Arabia and the Sunnite countries end up victorious in Yemen, expect then that they will attack the son Assad and the Shiite militia in Syria and Irak, bombing them as well as the Califat of Syria and Irak. It is so easy to make a mistake from high in the airs... And Saudi Arabia remains the objective and the number one enemy of this Califat.

1. Le parti du premier ministre d'Israel a obtenu moins de 30 sièges sur les 120 de l'assemblée législative.
Est-ce qu'il existe un autre pays dans le monde occidental qui soit gouverné avec moins de 25% des sièges a l'Assemblée legislative?
2. Dix jours avant l'election israélienne, le premier ministre israélien est venu parler devant le Congrès américain, sans en informer au préalable le president américain, et pour critiquer les negotiations en cours entre l'Iran et le gouvernement américain comme leader des autres pays des Nations Unies. Mais ce premier ministre n'en était pas a sa premiere faute de savoir-vivre et de politesse envers le president américain, puisqu'il avait déjà appelé publiquement a ne pas élire le president Obama il y a 3 ans.
3. Vingt quatre heures avant le jour du vote, le premier ministre israelien a déclaré que:
- "durant mon prochain mandat, il n'y aura pas de creation d’état palestinien,
- attention électeurs: les citoyens israeliens arabes vont venir voter en nombre...!"
Je vous rappelle que les USA et les états européens reprochent depuis 4 ans ou plus le jeu de ce premier ministre qui continue les implantations en territoire palestinien et poursuit en fait le rêve du grand Israel, et qui a enfin avoué le fonds de sa pensée.
Je vous rappelle également que par definition, les Israéliens juifs sont tout autant "arabes" et "sémites" que les Israéliens de religion musulmane ou chrétienne.
Face aux divagations et retro-pedalages de ce premier ministre qui menacent d'embraser le Moyen Orient, les solutions sont simples et urgentes:
- Retirer l'état d'Israel de toutes les competitions sportives européennes, pour leur bien: Israel doit apprendre a vivre au Moyen Orient, avec leurs voisins arabes, a commencer sur les terrains de sport.
- Les Nations Unies doivent condamner le gouvernement israélien quand il retient les taxes perçues au nom du gouvernement palestinien, pour des motifs inacceptables, comme la déstabilisation du parti palestinien au pouvoir, le Fatah, et pour faire monter le soutien populaire au Hamas. Ce qui leur permettra ensuite d'argumenter leur refus d'accepter ce gouvernement palestinien...!
- Les Nations Unies doivent reconnaître l’état palestinien immédiatement, pas leur gouvernement, et organiser immédiatement des elections libres, avec dans le meme communiqué un avertissement que les agissements a date du Hamas le qualifient de parti terroriste non-grata pour les Nations Unies. Plus de la moitie des pays du Village reconnaissent déjà l’état palestinien, en faisant la distinction entre la reconnaissance d'un pays, et celle de son gouvernement.
Il faudrait simplement qu'un etat comme la France ou l'Angleterre ait le courage de faire le premier pas.
- Le president des Etats Unis doit annoncer son intention de reconnaitre l'etat palestinien. Oui, il peut le faire... Yes he can...

Is there another country in the Western World which is governed with less than 25% of the seats at the Legislative Assembly?
2. Ten days before election day, the Israeli rime Minister came and talked to the American Congress, without letting the American President know beforehand, and criticized the negotiations in progress between Iran and the American government leading other countries of the United Nations.
But this was not the first proof of lack of education and lack of politeness towards the American President Obama by this Prime Minister, as he had already called publicly for not re-electing him three years ago.
3. Twenty fours hours before election day, the Israeli Prime Minister declared that:
- "with me Prime Minister, there will not be a Palestinian state during my mandate,
- watch it electors: a lot of Israeli Arab citizens are going to come and vote...!"
May I remind you that the USA and the European countries have not liked over the last four years or more the game played by this Prime Minister who keeps building new settlements in Palestinian territory and in fact pursue the dream of the Great Israel, and has finally admitted his deepest conviction.
I will also remind you that, by definition, the Jewish Israelis are as much "Arab" and "Semite" than the Israelis of Muslim or Christian religion.
In front of the waffling on and today's back speech of this Prime Minister, which could set the Middle East on fire, the solutions are simple and urgent:
- Remove the state of Israel from all European sport competitions, for their own good: Israel must learn how to live in the Middle East, with their Arab neighbors, starting on the sport fields.
- The United Nations must condemn the Israeli government when they retain the back payment of the taxes perceived in the name of the Palestinian government, for unacceptable motives, like destabilizing the Palestinian government in power, the Fatah, and increasing popular support for the Hamas. Which will then allow them to have an argument for their refusal to accept this Palestinian government...!
- The United Nations must recognize the state of Palestine immediately, not their government, and organize immediately free elections, with, in the same communicate, a warning that the actions to-date of the Hamas qualify them as a terrorist party non-grata for the United Nations. More than half of the countries in the Village already recognize the state of Palestine, dissociating the recognition of a country and recognition of a government.
All it would take is for a country like France or England to make the first step.
- The President of the USA must announce his intention to recognize the State of Palestine. Yes he can...
- Israel must explain to the United nations how they can still consider themselves a democracy when they are getting ready to vote a law installing a two speed Justice in Israel, one for the Jewish citizens, and another one for the non-Jewish citizens? and when they do not recognize any citizenship / nationality / passport for the 4 millions of people living on the Palestinian territories in Cisjordanian and in the Gaza territories, Israeli or Palestinian citizenship?

1. The political party of the Prime Minister of Israel has obtained less than 30 seats of the 120 seats of the Legislative Assembly.
Is there another country in the Western World which is governed with less than 25% of the seats at the Legislative Assembly?
2. Ten days before election day, the Israeli rime Minister came and talked to the American Congress, without letting the American President know beforehand, and criticized the negotiations in progress between Iran and the American government leading other countries of the United Nations.
But this was not the first proof of lack of education and lack of politeness towards the American President Obama by this Prime Minister, as he had already called publicly for not re-electing him three years ago.
3. Twenty fours hours before election day, the Israeli Prime Minister declared that:
- "with me Prime Minister, there will not be a Palestinian state during my mandate,
- watch it electors: a lot of Israeli Arab citizens are going to come and vote...!"
May I remind you that the USA and the European countries have not liked over the last four years or more the game played by this Prime Minister who keeps building new settlements in Palestinian territory and in fact pursue the dream of the Great Israel, and has finally admitted his deepest conviction.
I will also remind you that, by definition, the Jewish Israelis are as much "Arab" and "Semite" than the Israelis of Muslim or Christian religion.
In front of the waffling on and today's back speech of this Prime Minister, which could set the Middle East on fire, the solutions are simple and urgent:
- Remove the state of Israel from all European sport competitions, for their own good: Israel must learn how to live in the Middle East, with their Arab neighbors, starting on the sport fields.
- The United Nations must condemn the Israeli government when they retain the back payment of the taxes perceived in the name of the Palestinian government, for unacceptable motives, like destabilizing the Palestinian government in power, the Fatah, and increasing popular support for the Hamas. Which will then allow them to have an argument for their refusal to accept this Palestinian government...!
- The United Nations must recognize the state of Palestine immediately, not their government, and organize immediately free elections, with, in the same communicate, a warning that the actions to-date of the Hamas qualify them as a terrorist party non-grata for the United Nations. More than half of the countries in the Village already recognize the state of Palestine, dissociating the recognition of a country and recognition of a government.
All it would take is for a country like France or England to make the first step.
- The President of the USA must announce his intention to recognize the State of Palestine. Yes he can...
- Israel must explain to the United nations how they can still consider themselves a democracy when they are getting ready to vote a law installing a two speed Justice in Israel, one for the Jewish citizens, and another one for the non-Jewish citizens? and when they do not recognize any citizenship / nationality / passport for the 4 millions of people living on the Palestinian territories in Cisjordanian and in the Gaza territories, Israeli or Palestinian citizenship?
