La Turquie a menacé de ne pas respecter son accord avec l'Europe pour retenir les immigres syriens et irakiens (contre quelques milliards d'Euros quand même...) si l'Europe suspendait ses négociations pour l’entrée de la Turquie dans l'Europe.
Je pense que cela suffit. De jouer au chat et a la souris... les deux parties se prenant pour le chat...
La solution est simple:
1. L'Europe ne peut pas céder au chantage d'un dictateur, qui refuse toujours de reconnaître le génocide arménien entre autres, qui a failli être la victime d'un coup d’état et en a profite pour arrêter des dizaines de milliers de personnes, et qui connaîtra la fin de tous les dictateurs, ce n'est qu'une question de temps.
2. Puisqu'un accord pour laisser entrer la Turquie dans l'Europe devrait être soumis au référendum positif de TOUS les pays européens... il vaudrait mieux commencer par le référendum, non?... La volonté de 90% des peuples européens de ne pas accepter la Turquie devrait suffire pour convaincre les politiques européens, et surtout convaincre la Turquie d'abandonner leur rêve ottoman de conquête.
3. Les immigres syriens et irakiens qui traversent en bateau ou a la nage les quelques kms qui séparent les cotes de la Turquie et une petite île grecque (Lesbos) perdue au large de des cotes de la Turquie doivent être refoulés simplement.
- Il faut remettre les frontières de la Grèce et de l'Europe plus près du milieu de la mer Égée qui sépare la Turquie et la Grèce, et non pas a quelques kms des cotes turques.
- Au pire, il n'y a qu'a abandonner les îles trop près des cotes turques (Lesbos, Chios et Samos) et rapatrier tous les grecs qui s'y trouvent vers la mère patrie...
- Et il faut patrouiller aux limites de cette frontiere maritime (comme le font les Australiens le long de leurs cotes) pour refouler immédiatement toute tentative illégale de pénétrer par voie maritime dans les eaux territoriales grecques / européennes.
4. Les Etats Unis qui ont soutenu la Turquie depuis des dizaines d’années, contre les intérêts européens, pour servir leurs intérêts géo-stratégiques (base militaire au minimum pour ravitaillement des avions qui interviennent au Moyen Orient), devront se débrouiller. Si tant est que leur nouvel animateur de spectacles-réalités américains maintenant plongé dans la réalité vraie... maintienne cette priorité (la Turquie... et le Moyen Orient).
5. Enfin, il vaut mieux le répéter: l'Europe ne doit pas céder au chantage d'un dictateur a l'ego démesuré.
Je parle de la Turquie bien sur, pas des Etats Unis...

Turkey has threatened not to respect its agreement with Europe to stop the immigration of Syrians and Irak refugees towards Europe (in exchange of a few billion Euros mind you...) if Europe were to suspend its negotiations towards the entry of Turkey into Europe.
I think that is enough. \To play a game of cat and mouse... both parties believing they are the cat...
The solution is simple:
1. Europe can not give in to the blackmail of dictator, who still refuses to recognize the genocide of the Armenians, who was almost the victim of a coup d’état and took the occasion to arrest dozens of thousands of people, and who will meet the end of all dictators, just give it time.
2. Since an agreement to let Turkey into Europe would have to be approved by referendum by all the European countries... better start by this referendum, no?... The willingness of  90% of the European people not to accept Turkey should be enough to convince the European politicians, and more important to convince Turkey to quit on their Ottoman dream of conquest.
3. The refugees from Syria and Irak who are crossing by boat or swimming the few miles between the coast of Turkey and a small Greek island (Lesbos) lost near the shores of Turkey must be sent back simply. 
- The border between Turkey and Greece should be called back closer to the middle of the Aegean sea, between the two countries, and not a few miles away from the coast of Turkey.
- At worst, why not leaving these islands too close to the Turkey coast (Lesbos, Chios et Samos) and carry back all its inhabitants to the the mother country, Greece... 
- And there should be patrols to the limits of this sea border (like already done by Australia along their coasts) to send back immediately any attempt to come by sea illegally into the sea waters of Greece and Europe.
4. The USA have sided with Turkey for dozens of years, against the European interests, to serve their geo-strategic interests (military base, at least to refuel the American planes involved in the Middle East), will have to sort it out by themselves. Providing that their new reality show master of ceremony now immersed into true reality... confirms that Middle East and Turkey are still a priority.
5. Finally, better say it again: Europe must not give in to the blackmail of a dictator with an over sized ego.
I am talking about Turkey of course, not the USA...

Bilan de Mr Obama / Obama's evaluation

Le président américain Mr Obama a répondu qu'il pensait avoir fait du bon boulot.
En regardant froidement les résultats, je pense que le bilan est mitigé...

- En POLITIQUE EXTÉRIEURE:
Un accord a été signe avec l'Iran pour éviter qu'ils ne se dotent de l'arme nucléaire, et un accord a été signe pour ralentir le réchauffement de la planète. Bravo.
Mais...
* le moyen orient est toujours a feu et a sang, et l'horizon reste bien noir...
* les implantations illégales d’Israël ont continué, sans qu'aucune autre solution innovante ne soit proposée au conflit Israël Palestine, sa priorité il y a 8 ans - voir par exemple sur ce blog un seul état avec 4 provinces et une présidence tournante pour cet état et pour sa capitale Jerusalem?
* le fils Assad est toujours aux commandes en Syrie, et continue de purger son pays avec l'aide de la Russie.
* la relation entre Islam et laïcité n'a jamais été abordée, ici ou la, pour forcer une réflexion par les musulmans sur la séparation de la religion et de du gouvernement. La même réflexion est déjà en cours également en Israël, avec des résultats peu prometteurs a date.
* la prison de Guantánamo a Cuba est toujours ouverte.

- En POLITIQUE INTERIEURE:
Une protection minima de sante (Obamacare) a été mise en place au début de son mandat, et la crise économique causée par les financiers du casino de Wall Street a été surmontée. Bravo.
Mais...
* Les Etats Unis sont plus divisés que jamais, avec une population noire outrée par la conduite de leur police, et ce avec un président noir.
* Le président n'a jamais su gouverner avec une majorité républicaine pendant 6 ans. 6 ans... c'est beaucoup... Au minimum il aurait du tirer des leçons, et proposer une révision de la constitution pour assurer que le gouvernement soit nommé parmi la majorité de l’assemblée législative, comme dans toutes les autres démocraties occidentales, avec un premier ministre.
Et au passage il aurait pu supprimer le collège des grands électeurs et assurer une élection présidentielle au suffrage universel. Trop de républicains en Californie ou a New York ne vont pas aller voter par exemple, inutile, les démocrates vont gagner de toutes façons, et toutes les voix des grands électeurs iront au candidat démocrate, pas a la proportionnelle! Alors la référence des média a une victoire démocrate au vote populaire me laisse froid. Changez les règles, et le résultat final sera...?!! sans doute le même a mon avis, une élection du candidat Trump. Les média oublient que Mme Clinton a recueilli près de 7 millions de voix de moins que Mr Obama...
* Les américains ont voté (avec leurs règles) contre l’établissement politique et financier américain, désavouant les résultats des 6 dernières années de son mandat. Et... le président Obama n'a pas réalisé l'importance de la candidature de Bernie Sanders et les boulets aux pieds de son ancienne secrétaire d’État, aux résultats par ailleurs microscopiques... S'il avait soutenu la candidature de Bernie Sanders, il aurait aujourd'hui de quoi être fier d'avoir entendu le peuple américain, et d'avoir offert au peuple un choix dans leur refus de l’Établissement politique actuel.

Alors Mr Obama, vous pensez toujours avoir fait du bon boulot?
Au vu du résultat de l’élection de votre successeur, je ne peux pas être d'accord avec votre analyse.
Bonne route, et restez quand même près de ce nouveau président... au cas ou...

The American President Mr Obama has answered that he thought he had done a good job.
When I look coldly at the results, I think the results are mixed...

- OUTSIDE THE USA: 
An agreement was signed with Iran to avoid that they get nuclear weapons, and an agreement was signed to slow down the warm-up of our planet. 
But... 
* the Middle East is till on fire, and the horizon is rather black...
* the illegal settlements of Israël kept going, without any other new solution proposed to solve the conflict Isarelo Palestinian, his priority 8 years ago - see for instance on this blog a single State with 4 provinces and a rotating presidency for this State and its capital Jerusalem?
* the son Assad is still  governing Syria,  and keeps purging his country with the help of Russia.
* the relation between Islam and secularism has never been put on the table here or there, to force re-thinking by the Muslims about the separation of religion and governing. The same re-thinking is already in progress in Israël, with very poor results to-date.
* the Guantánamo jail in Cuba is still open.

- INSIDE THE USA: 
A minimum Health protection (Obamacare) was put in place at the beginning of his first mandate, and the economic crisis caused by the financial people in the casino of Wall Street was overcome. 
But...
* The United States are more divided than eve, with a black population outraged by the behavior of their policemen, and this under a black President.
* The President never found how to govern with a Republican majority for 6 years. 6 years... that's a lot... At minimum he should have learned a lesson and propose a revision of their Constitution to make sure that the government is named by the majority of the Legislative Assembly, like in all the other Western democracies, with a Prime Minister.
And on his way, he could have also get rid of the Electoral College and insure a Presidential election with one person equals one vote. Too many Republicans in California or in New York d not go and vote for instance... what's the point... the Democrats are going to vote anyway, and all the voices of the Great Electors will be for the Democrat candidate, no ratio! So the reference of the media for a Democrat win on the popular vote is irrelevant and does not touch me. Change the rules and the result will be...?!! probably the same in my opinion, an election of the candidate Trump. The media are forgetting that Mrs Clinton got almost 7 million votes less than Mr Obama...
* The Americans voted (with their rules) against the political and financial Establishment, disowning the results of his last 6 years. And... President Obama did not realized the importance of the challenge of  Bernie Sanders and the chains and bowls at Mrs Clinton's feet. his former Secretary of State, with anyway only some microscopic results... If he had supported the challenge of Bernie Sanders, he could be proud today of having heard the American people, and of having offered to them a choice for their refusal of the existing political Establishment.

So Mr Obama, you still think you did a good job?
When I see the result of the election of your successor, I cannot agree with your analysis.
Have a good road ahead, and why don't you stay close to this new President... in case...

FRONTIÈRE CANADIENNE - PATROUILLE DE SURVEILLANCE  

DES IMMIGRES CLANDESTINS AMÉRICAINS

Le peuple américain a voté. Le gagnant est Donald Trump, supposement candidat du parti republicain.
A la surprise de tout le monde, mais pas sur ce blog.
Disons que la perdante est la candidate démocrate Hillary Clinton. Alors qu'elle se présentait pour devenir la première femme président du pays le plus puissant militairement dans le Village, elle n'a eu que moins de 52% des votes des femmes américaines, toutes confondues (blanches, noires, marron, rouges et bleues). Elle sera une très bonne représentante de la minorité démocrate au Sénat. Mais a mon avis elle n'avait pas les qualités pour être présidente, et trop de boulets a ses pieds, avec son mari; la fondation Clinton et les largesses non déclarées reçues du Qatar et de l'Arabie Saoudite; l'utilisation d'un serveur prive pour ses emails gouvernementaux, dont certains se sont retrouves sur un portable prive alors qu'elle refusait de les remettre a l’administration américaine; et son expérience désastreuse comme secrétaire d’État (ministre des affaires d’étrangères).
Mme Clinton a également recueilli pres de 7 millions de voix de moins que Barack Obama lors de son election...

90% des journaux des grandes villes soutenaient officiellement Hillary Clinton. Sauf le journal de Las Vegas. Et le Nevada a voté Hillary Clinton! 0 pointé pour la presse écrite!
Quant aux sondages, qui donnaient une avance substantielle a Hillary Clinton, également 0 pointé!
Personne n'avait compris que seuls Bernie Sanders et Donald Trump avaient entendu le ras le bol des citoyens avec leurs politiciens actuels, chacun avec des solutions différentes, très différentes...

En fait... si les américains élisaient leur président comme la majorité des autres démocraties, au suffrage universel a deux tours (et pas comme en Chine, via un collège de grands électeurs), alors nous aurions eu en présence 6 candidats majeurs: Bernie Sanders comme socialiste, Hillary Clinton pour le parti démocrate en voie d'extinction, Ted Cruz pour le parti républicain en voie d'extinction, Donald Trump comme candidat d’extrême droite, le candidat écologique et le candidat libertaire (programme: pas de gouvernement...).
Au deuxième tour, on aurait eu Bernie Sanders contre Donald Trump.
Mais encore faudrait-il que les Américains se décident un jour a réviser leur Constitution (recommandé sur ce blog depuis 3 ans): élection du président a deux tours, au suffrage universel; gouvernement nommé par un premier ministre issu de la majorité a l’Assemblée législative et non pas par le Président; service de santé minimum pour tous y compris les plus démunis; possession et port d'arme limitées a celles existant lors de la signature de la constitution a la fin du 18ème siècle (revolver, fusil a deux coups, et arc et flèches).

Les Américains ont voté a droite et a l’extrême droite, comme plusieurs pays européens depuis quelque temps. Comme pour le Brexit. Par peur de l’Étranger, a leurs frontières ou venant du Moyen Orient ou de Chine.
A qui la faute?
Aux politiciens aux commandes depuis des dizaines d’années, qui ont laisse les financiers et les commerciaux régler le Village sans émettre des règles claires qui correspondent au souci des populations: bonheur, paix, sécurité, plein emploi et repartition décente des richesses.

L'Europe par exemple: avant de l’élargir, il fallait attendre que les 12, voir les 6... uniformisent tout a 100%: la retraite; les taxes sur les particuliers, sur les sociétés, et sur les placements financiers a cour terme; la protection de la santé; les règles pour une immigration raisonnable qui permet de ne pas créer de ghettos et de donner une vraie chance aux immigrés; des taxes ciblées pour quelques importations; etc...

A quoi peut-on s'attendre de l’Amérique dans les mois qui viennent?
Mes prédictions...
- Un juge républicain, de droite a la Cour Suprême, pour ne pas dire d’extrême droite, ce qui va faire pencher la majorite vers la droite... avec des conséquences a craindre pour le droit a l'avortement et la peine de mort.
- Une diminution des fonds versés a l'OTAN. A vous de jouer messieurs dames les européens, et de payer.
- Un désengagement du Moyen Orient sous quelques mois, après la défaite du Califat de Syrie et d'Iraq. L'Iran et l'Arabie Saoudite devront se débrouiller. Avec la Russie. Les troupes américaines vont rentrer au pays. Quand a Israël, le prêt a fonds perdus a déjà été voté en urgence cet automne, pour les 10 ans a venir.
- Des taxes ciblées pour certains produits en provenance de Chine.
- Une réduction des taxes pour les entreprises américaines et les particuliers les plus riches. Les entreprises seront mises en demeure de rapatrier les emplois aux USA.
- La fin D’Obama-care et le développement des protection de sante privées.
- Le développement des soins de santé y compris dentaires et radiographies offerts par plus de camions itinérants et par des associations bénévoles, religieuses en majorité.
Et bien sur...
- Un délai anormal pour les demandes de visa de toute personne du Village en provenance d'un pays a majorité musulmane,
- Un contrôle de la frontière mexicaine plus musclé, avec un mur ou une barrière électrifiée de plusieurs mètres de haut sur certaines sections,
- Une progression des demandes d'asile politique au Canada par les américains... Le site internet des services d'immigration au Canada a déjà disjoncté hier soir, sérieusement... et j'ai prévenu mes amis américains que je n'ai que deux chambres d'amis disponibles, premier arrivé premier servi... D'ailleurs le Canada se prépare depuis ce matin a une immigration clandestine américaine illégale (voir la photo ci-dessus).

The American people voted. The winner is Donald Trump, supposedly the candidate of the Republican party.
To everybody's surprise, but not on this blog.

Let's say that the loser is the Democrat candidate Hillary Clinton. While she was trying to be the first woman president of the more powerful military country in the Village, she only got less than 52% of the votes of the American women, all together (white, black, brown, red and blue). She will be a very good representative of the Democratic party, minority in the Senate. But in my opinion she did not have the qualities to be a President, and too many balls and chains at her feet, with her husband; the Clinton foundation and the nice gifts not declared but received from Qatar and Saudi Arabia; the utilisation of a private server for her government emails, some of which turned out on a private laptop while she was refusing to give them to the American administration; and her catastrophic experience as Secretary of State (minister of Foreign Affairs).
Mrs Clinton has also received close to 7 millions less voices than Barack Obama when he was elected...

90% of the newspapers in the big cities were officially supporting Hillary Clinton. Except the newspaper in Las Vegas. But Nevada voted Hillary Clinton! so a big 0 for the media!
As for the polls which were giving a substantial advance to Hillary Clinton, also a big 0!
Nobody understood that only Bernie Sanders and Donald Trump had heard the enough is enough of the citizens towards their actual politicians, but each with different solutions, very different...

In fact... if the Americans were electing their President like the other democracies, two rounds 2 weeks apart, with one person equals one vote (and not like in China, through a college of big electors), then we would have had 6 major candidates: Bernie Sanders as a Socialist, Hillary Clinton for the dwindling Democratic party, Ted Cruz for the dwindling Republican  party, Donald Trump for the extreme right, an Ecologist candidate and Libertarian candidate (program: no government...).
After the first vote, we would have had left Bernie Sanders versus Donald Trump.
But for that it would be necessary for Americans to decide to amend their Constitution (recommended on this blog over the last 3 years): election of the President with two rounds, one person one vote; government named by a Prime Minister taken in the majority at the Legislative Assembly, and not named by the President; minimum Health services for all including for those with no resources; owning and bearing a weapon limited to the weapons existing when their Constitution was signed in the 18th Century (revolver, gun with 2 bullets, and bow and arrow).

The Americans did vote, for the right and the extreme right, like many European countries recently. Like for the Brexit. For fear of the Foreigner. at their border or coming from the Middle East or China.
Who is at fault?
The politicians in charge since dozens of years, who left the financial and commercial communities rule the Village without issuing some clear rules which represented the will of the citizens: happiness, peace, security, full employment and a decent share of the wealth between all.

Take Europe for instance: before welcoming more members, they should have stayed at 12 countries, maybe even only the first 6... and get everything standardized at 100%: retirement conditions; taxes on people, companies, and short term financial deals; Health protection; rules for a reasonable and responsible immigration not allowing ghettos and giving a true chance to the immigrants; some  import taxes for some products; etc...

What can we expect fromt the USA in the months to come?
My 5 cents forecast...
- A Republican judge at the Supreme Court, from the right, not to say from the extreme right, which tilts the majority of the Court to the right... with consequences to be expected for the right to abort and the death penalty.
- Less funds given to NATO. Your call from now on ladies of gentlemen from Europe. And your cash.
- Getting out of the Middle East within a few months after defeating the Caliphate of Syria and Irak. Iran and Saudi Arabia will have to sort it out. With Russia. The American troops will come back home. As for Israël, the loan without conditions was already voted urgently this Autumn, for the next 10 years.
- Some taxes for some products from China
 Less taxes for thee American companies and the richest people. Companies will be asked to get their production back in the
- The end of Obama care, and more private health insurance companies
More and more health care offered freely (including for x-rays and dentists) by trucks moving from one city to another, and by associations, religious ones principally.
And of course...
- An abnormal long time tof review requests for visas from anyone in the village living in a mostly Muslim country.
- More control of the Mexico border, with a wall or an electrified fence over 10 feet high in some sections
- More requests by Americans for political asylum  in Canada... The Internet site of Canada immigration was overloaded yesterday evening, seriously... and I already told my American friends that I only have 2 guest bedrooms, first come first serve... Matter of fact, since this morning, Canada is getting ready for an illegal American immigration (see picture above)

Année du singe pour Mme Clinton? Monkey year for Mrs Clinton?

Le patron du FBI américain a obtenu une autorisation d'un juge pour enquêter sur les emails de la candidate présidentielle Hillary Clinton, retrouvés sur l'ordinateur personnel d'un député, qui a divorcé en Août d'avec la secrétaire particulière / vice présidente de campagne de Hillary Clinton.
La question n'est pas de savoir si ces emails sont les mêmes ou pas que ceux que le FBI a déjà examines, et pour lesquels le FBI avait déjà conclu "qu'il n'y avait pas intention criminelle de ne pas avoir utilisé le serveur du gouvernement, mais que cela avait singulièrement manqué de jugement..."

Quel que soit le contenu de ces nouveaux ou anciens emails, provenant du serveur particulier de Hillary Clinton, la vraie question est qu'ils se trouvent sur un ordinateur particulier, et donc ils ont pu être vendus a un gouvernement étranger... comme tous les autres emails reçus sur le serveur particulier de madame Clinton. Si quelques milliers ont pu être récupérés,... alors tous ont pu être récupérés! et pas forcement par des amis des Etats Unis.
Et la vraie question est comment se fait-il que des milliers d'email de Hillary Clinton se retrouvent sur un ordinateur particulier...? Qui a reçu une copie des autres milliers?

En conclusion: l'utilisation d'un serveur privé par un secrétaire d’état américain (ministre des affaires étrangères) pour ses emails n'est peut-être pas d'intention criminelle (quoique la loi le lui interdisait...) mais elle est certainement inacceptable pour un membre du gouvernement, et démontre le manque de réflexion et de jugement de Madame Clinton, peu apte a mon avis a diriger la barre du pays le plus puissant dans le Village.
Le chef du FBI ne va pas lâcher sa proie aussi facilement... ni les juges républicains...
Mme Clinton et sa secrétaire particulière peuvent se préparer a recevoir quelques questions...
Heureusement, je ne suis pas américain, et n'aurais pas a choisir entre les candidats a l’élection présidentielle américaine et une partie de pèche avec des amis.

PS: Si le FBI avait attendu l’élection présidentielle, peut-être Mme Clinton aurait-elle pu refuser de témoigner pendant ses 4 ans, si élue présidente? Cela me rappelle le président français Mr Sarkozy...

PS: 2016 est l’année du singe de feu pour les Chinois... Les singes aiment jouer des tours, et rechercher des objectifs qu'ils ne pourront pas atteindre... Je vois... Année du Singe pour Mme Clinton?

The boss of the American FBI has obtained a warrant from a judge to investigate the emails of the candidate Hillary Clinton, found on the personal laptop of a member of the Congress, who just separated from his wife, the personnel secretary / vice President of her campaign of Mrs Clinton.
The question is not to know if these emails are the same or not than those already analysed by the FBI, and for which the FBI had concluded that there was no criminal intent not to use the government server, but it had been an especially poor judgement...

Whatever the content o these emails, new or old, coming from the personal server of Mrs Clinton, the true question is that they are on a personal laptop, and so they could have been sold to a foreign government... as all the emails received on the personal server of Mrs Clinton. If a few thousands were able to be recuperated... then they all were subject to recuperation, and not necessarily by friends of the USA.
And the real question is how come thousands of personal emails of Hillary Clinton end up on a personal laptop...? Who received a copy of the other thousands?

In conclusion: the utilization of a private server by an American Secretary of State (minister of foreign affairs) for her emails might not be of a criminal intent (although the law was forbidding her to do it...) but it is certainly unacceptable for a member of the government, and demonstrates the lack of thinking and judgement of Mrs Clinton, not trustworthy to manage the government of the most powerful country in the Village.
The boss of the FBI is not going to let its prey go that easy... nor the Republican judges... Mrs Clinton and her private secretary can get ready to receive a few questions...
Thanks God, I am not an American citizen, and will not have to choose between the candidates and a fishing party with friends.

PS: If the FBI had waited after the presidential election, maybe Mrs Clinton would then have been able to refuse testimony during her 4 years, if elected President? Reminds me of the French President Sarkozy...

PS: 2016 is the year of the fire monkey for the Chinese... Monkeys like to play tricks or to aim for things they will not be able to reach... I see... Monkey year for Mrs Clinton?

Tony Blair était le représentant du Royaume Uni au Conseil de l'Europe lors de la campagne pour rester ou non dans l'Europe. Et pourtant, on ne l'a pas entendu pendant la campagne... car le premier ministre anglais Cameron pensait sans doute que ses interventions ne seraient pas appréciées par le public anglais, pour cause de guerre en Irak entre autres.
Tony Blair vient de proposer de donner une seconde chance aux Anglais en tenant un second référendum une fois que les conditions de sortie de l'Europe seront clairement établies. Y compris les risques de départ de l'Ecosse et l'Irlande...
Je reviens de quelques jours en Angleterre, et c'est vrai que les deux commentaires que j'ai le plus entendus ont été:
- "Si j'avais réalisé ce qui risquait d'arriver, j'aurais voté pour rester dans l'Europe...
- Le gouvernement ou les opposants auraient du nous présenter clairement les deux options, avec leurs avantages et leurs inconvénients..."
Je suis d'accord avec Tony Blair, il faut donner une seconde chance aux anglais l'an prochain, quand les conséquences du vote BREXIT seront mieux connues.

Et je me demandais... est-ce que les démocrates et les républicains américains pourraient également avoir une seconde chance de voter pour le candidat qui va les représenter a l’élection présidentielle dans 10 jours? Maintenant que la personnalité de Donald Trump et les agissements passés du Fonds Clinton sont mieux connus (emails toujours avenir par contre)...
On pourrait avoir Bernie Sanders contre Ted Cruz, et entendre parler un peu plus des programmes en compétition...
De toutes façons, si l’assemblée législative américaine reste a droite (renouvellement d'un tiers dans 10 jours), un président américain démocrate ne pourra pas plus avancer que le président Obama depuis 6 ans.... et la Chine et la Russie ont tireront des conséquences...

Tony Blair was the representative of the UK to the European Council when the referendum was held in the UK, for staying or not in the European Union. And yet, we never heard him during the campaign. The then Prime Minister of the UK, Bill Cameron, was probably thinking that his meddling into the campaign would do more harm than good, because of the war in Irak among other things.
Tony Blair has just proposed to give a second chance to the UK citizens by holding a second referendum once the conditions for getting out of the European Union are better known. Including the risk of seeing Scotland and Northern Ireland leave the United Kingdom...
I just came back from England and I must admit that the two comments I heard the most were:
- "If I had realized what were the risks of leaving, I would have voted to stay in Europe
- The government should have presented to us both options more clearly, with their advantages and disadvantages."
I agree with Tony Blair, the UK citizens must be given a second chance next year, when the consequences of the BREXIT are better known.

And I was just wondering... could the American Democrats and Republicans have a second chance to choose their representative for the presidential election in 10 day? Now that the personality of Donald Trump and the dubious actions of the Clinton Fund are better known (emails still to come mind you)...
We could have Bernie Sanders against Ted Cruz, and hear a bit more about the programs in question...
Anyway, if the American Legislative Assembly remains on the right conservative side (one third being renewed in 10 days), an American Democrat president will not be able to do more than President Obama since 6 years... and China and Russia are going to draw their conclusions...

Get your dollars ready for the auction in January 2017:

* ONU, pourquoi faire? United Nations, what for?

Les Nations Unies ont été créées en Octobre 1945. De temps en temps, on se demande a quoi sert cette organisation, surtout quand on voit les effets des guerres qui se succèdent dans le Village.
N'oubliez pas que les Nations Unies sont composées de plusieurs organismes, dont les principaux sont:
1. L’Assemblée Générale, qui permet a tous les pays de s'exprimer devant les autres pays, sur les sujets qui préoccupent les habitants du Village.
Les guerres sont le sujet le plus abordé. Mais a quand un débat sur l'Islam radical politique terroriste et sur la laïcité?... On ne débat pas des sujets trop brûlants?...
2. Le Conseil de Sécurité, qui prend des résolutions pour la paix et la sécurité des habitants du Village, avec 5 membres permanents et 10 membres temporaires (élus pour 2 ans).
Sauf que... les casques bleus ne sont mis en place que pour protéger une paix déjà en place, et sauf que les cinq membres permanents ont un droit de veto: USA, Chine, Russie, France, Angleterre.
Mais vous vous souvenez la dernière fois que les USA, la Russie et la Chine étaient d'accord sur un sujet...?! moi pas... Il faudrait au moins exiger 2 veto pour bloquer une résolution a mon avis.
3. La Cour Internationale de Justice de La Haye. Mais une poignée de pays, dont les USA et Israël refusent d'en faire partie et ne reconnaissent pas cette institution.
Faudrait-il alors exclure ces pays du Conseil de Sécurité?... pour moi oui...
4. Organisation mondiale de la Santé. Chargée d’améliorer la santé des habitants du Village. Mais leur budget n'est que de 1 milliard de dollars payé par les états, et 3 milliards de contributions volontaires.
Dans ces conditions, pourquoi les milliardaires américains créent-ils leurs propres organisations pour éradiquer telle ou telle maladie? pourquoi ne pas se presenter a la presidence de l'Organisation Mondiale de la Sante et y verser leurs fonds? Bill Gates et Warrren Buffet ont promis de se debarrasser de 90% de leurs fortune, soit plus de 100 milliards de dollars...!

Vous vous demandez toujours pourquoi les Nations Unies ont l'air de ne pas marcher? moi pas...
Et au vu des commentaires ci-dessus, je propose même de déménager le siège de l’Assemblée Générale de New York USA vers un pays démocratique neutre.
Je propose le Canada, et Montréal, une ville qui parle déjà toutes les langues du monde, y compris le français, la langue des anciennes cours royales européennes; l'anglais, la langue internationale d'Internet; et depuis deux ou trois ans, le chinois...

The United Nations were created in October 1945. From time to time, we ask ourselves what use are they, mainly when we see the effects of one war after another in the Village.
Don't forget the United Nations are made of many different organisations, the main ones being:
1. The General Assembly, which allows all countries to express themselves in front of all other countries, regarding subjects which are worrying the people in the Village.
Wars are the subject the more discussed. But when are we going to have a debate about political radical terrorist Islam and secularism?... No room for subjects too hot?...
2. The Security Council, which takes resolutions for peace and security of people in the Village, with 5 permanent members, and 10 temporary members (elected for 2 years). 
Except that... the blue helmets are only put in place to protect peace once it is established, and except that the 5 permanent members have a right to veto any resolution: USA, China, Russia, France, England. 
But do you remember when was the last time that USA, Russia and China agreed on a subject...?! I don't... In my opinion at least 2 veto should be necessary to veto a resolution.
3. The International Court of Justice of The Hague. But a few countries, among them the USA and Israel, refuse to recognize this Court and abide by their resolutions.
Should we then exclude these countries from the Security Council?... For me, yes...
4. World Health Organisation. In charge of making health better for everyone in the Village. But their budget is only 1 billion dollars paid by the countries, and 3 billions from free donations.
Under these conditions, why are the American billionaires creating their own organisations to stop this ot that sickness? why not be a candidate for the presidency of that World Health Organisation and give it their money? Bill Gates and Warren Buffet did promise to get rid of 90% of their fortune, ie more than 100 billions of dollars...!

You are still wondering why the United Nations do not seem to work? I don't... 
And based on all above comments, I even propose to move the head office of the United nations from New York USA towards a democratic neutral country. 
I propose Canada, and Montreal, a city which already speaks all the languages of the world, including French, the language of the old European royal circles; English, the international language of Internet; and since a couple of years, Chinese...
