Le G20 réunit les 20 pays du Village avec l'économie la plus forte. Ils se sont réunis en Italie hier et ont pris deux décisions importantes: taxer les sociétés a 15% minimum (y compris en Irlande qui taxait a 12%), et se donner un objectif de réchauffement climatique de maximum 1.5 deg C par rapport a la normale de la fin du siècle dernier, en commençant par arrêter toute subvention nationale pour l'industrie du charbon... il était temps d'y penser, non...! Mais bon rien sur les subventions nationales pour l'industrie pétrolière... faut pas pousser quand meme... et les USA et l'Arabie Saoudite auraient voté contre...

Ensuite... tous ces dirigeants sont partis a toute vitesse avec leurs ministres, secrétaires, familles, etc pour l'Ecosse ou se tient aujourd'hui un sommet contre le réchauffement climatique qui devrait essayer de proposer des engagements plus concrets de chaque participant... 

Donc a priori au moins 20 Airbus A380 entre l Italie et l Ecosse hier après midi... plus les limousines et SUV blindées dans les deux pays. Consommation de pétrole au total de ces transports au moins...? ou plus...

On aurait pu tenir les deux conférences dans le meme pays, non?... mais bon, faudrait prévoir en avance, réfléchir, et être concret... je vois... touche pas à ma conférence!... bla bla bla...

Note: Au premier rang de la photo, au milieu, l'Arabie Saoudite, qui a promis d'être à zero carbone émission avant 2080, ou quelque chose comme ca... on avance je suppose!... bla bla bla...

Note: La Russie et la Chine n'étaient pas présents en personne, mais seulement par video conference (zéro emission carbone), et donc 2 Airbus 320 en moins... mais le rouge, couleur du peuple dans ces deux pays, était quand même présent grace aux pompiers italiens dans la photo... 

Et j'ai bien peur qu'il va falloir embaucher partout plus de pompiers pour enrayer la révolte climatique et parer aux catastrophes climatiques de plus en plus fréquentes et importantes partout dans le Village...

TRANSLATION IN PROGRESS

The G20 assemble the 20 countries of the Village with the stronger economy. They met in Italy yesterday and took two important decisions: tax companies at 15% minimum (including Ireland which was taxing at 12%), and fix the objective of climate warming at maximum 1.5 deg C compared to the average at the end of last century, starting with stopping any national help to the coal industry... about time, no...! But wait, nothing about the national help to the petroleum industry... dont ask for too much... and the USA and Saudi Arabia would have voted against...

Then... all these leaders flew quickly with their ministers, secretaries, families, etc to Scotland where today is held a meeting against the climate warming to try proposing some more detailed promises from each participant... 

So I guess at least 20 Airbus A380 between Italy and Scotland yesterday afternoon... plus the armored limousines and SUV in both countries. Total consumption of petroleum for these events and transfer at least...? or more...

Both conferences could have been held in the same country, no?... but I see, there would have to be some planning ahead, to think and be practical... I see... leave my conference alone!... bla bla bla...

Note: At the first row of the picture, in the middle, Saudi Arabia, which promised to be zero carbon emission by 2080, or something like that... it's a step forward I guess!... bla bla bla...

Note: Russia and China were not present in person, but only by video conference (zero carbon emission), and so 2 Airbus 320 less... but the red, colour of the people's revolution in these two countries was still present in the picture thanks to the Italian firemen... 

And I am afraid that we will need to hire more firemen everywhere to stop the climate revolution and see to the climate catastrophes more and more frequent and important everywhere in the Village...

Drogues - Narcotics

Le patron du clan qui écoulait la majorité des drogues dures consommées aux USA a été arrêté dans le nord de la Colombie, avec l'aide des services des renseignements des USA qui l'avaient repéré dans la forêt au nord de la Colombie. Il dormait sous la tente, n'avait pas de téléphone, et changeait de place souvent. La belle vie, près de la nature...

Le président de la Colombie a célébré cette arrestation, très fier de son armée. Surtout que les américains avaient une prime de 5 millions de dollars pour sa capture, et ont demandé son extradition pour le juger et le mettre en prison, ce qui permettra à la Colombie de ne pas être responsable de sa sécurité et de le voir s'échapper des prisons colombiennes sous quelques jours avec de l'aide extérieure.

Je me demande quand meme lequel de ses adjoint ou gardes du corps va toucher les 5 millions de dollars...

Alors... j'ai deux questions pour vous...
1. Pensez vous que ce patron du cartel de drogue le plus puissant au monde ne sera pas remplacé, et que le trafic de drogue vers les USA va être arrêté par cette arrestation ou même légèrement perturbé...? Je precise qu'aucun des adjoints présents avec lui n'a été arrêté, l'armee n'ayant envoyé que 500 militaires et 20 hélicoptères... Alors, votre réponse?... Je suis d'accord avec vous... 
2. Comment se fait-il que les services américains (fédéraux et... dans chaque état...) n'arrivent pas à localiser les importateurs et distributeurs à haut niveau aux USA, et à les arrêter?... vous pouvez répéter, je n'ai pas entendu votre réponse...?

The boss of the drug clan which was sending most of the hard drugs consumed in the USA, was arrested in the north of Colombia, with the help of the American secret services which had localised him in the north of Colombia. He was sleeping under a tent, did not use a phone, and was changing spot often. The nice life, near nature...

The President of Colombia did celebrate this arresting operation, very proud of his army. Even more as the Americans had put a bounty of 5 millions dollars on his head, and have asked for him to be extradited to the USA to be judged and put in jail, which will allow Colombia not to be responsible for his safety and to see him escape from the Colombian jails within days with some outside help.

I still wonder which of his lieutenants or body guards is going to get the 5 millions dollars...

So... I have two questions for you...
1. Do you think that this boss of the most powerful cartel in the world will not be replaced, and that narcotics traffic towards the USA is going to be stopped or even slightly disturbed...? Let me add that none of his lieutenants with him was arrested, as the army had only sent 500 military personnel and 20 helicopters... So, your answer?... I agree with you... 
2. How come the American agencies (Federal and... in each State...) cannot locate the people importing and those distributing, at a high level, in the USA, and to arrest them?... can you repeat, I did not hear your answer...?

My Lai (Vietnam du sud)

Mi Septembre, alors qu'ils fuyaient l'Afghanistan, les militaires américains ont tué avec une attaque par drone une douzaine de civils afghans dont plusieurs enfants, en affirmant qu'ils s'apprétaient à commettre un attentat. Un barbu en djellaba qui transporte des gros bidons dans la malle d'un SUV, vu d'un écran du Pentagone, c'est une très forte présomption, non?

Un journal américain avait contredit le Pentagone après enquête. Après plusieurs jours les militaires américains ont finalement admis que les civils avaient été tués par erreur... la voiture transportait des bidons d'eau potable, le chauffeur travaillait pour une ONG, et l'explosion de sa voiture avait également tué ses 4 enfants.

Un mois après cette tragédie, les militaires américains viennent de faire une proposition de dédommager matériellement les familles des victimes, et même d'aider les membres de la famille qui le souhaitent à s'etablir aux États Unis. Mieux vaut tard que jamais, merci. 

Mais... deux questions...

1. Ca vaut combien la vie de leurs maris et de leurs 4 enfants pour les veuves afghanes...?

2. Toutes les guerres tuent plus de civils que de militaires / combattants armés... Et les militaires américains ont tué en 20 ans une partie des 70,000 civils tués en Afghanistan et au Pakistan (avant de quitter sans gloire ou résultats) et sans doute une partie des 200,000 civils tués en Irak depuis 2003. Est-ce que les militaires américains pourraient offrir aux familles de ces civils du Moyen Orient les mêmes indemnités et le même droit à une nouvelle vie aux USA...? un petit effort Mr Biden...

PS: J'allais oublier, même question pour les familles des 400 civils massacrés par les militaires américains pendant le massacre de Ma Lai au Vietnam du Sud fin des années 60... Ne parlons pas des familles des civils massacrés par les 2 bombes atomiques américaines sur le Japon, au lieu de bombarder éventuellement des sites militaires ou gouvernementaux... je ne pense pas qu'il y a eu beaucoup de survivants.

Vous voulez moins de guerres et de civils innocents tués dans le Village...? Demandons aux USA de diviser par 2 leur budget militaire et d'utiliser l'argent pour combattre la pauvreté dans leur pays... voire ce blog du 1 Septembre... mais toute réduction de leur budget militaire sera la bienvenue!

Et j'attends toujours qu'un pays du Village suive ma proposition faite depuis 3 ans de créer un "ministère de la Paix"... different du ministère des armées et de la défense.

Mid September, as they were running away out of Afghanistan, the American military killed with a drone attack a dozen Afghan civilians including many children, saying that they were getting ready to make an attack. A bearded guy wearing a djellaba who is carrying big cans into a SUV trunk, as seen from a computer screen in the Pentagone, that is a strong presumption, no?

An American newspaper did oppose the Pentagone version after having investigated. After a few days, the American military finally admitted that the civilians had been killed by mistake... the car was carrying potable water cans, the driver was working for a NGO, and the explosion of his car also killed his 4 kids.

One month after this tragedy, the American military have proposed to compensate the families of the victim with cash, and even to help those members who so desired to come and live in the USA. Better late than never, thank you. 

But... two questions...

1. How much are worth the lives of their husbands and 4 children for the afghan widows...?

2. All wars killed more civilians than soldiers / armed fighters... And the American military did kill over the past 20 years part of the 70,000 civilians killed in Afghanistan and in Pakistan (before leaving without glory or any results), and no doubt some of the 200,000 civilians killed in Irak since 2003. Could the American military offer to the families of these civilians the same cash and right to come and have a new life in the USA...? come on Mr Biden, you can do it...

PS: I almost forgot, same question for the families of the 400 civilians killed by the American military in the Ma Lai massacre in South Vietnam in the 60s... Let's mot talk about the families of the civilians massacred by the 2 American atomic bombs over Japan, instead of bombing eventually some military or government buildings... I don't think there were many survivors.

You want less wars and innocent civilians killed in the Village...? Let's ask the USA to cut in half their military budget and fight instead poverty in their country... see this blog dated September 1... but any downsizing of their military budget will be welcome! 

And I am still waiting for a country in the Village to follow my recommendation made over 3 years ago to create a "minister of Peace"... separately from the minister of Defense and military.

Et si vous ne résidez pas aux Etats Unis... pas de problème... D'après cette ONG, les Etats Unis accueillent 21% du marché mondial des services financiers destinés aux non-résidents...

 

Quant au seul critère d'opacité financière, les Etats Unis arrivent médaille d'argent, deuxième place, juste derrière les Iles Caiman. Encore un effort... bientôt l'or...?

Surprise... le parti du président Putin a remporté ce jour une écrasante majorité aux élections!

C'est vrai que les bulletins de vote pour ses opposants principaux avaient été declarés hors la loi et retirés... décision écologique je suppose, pour pas gâcher du papier... Ah la justice indépendante russe... et le président russe!

FRANCE

Des militaires algériens (Harkis) avaient servi la France lors de la deuxième guerre mondiale, et avaient continué à servir la France ensuite dans leur pays. Avec l'accès à l'indépendance de l'Algérie en 1962, ils ont alors été traités comme des parias / traitres par le Front de Liberation Nationale avec les conséquences qu'on peut imaginer... Et les harkis que la France avait rapatriés en France n'avaient fait l'objet d'aucune reconnaissance ou aide des citoyens ou du gouvernement.

Le président français vient de demander pardon pour leur traitement... 60 ans plus tard... et quelques jours après le décès de l'ancien president algérien poupée morte-vivante dans les mains du FLN depuis des années. Je suppose que les enfants et petits enfants de ces harkis apprécieront... ils vont quand même attendre que les actes suivent les paroles.

Ah ces présidents français... depuis 1962...

USA - France - Europe

La France avait signé il y a deux ans un contrat avec l'Australie pour la fourniture de 12 sous marins, pour une meilleure défense et surveillance du Pacifique autour de l'Australie.

Mais après le départ désastreux d'Afghanistan ce mois ci (après 20 ans), et la déclaration du président Biden que les USA ne seraient plus impliqués dans le choix des gouvernements étrangers... les militaires américains ont du redoubler d'astuce pour trouver des débouchés aux armements américains... Et ils ont convaincu l'Australie de déchirer le contrat avec la France en échange de recevoir des sous marins a propulsion nucléaire... pour aider les USA a surveiller la Chine en mer de Chine...! D'un role pacifique de surveillance des mers autour de l'Australie, les sous marins australiens vont se voir donner un nouveau role par les USA, celui d'aider les USA à surveiller la mer de Chine au milieu des sous marins chinois... Qu'en pensent les australiens?...

Et les militaires américains ont réussi à faire prendre cette décision à l'Australie, sans en discuter avec la France, un allié de longue date... depuis la naissance et l'indépendance des USA... A mon avis une discussion franco-américaine aurait pu aboutir a un arrangement comme 6 sous marins français pour rester dans les mers australiennes, et 6 sous marins américo-australiens pour aller titiller les sous marins chinois? Quoi qu'en dise le président américain, les militaires américains continueront de favoriser la confrontation avec d'autres pays pour mieux vendre des armements... et des munitions... Pour changer les choses dans le Village, il faudrait diviser le budget des militaires américains par 4, ou 8... (voir blogs précédents)

Les ordres pour ces sous marins seront très certainement donnés par les militaires américains, depuis le Pentagone... tout comme l'attaque d'un drone a Kabul qui a tué une dizaine de civils par erreur dont des enfants, confondant sur l'écran d'un bureau au Pentagone, un barbu en djellaba porteur de bidons d'eau potable, et membre d'une organisation humanitaire, avec un barbu islamiste en djellaba porteur de bidons d'explosifs...?

Quant à la Chine, elle n'a jamais envahi un autre pays... alors l'Australie et ses kangourous...

Mais consolation pour les australiens... l'accord prévoirait que tous les cuisiniers à bord et les DJs seraient 100% australiens... ah... je respire... la culture australienne sera sauve...

Les paroles du gouvernement américain ne pourront jamais s'opposer aux démarches commerciales des militaires américains tant que le budget militaire ne sera pas amputé....

Quant à la confiance avec les alliés européens, elle était déjà au plus bas avec le president Trump, elle est maintenant... encore plus bas... ah... ce vieux president des USA... parle bien mais pas d'action en harmonie?

USA - Canada - Chine

La juge canadienne, qui doit annoncer en octobre sa décision concernant la demande des USA pour l'extradition de la chinoise vice présidente et chef officier financier de Huawei, a déjà fait la remarque aux avocats des USA que leurs arguments n'étaient pas très convaincants face aux arguments de la defense, et que compte tenu qu'il n y avait eu aucun dommage a aucune partie, la demande paraissait disproportionnée avec la raison invoquée...

Alors... le ministre de la justice des USA serait en discussion pour négocier (avant la décision de la juge canadienne) un abandon de la demande d'extradition (voulue par l'ancien président Trump) en échange d'une déclaration de Huawei... pour sauver la face des USA... 

Ah la justice des USA... et le président des USA...

Surprise... the party of President Putin won today the elections by a huge margin!

It is true though that the ballots with the names of his main opponents had been outlawed and taken away... So as not to waste paper... ecologic decision I guess... Ah the independent Russian justice... and the Russian President!

FRANCE

Some Algerian military ("Harkis") did serve France during the second world war, and did keep serving France after in their country. With the independence of Algeria in 1962, they were then treated as traitors by the FLN, with the consequences you can imagine... And the harkis that France had moved back to France did not get any recognition or help from the citizens or from the French government.

The French President has just asked for forgiveness for their treatment... 60 years later... and a few days after the death of the former Algerian President, a dead-living doll in the hands of the FLN for many years. I suppose that the children and grandchildren of these harkis will appreciate... they will wait though that action follows the words.

Ah these French Presidents... since 1962...

USA - France - Europe

France signed two years ago a contract with Australia to supply them 12 sub marines, for a better defense and surveillance around Australia.

But after the disastrous departure from Afghanistan this month and the declaration of President Biden that the USA would not participate any more in the choice of foreign governments... the American military had to be twice as smart to find some new contrats for American weapons... And they convinced Australia to tear up the contract with France in exchange to receive submarines with nuclear engines... to help the USA look at China in the Sea of China...! From a pacific role to watch the seas around Australia, the Australian submarines are going to get a new role from the USA, ie to help the USA watch the Sea of China in the middle of Chinese submarines... what do Australians think?...

And the American military succeeded  in having Australia make this decision, without talking with France, a long time ally... since the birth and the independence of the USA... In my opinion a discussion between French and American could have ended with an agreement like 6 French submarines to stay in the Australian seas, and 6 American-Australian submarines to go and play with the Chinese submarines? No matter what the American President says, the American military will keep choosing confrontation with other countries to better sell weapons... and ammunitions... To change things in the Village, the American military budget should be divided by 4, or 8... (see previous blogs)

The orders for these submarines will certainly be given by the American military, from the Pentagone... just like the attack with a drone in Kabul which killed a dozen of civilians by mistake including some children, due to a confusion on a screen in the Pentagone, a bearded man in a djellaba carrying jerrycans of potable water, and member of a humanitarian organisation, with a bearded man in a djellaba carrying jerrycans full of explosives...?

As for China, it never invaded another country... so Australia and its kangaroos...

But consolation for the Australians... the contract apparently call for the cooking chefs and the DJs on board to be 100% Australians... ah... we can breath... the Australian culture is safe...

The words of the American government will never weigh much against the commercial manoeuvers of the American military as long as the military budget will not be cut....

As for the trust with the European allies, it was already pretty low with President Trump, it is now... even lower... ah... this old American President... nice talk but no matching action?

USA - Canada - China

The Canadian lady judge who will announce in October her decision regarding the American request to extradite the Chinese lady vice-president and CFO of  Huawei, has already indicated to the American lawyers that their arguments were not very convincing in front of the arguments of the defense, and that since there had been no damage on any one, the request seemed disproportionate with the invoked reason...

So... the American justice minister is apparently negotiating (before the decision of the Canadian judge comes out) to abandon the request for extradition (requested by the former President Trump) in exchange of a declaration by Huawei... to save face for the USA... 

Ah... the American justice... and the American President...

Armement américain à vendre / American military equipment for sale

Comme prédit dans mon dernier blog... ca n'a pas trainé... les commerciaux militaires américains ont trouvé une ouverture... ils viennent de faire annuler par l'Australie un contrat de 60 milliards d'Euros avec la France pour 12 sous marins, signé il y a deux ans... et en échange les USA vont leur vendre des sous marins a propulsion nucléaire... Les arguments de vente?

1. Le sous marin a propulsion nucléaire est moins détectable, et peut rester plus longtemps sans faire surface

2. Il faut contrer la suprématie navale chinoise en mer de Chine...

Je résume... les militaires américains ont réussi a vendre pour plus de 60 milliards de dollars de materiel militaire à des australiens déjà en mal de relations commerciales avec la Chine.

Mais pour faire plus sérieux et habiller la réussite commerciale... les américains ont inventé une nouvelle alliance a trois pour... contrer la suprématie chinoise en mer de Chine: alliance avec la Grande Bretagne et l'Australie. Tant pis pour la France qui va demander aux Australiens des excuses et une compensation financière pour un contrat abandonné deux ans après sa signature... peut-être 400 millions d'Euros... les USA vont-ils aider l'Australie a payer cette amende? avec leur deficit  rendu possible grace a l'achat de dollars US par la Chine...?

Pas de France dans la nouvelle alliance... je traduis... ils vendent des armes concurrentes au catalogue américain et anglais... 

Et pas de Canada dans l'Alliance...? trop de canadiens d'origine chinoise...? la confiance entre les USA et le Canada a propos des sujets qui touchent a la Chine n'existe pas.

Je remarque également que les deux puissances militaires de ces derniers deux siècles (UK puis USA) n'acceptent toujours pas la suprématie grandissante de la Chine dans plusieurs domaines... même si la Chine n'a jamais envahi ou déclaré la guerre à un autre pays, et n'a aucune intention de le faire. Mais située au milieu de 17 voisins terrestres dont l'Inde et avec le Japon à quelques kms de leurs cotes... relisez les chiffres de mon dernier blog.

Devinez qui va donner les ordres a ces sous marins américo-australiens... car vendre des sous marins c'est pas mal, mais vendre des munitions c'est mieux... donc il va falloir provoquer des incidents...! et user des munitions... 

Au fait... la Chine ne menace la vie d'aucun américain... Alors pourquoi les USA ne laissent-ils pas aux Nations Unies le soin de régler les problèmes entre les pays dans le Village...? pas seulement par la force militaire... 

Un pays qui donne la priorité à ses ventes d'armes, qui laisse tomber l'Afghanistan après 20 ans, qui fait déchirer un contrat d'armement par l'Australie, qui renie ses engagements avec l'Iran ou sur l'accord climatique... devrait avoir une cote de credit à la baisse dans le Village, non? dommage... on peut seulement rêver d'une Amérique qui se contenterait d'enforcer les décisions des Nations Unies. J'oubliais, relisez mes autres blogs... il faudrait enlever le droit de véto actuel à un seul des 5 pays du conseil de sécurité, et mettre le véto a minimum 2 voir 3 pays sur 5, et il faudrait que les USA reconnaisse l'autorite de la Cour de Justice des Nations Unies de LaHaye, avec une poignée d'autres pays récalcitrants.

N'allez pas passer vos prochaines vacances en mer de Chine, il risque d'y faire chaud, très chaud... et pas seulement à cause du réchauffement climatique...

As predicted in my previous blog,... it did not take long... the American military commercial team did find an opening... they managed to have Australia cancel a 2 year old contract with France to supply them 12 submarines for 60 millions Euros... and in exchange the USA are going to to sell them submarines with nuclear engines... The sales arguments?

1. The submarine with nuclear engine can be less visible, and can stay longer without surfacing

2. The Chinese naval supremacy in the Chinese sea had to be countered...

Let me give you the short version... the American military manage to sell for more than 60 billions of military equipment to Australia, which was already at war commercially with China.

But to make it look more serious and dress up the commercial success... the Americans invented a new alliance between 3 countries to... counter the Chinese supremacy in the Chinese sea, alliance with Great Britain and Australia. Too bad for France which is going to ask Australia for financial indemnities for a contract abandoned 2 years after its signature... maybe 400 millions Euros...? will the USA help Australia to pay this penalty...? with their deficit made possible thanks to the purchase of US dollars by China...?

France is not part of this new alliance... Let me translate: they are selling military equipment in competition with the sales catalog of the USA and England... 

And no Canada in this new alliance...? too many Canadians from Chinese origin...? there is no trust between the USA and Canada about Chinese matters...

I also notice that the two military superpowers of these last two centuries (UK then USA) are still not accepting the growing supremacy of China in many areas... even if China has never invaded or declared war to any country, and has no intent of doing so. But situated in the middle of 17 neighbouring countries including India and with Japan a few miles off their coast... read again the numbers of my previous blog.

Guess who is going to give orders to these American-Australian nuclear submarines... because selling submarines is not bad, but selling ammunitions is better... so there will be a need to provoke an incident...! and use ammunition... 

By the way... China dies not threaten the life of any American... so why the USA do not let the United Nations sort out the issues between the countries in the Village...? not just with military solutions... 

A country which gives the priority to the sale of its military equipment, which has let Afghanistan down after 20 years, which gets Australia to ter up a 2 year old contract, which goes back on its commitment about Iran or the Climate agreement... should have a pretty low credit rating in the Village, no? A shame... we can only dream of a USA which would only enforce the decisions of the United Nations. I forgot, read my other blogs... il faudrait enlever le droit de véto actuel à un seul des 5 pays du conseil de sécurité, et mettre le véto a minimum 2 voir 3 pays sur 5, and the USA should also recognize the authority of the United Nation Court of Justice in The Hague, with a handful of countries not recognizing it too.

Don't go and spend your next vacation in the Chinese sea, it could be getting hot, very hot... and not only because of the climate changes...
