** Scarabée doré / Golden beetle

Le scarabée doré était couché sur le dos.

J'avais nettoyé une plate-bande réservée aux fleurs en enlevant le gazon qui s'y était introduit. En triant le gazon de la terre dans les mottes, je l'ai vu, couché sur le dos, je n'avais jamais vu un scarabée doré... 

D'abord il n'a pas bougé, comme s'il était mort... J'ai attendu, il faut être patient avec la nature... 

Soudain il a essayé de se redresser, mais il n'avait rien pour s'agripper... après 3 efforts, il s'est calmé, pour... réfléchir a sa condition de scarabée doré dans mon jardin au printemps...
Alors je l'ai pris délicatement par les cotés, et je l'ai posé sur le gazon un peu plus loin.
Sur ses pattes bien sur, quelle question... 

Il a fait 2 ou 3 pas, m'a remercié, et s'est envolé dans le ciel bleu.

La nature est quand meme bien faite, et l'homme se doit de rétablir les situations qu'il a mises en danger... Il avait l'air content, et moi, c'est la première fois qu'un scarabée doré me remerciait...

The golden beetle was laying on its back.

I had cleaned up a garden spot dedicated for flowers by removing the grass which had invaded the space. When sorting out the grass and the earth, I saw it, laying down on its back, I had never seen a golden beetle... At first it did not move, as if it was dead... I waited, you have to be patient with nature... 

Suddenly it tried to get up on its feet, but it did not have anything around to grasp on... after 3 tries, it calmed down, to... think about its condition of being a golden beetle in my garden in the spring...

So I took it very cautiously on its sides, and I laid it on the grass nearby. Of course on its feet, what king a question is this... It walked a couple of steps, thanked me, and took off in the blue sky. 

Nature is well done after all, mainly when man repairs the damages he has done. That beetle looked happy, and me, it was the first time that a golden beetle thanked me...
