** Libye, Haiti, Clinton / Libya, Haiti, Clinton

On October 18, as per BBC world news: "We hope he [Col Qaddafi] can be captured or killed soon so that you don't have to fear him any longer" Mrs Clinton said to the new Libyan government.
How can the Secretary of State of a civilized country hope that a state leader will soon be killed, no matter what he is accused of...?
The USA does not recognize the United Nations Court of Justice in La Hague (Holland), but most of the rest of the world does (with the exception of USA, Israel, some African countries, and all the countries which are afraid to be judged in such a court... and are taking liberties with the international rights). Even Saddam Hussein was judged by the Irak people before being sentenced to death. Colonel Qaddafi must be arrested and judged for his crimes and the stealing of the Libyan money taken out of the country when the people were waiting for a better distribution of the wealth.
And Mrs Clinton should be sent to Haiti, with her husband, for a week, to check if the reconstruction money promised by the USA in January 2010 (22 months ago...) has finally arrived and is being put to any constructive use. And if the equipment sent by all countries has finally cleared the Haitian customs...
PS: Let Mr Bill Clinton go alone to Haiti, Mrs Clinton can go and register to "International Affairs" 101 in CEGEP or University...
