Il y a deux problèmes majeurs mais simples a résoudre avec les casinos financiers, facteurs majeurs de la crise économique et financière dans le Village.

1. Les casinos financiers parient de l'argent qu'ils n'ont pas, "effet de levier" d'après eux... qui permet a un casino avec 1 million de dollar de dépots, de parier jusqu'a 40 millions sans meme avancer l'argent! simplement en recevant les gains (ou en payant les pertes) en fin de chaque mois. Même dans un casino régulier on vous demande de montrer le cash pour parier...! Il faut interdire immédiatement tous les paris financiers sans dépot de 100% de l'argent parié!

2. Les casinos financiers parient sur des variations d'indices ou de monnaies en début de mois, et ensuite feront tout ce qui est en leur pouvoir pour faire varier ces indices ou monnaies dans le sens qu'ils ont parié dans le cours du mois en question... par exemple en contactant les agences de notation ou les media pour leur ``indiquer`` la tendance qui leur permettra de gagner leur pari... et nul doute de rétribuer en voyages, villas ou autres gracieusetés ceux qui auront contribué a la variation dans le bon sens avant le 30 de chaque mois... La baisse de l`Euro un mois... la hausse du même Euro le mois suivant... Tous ces paris ne créent aucune valeur et ne font que ponctionner l`argent qui devrait se concentrer sur les investissements en actions des entreprises. Il faut fermer les casinos financiers, ou taxer les bénéfices de telles opérations a 95%...! (mais pas les achats / vente comptant d`actions gardées plus de 6 mois par exemple!).

Le Canada a mis une barrière entre les banques et les casinos financiers pour rendre plus clairs les transferts financiers... Les Etats Unis, la France et l'Angleterre doivent prendre les mêmes mesures immédiatement, demain matin...
En cas de victoire en 2012 a l'élection présidentielle francaise, François Hollande, candidat du parti socialiste, a promis d'interdire l'accès des banques francaises aux fonds spéculatifs (très prisés des casinos financiers). L'Allemagne a déja interdit les paris sur certains indices ou monnaies depuis l'été.
Imaginez que le gouvernement francais renchérisse sur ces mesures et propose de fermer purement et simplement les casinos financiers en France.... Imaginez ensuite que l'Allemagne fasse de même, puis l'Angleterre, et enfin... qu'un ancien directeur de la banque centrale européenne crèe une agence de notation européenne qui se mettrait a distiller une note de crédit a chaque état americain, ou pays refusant de fermer les casinos financiers... une annonce par semaine...

There are two major issues but simple to solve with the financial casinos, major actors in the financial and economical crisis in the Village.
1. The financial casinos bet with money they do not have, "lever effect" they call it... which allows a financial casino with only one million dollars capital to bet up to 40 million dollars without even showing the money! simply receiving the gains (or paying the losses) at the end of each month. Even in a regular casino you are asked to show the cash before you can bet...! The financial bets without a 100% deposit of the bet money must be forbidden!

2. The financial casinos bet on variations of indexes or currencies at trhe beginning of each month, and then they will do everything they can to make these indexes vary the way they bet on them at the begiining of that given month... for example talking to the notation agencies or the media to "let them know" the tendency which would allow them to make more money... and no doubt that some free trips or houses or other free-bees would thank those who contributed the the variation of the index on the good direction before the end of each month... the Euro on the downswing one month... the same Euro on the upswing the following month... All these financial bets do not create any value and only take good money away from investment in companies on the sotck markets. The financial casinos must be closed, or their benefits must be taxed to the level of 95%...! (but not the purchase / sale with cash of companies shares kept more than 6 months for instance).

Canada has put a barrier between the banks and the financial casinos to make the cash transfers between them clearer... The United States, France and England must take the same measures immediately, tomorrow morning is fine...

In case he wins the French presidential election in 2012, François Hollande, candidate from the Socialist party, has promised that he would forbid the access of the French banks to the hedge funds (favorite tool of the financial casinos). Germany has already forbidden bets on some indexes or currencies since last summer.

The two measures announced certianly go towards the good direction, better than a wide financial tax on any financial operation, instead of leaving to the shareholders (and employees holding shares) the fruit of their savings and of their trust in a company, at least up to the level of the annual inflation...

Imagine that the French government now will want to go further than these proposals and to close simply the financial casinos in France.... Imagine then that Germany will do the same, and England too, and finally that... a former director of the European bank opens a European notation agency which wouls start issuing credit ratings to each state of the United States, or to each country not closing its financial casinos... one a week...
