Ag. Voila les trois mesures dont je te parlais hier...
1- Les Nations Unies ont été créées pour avoir un espace de rencontre, de discussion, de négociation entre tous les pays du Village. Cela marche. Par contre le conseil de sécurité est impuissant... a cause du droit de veto de cinq pays. Les Etats Unis ont protégé toutes les décisions contre Israel grâce a ce droit de véto, ils doivent donc respecter ce droit utilisé par la Russie...! La seconde guerre mondiale est terminée depuis près de 70 ans, il faut supprimer le droit de veto par un seul pays et prendre les décisions au conseil de sécurité par consensus total moins une voix.
Af. Et pourquoi c'est pas déjà fait?
Ag. Les Etats Unis (et Israel) n'abandonneront jamais leur droit de veto.
2- Les lois d'un pays sont l'expression de la volonté du peuple, lorsqu'il a élu les représentants qui votent les lois bien sur... Toutes les religions doivent signer une acceptation de la priorité des lois des pays ou elles sont implantées sur les lois / recommandations de leur religion. Pas de signature = religion / association interdite dans le pays en question.
Af. Et pourquoi c'est pas déjà fait?
Ag. Demande a toutes les religions, sauf les Chrétiens qui n'ont pas de problème avec ce texte...
3- Les islamistes extrémistes doivent être amenés a la raison, et le monde arabe doit avancer son propre plan de paix avec Israel. Seul l'Islam peut résoudre ces problèmes. Mais le problème est a la base une question d'interprétation de textes écrits a une autre époque, par des scribes humains, qui ont pu rajouter une page ou supprimer une page au fil des siècles. Ajoute a cela que les extrémistes vont toujours choisir la phrase qui les arrange... et que Israel poursuit son rêve du grand Israel contre les décisions des Nations Unies de lui donner un état en contrepartie d'un etat Palestinien et d'une ville internationale de la Paix a Jérusalem.
Il faudrait simplement demander un résumé en termes modernes des recommandations clefs de tout texte vieux de plus de 5 siècles, en annexant le texte originel. On pourrait en avoir besoin cinq siècles plus tard... Et il faudrait créer un conseil municipal de Jérusalem ou les Juifs auraient un droit de veto permanent.

Ag. Très peu de religions ont un chef spirituel unique qui pourrait coordonner ce résumé, qui prendrait plusieurs années bien sur. Mais une fois tous les cinq siècles, ca devrait être possible... Entre un monde ou le chameau et le cheval étaient les moyens de communication, et le monde d'aujourd'hui avec l'Internet et les avions, il y a des différences... Quand a Jérusalem, il faudra sans doute attendre le prochain prophète...

Ag. Bonne question... mais même s'il était déjà la, je ne suis pas sur qu'il ou elle arriverait a se faire entendre...

1- The United Nations were put in place to give a place for all countries in the Village to meet, talk, negotiate. It is working. On the other hand, the Security Council is powerless... because of the right given to five countries to veto any decision. The United States have protected all decisions against Israel thanks to this veto right, so now they have to respect the same veto from Russia...!
The second world war is 70 years old, no country should have the right to veto alone a decision of the Security Council, which should take all its decisions with an overall consensus minus one country.
Af. How come it is not done already?
Ag. The United States (and Israel) will never abandon their right to veto.
2- The laws of a country are the expression of the people's will, that is when the people have elected the representatives who vote the laws of course... All the religions must sign an agreement that they accept that the laws of the country they live in take precedence over any law / recommendation of their religion. No signature = religion / association forbidden in this country.
Af. How come it is not implemented yet?
Ag. Ask all the religions, except the Christians who do not have an issue with this text.
3- The extremists islamists must be brought to reason, and the arab world must propose their own peace plan with Israel. Only Islam can solve these issues. But the basic problem is texts written in another era, by human scribes, who were able to add or take away a page along the centuries. Add to this the fact that extremists will always ... and that Israel is still following its dream of the Great Israel against the decision of the United Nations to create the state of Israel Palestinian state and an international city of Jerusalem. We should simply ask for a resume in today's words of the key recommendations of any text more than 5 centuries old, with the original text in annex. We might need it five centuries later... And we should create a municipal council for Jerusalem where the Jews would have a permanent veto.
Af. And why it is not done yet?
Ag. Very few religions have a single spiritual leader who could coordinate this update resume. But once every five centuries it should be possible. Between a world when camels and horses were the only means of communication, and today's world with Internet and planes, there is a difference...
As for Jerusalem, we might have to wait for the next prophet...
