Fusil américain pour enfants, bleu ou rose? / Blue or pink American rifle for kids?

Dans la majorité des états des Etats Unis d'Amérique (le pays en dessous du Canada...), il est interdit de boire de l'alcool avant 18 ans, et les jeunes ne peuvent voter ou obtenir leur permis de conduire qu'a 18 ans. Mais ils peuvent utiliser une arme a feu en toute légalité avant 18 ans… Et tout le monde, enfants compris, a le droit de porter une arme sous ses vêtements pour aller au restaurant ou a l’église…
Alors des compagnies (comme www.crickett.com ) vendent aux parents des carabines aux dimensions réglées pour les moins de 18 ans, avec un modèle pour les enfants de 4 a 10 ans…
Le fusil pour enfant, avec balles réelles, peut être acheté sur Internet.

Une mère a offert une carabine 22 long rifle pour enfant a son fils, pour son anniversaire. Une bleue je suppose, le modèle rose étant plus vendu aux petites filles, de plus de 4 ans quand même…
Son fils a tiré en jouant sur sa petite sœur, a bout portant, en plein cœur, et l’a tuée net. Il n’avait pas réalisé qu’il y avait une balle dans le fusil. Elle avait 3 ans. Il avait 5 ans. La justice américaine hésite pour traduire l’enfant en justice.

Ce sont tous les membres républicains du Congrès Américain (Assemblée législative) qu’il faudrait traduire devant la justice, a la Cour Internationale de La Haye, pour non-assistance a personne en danger et refus de voter les lois proposées par le président américain pour un meilleur contrôle des achats d’armes (registre des armes a feu, interdiction des armes d’assaut avec chargeur de plus de x balles, vente a mineur, etc…). Sans oublier les compagnies qui fabriquent vendent des armes a des enfants qui n’ont pas l’âge légal de voter ou de boire ou de conduire…
Suis-je bête… les Etats Unis refusent de reconnaitre l’autorité de la Cour Internationale de Justice de La Haye… Toutes mes condoléances au petit garçon, qui devra vivre avec ce souvenir.

But they can legally use a firearm before they are 18 years old… And everyone, including children, can wear a firearm concealed under their clothes in a restaurant or at the Church…
So some companies (like www.crickett.com ) sell to their parents rifles with dimensions adapted for children, with a model for the children aged 4 to 10 years old… The rifle, with real bullets, can be bought on the Internet.

A mother offered a 22 rifle to her son, for his birthday. A blue I guess, as the pink model is more popular with the little girls, wait… aged 4 years or more…
Her son was playing and shot the rifle at his sister, at close range, aiming for the heart, and killed her instantly. He did not realize there was a bullet in the rifle. She was 3 years old. He was 5 years old. The Justice of the United States is hesitating to charge the kid.

In fact all the Republican members of the American Congress (Legislative Assembly) should be thrown at the International Court of Justice in The Hague, for not assisting someone in danger and for refusing to vote the laws proposed by the American President regarding a better control of the purchase of firearms(register of fire arms, forbidding sale of assault weapons with chargers of more than x bullets, selling to a minor under age of 18,…). And don't forget to throw in the companies fabricating and selling firearms designed for children under the legal age of drinking alcohol, driving and voting.
Silly me, the United States refuse to recognise the authority of the International Court of Justice in The Hague… All my condolences to the kid who is going to live now with this memory. will show him my blog to come on Sunday...
