La Chine a decide que les residents de Hong Kong voteront pour leur chef executif dès 2017, mais parmi 2 ou 3 candidats choisis par le gouvernement central de Chine. Les Etats Unis ont declaré qu'ils soutenaient "une election au suffrage universel" a Hong Kong.
Ha ha ha...
D'abord les affaires intérieures pacifiques d'un autre pays ne devraient pas être commentées par un autre pays.
Par contre en retour de cette declaration, la Chine devrait declarer qu'ils soutiennent aussi une election du President des Etats Unis au suffrage universel..., ce qui n'est pas le cas actuellement avec les "grands électeurs"!
Mais... ce n'est pas le cas également en Chine avec une election intermédiaire... oups...!
Donc les deux pays ont un système de grands électeurs qui fausse le résultat...

Chine has decided that residents of Hong Kong will vote for the chief of their executive as soon as 2017, but only choosing between 2 or 3 candidates pre-selected by the government of China. The ISA have declared that they were supporting an "election with universal suffrage" in Hong Kong.
Ha ha ha... 
First of all the peaceful business inside a country should not be commented by another country. 
On the other hand, China should declare that they support also a universal suffrage election for the President of the USA, which is not the case actually, with the "great electors'!
But... China also does not qualify, as they also have an intermediate college of electors... ayeee...! 
So both countries have a system with intermediate electors which can influence the results...
