Quelques remèdes qui me paraissent simples...
101- Les casinos financiers... ne créent aucune valeur; attirent beaucoup trop d'argent (plus que la bourse des actions!), argent qui ne sera pas disponible pour les entreprises et leurs employés et actionnaires dans les marchés boursiers réguliers (ou argent qui a été emprunté sans leur avis aux petits épargnants). Et les casinos financiers récompensent sans aucune mesure les parieurs les plus chanceux avec des bonus insensés. Alors… fermez tous les casinos financiers du Village.

En attendant... taxez a 95% les bonus et les gains sur les paris...
Mettez en prison ceux qui jouent avec les prix des denrées alimentaires, achetant des stocks et les gardant gelés jusqu'a ce que le prix ait augmenté suffisamment pour satisfaire leur soif d'argent.
Reprenez 80% des bonus au personnel des casinos financiers (rappel sur 10 ans), vu qu'ils n'avaient que 20% du cash lors de leurs paris.
Demandez aux banques de mettre en place un filet de sécurité pour les petits épargnants dans tous les pays du Village, au moins au niveau de l'inflation.

Some fixes that look simple to me...

101- The financial casinos do not create any value and attract far too much good money (more than the stock market and all the shares!), money which will not be available to the companies and their employees and shareholders on the regular stock markets (or money which has been borrowed from the people savings without their knowledge). And the financial casinos reward with bonuses out of this world the luckier gamblers.

So… close all the financial casinos in the Village. In the mean time... tax at 95% the bonuses and gains made on bets made there...

Put in jail those who bet and play on the price of food, buying food stocks physically and keeping them idle until the price has raised enough to satisfy their greed. Take back 80% of the bonuses distributed to the personnel of the financial casinos over the last 10 years, since they only had 20% of cash on hand when placing their bets. Ask all the banks to put in place a minimum safety net for the savings of the average people in the Village, minimum the inflation rate.
