En France, un homme a pris une photo de 3 femmes musulmanes entièrement voilées. Il a pris la photo a 30m d'elles, discrètement, et on ne voit les femmes que de dos. Un jeune musulman, prévenu par un autre passant, l'a alors agressé et lui a cassé un bras et le nez. Il aurait pu simplement lui demander la pellicule, la carte électronique, ou au pire lui voler l'appareil photo...? Comme l'agresseur n'a également pas été très coopératif avec le juge, il a écopé de 18 mois de prison dont un an ferme.

En France, un élève marocain a agressé un professeur après le cours parce qu'il n'avait pas apprécié l'image donnée par le professeur de certains aspects politiques ou religieux de son pays d'origine. Il a également été présenté a un juge.

En France, des parents juifs avaient demandé que leur fils soit exempt de cours de religion au motif qu'il serait exposé a des enseignements ou affirmations que leur propre religion n'approuvait pas. Leur plainte a été jugée irrecevable.

La France est de nos jours a la pointe du combat pour une laïcité qui respecte chaque religion, mais qui doit combattre tout enseignement ou interprétation extrémiste de certains groupes religieux, a commencer par une ouverture d'esprit a assurer...

Je recommande toujours de faire signer, par écrit bien sur..., par tous les groupes religieux ou philosophiques, une reconnaissance de leur acceptation totale des lois de la république française en précisant que ces lois auront priorité sur leurs enseignements religieux en cas de conflit. Reconnaissance qu'il faudrait aussi faire signer cette reconnaissance claire a tous ceux qui demandent la nationalité française...

Et je recommande que tous les pays du Village en fassent autant, de toute urgence, pour forcer les groupes religieux a mettre a jour leur interprétation de textes vieux de plusieurs siècles sous forme d'un addendum a ajouter aux textes sacrés originaux.

In France, a man took a picture of 3 Muslim women totally covered and veiled. He took the picture from 30m away, discreetly and you can only see the back of the three women. A young Muslim, informed by another passer-by, aggressed the photographer and broke his arm and his nose. He could have simply ask for the film or the electronic card, or even steal the camera,,,? As the aggressor was also not very cooperative with the judge, he was condemned to 18 months in jail, including one year to be effectively spent in jail.

In France, a Moroccan student aggressed a teacher after school as he was in disagreement with the analysis of the teacher regarding the political or religious aspects discussed about his country. He was also presented to a judge.

In France, Jewish parents had asked that their son be exempted from participating to a class about religions as they claimed he would exposed to teachings and information that their religion did not accept. The judge did not agree with them and refused their explanation.

France is today the country fighting the most for a secularism which respects all religions, but which must fight any extremist view or teaching or interpretation from some religious groups, starting with a necessity to open the minds...

I am still in favor of asking for written statement to be signed by all religious or philosophy groups, whereby they would recognize that they accept fully all laws of the French Republic with a specific mention that these laws would prevail in case of a conflict with their teachings and beliefs.
And people asking for the French nationality should also be asked to sign such a clear statement...

And I recommend that all countries in the Village do the same, quickly, to force all religious groups to update their interpretation of texts many centuries old, with a new addendum which would be added to the original sacred scriptures.
