Mardi dernier en soiree, le president des USA a delivre son discours annuel a l’assemblée legislative américaine. D'apres lui, tout va tres bien pour les USA. C'est aussi ce que disait le gars qui était tombe du 40 eme étage d'un gratte ciel quand il est passe devant les fenêtres du 4 eme étage. Jusque la tout va bien...

Le president a raison de dire que les USA se sont relevés de la crise financière (qu'ils avaient provoquée). Il oublie simplement de dire que c'est en faisant marcher la planche a billets américains, avec la Chine pour acheter le deficit.
Et il n'a pas retenu visiblement ma recommendation de fermer les casinos financiers, qui ne créent aucune valeur mais ou il s’échange plus d'argent qu'a la bourse, bourse ou au moins l'argent est utilise par les entreprises pour investir et créer des emplois.
Et il n'a pas retenu également ma suggestion de taxer les sociétés sur leurs benefices en fonction du nombre d’employés (plus d’employés, moins de taxes), et il a laisse de surplus les taxes sur les sociétés aux USA au niveau le plus élevé dans le Village (35%). Pas étonnant dans ces conditions que Apple et autres soient domiciliées de plus en plus dans les îles crocodile, et ne paient aucun impôt aux Etats Unis...!

Le president a souligne que les USA étaient de moins en moins dépendants de l'importation de petrole et il appele a se soucier sérieusement de l'environnement dans le Village...
Il oublie de dire qu'il a laisse se developer l'exploitation du gaz de schiste alors que plusieurs pays continuent de l'interdire tant qu'on aura pas trouve une autre méthode d'exploitation que la méthode actuelle, qui pollue les eaux souterraines et met en danger les reserves d'eau potable du Village.
Remarquez bien que j'ai propose une solution dans ce blog il y a quelque temps: puisque le niveau des oceans va monter, et puisque nous allons manquer d'eau potable, pourquoi ne pas boire l'eau des oceans? après un traitement bien sur, comme enlever le sel...

Le president demande une aide pour la garde des enfants (1,300 USD par enfant par mois actuellement dans une garderie pour un enfant de 3 ans a Atlanta). Bravo. Et il a confirme que plus de 10 millions d’américains ont maintenant une couverture sante minimum. Bravo.

Le president (démocrate) a prévenu l’assemblée legislative (républicaine) qu'il opposerait son veto a plusieurs mesures en cours de preparation par l’assemblée. Il a visiblement choisi de ne pas retenir ma recommendation de demander un changement de constitution des USA, pour que le gouvernement soit issu de la majorité de l’assemblée legislative, comme dans toutes les démocraties occidentales, et non nommé par le president.

Le president a enfin confirme que les negotiations avec l'Iran pour limiter leurs ambitions nucléaires se poursuivaient, et qu'il serait désastreux que l’assemblée legislative vote de nouvelles sanctions contre l'Iran. Il a confirme qu'il empêcherait un Iran avec l'arme nucléaire, et qu'il gardait toutes les options ouvertes pour protéger Israel. Clair.
Les républicains lui ont répondu... en invitant le premier ministre israélien d'extreme droite a parler a l’assemblée legislative des USA, 2 semaines avant les elections de Mars en Israel. Elections dans lesquelles le premier ministre traîne dans les sondages derriere le parti travailliste, plus proche des USA et plus pragmatique pour une solution de paix avec les palestiniens. Le premier ministre ne sera pas reçu par le president es USA, car les USA ont pour principe de ne pas recevoir des responsables politiques avant des elections dans leur pays, pour ne pas avoir l'air d'interfere dans les affaires intérieures des autres pays. Dommage, a la place du president américain, j'aurais invite le leader du parti travailliste israélien a visiter Washington une semaine avant les elections israéliennes.

PS: Le president a choisi de ne pas parler de l'Arabie Saoudite et des questions posées entre la Démocratie et l'Islam, modéré ou extrémiste.

Last Tuesday the President of the USA delivered his annual address to the American Legislative Assembly. He said all is very good for the USA. That is also what the guy having fallen from the 40 th floor of a building, said when he passed in front of the windows of the 4 th floor. So far, so good...

The President is right in saying that the USA survived the financial crisis (which they had provoked). He simply forgot to say that it was by putting on the market more US dollars, with China to buy the American deficit. And obviously he did not retained my recommendation to close all financial casinos, which do not create any value but where more money is exchanged than on the Stock Market, where at least the money is used by the companies to invest and create jobs.
And he also did not retain my suggestion to tax the American companies over their gains depending of the number of employees they have (more employees, less taxes), and he also left the taxes on American companies at the highest level in the Village (35%). Not surprising in these conditions that that Apple and others are domiciled more and more in the British Islands Crocodile, and do not pay any taxes in the USA...!

The president underlined that the USA were less and less dependent of oil importation and he also called to be more vigilant for the Environment in the Village... He forgot to say that he left develop the shale cracking while many countries are still forbidding this method of mining as long as we will not have found another method of exploiting than the existing one, which pollutes the underground waters and puts in danger the reserves of drinkable waters in the Village.
Mind you, I gave the solution some time ago in this blog: since the level of the oceans is going to raise, and since we are going to be short of drinkable water, why not drink water from the ocean? after processing it of course, like removing the salt...

The president asked for some help for taking care of children while both spouses work (1,300 USD per kid er month actually to keep a 3 year old kid in Atlanta). Bravo. And he confirmed that more than 10 millions Americans now have a minimum medical coverage. Bravo.

The President (Democrat) warned the Legislative Assembly (Republican) that he would veto some of the measures being prepared by this Assembly. Clearly he did not retain my recommendation to ask for a change of the American Constitution so that the government would be issued from the majority of the Legislative Assembly, like in all other Western Democracies, instead of being chosen by the President.

Finally the President confirmed that negotiations with Iran to limit their nuclear ambitions were undergoing, and that any new sanctions against Iran voted by the Legislative Assembly would be disastrous. He confirmed that he would prevent Iran to get nuclear arms, and that he was keeping all options open to protect Israel. Clear.
The Republicans have answered... by inviting the Israeli Prime Minister (extreme right) to address the American Legislative Assembly 2 weeks before the March Israeli elections. Elections in which the Prime Minister is behind the Labor party in the polls, party closer to the USA and more pragmatic for a solution of peace with the Palestinians. The Prime Minister will not be received by the President of the USA, as the USA do not like by principle to receive a political leader too close to re-elections in his country, so it does not look like the USA are intervening in the politics of this country. What a shame, if I was the American President, I would have invited the leader of the Labour party to visit Washington one week before the Israeli elections.

PS: The President chose not to say a word about Saudi Arabia and questions between Democracy and Islam, moderate or extremist.
