USA en guerre / war in the USA

Si un animal miaule, c'est un chat, d'accord?
Un pays doit donc bien avoir une "guerre" sur les bras quand des milliers de citoyens meurent chaque année par armes a feu, non? Donc les USA sont en guerre...

Dans les 5 dernières années, plus d'Américains ont été tués sur le sol américain par armes a feu... qu'il n'y a eu de morts américains hors du sol américain dans les guerres en Corée, au Vietnam, en Afghanistan, en Iraq, et sur le sol américain  (11 Septembre 2011 compris).
Soit environ 10,000 morts par an en moyenne.

La Constitution américaine a été écrite a une époque ou les armes connues étaient l'arquebuse et l'arc avec des flèches. D'accord pour les laisser en vente libre...!
Et la NRA américaine (Association Nationale des armes a feu) glisse doucement vers l’extrémisme, a priori meme contre l'avis de la majorité des détenteurs raisonnables d'armes a feu.
Il serait temps que le gouvernement américain prenne le taureau par les cornes, et:
1- interdise la vente des armes automatiques sur le sol americain,
2- interdise la vente de jouets représentant des armes a feu, et la vente d'armes a feu conçues spécialement pour des enfants de 3 a 16 ans.
3- dissolve la NRA et encourage une association plus raisonnable de defense des armes a feu.

Joyeux Noel, pendant qu'ils sont encore vivants, a tous ceux qui vont mourir par arme a feu en 2016 sur le sol américain.

So a country must be facing a "war" when thousands of its citizens die from fire arms every year, right? Then the USA area t war...

In the last 5 years, more Americans were killed by firearms on the soil of the USA... than there casualties outside the American soil in the wars of Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq, as well as on the American soil (September 11, 2011 included). 
So around 10,000 people killed in average a year.

The American Constitution was written at a time when the weapons were the bow and arrow the single shot rifle. I agree that these arms could be bought freely without control...
And the NRA (National Rifle Association) slowly turned towards extremism, including apparently against the opinion of the majority of the reasonable owners of firearms.
It is about time that the American government takes the bull by the horns,and:
1- Forbids the purchase of automatic rifles on American soil,
2- Forbids the sale of toys representing firearms, as well as the sale of firearms designed for kids under 16 years of age.
3- Dissolve the NRA and promotes a new association, more reasonable, for the defense of firearms.

Merry Christmas, while they are still alive, to all those who are going to die from firearms in 2016 on the American soil.
