Pauvres milliardaires / Poor billionaires

L'ONU a besoin de 4 milliards de dollars pour aider avec une famine sévère dans 4 pays africains: Nigeria, Somalie, Soudan, et Yémen.
Je propose deux solutions.
1. Ces pays étant en très grande majorité musulmans, les petro-dollars de l'Arabie Saoudite et des émirats du Golfe devraient leur venir en aide, non?
2. Depuis plus de 2 ans, deux milliardaires américains, Bill Gates et Warren Buffet, se sont engagés à donner 90% de leur fortune a des organismes caritatifs. Ces 4 milliards demandes par l'ONU doivent représenter 1 ou 2% de leurs fortunes, qui d'ailleurs continuent de grossir chaque année, malgré leur engagement. Une belle occasion, non? de faire un premier pas dans leur volonté de faire profiter les plus démunis de leurs dollars.

Bien sur il y a une autre solution, a savoir que les deux propositions ci-dessus se partagent les 4 milliards, soit 2 milliards pour les petro-dollars arabes, et 1 milliard chacun pour Bill Gates et Warren Buffet. Qu'ils auront récupéré d'ici la fin de l’année si j'en crois la croissance annuelle de la fortune qu'ils se donnent tant de mal a essayer de donner...

The United Nations Organization needs 4 billions dollars to help with a severe famine in 4 African countries: Nigeria, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen.
I have two ideas to solve the issue.
1. These 4 countries being Muslim countries at a vast majority, the oil-dollars of Saudi Arabia and the Emirates of the Golf should come to their help, no?
2. Over more than 2 years now, two American billionaires, Bill Gates and Warren Buffet, have publicly committed to give away 90% of their wealth to charity organisations. These 4 billions asked by the United Nations must represent 1 or 2% of their wealth, which by the way keeps increasing every year, against their commitment. Nice occasion, no? to make a first step in their willingness to share their dollars with less fortunate people.

Of course there is another solution, ie enacting both above proposals to share the 4 billions, ie 2 billions for the Arab oil-dollars, and 1 billion dollars each for Bill Gates and Warren Buffet. Which they will get back by the end of the year if I believe the annual increase of their wealth, which they are trying so hard to give away...
