La Corée du Nord a envoyé un deuxième missile au-dessus du Japon, loin dans l'ocean pacifique... plus loin que la distance entre la Corée du Nord et l'Ile de Guam, territoire américain...!
Je traduis: la Corée du Nord a voulu montrer qu'ils pouvaient tirer un missile vers un territoire américain sans qu'il soit intercepté par le Japon et son système anti-missile (fourni par les américains...)
ONU, conseil de sécurité, etc... oubliez tout ca! Le president nord coréen ne comprendra qu'une seule réponse: lorsque le missile passe au-dessus du Japon, le Japon a le droit de se sentir attaque, et d'abattre le missile nord coréen! et le tour est joué! cqfd...
Pardon,... la distance est trop courte, ou le missile trop haut... et donc le système anti-missile pas vraiment opérationnel? je vois...
Dans ce cas, la VII ème flotte américaine pourrait abattre le missile? ou répliquer par un tir de missile qui ira se perdre a la limite des eaux territoriales de la Corée du Nord, en mer du Japon.
Pas convainquant quand meme... et de l'huile sur le feu... ou un chiffon rouge agite devant les yeux du president nord coréen...
La solution? la Chine et les USA jouent au ping pong...
- A ma droite les USA, qui demandent a leur banquier et directeur de credit, la Chine, de mettre de la pression sur la Corée du nord, en arrêtant notamment tout commerce avec eux... mais les sanctions commerciales dans le Village depuis 30 ans ont montre leurs limites, voire le cas de l'Irak ou de l'Iran ou de la Russie... Tout au plus ces sanctions vont encourager le marche noir...! et en general ces sanctions ne touchent pas le commerce extérieur du pays qui les demande... les USA! alors pourquoi s'en priver et ainsi faire bonne figure a l'ONU pour l'opinion publique...
- A ma gauche la Chine, qui demande une désescalade symbolique et la reprise des negotiations a 6 interrompue en 2009 après le depart des USA (Corée du nord, Corée du sud, Japon, Chine, Russie, USA). Ca me parait raisonnable, non?
Les américains devraient se méfier... devinez qui est le plus fort au ping pong...?
PS: Je n'ai pas mis les photos des presidents américain et nord coréen dans ce blog... ils ne le méritent pas vraiment...!

- On my right, the USA, which are asking their bank credit manager, China, to put pressure on North Korea and stop all commerce with them... but the commercial sanctions in the Village over the last 30 years have shown their limits, see the cases of Irak or Iran or Russia... At the most these sanctions encouraged the black market...! and in general these sanctions do not impact the exports of the country which insist on asking them... the USA! so why not ask for them and thus looking good at the United Nations and for the public opinion...
- On my left, China, which is asking for tone down from both parties, and for a re-start of the negotiations interrupted in 2009 after the USA left their chair (North Korea, South Korea, Japan, China, Russia, USA). Sounds reasonable to me, no?
The American should be careful though... guess who are the best at tennis table - ping pong..?
