La corruption dans le Village est le plus gros... business en termes de milliards...! encore plus que le commerce des armes apparemment...!

En Inde, pays ou la corruption touche quotidiennement meme l'agent de police qui vous arrête, un indien a publie une image de monnaie identique a la monnaie en vigueur, avec une denomination de... "0 roupie"! Et il recommande d'en imprimer des dizaines sur votre imprimante, en couleur, et de les donner aux agents corrompus...!

Mais en y réfléchissant bien... si l'argent corrompu restait dans le pays et s'y investissait d'une manière ou d'une autre... ce serait demi-mal, en dehors de considerations morales et de justice. Car il participerait au développement du pays, et au moins ferait travailler des entreprises / personnes locales.

Le problème majeur a mon avis est que trop souvent l'argent corrompu sort du pays pour être placé dans... des paradis fiscaux. Des milliards par chaque dirigeant de pays connus, comme quelques uns en Afrique noire, en Amérique du Sud ou en Russie.

Alors parlons peu mais agissons:
(1) il faut fermer les paradis fiscaux bien sur, y compris au Delaware aux Etats Unis,
mais aussi (2) imposer une taxe de 10% a tout argent qui a été gagné dans un pays du Village et qui en ressort pour quelque raison que ce soit, et donc ne profitera pas a ce pays et a ses habitants.

Je vous rappelle également, a tout hasard (on peut rêver...) deux autres propositions faites sur ce blog dans le passé:

(3) Pour freiner les dé-localisations et encourager le travail local, imposer une taxation uniforme des entreprises / business dans le Village, par exemple pour commencer une fourchette comprise entre 15 et 25%.

(4) Pour encourager l'emploi dans votre pays, imposer une taxation des entreprises dégressive, en fonction inverse du nombre d’employés. Deux entreprises qui feraient un million de benefices paieraient par exemple: 

- 25% d’impôts si elle emploie deux employés (vous et votre conjoint)

- 15% d’impôts si elle emploie 100 ou 1000 employés.

Corruption in the Village is the biggest... business in term of billions...! more apparently than the business of weapons...!

In India, a country where corruption is in force daily even with the policeman in the street, an Indian has published a picture of the local currency with a face value reading... "0"! And he recommends you print dozens of them on your color printer, and use those with the corrupted people...!

But think about it... if the corrupted money was staying in the country and was invested there in one form or another... it would not be half as bad, outside of justice and moral considerations. Because it would participate to the development of the country, and at least would put to work local people and businesses.

The biggest issue in my opinion is that too often, the corrupted money gets out of the country to be hidden in... a fiscal paradise. Billions by each of the top people in known countries, like in central Africa, South America or Russia.

So let's stop discussing and start acting:
(1) Fiscal paradises must be closed of course, including in Delaware in the USA, 
but also (2) impose a tax of 10% upon any money earned in a country of the Village and which goes out for whatever reason, and therefore will not participate to the development of this country.

I will also remind you, never know (one can dream...) two other proposals made on this blog in the past:

(3) To slow down the relocating of producing companies in other countries and encourage local employment, impose a uniform tax on businesses in the Village, for instance let's start with 15 to 25%.

(4) To encourage local employment, impose a tax on businesses inversely proportional to the number of employees. Two companies which made one million benefit would pay for instance:
- 25% tax if it has 2 employees (you and your spouse)

- 15% tax if it has over 100 employees, or 1000.
