En avril 2012, des policiers américains ont abattu une personne a New York parce qu'il était menaçant, avec un couteau dans sa main. Ils auraient pu d'abord tirer une ou deux balles dans les jambes, non?

Et cette semaine un jeune de 13 ans a été abattu a Chicago alors qu'il avait obéi et levé les mains, vides...

Avant et après ces dates, les policiers américains ont tué et tuent des centaines de leurs concitoyens, alors que dans la grande majorité des cas... les victimes sont males, non blancs, souvent noirs... et clairement et visiblement non armés... parfois meme abattus dans le dos alors qu'ils cherchent a échapper a une interpellation ou après qu'ils aient levé leurs mains vides de tout objet.

Pourquoi ne pas obliger les policiers américains a tirer d'abord dans les jambes, après une sommation non observée, et réserver un tir au-dessus de la taille pour les cas extremes de risque a leur vie seulement?

Pourquoi ne pas imposer cette mesure a tous les policiers dans le Village? avec des séances d'entrainement bien sur.

In avril 2012, American policemen killed a man in New York because he was menacing, with a knife in his hand. They could have shot first one or two bullets towards his legs, no?

And this week in Chicago they have killed a young 13 years old although he had obeyed and raised his hands, empty...

Before and after these dates, American policemen have killed and kill hundreds of citizens, while in a vast majority the victims are... male, not white, often blacks... and clearly and visibly not armed... sometimes even killed as they were running away to avoid being questioned or after they had raised their hands, empty of any object.

Why not  making it mandatory for American police forces to shoot first at the legs, after a clear order, not observed, and to keep a shot above the waist only for extreme cases of self defense?

Why not making this measure mandatory for all police forces in the Village? with training practices of course.
