Lorsqu’un internaute se connecte via Apple,
Windows Internet Explorer ou Google Chrome ou Yahoo ou Facebook ou… une des 9
autres sociétés américaines y compris Skype téléphone gratuit…, la connexion va
se faire via un serveur situé physiquement aux Etats Unis.
Donc un chinois qui parle à un iranien d’un
contrat de fourniture de pétrole voit tous ses emails avec la copie du contrat
transiter par un serveur aux Etats Unis… pareil bien sur pour la grand-mère
américaine qui demande a son petit fils s’il peut lui acheter un fusil
mitrailleur car elle a peur dans sa maison isolée… !
Le Washington Post vient de publier
l’information reçue d’un officier américain qui a fait carrière dans la collection
d’intelligence selon laquelle un programme très puissant permettrait
actuellement de surveiller et de collecter toutes les communications par email
/ téléphone / vidéo / et toutes les recherches faites via ces 9 sociétés
américaines, et que cette collection existe depuis 2007. Ce programme est
utilisé par le FBI et la ANS (Agence Nationale de Sécurité) pour surveiller
l’Internet, avec une priorité donnée aux personnes identifiées comme
éventuellement dangereuses (par qui ?).
La surveillance s’étend alors
automatiquement aux contacts listés dans leur boite de contacts… ET aux
contacts listés dans la boite de contacts de ces contacts… Si vous avez un
copain d’un copain (dont vous n’avez jamais entendu parler !) qui est suspecté,
vous serez également sur la liste des suspects…
Attendez…
- Apple, Microsoft, Google et autres ont tous affirmé qu’ils n’étaient pas
au courant. D’ailleurs pour donner leur autorisation il aurait fallu qu’il
reçoive un ordre d’un juge, ou qu’ils nous demandent notre accord… ! ce qui
n’est pas arrivé bien sur…
- Le rapport secret indique que le secret le plus sensible a protéger est
l’accord secret avec Microsoft, Google, Apple, etc… c’est raté…!
- La commission qui normalement enquêterait sur tout usage non autorisé (à
fins de lutte anti-terrorisme) ne répond apparemment qu’au gouvernement et donc
il ne faut sans doute pas en attendre grand-chose pour la défense de la vie
privée des américains…
Je me demandais comment, ce week-end en
Californie, le président américain Obama allait demander au président chinois
de cesser d’espionner les militaires américains… ? au nom d’une morale et d’une
éthique américaine… ?
Attendez… ca s’peut-tu que… les militaires
chinois aient découvert le pot aux roses avant la divulgation par le Washington
Post, et qu’ils aient demandé une copie du programme aux Etats Unis, vu que
c’est eux qui ont payé pour son développement en tant que banquier du déficit
budgétaire des Etats Unis… ? Non… je ne le pense pas…
Par contre, si les militaires chinois ont
découvert la photo de la robe qu’allait porter Madame Obama pour sa rencontre
avec la femme du président chinois, et que les militaires américains aient
découvert que les chinois allaient faire faire une robe similaire mais enrichie
de fil d’or et de soie rouge pour la femme du président chinois, je comprends
mieux que la femme du président américain ait décidé de ne pas participer a la
réunion des deux couples… il y a des limites a l’intrusion dans la vie privée…

in the USA.
So a Chinese
talking to an Iranian aboutn oil contract will have all his emails (including
copy of the contract) transit via server in the USA… Same goes of course for
the American grandmother who is asking her grandson to buy an automatic gun for
her as she is afraid, living in a remote house…
The Washington Post
has just published the information received from a career intelligence officer
according to which a very powerful program has been overseeing and collecting
all communications via email / telephone / video / and all searches made thru
these 9 American societies, and all this since 2007.This program is used by the
FBI and the NSA (National Security Agency) to watch over the Internet, with a
priority given to the people identified as eventually dangerous (by whom?).
The watch then goes
automatically to the list of contacts in their email box,… AND to all the list
of contacts in the mailboxes of all the first contacts…If a friend of a friend
(whom you never heard of) is suspected, you will also be monitored as a
potential suspect…

Apple, Microsoft, Google and others all confirmed that they were not aware of
this watch and sharing. As a matter of fact, to authorize such a watch or collection
they should have received a directive from an attorney or ask for our consent…!
Which never happened of course…
- The
secret report indicates that the most sensible secret to be protected is the
secret agreement with Apple, Microsoft,
Google, etc… oh well, too late I guess…
- The
inquiry commission which normally leads the inquiry in such non authorised
breach of privacy (for fight against terrorism for instance) apparently only
answers to the government and so don’t expect much from it for the defense of
the privacy of Americans…
I was just
wondering, for next week in California, how will the President of the USA ask
the President of China to stop spying on the American military…? In the name of
American morality or ethics…?
Wait… is it possible
that… the Chinese military had discovered the whole thing before it was leaked
to the Washington Post, and that they might have asked the Americans for a copy
of this software, seeing that they paid for its development as the banker of
the American budget deficit…? No… I don’t think so…
On the other hand,
if the Chinese military discovered a picture of the dress Mrs Obama intended to
wear for her meeting with the wife of the Chinese President, and if the
American military discovered that the Chinese were going to have a similar
dress made, but with some added gold thread and red silk for the wife of the
Chinese President, I would better understand that the wife of the American
President decided not to participate to the meeting of the two couples… there
are some limits to the invasion of private life…
