Ukraine 1

Comme prévu, la Russie va démilitariser l'Ukraine... de force... Inacceptable, mais les américains n'ont jamais su négocier... Cette demilitarisation était et reste la priorité de la Russie depuis plusieurs années. Non négociable pour leur president actuel, ancien maitre du KGB...

Le président ukrainien voulait que son armée puisse résister a l'armee militaire russe... ben voyons... il rêve en couleurs... Au moins tant que son pays ne faisait pas partie de l'Otan... sauf que... la Russie n'accepterait jamais cette adhesion... et sauf que l'Otan n'existera sans doute plus dans une ou deux dizaines d'annees... A l'ere des missiles hypersoniques qui mettront quelques secondes pour atteindre une cible n importe ou dans le Village avec une efficacité de 100%. Gibraltar, Melilla, les Falkland et St Pierre et Miquelon entre autres vont pouvoir être retournés aux pays hôtes sous peu a mon avis.

Si président ukrainien voulait un pays en paix, démocratique et prospère, aux portes de la Russie... il fallait accepter la solution d'un pays démilitarisé comme la Suisse, l'Autriche ou la Finlande et ne pas écouter les sirènes américaines vendeuses d'armes militaires. Il aurait évité les souffrances actuelles a son peuple et convaincu le Village que sa seule priorité était un pays en paix, pas un pays qui voulait pouvoir s'opposer militairement a la Russie....

La Russie va sans doute installer un gouvernement pro-Russe en Ukraine, gouvernement qui devra s'engager a être un pays démilitarisé. L'Ukraine pourra alors redevenir un pays en paix et prospère... je demande a voir pour la partie démocratique... Quant a certains ukrainiens apparemment d'extreme droite qui combattaient les russes dans l'est de l'Ukraine, ils vont devoir... s'expatrier ou retourner en Pologne? (le president russe a promis de les faire juger pour genocide, rien que ca...!)

Depuis des années ce blog demande la creation d'un "ministère de la paix" dans les gouvernements démocratiques, ministère distinct du ministère de la défense ou des armées... Les américains ne conçoivent la paix qu'en termes de puissance militaire... ca arrange les ventes d'armes bien sur... sauf que...

1. Ce president américain a annoncé depuis 2 semaines que les USA n'enverraient aucune troupe en Ukraine... il pouvait le penser fort bien sur, mais de la a le dire... dans la situation de poker tendue avec la Russie...?

2. La guerre par satellites et par missiles hyper soniques va changer la donne dans le Village, sans doute plus vite que prévu, et a mon avis on pourrait enfin voir de plus en plus de pays (pays sans capacité nucléaire ou presence dans l'espace...) réduire le budget des armées, créer un ministère de la paix, et augmenter leurs budgets de la sante, de l'education, de l'eau courante, du sport et de la culture, pour le plus grand bonheur de tous leurs citoyens.

En attendant... les États Unis ont commencé a vendre un fusil semi automatic pour les jeunes... le JR 15...

As announced, Russia is going to demilitarise Ukraine... by force... Not acceptable, but the Americans have never known how to negotiate... This demilitarisation has been and remains the priority of Russia for years. Not negotiable for their actuel president, former boss of the KGB...

The Ukrainian President ukrainien wanted that his army could resist to the Russian military... why not?!?!... he is reaming in colours... At least as long as his country is not part of NATO... except that... Russia would never accept this adhesion... and except that NATO will probably no longer exist in one or two dozens years... In a time when hypersonic missiles will need a few seconds to each any target in the Village with an efficiency of 100%. Gibraltar, Melilla, the Falkland islands and St Pierre and Miquelon among others will then be able to be returned to the hosting countries in my opinion.

If the Ukrainian President wanted a country at peace, democratic and prosperous, at the door of Russia... he should have accepted the solution of a demilitarised country like Switzerland, Austria or Finland, and not listen to the voice of the American mermaids selling military weapons. He would have avoided the actual suffering of his fellow countrymen and convinced the Village that his only priority was a country at peace, not a country which wanted to stand up to Russia military....

Russia will probably install a pro-Russian government in Ukraine, a government which will will commit to be a demilitarised country. Ukraine can then become again a country at pace and prosperous... I will wait and see for a democratic country... As for some apparently extreme right Ukrainians who were fighting Russians in eastern Ukraine, they will have to... expatriate or go back to Poland? (the Russian President wants to have them judged for genocide, nothing less...!)

For years now this blog has been asking for the creation of a "minister of peace" in the democratic governments, minister separate from the minister of defense of of the armies... The Americans only conceive peace in terms of military power... it helps selling military weapons of course... except that...

1. This American President said 2 weeks ago that the USA would not send any military personnel in Ukraine... he could think very strongly about it, but to say it publicly... in a situation of tense poker game with Russia...?

2. War with satellites and hyper sonic missiles is going to change the way countries conduct war in the  Village, probably sooner than expected, and in my opinion we might finally see more and more countries (countries without nuclear capacity or present in space...) reduce their military budget, create a minister of peace, and raise their budgets for health, education, potable water, sport and culture, to make their citizens much happier.

Meanwhile... the USA just started to sell a semi automatic rifle for kids... called JR 15...

Je vous invite a regarder une mappemonde...

CUBA

En 1961, 1,400 cubains envahissent l'Ile de Cuba avec l'aide de la CIA américaine pour renverser Castro. L'operation échoua.

En mai 1962 la Russie envoie 50,000 soldats russes, 31 missiles et 4 sous marins a Cuba pour... les aider a se défendre contre une nouvelle attaque des USA.

La distance a vol d'oiseau entre Cuba et les USA est de 144 kms (en gros de Montreal a Sherbrooke, ou encore du chateau de Versailles au sud de la foret de Fontainebleau en region parisienne)

En Octobre 1962, les USA (John Kennedy) exigent le retrait des missiles, et l'obtiennent, ainsi que le retrait des troupes russes... MAIS en échange les  USA enlèvent des missiles en Turquie (1800 kms de la frontière russe) et en Italie (2200 kms de la frontière russe). 

TAIWAN

La distance a vol d'oiseau entre Taiwan et la Chine continentale est de 190 kms (de l'Est de Montreal a l'Ouest de Ottawa). 400 missiles américains et autres matériels militaires ont été fournis a Taiwan ces dernières années pour... les aider a se défendre.

COREE du SUD

La distance a vol d'oiseau entre la Corée du sud et la Chine est de 400 kms. 

En 2021 Joe Biden a annoncé que désormais la Corée du sud était autorisée a développer et a tester des missiles longue portée (plus de 1,000 kms), ce qui en fait était déjà fait.

Les USA ont actuellement près de 30,000 soldats en Corée du sud.

UKRAINE

La distance entre l'Ukraine et la Russie est de... 0 kms. 

La Russie demande que l'OTAN et les USA s'engagent a ne jamais installer de missiles en Ukraine... mais refus a date de s'engager sur ce point de la part des USA et des Européens. L'Ukraine ne fait pas partie de l'Europe ou de l'OTAN. Elle pourrait pourtant devenir une Suisse ou une Autriche, pays neutre, démilitarisé...?

En Octobre 2022, en pleine année du Tigre, ce sera les 60 ans de la crise des missiles a Cuba. Feux d'artifice a prévoir?... a un mois des elections partielles américaines au Congrès... John Kennedy n'est plus la...

Faites passer ce blog au président et au congrès américain.... Et avec ou sans une autre mutation a venir du virus de la COVID19, pour vos vacances cette année, évitez l'Ukraine ou Taiwan. Et dépêchez vous d'aller visiter Cuba...

CUBA

In 1961, 1,400 Cubans invaded the island of  Cuba with the help of the American CIA to dethrone Castro. The operation failed.

In May 1962 Russia sent 50,000 Russian soldiers, 31 missiles and 4 submarines to Cuba to... help them defend against a new attack from the USA.

Shortest distance between Cuba and the USA is 144 kms (basically from Montreal to Sherbrooke, or from the Versailles chateau to the south of the Forest of Fontainebleau in Paris area)

In October 1962, the USA (John Kennedy) demanded an immediate dismantling of the missiles, and did get it, as well as the departure of the Russian troops... BUT in exchange the USA took out missiles from Turkey (1800 kms to the Russian border) and from Italy (2200 kms to the Russian border). 

TAIWAN

Shortest distance between Taiwan and China mainland is 190 kms (from Montreal east to Ottawa West). 400 American missiles and other military equipment were supplied to Taiwan these last few years to... help them defend themselves.

SOUTH KOREA

Shortest distance between South Korea and China is 400 kms. 

In 2021 Joe Biden announced that, from now on, South Korea was authorized to develop and test long range missiles (over 1,000 kms), which was in fact already enacted.

The USA presently maintain close to 30,000 military personnel in South Korea.

UKRAINE

Shortest distance between Ukraine and Russia is... 0 kms. 

Russia is asking that NATO and the USA commit to never install missiles in Ukraine... but no agreement to such a commitment by the USA or the Europeans so far. Ukraine is not part of the European Union or of NATO. It could become a neutral country like Austria, or Switzerland, with no military...?

In October 2022, in the middle of the year of the Tiger, it will be the 60th anniversary of the crisis of the missiles in Cuba. Fireworks to come?... one month before the American voting to renew part of their Congress... John Kennedy is not here any more...

Pass this blog along to the American President and Congress members.... And with or without another mutation of the COVID19 virus, for your vacation this year, avoid Ukraine or Taiwan. And hurry to go and visit Cuba...

Prédictions et Vœux 2022 Forecast and wishes

Mes prédictions pour notre Village en 2022... suivies de mes vœux pour tous...

La Chine et l'Asie vont célébrer l'entrée dans l'année du Tigre d'eau... Attendez vous à des réactions extrêmes et des émotions exacerbées autour de vous...! surtout de la part de ceux qui ont essayé de se contenir jusque la... je pense à la Russie, la Chine, l'Iran, Israel... et les USA (heureusement pour le Village que l'ancien président des USA Trump a été viré de son job...!)

JANVIER 2022

Mathieu Darche est nommé Directeur general des Canadiens de Montreal (Hockey). 

La Russie met l'Ukraine sous sa protection militaire, sans toucher au gouvernement. 

En riposte les USA installent des missiles et bases militaires dans d'autres pays européens a quelques dizaines de kms de leurs frontières avec la Russie. 

Et en riposte... la Chine et la Russie (alliance militaire depuis 2 ans) annoncent  une aide militaire et des matériels à Cuba pour pouvoir se défendre militairement contre les États Unis. Il aurait fallu réfléchir plus loin que le bout de son nez avant d'offrir d'aider militairement Taiwan et l'Ukraine...!

L'année du Tigre part sur les chapeaux de roues...!

FEVRIER 2022

Le 4 Février, la reine Elizabeth II célèbre ses 70 ans de règne. Le 5 Février elle annonce qu'elle laisse son fils Charles en charge du Commonwealth (population 2.5 milliards), son petit fils William en charge du Royaume Uni (population 70 millions), et le prince Harry en charge du Canada (population 39 millions).

AVRIL 2022

La France re-élit le président Macron, faute de mieux. Le prix de la baguette bondit a 2 Euros.

JUIN

La Cour suprême des USA rend un verdict sur les conditions pour pouvoir avorter (ou non) dans ce pays. L'été pourrait être très chaud aux USA...

Fin Juin, les journées vont commencer à raccourcir, au profit des nuits, dans tout le Village. Mais si...

OCTOBRE   

Le président chinois Mr Xi sera re-élu a la présidence du pays, mais si mais si...

Et la Chine va célébrer ses 50,000 kms de lignes de train à grande vitesse.

NOVEMBRE

Les États Unis votent pour renouveler une partie de leur assemblée legislative et de leur Sénat. L'hiver pourrait être très chaud aux USA...

Quant a mes vœux pour 2022...

1. Que la Terre continue de tourner sur elle même et autour du soleil... sinon on est tous fichus!

2. . Accès a l'eau potable et courante partout dans le Village

3. Accès pour tous dans le Village a des soins de santé gratuits (ou pour le moins abordables)

4. Mise a jour par écrit de leurs enseignements par toutes les religions, y compris et a commencer par les religions du Livre (Juifs, Chrétiens, Musulmans), mais pas seulement...

5. Interdiction de possession d'armes militaires, comme fusils d'assaut, etc... qui doivent rester réservées aux militaires. Et jugement des terroristes tuant des civils par des tribunaux militaires.

6. Fermeture de tous les casinos financiers ou au minimum taxation a hauteur de 50% des gains réalisés en moins d'un an. Les entreprises cotées en bourse ont besoin de vision a moyen terme pour investir et créer des emplois. Et fermeture des bit-coins et autres monnaies numériques, créées en fait pour blanchir l'argent sale d'origine douteuse!

7. Paix et Justice pour tous dans le Village, encore plus pour tous les moins favorisés, et surtout les femmes et les enfants.

8. Enfin une rose et du chocolat pour toutes les femmes dans le Village, le jour de leur anniversaire.

Joies et Santé sans virus pour vous tous dans le Village, et pour tous ceux que vous aimez. Et que vous puissiez avoir chaque jour un toit pour dormir et de quoi nourrir votre corps et votre esprit.

My forecasts for our Village in 2022, followed by my wishes for all...

China and Asia are going to celebrate the start of the year of the Tiger of Water... Expect some extreme reactions and some flares of emotion around you...! mainly from those who tried so far to behave... I am thinking about Russia, China, Iran, Israel... and the USA (luckily for the Village, the former President of the USA, Trump, has been given the boot...!)

JANUARY 2020

Mathieu Darche is named General manager of the Canadiens of Montreal (Hockey). 

Russia puts Ukraine under their military protection, without interfering with their government. 

Tit for tat, the USA install some missiles and military bases in other European countries, a few dozen miles away from their borders with Russia. 

And tit for tat... China and Russia (military treaty since 2 years) announce a military assistance and equipment to Cuba so they can defend themselves against an attack from the USA. Someone should have thought a bit further than the tip of their nose before offering military help to Taiwan and Ukraine...!

The year of the Tiger gets off to a roaring start...!

FEBRUARY 2022

On February 4th Queen Elizabeth II celebrates her 70 years of reign. On February 5, she announces that she is leaving her son Charles in charge of the Commonwealth (population 2.5 billions), her grandson William in charge of the United Kingdom (population 70 millions), and Prince Harry in charge of Canada (population 39 millions).

APRIL 2022

France re-elects President Macron, best of poor candidates. The price of  baguette doubles to 2 Euros.

JUNE

The Supreme Court of the USA gives its verdict on the conditions for abortion in this country. Summer could be very hot in the USA...

End of June, day light will starts to diminish, for the benefit of night time, in the whole Village. Trust me...

OCTOBER   

Chinese President Mr Xi will be re-elected President. Trust me...

And China will celebrate their 50,000 kms of high speed train lines.

NOVEMBER

The USA vote to renew part of their Legislative Assembly and of their Senate. Winter could be very hot in the USA...

As for my wishes for 2022...

1. That Earth keeps turning on itself and around the Sun... otherwise we are all doomed!

2. Access to drinkable and running water for all in the Village

3. Free access for all in the Village to health care (at least affordable)

4. Updating in writing of their teachings by all the religions, included and starting with the religions of the Book (Jews, Christians, Muslims), but not only...

5. Forbidding possession of military weapons, like assault rifles... to be reserved for the use of military personnel. And judging of terrorists killing civilians by military courts.

6. Closing of all financial casinos or at least a taxation of 50% of the gains made within less than 12 months. The businesses listed on the stock market need a vision further than 12 months to invest and create jobs. And abandoning all bit-coins and other numeric currencies, created in fact to launder dirty money, with doubtful origin!

7. Peace and Justice for all in the Village, even more for the less fortunate, and especially for women and children.

8. A rose and some chocolate for all the women in the Village on the day they celebrate their birthday.

Joy and Good health without any virus for all of you in the Village, for you and all those you love.

And may you have everyday a roof over your head and some food for your body and for your spirit.

Democratie / Democracy

Le président des États Unis d'Amérique a invité plus de 100 pays a une réunion virtuelle pour la défense de la "démocratie"...

Sa définition de "démocratie" ne correspond pas à la mienne... ou a la votre?.... Si vous cherchez sur Wikipedia la définition du mot démocratie vous allez découvrir l'article sans doute le plus long de leur site (a lire, très instructif...). Tout le monde n'est pas d'accord sur la définition de ce mot brulant... alors que si on vous dit "banane"... on est tous d'accord, non?

Pour moi, une démocratie est une forme de gouvernement et/ou de legislation par les citoyens, qui recherche le bonheur de tous ses citoyens. Donc...

1- Les sujets importants de société (peine de mort, droit a l'avortement, etc...) devraient être soumis a une démocratie directe (une personne = un vote), comme a l'origine en Grèce, et de nos jours par référendum, avec majorité peut être des deux tiers?

2- Les droits et devoirs de tous les habitants doivent être les mêmes, quels que soient la couleur de la peau, le sexe, la religion, etc... (la notion de races pour les humains n'existe pas, c'est une notion inventée par l'homme sans doute suite aux différentes invasions au cours du temps).

3- La justice doit être indépendante du gouvernement, et la même pour tous les citoyens et habitants du pays

4- Le changement de gouvernement doit se faire de manière pacifique.

Donc avec ces définitions... il faut exclure"

- Les pays qui ne reconnaissent pas les mêmes droits aux femmes, y compris plusieurs pays musulmans

- Israel qui a une justice différente suivant la religion.

- L'Inde qui perpétue dans la pratique le système de castes notamment dans le système scolaire.

Et si vous voulez réduire la notion de démocratie a la simple notion de vote universel pour élire un president et/ou un gouvernement, avec un changement sans violence, alors...

La Chine et les USA sont exclus comme étant les deux seuls pays dans le Village à avoir un système électoral avec un collège intermédiaire, donc sans pouvoir direct du peuple! Et les deux pays ont déjà démontré dans le passé que leur changement de gouvernement peut-être violent...

Les Français aiment dire que... la dictature c'est "Ferme ta gueule!"... la démocratie c'est... "Cause toujours"... 

Malheureusement on en est arrivé là dans beaucoup de pays dans le Village... Chez vous c'est comment?...

The President of the USA has invited over 100 countries to a virtual meeting about defending "democracy"...

His definition of "democracy" does not fit my definition... or yours?.... If you look in Wikipedia the definition of  democracy, you are going to find probably the longest article on this site (to be read, very instructive...). Everybody does not agree on the definition of this hot word... while if one tells you "banana"... we all agree, no?

As for me, a democracy is a form of government and/or legislation by the citizens, which puts the priority on the happiness of its citizens. Therefore...

1- The most important subjects of society (death penalty, right to abortion, etc...) should be submitted to direct democracy (one person = one vote), as originally done in Greece, and nowadays with a referendum, with maybe majority of two thirds of voters?

2- The rights and obligations of all the inhabitants must be the same, no matter what the colour of the skin, the sex or the religion, etc... (the notion of races for the humans does not exist, it was a notion invented by the human probably following the various invasions across time).

3- Justice must be independent from the government, and the same for all citizens and inhabitants

4- The change of government must happen without any violence.

So... with these definitions... we should exclude...

- The countries which do not recognize the same rights to the women, including many Muslim countries.

- Israel which has a different justice depending of the religion.

- India which in the facts keep alive the system of  casts in particular in the schools.

And if you want to reduce the notion of democracy to the simple notion of a universal vote to elect a President and/or a government, with a change of power without any violence, then...

China and the USA are out! as being the only two countries in the Village with a voting system thru an intermediary college, ie without a direct power from the people! And both countries have demonstrated in the past that the their change of government can turn to be violent...

French people like to say... Dictatorship is "Shut up!"... Democracy is... "Keep talking"... 

Unfortunately that is where we stand in many countries in the Village... How about your place?...

Il y a deux semaines, les USA ont annoncé au Village entier que la Chine avait fait un essai de missile hypersonique...inacceptable et très dangereux d'après eux... Ces missiles volent a plusieurs fois la vitesse du son et sont impossibles a arrêter. Et celui qui les lance peut changer leur altitude ou destination en vol à tout moment.

Deux jours plus tard, les media américains ont annoncé que... bien sur... les militaires américains avaient également déjà fait des tirs de tels missiles... Et les chinois ne nous avaient rien dit...! on nous cache des choses si je comprends bien...

Dormez bien braves gens... les USA, la Chine et la Russie peuvent déjà attaquer ce qu'ils veulent dans l'espace. Et si cela vous tombe dessus, vous n'aurez pas le temps de fuir et vous ne saurez jamais d'où venait ce missile.

La semaine dernière, les USA ont annoncé qu'ils allaient devoir procéder a un tir de missile pour détruire un astéroïde dans l'espace car il pourrait s'avérer dangereux pour la Terre.

Deux jours plus tard la Russie détruisait un de ses vieux satellites avec un tir de missile. Les militaires américains ont alors dit qu'un tel tir était très dangereux car il avait provoqué plus de mille petits éclats... qui pourraient endommager les satellites de communication. En fait les Russes voulaient montrer aux américains qu'ils n'etaient pas les seuls a pouvoir atteindre une cible dans l'espace, et ils voulaient être les premiers a le faire, publiquement... et sans excuse d'un astéroïde...

Et enfin hier le président américain a eu un premier entretien via écrans interposés avec le président chinois. Après cette entrevue il a dit aux journalistes: "Il ne faut jamais parier contre l'Amérique...". Je suis d'accord, mais je rajouterai que l'Histoire des derniers siècles a montré qu'il ne fallait jamais parier contre la Russie ou la Chine...encore plus depuis que ces deux pays ont signé une alliance militaire et économique il y a environ deux ans...

Dormez bien braves gens... de toutes façons... il n'y a pas de planète Terre B...

Two weeks ago, the USA announced to the whole Village that China had conducted a test of a hypersonic missile... unacceptable and very dangerous said the USA... These missiles fly at a speed of many times the speed of sound and are impossible to stop. And the one which launched it can modify in flight the altitude and the direction at any time.

Two days later, the American media announced that in fact... of course... the American military had already conducted tests of such missiles... And the Chinese did not tell us anything...! we are not told everything then if I understand well...

Sleep well people... the USA, China and Russia can already attack anything they want in space. And if it falls on your head, you will not have time to escape and you will never know where this missile was coming from.

Last week, the USA announced that they were going to have to to launch a missile to destroy an asteroid in space as it could prove dangerous to Earth.

Two days later Russia destroyed one of their old satellites in space with a missile. The American military then said that such an action was very dangerous as it had provoked a thousand of small fragments... which could dommage the communication satellites. In fact Russia wanted to show to the USA that they were not the only ones who could hit a target in space, and they wanted to be the first ones to do it, publicly, without the excuse of the asteroid...

And finally yesterday the American President had a first meeting via Internet and computer screens with the Chinese President. After this meeting, he told the media: "One should never bet against the USA...".  I agree, but I would add that History of these last centuries has shown that one should never bet against Russia or China...even more since these two countries did sign a military and economic alliance around two years ago...

Sleep well people... anyway... there is no Earth Planet B...
