AAA - Etats Unis / USA

Trois agences d’analyse de crédit font la loi dans le Village : Moody, Standard & Poor, et Fitch. Les trois agences sont basées a… New-York, le paradis Américain pour les casinos financiers (Londres est l’autre paradis).

Les trois agences n’ont rien vu venir ou n’ont rien prédit lors de la crise financière, se contentant de rester sur la vague, avec des lunettes de soleil mais sans crème solaire… A mon avis, les trois agences sont sous influence Américaine et Anglaise, critiquant a plein poumons les performances financières de tous les pays du Village, sauf les Etats Unis et l’Angleterre…

Chaque fois qu’ils montrent du doigt la Grèce ou l’Espagne (ou le Brésil il y a quelques années), pourquoi personne ne montre du doigt la Californie ou d’autres états des Etats Unis, dans une situation similaire, ou pire ?

Moody a lancé un avertissement ce jour a plusieurs banques Américaines et au gouvernement Américain, comme quoi ils pourraient voir sous peu leur note de crédit revue a la baisse…

J’ai entendu dire qu’ils vont recevoir un avertissement par écrit ; après cinq avertissements, leurs parents vont recevoir une lettre, et après 3 lettres a leurs parents, ils vont recevoir un carton jaune. Attends, attends, ca se gâte… après 2 cartons jaunes leur note de crédit sera automatiquement revue a l’assemblée annuelle suivante du conseil d’administration de l'agence… ca fait peur non… !

Sérieusement, quand l’Europe et la Chine vont-elles avoir leur agence de notation des crédits… ?

Three financial rating agencies are listened to by the whole Village: Moody, Standard & Poor, and Fitch. All three are operating from New-York, the USA paradise for the financial casinos (London is the other one).
All three agencies did not warn or try to prevent the financial crisis, surfing with the wave with sunglasses on but no sun cream... In my opinion, all three rating agencies are under US and England influence, beating at will on the poor financial performance of all the Village countries, except the USA and England…

Every time they beat on Greece or Spain (or Brazil a few years ago), why is nobody beating on California or any other State of the USA, in similar if not worse position?

Moody has warned today that some of the main USA banks and even the USA government could soon see their credit rating reviewed… I heard that they will receive a written warning; after 5 written warnings they will receive a letter to their parents, and after 3 letters to their parents, they will receive a yellow card. Wait, things get worse… after 2 yellow cards their credit rating will be automatically reviewed by the credit rating board next annual meeting… scary is not it…!

Seriously, when will Europe and China set up their own credit rating agency…?
