Les représentants des citoyens des USA (congrès américain) se sont finalement mis d'accord sur le budget du gouvernement américain, ce qui va avoir pour effet de:

- redonner leur emploi a plus de 800,000 employés du gouvernement,

- pouvoir payer les intérêts du déficit budgétaire cumulé a leur banquier, la Chine,

- relancer les aides et services sociaux aux familles ou aux écoles défavorisées,

- permettre l'inscription de millions de familles au programme de santé "Obamacare", qui pourront commencer a en profiter.

Les américains et tout le Village ont eu chaud... et on est tous tranquilles maintenant... jusqu'au 7 février 2014... date laquelle les représentants des citoyens américains devront revoter le budget du gouvernement pour aller jusqu'en Juin 2014... date a laquelle ils devront revoter un budget pour permettre au gouvernement de fonctionner jusqu'en Octobre 2014, date des élections partielles aux Etats Unis...!

Je résume, on est donc tous tranquille pour... les prochains 79 jours ouvrables...
Je me demandais comment la Chine, pays des plans directeurs a 5 et 10 ans, et banquier des Etats Unis, appréciera cette vision américaine a "long terme"...

The representatives of the citizens of the USA (American Congress) finally came to an agreement and voted a budget to the American government, which will allow the government to:

- give back their jobs to more than 800,000 government employees,

- pay the interests of their cumulated deficit to their banker, China,

- re-start the help and social services to the family or schools in needs,

- continue the registering of millions of families to the Health program "Obamacare", and they will start benefiting of it.

The Americans and the whole Village can breathe now... and we are all relieved now... until February 7, 2014... day when the American representatives of the citizens will have to revote the budget of the government so they can function until June 2014... date when they will have to revote a budget to allow the government to function until October 2014, when American will vote to re-elect partially the Congress...!
In short, we are all sorted out for... the next 79 working days...
I was wondering how China, the country with long term plans of 5 or 10 years, and the banker of the USA, will appreciate this American "long term" vision...
