Le sujet passionne la France: faut-il renvoyer les "Roms" chez eux?

La question est mal posée... La libre circulation européenne fait que les citoyens de Roumanie vont pouvoir circuler librement en Europe au 1 janvier 2014 si j'ai bien compris. Il n'est donc pas acceptable de débattre sur une minorité quelle que soit son origine, sa race ou sa religion dans le pays le la laïcité. Mais... liberté de circuler ne vent pas dire autorisation d'enfreindre les lois d'un pays...

Les vraies questions...:

- Certains "Roms" dirigent des organisations de type mafieux, exploitant des enfants pour mendier ou voler dan les poches, ou sont a la tête de vols et de trafic de pieces de tel ou tel equipment. Bien sur il faut les arrêter et les condamner, mais il faudrait relever tres fortement le niveau des peines encourues, en terme d'amende financière ou années de prison... Et Roms ou non-Roms, même traitement...
- Beaucoup de "Roms" vivent dans des roulottes ou caravanes, en groupe de 50 ou plusieurs centaines. Le camping sauvage ou le stationnement pour la nuit est interdit dans une majorité de communes en France. Et souvent les endroits choisis par les Roms manquent des conditions de salubrité les plus élémentaires (eau, électricité,...).
Il faut simplement appliquer la loi et refuser le stationnement partout ou il est interdit!
Quelle sanction appliquer? une amende la première fois pour stationnement de plus de deux jours dans un endroit non autorise. Puis des amendes supérieures, voir a la fin une reconduction a la frontière des caravanes qui n'ont pas trouvé de stationnement autorisé.
Je recommanderais également aux autorités européennes de demander aux caravanes entrant dans un pays quelle est leur destination, et de rendre obligatoire la réservation pour une semaine minimum dans des lieux de parking autorisés. Bien sur, Roms & non- Roms, même traitement...
- Le débat est ouvert sur la volonté d'intégration des Roms. Roms ou non-Roms, les immigrants continueront de vouloir venir résider en France pour bénéficier des conditions de santé, de travail et de chômage a nulles autres pareilles dans le Village. On ne peut pas leur en vouloir, je ferais pareil a leur place...
La solution? en avant, ou en arrière c'est vous qui voyez...
En arrière... on rétablit le droit des frontières en Europe et les visas pour tous les pays, comme aux Etats Unis ou au Canada, ce qui permet de contrôler l'immigration et de la choisir en fonction des besoins du pays... impensable maintenant a mon avis en Europe...
En avant... on uniformise les systèmes de santé, de retraire, de travail et de chômage dans toute l'Europe... ca ne fait jamais que 40 ans qu'on en parle... Roms ou non-Roms...

Mon père disait que si on n'avance pas dans la vie, on recule...
Encore faudrait-il que l'Europe se trouve d'urgence des leaders, pas des administrateurs...

Ca va venir... je trouverais amusant que ce soit un roumain qui propose ces solutions d'harmonisation...!

The question is not the right one...
The freedom of circulating in Europe means that all citizens from Romania will be free to circulate in Europe as of January 1 2014, if I understood right.
It is not acceptable to debate about a minority whatever its origin, its race or its religion in the country champion of secularism. But... freedom to circulate does not mean authorisation to break the country's laws.
The real questions are:
- Some "Roms" are at the helm of mafia-like organisations, exploiting children to beg in the streets or steal in the pockets, or are at the helm of organisation stealing and trafficking parts for all sorts of equipment. Of course they must be arrested and condemned, but maybe the sentences should be far far more, in term of fines or jail. And Roms or non-Roms, same treatment...
- A lot of "Roms" live in caravans, in groups of 50 or many hundreds. Wild camping or parking for the night is forbidden in most of the cities in France. And often the places chosen by the Roms lack the strict minimum in terms of water / electricity / sanitary conditions.
The law must be applied and parking should not be tolerated where it is forbidden. What sanction? a fine the first time for parking more than 2 days in an unauthorised spot. Then heavier fines, and eventually at the end taking back to the frontier the caravans which have not found a suitable place to park.
I would recommend also to European authorities to ask caravans entering a country where are they going, and to make mandatory a reservation of one week in a suitable authorized site. Of course, Roms or non-Roms, same treatment...
- The debate is open regarding the willingness of the Roms to be integrated. Roms or non-Roms, the immigrants will continue to choose to come and live in France so they can benefit of the conditions of the Health, Job and Unemployment systems, best in the Village. Don't get mad at them, I would do the same if I was in their shoes...
The solution? forward, or backward, your choice...
Backward... you re-establish in Europe the borders and the visas for all countries, like in the USA or Canada, which allows you to control your immigration and to choose it depending of the needs of your country... not possible nowadays in Europe in my opinion...
Forward... the systems of health, job and unemployment are made uniformed in all of Europe... it's only been 40 years that it's been on the agenda... Roms or non-Roms...

My Dad always said... if you don't move forward in life, you will go backward..!
Mind you, Europe would need to find urgently some leaders, not just administrators... it's coming...
I would find it amusing that a Romanian propose these solutions about harmonisation...!
