Qui a fait cette déclaration, au printemps 2012?
Le premier ministre chinois, "Grand-père" Wen Jiabao, lors de la conférence de presse de clôture de la session annuelle du Parlement chinois. Il va être remplacé en Octobre après 10 ans au pouvoir.
Bravo pour sa lucidité et son franc parler. Mais s'il n'a rien pu faire pendant 10 ans, il est clair que son successeur ne pourra pas faire beaucoup plus...

La solution est simple... "grand-père" Wen devrait former un parti politique, reconnu par le CPPCC, qui participerait ainsi aux propositions de lois qui sont présentées au vote du parlement chinois.
