Vendredi dernier le président de la Palestine
et le premier ministre d'Israel (pourquoi pas le Président...?) se sont
adressés aux Nations Unies du Village.
- Le président de la Palestine a annoncé
qu'il avait officiellement demandé aux Nations Unies de reconnaître son pays
comme un membre a part entière, comme mentionné dans le certificat de naissance
de 1947 pour les deux jumeaux, Palestine et Israel. Mais...
* Je n'ai pas entendu... que l'Etat de
Palestine qu'il représente reconnaissait le droit a l'existence d'Israel. Le
PLO l'avait reconnu il y a quelques années, mais Hamas dans son gouvernement ne
l'a pas encore fait. Remarquez, il y a trois questions:
1. L’extrême droite en Israel cherche
toujours a réaliser le grand Israel sans état de Palestine au milieu...
2. Est-ce que Israel devrait être un état
religieux Juif ou une démocratie...?
3. Israel veut le retour du soldat franco-israélien
captif avant tout accord (d'ou leur attaques répétées sur la bande de Gaza et
les leaders du Hamas a la moindre excuse), Hamas ne veut le rendre qu'après un
accord global entre deux Etats...
Israel et la Palestine ont été créés comme
états jumeaux avec l'idée de donner le contrôle d'Israel aux Juifs, et le
contrôle de la Palestine aux Arabes (Musulmans et Chrétiens) - un peu comme
l'Inde et le Pakistan. Donc le retour des Palestiniens vers la Palestine plutôt
que vers Israel pourrait avoir du sens, si... les deux Etats reconnaissaient
les frontières de 1947 et si Israel abandonnait tous les territoires occupés et
colonies, ou les négociait.
Il n'y a que les montagnes qui ne se
rencontrent pas, ou... les vieux ennemis avançant avec des agendas cachés ou de
mauvaise foi, pour qui la paix n'est pas la priorité.
Last Friday, the president of
Palestine and the prime minister of Israel (why not the President...?) spoke to
the United Nations of the Village.
The president of Palestine announced
that he had officially asked the United Nations to admit his country as a full
member, as foreseen in the birth certificate of 1947 of both twins, Palestine
and Israel. But...
* I did not hear... that the state of
Palestine he represents was recognizing the right of Israel to exist. The PLO
did some time ago, Hamas has not done it yet. Mind you, there are three issues:
1 The extreme right in Israel still wants to achieve the great Israel with no Palestine state in the way...
2 Should Israel be a Jewish religious state or a democracy...

3 Israel wants the return of the
French-Israelo soldier held captive by Hamas before any agreement (nece their
repeated attacks against Gaza strip and the Hamas leaders at any excuse), while
Hamas will not give him back before a global agreement between both States.
Israel and Palestine were created as
twin states with the idea to give control of Israel to the Jews, and control of
Palestine to the Arabs (Muslims and Christians) - a bit like the creation of India
and Pakistan. So returning most Palestinians to Palestine rather than Israel
could make sense, as long as... both States recognize the 1947 borders and
Israel abandon all occupied territories, or negotiate them.
Only mountains do not meet, or... old
ennemies advancing with hidden agendas or in bad faith... and for whom Peace is
not the priority.
