Justice américaine / American Justice

Un citoyen Américain a posté sur Internet un film "Innocence de l'Islam" qui dépeint la religion musulmane et son prophète sous une lumière tres négative. Apparemment la bande sonore aurait été doublée sans la connaissance des acteurs. Et rien n'est certain, quant au nom du producteur (Bacille) et du diffuseur (Klein), leur religion d'origine ou convertie, leur double nationalité américaine et israélite, et l'origine des fonds pour faire le film.
Le film a suscité des révoltes dans plusieurs pays arabes, contre les ambassades américaines bien sur, et par extension contre d'autres ambassades du monde occidental.
Le film a été retiré de YouTube rapidement (il doit exister des millions de copie maintenant...).
La secrétaire d'état américaine, Mme Clinton, a annoncé que... "a titre personnel"... elle trouvait le film honteux et inacceptable. C'est nouveau ca, elle ne peut plus parler au nom des Etats Unis...?
Et elle ne peut pas demander a la justice américaine d'ouvrir une enquête pour incitation a la haine raciale et religieuse? ou ce délit n'existe-t-il pas, ou plus, aux Etats Unis...?
Une condamnation par la justice américaine dans les plus brefs délais serait la bienvenue pour calmer les esprits ans le Village.

An American citizen has posted on the Internet a film "Innocence of Islam" which gives a very negative image of the Muslim religion and its prophet. Apparently the sound track was dubbed without the knowledge of the actors. And nothing is clear regarding the name of the producer (Bacille) and of the distributor (Klein), their original religion or converted, the double nationality (American and Israel), and the origin of the funds to make the film.

The film generated demonstrations in many Arab countries, against the American embassies of course, and by extension against other embassies of the western world. The film was quickly taken back from YouTube (there must be millions of copies by now...).

The secretary of State Mrs Clinton, has announced that, "from a personnel point of view"... she had found the film shameful and unacceptable.

That's new now, she cannot speak anymore in the name of the United States...?

And she cannot ask the American Justice to open an inquiry for incitation to racial or religious hatred feelings? or are these actions not punishable, or not anymore, in the United States...?

A condemnation by the American Justice in the immediate future would be more than welcome to calm the people in the Village.
