Le Japon a annoncé un objectif de zéro production nucléaire électrique a l'horizon 2030.
Le Japon a trois centrales nucléaires en construction, qui seront autorisés a fonctionner pendant une quinzaine d'années.
En fait... les mesures urgentes a prendre pour le Japon sont simples a analyser:
- L'accident nucléaire récent a été causé par le tsunami, pas par le tremblement de terre.
- La cote est est face a une faille séismique majeure qui les menacera de tsunami pour toujours.
La cote ouest (coté Chine) a un risque bien moindre ou minimum de tsunami.

- La majorité des centrales nucléaires japonaises sont sur la cote ouest. Il faut donc fermer le plus tôt possible, pas dans 20 ans, les 10 ou 20% de centrales nucléaires qui sont sur la cote est.
Et... arrêter immédiatement celles des trois nouvelles centrales en construction qui seraient sur la cote est...?

Japan has three nuclear plants in construction, which will be authorized to work for 15 years or so.
In fact... the urgent measures to be taken by Japan are simpler to analyze:
- The recent nuclear catastrophe was due to the a tsunami, not to the earthquake as such.
- The east coast is facing a major seismic faults which will threaten them forever with a tsunami.
The West coast (facing China) is far less exposed or at minimum to a tsunami.
- The majority of the nuclear plants in Japan are on the west coast. So they should close as soon as possible, not in 20 years, the 10 or 20% of the nuclear plants which are on the east coast.
And... stop immediately those of the three under construction which might be on the east coast...?
