Un cessez le feu entre Israel et la bande de Gaza... ce sera un pansement sur une jambe
de bois... il faut enfin faire admettre aux deux parties que les lois internationales doivent
être respectées...!
L'Angleterre n'a pas bombardé l'Irlande chaque fois que des terroristes ont tué des
Anglais en Angleterre... On ne peut pas rendre des civils innocents responsables des
actions terroristes d'une poignée ou de dix d'extrémistes, et il faut s'attaquer au fonds du
problème, qui est très simple:
Les extrémistes Israéliens avancent masqués pour réaliser leur rêve du grand Israël, les
extrémistes palestiniens ne veulent pas reconnaitre l'existence de l'état d'Israel...

L'acte de naissance de 1947 des Nations Unies reconnait deux états, Israel et la
Palestine...
1- L'état de Palestine doit être reconnu comme membre a part entière des Nations Unies.
L'admission fin Novembre 2012 comme état non membre serait encore insuffisante, mais
un premier pas.
2- La constitution écrite des états d'Israel et de Palestine doit faire réference a un objectif
de paix avec tous leurs pays voisins, y compris nommément la Palestine pour l'un et
Israel pour l'autre.
3- Le gouvernement palestinien doit condamner publiquement toute attaque armee
contre les citoyens d'Israel, et doit se doter d'une armée palestinienne, seule habilitée a
prendre les armes pour défendre ses frontières avec ses voisins, y compris Israel.
Comme deja propose, une patrouille mixte d'Israeliens et Palestiniens devrait assurer la
securite entre les deux états.
4- Le conseil de sécurité des Nations Unies doit condamner immediatement toute
déclaration d'un dirigeant arabe ou iranien contre l'existence de l'état d'Israel, et porter
plainte a la Cour Internationale de Justice de La Haye.
Bien entendu, cela supposera que Israel, la Palestine (et les Etats Unis) reconnaissent la
Cour Internationale de Justice de La Haye...
5- Les Nations Unies et les Etats Unis doivent accepter le plan de paix ci-dessus ou... en
proposer un, par écrit! La diplomatie secrète a ses limites, et ne peut remplacer un plan
de paix écrit... elle peut qu'aider a sa réalisation, encore faut-il qu'il soit écrit et rendu
public.
Il est inacceptable que les Nations Unies et les Etats Unis continuent de laisser pourrir la
situation, sans voir plus loin que le bout de leur nez, et sans tout faire pour assurer la
paix dans cette région qui pourrait s'embraser avant la fin du siècle.

Mon plan ci-dessus a peu de chances de se réaliser...?
Alors je ne vois qu'une autre solution, que je préfère maintenant d'ailleurs...
Annuler l'acte de naissance de 1947, créer un état avec quatre ou cinq provinces pour Israel et la Palestine réunies, donner des pouvoirs économiques renforcés a chaque province, et une constitution ou les rôles de Président et de vice-president seraient occupes alternativement par les deux entités. Et Jérusalem comme capitale bien sur...

England did not bomb Ireland every time some terrorists killed English people on their
soil... You cannot hold innocent civilians responsible for the actions of a handful or ten of
terrorists, and you must address the fundamental issues, which are simple:
The Israeli extremists keep advancing behind their mask to realise their dream of the
great Israel, and the Palestinian extremists do not want to recognize the state of Israel...

The 1947 birth certificate of the United Nations recognize two states, Israel and Palestine...
1- The State of Palestine must be recognised as a full member of the United Nations. Getting it in as a non-full member at the end of November is not sufficient, but a first step.
2- The written constitution of the states of Israel and of Palestine must refer to an objective of peace with all neighbouring countries, including specifically Palestine for one and Israel for the other.
3- The Palestinian government must condemn publicly any armed attack against the citizens of Israel, and must create a Palestinian army, only one recognized to insure safety of its borders with all neighbours, including Israel. As already proposed, a joint patrol of their common border should be done by Israel and Palestinians.
4- The Security Council of the United Nations must condemn immediately any declaration of an Arab or Iranian leader against the existence of the State of Israel, and bring the matter to the International Court of Justice of The Hague. Of course this supposes that Israel, Palestine (and the United States) recognize the International Court of Justice of The Hague...
5- The United Nations and the United States must accept the above peace plan, or... propose one of their own, in writing! Behind doors diplomacy has its limits, and cannot replace a written peace plan. It can only help to make it happen, providing this plan has been written and made public.
It is not acceptable that the United Nations and the United States keep letting the situation rot, without seeing further away than the tip of their nose, and without doing everything to insure peace in this region which could go up in flames before the end of the century.

My above plan has little chance of being implemented...?
Then I only see another solution, which I now prefer by the way...
Cancel the 1947 birth certificate, and create a single state with four or five provinces for Israel and Palestine together, give reinforced powers to each province and put in the Constitution that the positions of President and Vice-president will be held simultaneously by both entities.

And Jerusalem as the capital of course...
