Le 29 Novembre 2012, la Palestine présentera une demande a l'assemblée générale des Nations Unies pour être reconnu comme un état non-membre (comme le Vatican), ce qui leur donnera le droit de saisir la Cour Internationale de Justice de La Haye...

En 2011, la Palestine avait demandé le statut d'état membre, qui avait été refusé par le Comité de Sécurité de l'ONU (véto américain). Cette fois-ci, un simple vote de l'Assemblée générale sera suffisant et devait etre obtenu.
Israel a annoncé une "contre-attaque" a cette initiative... Je m'excuse de vous demander pardon, mais le certificat de naissance de 1947 était un document unique, commun a Israel et a la Palestine... Le gouvernement et le président israelien devraient enlever leurs lunettes offertes par l'extrême droite israelienne et accepter que le rêve du grand Israel n'a pas été reconnu par les Nations Unies.
Personnellement je supporte la troisième naissance consignée sur cet acte de naissance unique, a savoir celle de Jérusalem ville internationale. Mais je rajouterais une clause donnant un droit de véto aux religieux juifs pour toute mesure impliquant tout bâtiment ou toute manifestation religieuse juive, a titre de respect pour les ainés des religions du Livre.
Les Etats Unis sont également contre cette reconnaissance... ce qui devrait suffire a convaincre plusieurs pays de voter... pour la résolution...! Venant d'un Président qui s'y connait en acte de naissance, je me serais attendu a une reconnaissance de l'acte de naissance de 1947...
De toutes façons, Israel et les Etats Unis refusent de reconnaître la Cour Internationale de Justice de La Haye... c'est plus pratique quand on ne veut pas répondre de ses actes militaires devant les autres nations...

In 2011, Palestine had asked to be recognized as a full member state, which had been refused by the Security Council of the United Nations (USA veto). This time, a simple vote of the general assembly will be sufficient, and should be obtained.

Israel has announced a "counter-attack" to this initiative...

Excuse me, but the birth certificate of 1947 was a unique document, common to the birth of Israel and Palestine... The Israeli government and its President should drop the glasses offered by the extreme right of their country and accept the fact that the United Nations did not recognize their dream of the Great Israel. Personally I also support the third birth shown on this unique birth certificate, the international city of Israel. But I would add a clause giving the right of veto to the jewish religion authorities for any measure impacting any building or event of the Jewish religion community, as a measure of respect for the eldest of the religions of the Book.

The United States are also against this recognition... which should be sufficient to convince some countries to vote... for the resolution...! Coming from a President knowledgeable about birth certificates, I was expecting a recognition of the 1947 birth certificate...

Anyway, Israel and the United States refuse to recognize the International Court of Justice of The Hague... it is very convenient when you don't want to have to answer for your military actions to the other nations...
