A quel cout ?
?!
He ho Mr Clinton, Mme Clinton, et Mr Bill
Trick or treat...
we are in Haiti for Halloween...
I bet Haiti would have chosen the treat this past week, like in the old times, some food, cake or some pennies. See they already got plenty of tricks over the last three years: a devastating earthquake
in January 2010, hurricane Isaac in August 2012, tropical storm Sandy a few days ago.

Oh I almost forgot
another trick, the nomination of Bill Clinton as manager of the millions or billions
promised by the USA in January 2010 for the reconstruction of Haiti…
Last we heard about Bill Clinton management was around October 2010 when he was asked by the media why equipment sent by the USA to help Haiti rebuild was still stuck in the Haitian customs by agents awaiting some bribe I guess, 9 months after its arrival...
On one hand Bill Clinton has been busy over the last two years, marrying his daughter, helping control damage on the international stage done by his wife, the Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and finally taking care of his foundation, which most of the Heads of State like to visit when coming to a United Nations session in New York, for a free lunch or dinner with him, possibly undermining the authority of the President of the USA and his Secretary of State, Bill’s wife…
No doubt the USA will finally find an experienced Secretary of State in January 2013.
On the other hand, back in Haiti... Over the last three years...
- 7,400 people died of cholera, while 600,000 got it, due to unsatisfactory sanitary conditions, mainly due to floods perturbing potable water systems. How many American engineers does it take to organise potable water system in Haiti? At what cost?

Tropical storm Sandy alone just killed close to 100 people but most of all
destroyed more than 50% of the harvests and deteriorated even more the sanitary
conditions. Venezuela has promised help with food. Hello Mr Obama…?
- Not
enough of the promised aid by the USA or other countries in the Village in 2010
has been delivered, and the country remains one of the poorest countries in the
Village, so close to the USA, the richest country in the Village.
Only
lend to the riches says the proverb…?!
Hello Mr Clinton,
Mrs Clinton, and Mr Bill Gates, could your foundations put Haiti on your
priority list and send some people on the island and manage money from your
foundations, or money promised by all in the Village?
If not, then why
did the USA do everything they could in January 2010 to make sure that China
and France would not set foot on the island…?
