Préparez-vous a célébrer 2017 comme l'année de la paix mondiale au Village...

1. En Iran, des représentants du peuple au Parlement ont recommandé que l'Iran demande aux Nations Unies un traité imposant l'option zéro armement nucléaire dans le monde. Une majorité de pays pourrait signer ce traité. Le traité pourrait être signé avec la Corée, le Pakistan, l'Inde, Israel et l'Iran détruisant leur arsenal nucléaire d'ici 2014, et l'Angleterre, la France, la Chine, la Russie et les USA d'ici 2017. Si j'ai oublié un pays, me le faire savoir svp. Et tous les pays devront accepter une inspection semi-annuelle des Nations Unies, sans restrictions. Et voila... résolu... 2017...

Bien entendu la plupart des pays qui ont des armes nucléaires demanderont de détruire leur armement en dernier... l'Iran demandera pourquoi le Pakistan, l'Inde, la Corée et Israël ont encore des armes nucléaires, et pas l'Iran? Je pense que meme les gens qui en Iran ne supportent pas leur extravagant président actuel demanderont une réponse claire a la question. Qui prépare la réponse?

2. Palestine. La Ligue des pays arabes vient de dire que les negotiations de paix entre Israel et la Palestine n'avancent pas, et qu'il est donc temps de trouver des solutions alternatives. Comme une reconnaissance par tous les pays arabes de l'Etat d’Israël crée en 1947 par les Nations Unies, en meme temps que l Etat Palestinien?... Et la Palestine pourrait être le premier Etat qui célébrera ses 70 ans en 2017 sans avoir jamais fêté ses 50 ou 60 ans... Get ready to celebrate 2017 as the year of the world peace in the Village...

1. In Iran, people representatives at the Parliament have recommended that Iran asks the United Nations for a treaty imposing zero nuclear weapons in the world. A majority of countries could sign off this proposal. How about we sign a treaty and start with Korea, Pakistan, India, Israel and Iran dismantling all nuclear bombs by 2014, and England, France, China, Russia and USA by 2017. If I forgot a country, let me know. And all countries will accept United Nations inspections twice a year without restrictions. Solved... 2017...

Of course most countries who have nuclear weapons will probably ask to destroy weapons last... Iran will ask explanations as to why can Pakistan, India, Korea and Israel still have nuclear weapons, and not Iran? I believe that even people in Iran who do not support their present extravagant president will ask for a comprehensive answer to the question. Eventually after the next election. Who is preparing the answer?

2. Palestine. The Arabic countries League has just said that the peace negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians is not going anywhere, and so it is time for new alternative solutions. Like the recognition by all Arab countries of the state of Israel created in 1947 by the United Nations, at the same time as the Palestinian state?... And Palestine could be the first country in the world that will celebrate their 70th birthday in 2017 without having ever celebrated their 50th or 60^th birthday...
