Matins seulement / Mornings only

Dehors il fait deja moins de zéro degrés Celsius a Montréal et dans plusieurs pays du Village.

Si vous voyez un sans abri le matin qui vous tend la main, ne remettez pas votre aide a plus tard dans l'après midi...

Vers 11h il va sans doute se mettre en route pour faire la queue pour manger a midi dans un des établissements qui lui servira une bonne soupe chaude. Et a 4 pm, il devra deja être dans la file pour manger un bon repas du soir vers 5pm. Ensuite il faut courir faire la queue a quelques kms de la pour avoir une chance d'être accepte dans l'un des abris ou l'on vous offre un lit chaud et parfois une douche. Cela evite de dormir dans la rue par moins 10 degrés C.

Alors, demain matin, n'oubliez pas de donner une pièce ou un billet ou une écharpe ou un pull a ceux qui vous tendraient la main dans la rue.

Et surtout de leur souhaiter une bonne journée... pour eux ca veut dire survivre avec au moins un bon repas chaud et un lit sous un toit.

Et l'après midi, vous pourrez toujours écrire a votre représentant a l'assemblée législative pour lui demander si la création d'emplois est bien la priorité dans votre région... et ce qui est fait.

Around 11am he is probably going to make a move towards one of the places which will give a warm soup for lunch. And at 4 pm, he'll have to be already in line somewhere else to get a good supper around 5pm. Then he'll have to run a few kms to get a chance to get a warm bed for the night and sometimes even a shower. That will save him from sleeping outside by minus 10 degrees Celsius.

So tomorrow morning, don't forget to give a coin or a banknote or a sweater to those who might hold out a hand to you. And mainly don't forget to wish them a good day... for them a good day simply means to survive with at least a warm meal and a bed under a roof.

Then in the afternoon, you can always write to your representative at the legislative assembly and ask him if jobs are the priority in your area... and what is being done.
